Just moved to Texas from out of state about a year or so ago and tried the different Starbucks to find my "regular" place to go. This was the one I fell in love with. The staff are kind and the manager, Charlotte is a special lady. There serve more than a cup of coffee... they serve a cup of love! I appreciate their kindness and warmth. A pleasant environment to unwind in and sip away.

This place might be busy, but they consistently make beverages to standard. The new sbux on Beach and Tarrant is much closer to my home, but it's always garbage and the people are rude af. This location is always right and always friendly, so I drive a little out of my way to work or running errands to order here. I appreciate these barista's hard work and making drinks to standard.

I think this is my second review at this location! I absolutely love the workers here. It’s actually one of my last times coming because it’s my last day at my job that’s over here, but I swear I will be making the drive sometimes to come to this location! Payton is always so sweet & of course we have the same name. Haha! Michael is awesome too! Thanks to this location for making a lot of my work days better!

I LOVE this particular Starbucks! Before Covid, I was in there and used the drive thru so often that the employees knew my name and I theirs. (Yes, I know they put it on your coffee cup, but still...) This store is very clean, and every person, employees and customers, seem always to be in a good mood! It's just a very hospitable place, and I look forward to visiting inside again - whenever that may be! At present, I will keep the drive thru busy😎!

I just left this Starbucks had the best experience. When I pulled up at the window I was having trouble finding my card. I started to tell the employee working the window to cancel my order and he told me not to worry about it and still gave me my drink. Thank you for having such amazing customer service!

I come every Wednesday afternoon, and the service is consistently excellent and the coffee is always made precisely as ordered. There are actually two locations that would be closer for me that I pass on the way to this one because I can count on those other two taking a long time while also making my drink incorrectly. This location is a winner.

It's comfort food in a cup. After a couple visits they know your name and what you drink. The coffee is robust and there are so many ways to enhance it. I love Starbucks. I don't care that it's big business. I've been drinking it for 20 years.

Love the staff here every morning! I always consistently get the best vanilla lattes at this location. I usually go through the drive through but this morning I had time to sit in the cafe and the short redhead barista was very efficiently getting everyone’s drinks out and writing nice messages on our cups despite the crazy Valentine’s Day rush ❤️

Im changing my review from a 1 to a 5 star because they have changed a lot. Drinks are good. Service is better. Thank you I normally go about my day and don't give reviews because everyone has bad days but 2 days now I have come and got horrible service. Yesterday they messed up my drinks and they looked like they were having a rough day so I threw the drinks in the trash because they were awful and went to a different Starbucks down the street to get what I wanted. Today I came in and waited forever for my drinks and they made my drinks right but I then waited even longer for a pastry and there was no one in the drive through and only one person inside waiting with me. I didn't show that I was upset because they looked like they were having another bad day. I mean who knows what's going on in there but they never look happy. So one girl brings my pastry over and slides it across the counter and walks off. After that it pushed me over the edge. I spent $20 on drinks yesterday because I didn't want to make their day worse by complaining and now today they are still all irritated.

I go to this Starbucks 2 or 3 times a week and it's generally clean with good service and my drinks are always good. The only thing that bothers me is when large groups come in and take all the chairs from the tables, and I think that shouldn't be allowed. It's happened to me a few times and that's really the only thing that makes me want to go back home.

Nice place. Drive through is always busy. Drinks are inconsistent. I always order the same thing and it always tastes different. Crew is usually nice. I shouldn't have to ask for a cup holder if I order 3+ drinks and I'm alone in the car....

The store is surprisingly slow for not having a line inside or out. My food was out before I walked in the door. But my drink came out 15 minutes later. The drink was made missing a few ingredients as well. Luckily the fruit box is already packaged.

Used to be quick, now it's slow. People are friendly though. Will update as service improves. Update: Still kinda slow at the counter inside, drive thru moves well. For whatever reason hardly any Starbucks is ever attentive to the counter inside. Sometimes yes, but it’s more the exception than the rule.

