Love their strips, bread and tea. Wish they had mashed potatoes and white gravy. Going to buy the strips that a re great and make my own sides. Their chicken strips are great.
I got food here a few weeks ago & it was very salty so I called the manager and they let me come back for a free meal on them & it was much better! Highly recommend them!
Our first time at Raising Canes was a couple of weeks ago & since then, we’ve been back twice (don’t judge) to this location. Customer service is great, food is pretty good and the restaurant area is clean. We’ve gone through the drive through and they were fast and friendly.
Pretty good place for chicken fingers. The food is served hot. Fries are also really good. And of course, the best thing here is, you guessed it. The CANE'S SAUCE. This sauce is the best you'll ever taste. It literally goes with everything on the menu except for maybe the soft drinks. I havn't tried the sauce with the sofe drink but if you do, share your experience. Aldo the sweat tea is really good. Not with the sauce though... :D Overall really good experience, highly recommended.
We only go through the drive through but it’s always quick in and out. Good food and friendly staff.
I've been a Raising Cane's loyalist for a long time, dating back to my days as a student at LSU. The chicken really is always served hot. If I hear any complaints about Raising Cane's it's that their chicken is nothing special. If you eat it without Cane's sauce, it's still really good chicken, but it doesn't separate itself from other chicken. Cane's sauce changes the ballgame. Dip your chicken in it, dip your fries in it, dip your toast in it, and anything else you can find because it's delicious. Staff is always friendly and courteous. I always enjoy my meal from Cane's.
Always very quick service. Your only menu options are chicken, however it is amazing chicken. Never really had a problem with getting the wrong order, however I've had instances where I would ask for an extra canes sauce (with upcharge) and not get it..
I am using them for catering an event in July. I just spoke with Taylor on the phone. She was so helpful, she took the time to explain everything and give me all the pricing. She was patient with all my questions. Just very impressed with the custom service! And can’t wait to have them at my event!
What I like about Raising Canes: I have eaten at this location and several others, and they have all been consistently great. The chicken fingers all seem to be cooked in the same way. They arrive lightly breaded, hot and juicey. Unlike other restaurants that cook the chicken fingers ahead and keep them warm under heat lamps where they dry out, Raising Cane's cooks to order. And, the chicken fingers are lightly breaded and contain a lot of meat. It is well worth your time to seek out this chain.
I never go in, but the tenders, toast, and fries are my favorite if I'm going to do fast food. Service is quick and friendly.
Great chicken fingers! Canes sauce is the best thing since sliced bread, which they also have and it's even better than the original sliced bread! They do put coleslaw on every tray but if you ask, they'll keep that junk off and switch it out for another slice of bread!
Cane's is a fantastic place for a meal. Their menu is limited, but that is on purpose. Pretty much all you can get are chicken fingers, fries, and cole slaw (don't forget the Texas Toast). But the real winner here is the Cane's sauce, which is like liquid gold. Don't plan on sharing your Cane's sauce, because you will get into an argument. They make everything fresh, and it always comes out hot. The staff is very attentive and makes you feel at home.
the Keller location is really something special. Every time I come in, I am always warmly greeted and quickly taken care of. There always seems to be the same manager there, I believe her name is misty, who really sets the bar for genuine hospitality and kindness. You can feel her energy and can’t help but feel drawn to her. I can see her staff adores her, and I just wanted to say it always makes my day to come in and feel wanted and relaxed. Remembering my name and order are just little bits that make the whole experience one to remember and appreciate. Thanks canes Keller! Misty, if that’s your name, keep on doing you. You are amazing girl!
This canes is in a great location in Keller so it’s really easy to get to. If you are a fan of chicken tenders then you’ll like canes. I wish you received more pieces of toast but you can always order ore. I also love the Canes sauce. Canes is know. For being supportive locally as well as they have sponsored many youth teams.
Raising canes if you don't know by now is only chicken tenders, fries, coleslaw. Only choice is the number of tenders and if you want them on a bun. The dipping sauce is great. The tea is great. This location had great service.
Great location. Fast, friendly and fresh food. Pierre is the type of individual you want to promote into a management/ leadership role.
