This is truly an old school, quality ingredients, REAL customer service pizza place!!! And their secret weapon: sesame seed covered crust. Love the pizza, always consistent, always kind service!

We recently discovered this pizza at a friends party and wanted to try it again. The staff were really friendly and the pizza was delicious! I had forgotten to say thin crust so we ended up with the hand tossed and we were pleasantly surprised. Better than Pizza Hut or any of those chains.

I've been ordering pizza from here for 20 million years. It is always the best. Very friendly staff.

Great pizza! I love how they put a really good amount of toppings on their pizzas. They're very friendly and Mr. Jim's has the fastest delivery in my area! If you haven't tried it yet you should!

Edit: It is 7/5/2024. I’ve reviewed Mr Jim’s very positively before a couple of years ago, but now I wanted to do it again because although I had a problem ordering online, this store was able to take the order successfully. They thought it might be something about my internet connection, but it wasn’t… my cell phone with WiFi off was still able recreate the problem. I love Mr Jims. Often get a delivery to home from here or send the other half for a pickup. The best pepperoni and pineapple pizza. Piping hot, fresh dough, no burned stuck on pieces from a previous pizza which you get sometimes at some pizza places. Just fresh, hot pizza and friendly staff. I do like that they’ve removed the biblical quotes from the service/drive thru window since my last visit. I’m all for church, and you take it seriously too if you want but what religion you choose to follow is your choice and I have my choice. I don’t need yours thrust in my face. Thank you Mr Jims for seeing us through Covid craziness!

Best pizza in Fort Worth period. And if you want to dine in I recommend 705 S Main St, Keller because it is super chill to eat there and the employees are very friendly and helpful.

Mr Jims of Keller on Hwy 377 is always great. Good pizza at a decent price. Ive left.the other pizza places for Mr Jims!

Mr Jims has solid crust a healthy amount of topings and good sauce. They're also very consistent the pizza you order is the pizza you get even toping dispersement and the cook on the pizza is good. Our go to here is hamburger pizza well done. They always have good specials coupon codes on the website or via email. Not Chicago New York or Detroit just a good hand tossed chewy crispy dough.

Ordered from Mr Jim’s for the first time. Everything was great. My order was ready when I arrived to pick it up and my order was hot and prepared as requested. Price was fair and the person behind the counter I presume to be the owner even offered a 15% discount. Nice. I will be back.

I really wish I remembered the name of the guy that took my order and delivered my food as well. It was my first time ever having Mr.Jims pizza and he was extremely helpful knew every item and ingredient for all questions I had and he also answered them very politely as well as with recommendations for my order. He then delivered the food in maybe half of the quoted time and was very nice and as well gave me crushed pepper and parm cheese with out me asking and made me aware that they are free but you do have to ask for them in the future since it was my first time and I didn't know that. As for the food it is delicious ! But I have already became a return customer just for the customer service

Food is amazing and hot. When you pick up you are no longer able to go inside so go through the drive thru and let them know you are there. If it isn't ready go to the little snow cone hut in the parking lot and enjoy, the guys will bring it to your car for you, with complete contact pickup. I have always been a Mr. Jim's fan, even if they are a little bit more than the other guys but they really are going above and beyond during the Covid pandemic.

Have loved Mr Jim's Pizza for over 20 years in DFW. There all good but this one location excels at everything : price, product, staff is very conscientious. I drive from Richland Hills to Keller for my pie! Thanks! You guys really are awesome!

You can never go wrong with ordering the pizza. They also have a good selection of soft drinks. Reservations ahead of time are not a must. Haven’t met Mr. Jim yet, but his employees at this location are awesome.

We paid with a credit card, but not thinking, I paid the delivery person again in cash and tip I collected from our family for lunch. I later got a call asking if the driver brought back the cash for all the pizzas, then I realized what I did. Thank you very much to the delivery driver that was honest. For that reason alone, Mr. Jim's will forever be my go-to when ordering pizza. And the pizza was enjoyed by everyone! Bonus! Thank you, again.

He communicated with me and was concerned that the weather was cold today so he didn't want to leave it outside to get cold. He texted me when he rolled up so he could hand it off. AMAZING. I'm not a big pizza fan but this place has my business.

Hands down one of the top Pizza Shops I've been too in the area. The pizza is incredible and always fresh and also the staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcomed and always gives me a special deal even though I dont typically have coupons when I come in to get a carry out. This location definitely set the bar high for other local pizza shops.

I give 4 stars only because their website is not very user friendly for ordering online (certainly not mobile device friendly) and the majority of their specials require you to order online. I have eaten Mr. Jim's pizza twice now and I love the pizza I ordered! It's the double stuffed crust pizza which I initially expected to be like Pizza Huts cheese stuffed crust but instead it's kind of like having a pizza on top of a quesadilla. Because it's designed with thin crusts it's not as heavy of a meal as regular crust pizza and the flavor is great! It's not the pizza choice for everyone, but could be a fun one for kids!

Their website is terrible!!! Finally had my order in and went to pay. It asks me if I want to add a cookie, I hit "sure". It kicks me out and makes me sign back in. When I do, my cart is empty! Theirs is the worst web ordering system I have ever seen. Update: they seem to have fixed their web ordering issues. Their pizza is very good. The flavor on the crust is the best.

My wife and I normally order from Mr Jim's. They have good thick and thin crust, tasty sauce (not just salt laden like pizza hut) and tasty smoked wings. My wife likes the cheese sticks more than anything else. Fast delivery. Avoid eating there though. It is really a takeout and delivery place.

Good pizza but better bargains can be had for good crust. Placed an order for two pizzas 45 minutes ahead of time for pick up and still had to wait when I arrived. I came because they sponsored a Keller event and my kids wanted to try it again.

Got an order to go for a 5yr old BDAY party... Food was good and only had to wait a lil bit for the order...

Great pizza every time. Always positive interactions whether I am picking up or have delivery. Online ordering now uses points where you can earn a free pizza after multiple orders. There is a wide selection of pizza toppings and crusts, pastas, calzones (called a jimzone I think), salads, and desserts. You can also add custom requests such as square cut instead of traditional.

Picked up an order yesterday 1/23/26. Food was good but the worker at the window told us not to tip on the receipt, because the owner Todd keeps the tips. Only Delivery drivers gets tip from deliveries, not the back of the house.

I'm not sure how the ratings are so high because I did not get a 4-star pizza. Ordered 2 large pizzas. One was supposed to be a meat lover but barely had any meat on it. The other one was half pepperoni and beef but didn't have much cheese on it. Just wanted to try something different outside of Pizza Hut and Dominoes, but this is a no-go for me.
