Schlotzsky's

Ordered drive thru for lunch. Was a little nervous after reading other reviews while waiting but my food was good and order was correct. I drove right past the location though and had to circle back because I didn't realize it's connected to the gas station.

We stopped here as it was the easiest place to stop on our way home. But Schlotzsky's never goes wrong with their beef and cheddar! My husband usually gets the original and he loves it.

Adjoining a convenience store, so we were hesitant.. but so glad we stayed! This smallish deli is clean, and the food is fresh, delicious, and well put together. We were lost out in this part of town, but we will be finding this Schlotzkys again!

Saw a $5 pizza deal pop up on my social media, so quickly jumped on their website to see what was on special. We got the pepperoni pizza and chicken jalapeno pizza. We got both on the Flatbread and yes they were both $5! The chicken jalapeno was amazing and full of flavors! Will definitely be getting this again! We did an order online and drove 11 minutes, it was ready on arrival and we even used the drive thru. Easy peasy and quick service!

Food is always good. Lately had issues ordering in the app. Couldn't use a giftcard. I bought food in person and was charged as miscellaneous items from the gas station so couldn't get reward points. Not sure what's going on here.

I love schlotzsky's, but this specific place just has worse quality food than other locations. It didn't used to be this way. It's like they don't care when they make your food. One time my cinnamon roll didn't even have glazing on it, just cinnamon. Was bored and made this review

The last 3 times I have been there they mess up my orders. Simple orders (wrong chips) I don't feel they pay attention...and then try to rush you away when you bring it to their attention. When up add EXTRA item (and charged for it... they LEAVE it off!!)

We arrived at 8:08 They had all the chairs up, lights off, and she said ( I didn't catch Her name because she wasn't wearing a name badge) they close at 10pm!! I asked for a cinnamon roll for my Wife, and her reply was, that all they had was what was in the display, which was 2 items! Please be Mindful that we as consumers should not be treated as such! Schlotzsky's PLEASE, do better with your employees!

8.28.2025-After buying gas at the convenience store this Schlotzky’s is located in, I went through the drive-thru & ordered a #1, sandwich only, no tomatoes or lettuce. When I arrived at the window the same guy who cashed me out for gas confirmed with me that I did not want chips or a drink. I said yes and again no lettuce or tomatoes. Received my order & left. Halfway home I noticed he charged me $15+ for a $6.99 sandwich. Went back to the store & he figured out what happened, apologized & reimbursed me the difference in cash. Great! But as soon as I got home to eat my sandwich, there’s a ton of lettuce and tomatoes on my sandwich. Not great.

Ordered online for drive through pick up. Order was missing chips, and one sandwich had so much grease the bread was gummy. Grease was dripping through the wrapper into the bag. Sandwich was not edible. Very poor quality.

Love Schlotzskys! But SO unimpressed with the staff tonight. The drive through employee failed to respond to questions and was extremely distracted. When I pulled up,, I watched as one employee was eating food back by the food preparation area, and the drive through employee was too busy to open the window to take my payment because he was texting. Not professional at all, sorry :/

Online state this location closes at 10 PM Monday Through Saturday. On building it says they close at 9 PM Mon-Sat. When I went inside was told that they closed at 8:45 PM today. I arrived at 8:30 PM and was denied food Employee said that they close at early due to winter and could not take my order. Disappointed.

3rd time to come here in a row- I order 2 small smoked turkey breasts, on jalapeño bread. I end up getting 2 medium sandwiches and am charged for 2 mediums- for some reason I haven’t realized until I drive off!! NEVER a Receipt!!! Today was the worst- ordered 2 small smoked turkey breast sandwiches, jalapeño bread, with avocado. Ended up again with 2 medium (I have no idea what kind of sandwiches) on plain bread, they added jalapeño and no avocado!!! ( we had to drive 10 minutes to get to the Schlotzsky’s, so by the time we got home to eat, we didn’t want to drive all the way back. So, when I left my daughter’s house I decided to call- he told me he would give me my money back. When I got there, he asked me where the sandwiches were?!?! What?!?!? Ridiculous! Then he couldn’t even give me back what I paid- well again…. I didn’t receive a receipt! What are they pulling on customers???

Not only did they give me the regular original each time, they didn’t even make it right! And this time, they tried to say my payment didn’t go through, so as to charge me double!!!