Great place to have a good tasty burger that is made to your liking 👍 😋
I love canes so much it’s my favorite fast food!! Me and my friends make sure to go to canes every Friday for some good food and just some nice time together! The service here was fast, as we orders four meals and weren’t even asked to pull forward! Also, make sure to try the sauce, it’s so good!!!!
Great chicken restaurant. They have a distinct flavor all their own and the bread makes you buy extra!
My kids love this and so do I. Delicious hot chicken and yummy sauce with fries. The bread is always freshly baked . Staff is really helpful. Soda area is always clean . The whole restaurant is pretty clean and always has people around so it’s not deserted and I like to go to a place which has people around.
Went at the school spirit night! The food was good as usual. Kids had a good time and eat well. Moreover, this is the cleanest Cane’s we’ve ever been.
Had a good experience here Saturday night. A bit of a wait on a leave order placed online, but nonetheless it was great and filled our family. Guys behind the counter were working hard and good meal. If I were to complain, fries need seasoning.
It is so nice to go to a place and have things go so well. It was my wife's first time to experience a Cane's establishment. We were greeted by Serene the second we walked in. The service was perfect as she took our order. The waiting time was minimal. While we were waiting we noticed the cashier "Serene" was also cleaning everything in the dining area. I mean she was cleaning everything..... Seats, tables, floors, counters, whatever was in need of cleaning . She even refilled the empty ketchup pump device. All of this while enthusiastically taking numerous orders from customers as they came in. I don't think I have ever seen a person work so hard to make a place so enjoyable and organized as we witnessed tonight with Serene and the other members of the staff. The place was spotless and squeaky clean. Either the food was cooked perfectly and tasted outstanding, or the overall experience made it seem that way. Either way whoever is in charge should be comforted knowing Her/His employees are exceptional.
First time ever to canes! The staff made my experience awesome! Loved the food! The sauce was awesome. New favorite place for chicken. And can we take a minute to talk about this bread!! I'm writing this review days later and now want some cane's!!!!
The fries are always hot and good.
Chicken fingers are tasty as is the Cane's sauce. Crinkle cut fries - yum! Service is decently fast even when there is a line at the drive thru which is always. Means it is popular and good.
This Canes location is THE one to go to. The food is always super fresh, and the staff is UNBELIEVABLY nice. They are super courteous, caring, and lively. They even gave our dog a treat when we had him in the car with us! This location just goes above and beyond. 11/10
Amazing fast food chain and location. The food lives up to the standard of all raising cane's, personally I find this to be one of the better locations I've visited. Service is very efficient with long drive thru lines going by quickly. Would definitely recommend this place.
Honestly one of the best Cane’s I’ve been too. The people there are consistently friendly and courteous. Every Saturday, the company I work for buys lunch for us, and once a month or so we go to canes. We order for roughly 14-18 people and they are always more than happy to take care of it. The food is always fresh, and they follow any special instructions to a T, including writing names on the boxes for each teammate. I can’t say enough good things about this location. Thank y’all!!
Food is great, service fast and the restaurant always is clean.
My Raising Cane's visit was great, largely thanks to Aubrey and Gavin the manager! They are friendly made the experience a pleasure. I especially appreciated their quick and accurate order taking. Their positive attitude definitely enhanced my meal. Highly recommend!
Excellent customer service! Meeka took our order with a smile, was very cordial and overall wonderful!! Food was great, but the customer service made it even better! Thank you, Meeka!!
We used the drive thru. The staff was awesome. The fries were remarkably hot and fresh. I don't usually eat fries anywhere, but I really enjoyed chomping those. The tenders were just as good.
My favorite is the naked tenders and BOB'S!!!! Love my BOB'S!!!! There is a particular crew member and she makes me Arnold Palmers and they are the best I have ever had.
Always great food and happy employees! Manager Rachel? Is always so positive
Our Keller Raising Canes has always been a go to for me. Great food and the customer service has always been top notch. On our last visit, one combo meal was short a chicken strip and they were quick to rectify the issue! Thanks Rasing Canes for the good food and great atmosphere!