I wanted coffee real early in the morning(6am) so i stopped by here to get a Venti triple iced espresso with brown sugar, white mocha and cream added. Got excited to get my drink until i took a sip and I couldn’t taste the brown sugar. Looked at the bottom of the cup and the sugar is just sitting there. I wanted the brown sugar syrup instead of the sugar and it would’ve been okay but the sugar was just sitting on the bottom. Worst coffee ever i’ve gotten so far. Definitely not going back there again

There is one barista, Lexi, that seems to know what she’s doing every single time. When she’s not there and someone else has to make a drink, 8 out of 10 it’ll be jacked up. I get the same drink at least 3 days a week and if Lexi isn’t making it, without a doubt something will be wrong just like this morning. Starbucks is too much $$ to get wildly inconsistent drinks. This happens way too often and there are too many coffee shops to try.

I only gave 2 stars in this review because there are only 2 good things about this Starbucks store: I can order on my phone, and it's 3 minutes from my house. Other than that, this is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I have been a Starbucks member since 2011 and I have never been to a slower coffee shop. Today I went into the store and ordered a Grande mocha. There was no one in front of me, and i counted 5 cars in the drive through. I sat there for 12 minutes before my drink was ready. This is not the first time I have had to wait this long. Once, I went through the drive through and sat at the ordering mic for 5 minutes and eventually had to drive up to the window to get service. Even then they saw me and ignored me for another 5 minutes. The staff are friendly enough, but on more than one occasion I asked for an item I know they carried and the employee said that it wasn't an item they had. I told them to go check with their manager and sure enough, they had it. When you don't know a thing about your merchandise, friendly doesn't cut it. This Starbucks seriously needs some training.

I’m not sure why, but the woman working the drive through this morning was incredibly rude! I get that it’s free holiday cup day, but that doesn’t mean you should cut people off when they ask a question, act annoyed when they ask if you have cups left, or shove their $5 coffee at them with a “HERE.” Really sad. Normally those who work at Starbucks are super nice.

Idk if they switched their oat milk or used the wrong milk or what but as soon as I got to work this was how my coffee looked, I couldn’t even drink it. I called the location and as always they don’t answer the phone. Last time I went through the drive through and told them my issue and told them I called 5x and they never answered and the lady swore they always answer. This proves they don’t. Last time I come here. I visit this location almost daily in the morning before work, lately the drinks have been so inconsistent, they always taste different & I get the same drink every day, Venti Iced Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso with vanilla syrup, and every single time it’s either too milky or too strong, it used to be so good and now I get my drink remade more often than normal because I’m not going to pay $9 for a poorly made coffee.

First time comimg here. My wife had been raving about the white chocolate peppermint so I took her for that and ordered a plain hot chocolate. Very disappointed. My plain hot chocolate was watered down and tasted more like warm water. Hers they didn't make right and gave her a chocolate chocolate peppermint instead of the white chocolate peppermint. They didn't give her a cardboard hand protector either. And the guy manning the window was obviously upset I didn't tip him for his awesome abilities of standing at the window and getting our order wrong. Definitely will not be back. I can make better hot chocolate at home at a fraction of the price without the attitude.

I visit this location every single day and they know what I order and what time I go in. I love this place and the employees except for what happened yesterday, the lady that helped was being rude at first when I asked her I placed an order online I saw my drink ready at the table and she said wait I am going to make your order, after few minutes she asked what did I order while I was watching my drink sitting there, then she said oh I already made your drink! Like really?! Also in the end I got a wrong drink.This has never happened to me here but just wanted to put this review so their management can at least see. She already made me late for work so I had to leave plus it was the first time they made my drink wrong so I didn’t say anything but clearly that lady didn’t know what she was doing.

Walked in to place an order and saw a huge roach on the floor. There is no way anyone who worked there could not see it. This demonstrates that not only do they have bugs, but they don’t clean, they don’t mop their floor, and the staff does not care enough to even pick that up at a busy lunch time. This was at lunch on Tuesday Dec 5. Avoid this location. Disgusting.

One of the girls, Ness i think she has a hand tattoo, deliberately skipped our order. Granted it was a very busy morning but the people before us got their 4 drinks in 5 minutes while it took almost 30 for our 2 simple ones. I have a feeling it was deliberate because she rolled her eyes when we asked for the tea to not be too hot. I get theres only one temp but couldnt you throw a few ice cubes in?

This place used to be my favorite place to go. Lately I been have bad experience here especially, the drink wrong and the staff is rude. One girl bring out my drink and it the wrong drink. I explained to her but it seem like she doesn't care. She don't smile at all. Evertime I come in here, she seem like she doesnt like her job or having a bad. That is bad customer service.