I pulled up to the canes tonight feeling bad for my high maintenance order. The staff went above and beYOND. The chicken tenders? Crispy as heck. The bread? Butter on both sides. Exceptional! The fries were perfectly salted, and my Arnold palmer was perfectly sweet. I had a fantastic experience at this establishment tonight, thankyou Canes.
Food was very fresh and clean. Service was excellent. Parker came to check on us and asked how everything was and I couldn’t say a negative thing at all. Lobby had very peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommend.
I ordered 7 fingers got 10 best restaurant ever! Fingers and sauces combined really good unique taste
I was helped by a handsome young man with a very large behind who's name is Noah. He gave me excellent service and even licked my food for me to make sure it hadn't been poisoned. Now that's service. Give that HANDSOME man a raise.
Every time I go to canes the food is always good. Always hot, fries salted to perfection. And the chick is always tasty! Aside from that, the inside of canes is always clean and tidy, not once have I ever came into canes and see an unclean area! Overall, I recommend canes to anyone in Keller TX!
The Cane's in Keller has a Great Manager, Chase, he has this place running like a machine. The orders of chicken fingers and crinkle cut fries usually are served to order within 30-45 seconds hot and freshly cooked. I come here 3-4 times a week and Chase always greets me and he has a great outgoing personality and takes great pride in making all customers happy. You can tell Chase loves his job and keeps the entire crew at their best during busy times.
There was no complain. I went a little late in the evening to buy dinner for my son. It was too noisy. I would have my son having the dinner there. He was also interested in having the dinner there. Since it was too noisy, I thought I'll go with take out.
The food and service was good. Disappointed at the no touch-less option. They grab everyone’s credit cards and food . At least it will be nice if the have one person handle food and the other the payments. Chick fil a seems to be doing better than everyone else when it comes to this change.
Ok, so I love Cane's, but sometimes they give you a strip the size of your pinky. They really should be giving you 2 when theyre super small. It happens about 50% of the time now. Total bummer when you open the box.
Cant go wrong with Canes, its hard to mess up chicken when its basically all the same options. Love their sauce!! Food always seems very fresh, not kept under hot lamps. Manager is super nice too.
Raising Canes always has delicious Chicken fingers, and I would always go here over KFC. I don’t love their fries though because they are always soggy and have no crisp. The food is also really unhealthy, and has all the calories for a whole day’s worth of foods and way too much saturated fats, which will build up around organs and cause organ damage and failure.
Over-priced for what it is, in my opinion. However, if you love chicken, it's very good. Not really greasy and the line was quick. It's still a fast food place.
Tried a new location. Surprisingly good service. Our food order came out quick, hot, and correct. My son and I enjoyed it.
This was my first visit to Raising Cane. Co-workers reccomended their chicken. I tried the 3 chicken fingers meal that also includes a drunk, fries and a Texas toast. I didn't try their sauce because I read it is spicy hot and I don't like spicy hot food. I ordered the honey mustatd dipping sauce. It was OK. I liked the tenders. The fries needed another minute in the fryier for crispiness and more salt or I wish they would have offered me salt in addition to Ketchup. As for the Texas toast, it needs more flavor and on both sides. It was a little blah! I woukd also liked to have the option of Texas toast or caleslaw. Will I ever go back? Yes, I rather have their tenders than a burger.
This particular location must have just gone through a rush shortly before we arrived. Was hard to find a table being they were all a mess. We ordered our regular 3-box fingers and kids meal I left off the toast an ordered extra fries then we split them. The food came out as expected hot and crispy, I can't remember ever not enjoying this meal it's consistently good across all locations.
This place needs an upgrade for their app. You should be able to earn points and redeem rewards as you wish. It's expensive as hell. We should have the choice. I come here just because they have the only consistent sweet tea. It is always delicious. Please train your team members on how the app works so when customers like me have a question, they can answer it. Food here is good, it's the sauce that does it though. Really can pull soggy chicken thru.
Great chicken strips, fries and sauce, but that's about it. Extremely limited menu. Not sure why this is so popular, but it can be crowded at times.
was alright, but the special sauce stuck out way too much in the overall taste and the chicken was a little dryer than i would prefer. also, there was no music played my entire time eating, overall this did hinder the experience, but i made due
I went late. The food was hot. The service was good. I'm just not a fan of their chicken strip or cole slaw. It wasn't BAD, just not to my liking. They are always busy, so others must like them
First and probably last time at a Raising Canes. The only good thing about it was the Raising Canes sauce. The chicken and fries were nothing special. The dining area was small and it was hard to find a somewhat clean table.
This is not a knock on the staff at this location, but rather the food itself. The chicken is usually greasy, not crispy enough and has no flavor. The coleslaw is mediocre, the fries are not half bad. the 2 redeeming qualities about canes is their sauce, and their food generally tastes freshly prepared (regardless of the lack of flavor)
Management issue with staffing. Went after a big local football game and the restaurant was not adequately staffed knowing that crowds will come in right before close every Thurs and Fri night. Food took 20+ minutes to come and staff were not enjoyable, going as far as to tell customers to leave once they received food and that dine in would not be allowed, even when the restaurant was open for another 30 min.
They don't give enough dipping sauce. .ordered 3 piece used it sparingly barely enough. Ordered 4 pieces and didn't get any more sauce. .they should have offered another container of it....instead I was forced to buy it...the sauce makes their chicken. .
It seems that the chicken strips were very small. They did give an extra one to make up for it. If you are eating at Canes, they better be doing chicken with excellence. That is all they do. The product has been lacking the last couple times.
My first time ever eating here, and boy, was I underwhelmed! The toast had more flavor than the chicken. There was no seasoning in the breading, not even a light dusting of salt after it was cooked. At least the fries got that. And, the only selection of sauces was a thousand island dressing? Really? Even McD's gives you a selection so you can flavor it how you like! The price seemed high for three pieces of chicken and fries.
Food is way overpriced. Chicken is not seasoned at all, all of the seasoning goes into their cane's sauce so if you don't eat with the sauce it's the most bland, awful chicken ever. The sauce however is very very good so they have that going for them.
Food was great, restaurant was extremely dirty. There were only 2 clean tables in the entire restaurant and the floor looked like it hasn’t been swept in days
Slow. . . . Chicken fingers are small. If you sub the coleslaw for extra fries make sure to ask for them in a separate box. Otherwise you will get the normal amount of fries just more spread out. While we were here an employee sat on the only available booth talking on the phone the entire time we were here. She was not eating and appeared to just be waiting for her ride. For over 20 mins. . . . .she was sitting there when we walked in and was still sitting there when we left. I ended up having to move two table together to sit with my two kids. For is good, but expensive.
Don't go to Cane's in Keller on Super Bowl Sunday! They will be CLOSED! Didn't really care about that, good for them, thought that was great. But what I didn't like is they had a car parked in the drive thru line where you place your order. I pulled up and waited and waited and waited some more until finally I inched up to see no one in the car! They had parked one of their cars there to deter customers from ordering. So I slowly pulled up and around this creepy abandoned vehicle and get to the window and there it was, my sign! All I needed to know, "CLOSING 30min BEFORE KICKOFF SO OUR STAFF CAN ENJOY THE GAME". So awesome. I love that. Wish more businesses did that for their people. So just a tip: Next time y'all decide to close outside of normal operating business hours, don't park a car in the drive thru line. Just put some cones out, or a market sign or just a simple piece of over paper over the mic saying something like BROWN CHICKEN BROWN COW, COME BACK LATER CAUSE WE AT HOME NOW. Oh and when I was driving off I looked back and 3 cars were waiting in line. I could've looped back and told them it was a creepy and annoying way of telling us they were closed, but they deserved to have a good time too. Besides that, always have the best experience. Always fresh and hot and friendly fast service with a smile.
The chicken was delicious but the coleslaw tasted spoiled. It used to be the best coleslaw around. The sweet young man who took our order left off the child's order, even after she told him what she wanted. We went to participate in rhe school fundraiser, arrived around 4 pm to beat any crowd, and were disappointed.