Usually I have a good experience here but today was not. I had placed a mobile order while waiting for a pickup order at Target (because I prefer this place over the one they offer with target pickup) but they ended up coming out immediately. I had the choice to wait in the parking lot or head over, I saw the drive thru at this Starbucks was empty so I did. My Starbucks app said my order would be ready in 3-6 minutes, so I took my time driving and got to the speaker 2 minutes after the order was placed but I assumed it would be okay since a car had made it there before me and I would still have to wait for them to get their order. When it was my turn to get my stuff it was well past my order time and I was handed my stuff immediately. The older lady at the window scolded me for placing a mobile order because showing up so quickly “doesn’t help them” and I should understand. If I would’ve known everything would be quick I would’ve just ordered at the speaker, but I didn’t and that was rarely the case. The one time I show up a minute early before the earliest ready estimate I get chastised.

I go to this Starbucks daily only because it is close to my house. The service here is not great. At least 2 times a week my venti drink is half full when I pick it up. Today I went in and they had it in a grande cup. I asked the barista and she said they were out of venti cups. I told her I felt cheated on paying for a venti and she just shrugged and walked away. I ordered a mobile order last week and arrived 20 minutes later (it said it would be ready in 15). My drink was not on the counter I asked a barista and she said oh I will make that now for you. I proceeded to stand there for another 10 minutes with a crying baby in my arms. I go up to check on the drink again and they said they didn’t receive my mobile order. I showed them the receipt on my phone and they finally started to make it. The first barista lied to my face. I gave her my name and she looked at the screen and said she would work on it…she obviously never did. Luckily the second barista I asked did make it. I shouldn’t have to wait 40 minutes for coffee and be lied to. Don’t even bother with the drive thru. They put you on hold at the order screen until they have no cars in front of you at the window. The line wraps around the building because they work on one order at a time I guess to get some kind of good service time frame which is a joke. I have to sit at the order screen for 5 minutes until all they even take my order. I have loved Starbucks and been a regular. I guess it’s time to try some of the other coffee shops in the area if they are going to start charging me venti priced and fixing me grandes. So unacceptable.

This Starbucks takes absolutely forever with no lines. I always stop going to this location but then I’ll forget and give it a new try to be disappointed again. The people working there always seem to be rude and annoyed they have to serve you. Your better off getting a drink inside target. Don’t believe me, when do you see Starbucks without a line? Sharing this pic to show their attitude. The caramel in this drink is typically spiraled up the cup. They just blasted it down one side. Maybe they’re in a hurry. Nope. Me and one other guy in line.

Extremely mad to say the least!!! I just got a coffee for Mother’s Day snack from my husband. Besides that they didn’t have my favorite milk (oak milk) they didn’t even filled up my VT coffee😡 look at the photo. It is almost half way EMPTY what’s the freaking point of buying a not that cheap big size cup of coffee when they cheat you out of the size😡🤬

The people working there always seem to be rude and annoyed they have to serve you. Your better off getting a drink inside target. Don’t believe me, when do you see Starbucks without a line? Sharing this pic to show their attitude. The caramel in this drink is typically spiraled up the cup. They just blasted it down one side. Maybe they’re in a hurry. Nope. Me and one other guy in line.

I'm so disappointed. I loved this location and staff has always been so sweet but the last 2 times I've gone here my drink order was wrong. The first time they kept trying to hand me a hot chai latte. I repeated multiple times I got an iced white mocha. They remade it and when I tasted it on my way to work.. It was an iced chai . And again today, on my way to work I stopped again thinking maybe last time was just a bad day. I got an iced latte this time...but absolutely no flavoring. Just milk and espresso ☹️

I order the head and chose drive-thru as my pickup method. Of course, the line was wrapped around the store. One thing you should suggest is being able to change the app setting from drive-thru to pick up. However, when I called hoping someone would be able to just bring my drink out, no one answered the phone! My drink was watery. If the line wasn't wrapped around the building, I would have had to make it over! I'll go back to the store on Smithfield.

Not sure what is going on at this location, but every time I buy coffee from here, it is extremely bitter and unbearable to drink. I do not have this problem at other stores. Extremely disappointed.