The food is pretty good for fast food. It may just be my preference, but I'd rather the breading stayed on the chicken instead of pealing off as damp breading. I prefer each bite of a chicken strip to include crunchy batter. I was disappointed to find HIDDEN CHARGES. Most meals include 1 sauce, but some could use at least one more...that will cost you $0.35 each. Want lemonade for your drink selection?...that will be an extra $0.30 per lemonade. My take on this is it's a deceptive business practice...poor ethics.
We missed lunch today because Cain’s was supposed to cater at 12:30pm but came late. The young man showed up about 20 minutes late and showed zero sense of urgency to bring in the food. We had to leave at 12:50 and now don’t have time to stop somewhere else to buy food.
Honestly, canes used to be the best fast food fried chicken to me. Now, the quality of their chicken has definitely lowered. Some parts of the chicken are inedible, and the fries are soggy and too moist for my taste
First/last visit to this place. The chicken fingers were soggy, the french fries were limp. The "texas toast" was OK; the coke was mostly ice. The service was fast, but they'd obviously made up the box about an hour ahead of time. Guys, look up and down the street and count how many other chicken places are within 2 blocks. You'd best figure out and execute a reason to make people want to come back.
Very disappointed. We ordered online for curbside pick up. It says to let them know when you arrive so we pulled up and texted that we arrived and then waited 15 minutes and no one came out. My grandson went in to see what was taking so long and was told they don’t do curbside. This is false advertising. Why have the curbside parking if you don’t do curbside service? Had we known we would have gone straight in or gone thru drive thru, instead we got cold food.
We put in a to go order for a tailgate order 2 hours before we got there. Once we got there they hadn’t even start on it and bad communication. We were late showing up with our food because we had to wait 20 min for our food to be prepared. Disappointed with the management and employees.
Food has gotten a little pricy over the last year for what you get although the quality is acceptable. I purchased 2 combo meals & 1 "Candy Cane Dog". When returned to service counter with drinks was informed they "were out of promotion dogs". I said since they sold me one & accepted my money the transaction was valid. Being there were a number of "Candy Cane Dogs" in the display I asked for one of those. Jess (the manager) refused saying they couldn't sell those. They put their own interest above their customers. Poor way to do business. I was told I could order one online $9.99 + $10.50 shipping. I did not being it didn't make sense to me to pay more shipping than the item costs.
I just do not get the hype!!! I don't get it. I don't like their sauce. I think it's way overpriced for chicken tenders and how come there's never any variety. I always feel like I'm rushed in and rushed out. Yes, I know it's fast food. There just seems to be no real connection to people anymore. It's like here you go, take your food, give me your money and get out. There's nothing really to write home about raising Cane's is overrated.
Went at lunch time. Not too busy. I see why... The place is filthy. Dirty floors, tables, counters, bathrooms. There were 7 empty tables...all dirty. I asked manager if someone could clean one... 15 minutes later they get around to it. Place looks new on outside but really dirty on inside. Guy at register in regular t shirt and camo hat...scruffy looking unshaven. I really advice you eat elsewhere if you want clean eating environment.
NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR RAISING CAINES!!! THEY ARE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I waited in the drive through to get food for my family at about 5pm for almost 15 minutes. Then when i get to the front to order the lady says ohhp we're closed now. We closed early.... I said, "ive been sitting here in line for 15 minutes and you cant take one more order?" She says no we closed early today... At 5pm. The weather is not at its best right now but you cant come cone up the drive thru and finish the orders for the people who have been in the drive through waiting this whole time? Nope wouldn't even hear my order. I will never go to caines chicken or recommened this place ever again. How lazy can people get now days? 1 star all the way around and i would give it 0 stars if i could. Worst service and rudest group of so called empoloyees ive ever come across in any state or restaurant! and of course online says nothing about possibly closing early or anything ot the sort. Just ohhh sorry you waited for 15 mins but im not going to even hear you.
This is the most bland chicken I ever bought. It is perfectly cooked but they do not season enough
everytime i go the employees looks miserable, like to the point where it feels like they’re being help hostage; and even when they ask if i need ketchup they never put it in the bag. like why ask if you dont even care bro 🩷
Previously had a bad experience here (missing items and terrible response, alot of back and forth and calling me a liar when I tried to redeem a code someone there claimed themselves as the manager had provided over the phone) so boycotted for some time. Finally gave it another chance today. Ordered the 50 tenders platter, 4 sides of fries, 8 texas toast. All 4 sides of fries were missing. Should have checked my order before arriving home, but I forgot. Called to see if we could get a refund for the fries, but was told they don't do that to prevent stealing and all they could do is either we come back for the fries, come back for the refund, or take my name so "next time" they could give me the fries. We decided to drive back for the refund and the fries were sitting there, so they clearly knew they did forget to add the fries yet couldn't issue the refund we asked for over the phone because concerns about "stealing". All that refund did was pay for gas to drive back and forth that could have been resolved over the phone. Not coming back.
I have gone here many times but today was the last. I barely walked through the door and an employee very loudly screamed, "oh my god! More people! Ugh!" I have no problem spending my money elsewhere if you're too inconvenienced by me spending my money here. The food is great but your employee's attitude sucks!
I’m from Louisiana so eating here was a severe disappointment. It tasted nothing like what I’m used to from Louisiana raising canes. Then on top of that the employees weren’t like what I’m used to either. And I’ve been to several raising canes in the US. I don’t want anything free from corporate I want y’all just to do better when representing the Louisiana brand. Thanks
Took my kids out to eat last night- will never choose Caine’s again. There were about 10 unruly 7th graders from Keller Middle School there, who were being obnoxious in the extreme. No member staff asked them to respect the other diners. It completely ruined our meal.
Warning: count your tenders before leaving. We ordered the 6 count and only received 5 tenders.... So count your tenders before driving off. It'll create longer wait time for people behind you, but it sucks they leaving tenders behind.
I was in town to watch a game at colleagues home and we decided this would be the provider for food we ordered 4 tenders, fries and a gallon if tea. Although we made this large order fries seem to be cold as well as tenders but not only was the food cold we also didn't get 40 tenders which we paid for this was the first time I tried raising canes and yeah I wasn't impressed.
Asked for coleslaw with my meal 3 times and still never got any. Tenders were also super soggy
Horrible customer service today around 6 :20 pm this called manager was pushing my wife that was feeling bad to get out of the restroom in a horrible bad attitude. This girl is so unprofessional and rude asking if she was using the phone in the restroom so unrespectful.
me and my coworker picked up food from here today for lunch. currently, we now both have food poisoning. there’s not much else i have to say, but just don’t go here.
Manager Jessica was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. She sent a young employee out to work the drive-through and forbade him from wearing a sweater because it did not have the company logo. It was very uncomfortable to watch this young man shivering in the cold. If he did not have an approved jacket for his shift, management should not have sent him outside or at the very least should have offered an alternative. This showed a complete disregard for the health and well-being of a young employee. When I attempted to express my concern, she refused to let me speak and would not provide her district manager’s contact information.
I have rarely been so put off by food that I can’t eat it…I am not picky… but this! I could smell it before I received it. I WAS IN THE DRIVETHRU!! It reeked of OLD GREASE. It tasted like old grease my bread was cold and soggy and they called this a chicken strip ! Boo I say ….cone on … do better.
“Yo yo yo” is the greeting we got when going through the drive thru. I guess this is what you get when you have young teens working at a fast food joint. The strips were not throughly breaded. The strips were smaller than usual. The fries not fully cooked. $16 for 6 pieces, you would expect a lot more. Overpriced and overrated. Will not be returning.
I haven't posted previous reviews trying to give this place a chance. However when I visit, it's usually after 9pm. It seems to be the hangout spot with the coworkers and their friends just not during working hours. I ordered the 3 finger combo and it took over 8 minutes to get my food. There was no line in the drive thru and I'm waiting for service. They explained that I was getting fresh food. WELL, I got Fresh chicken but COLD fries and STALE bread. That didn't leave a good taste in my mouth nor a good feeling to return.
