So good! First time trying this place, been wanting to stop in for crawfish and I’m glad I did! I got the 2lb crawfish plate with potatoes & corn. Crawfish are juicy and easy to peel, flavorful inside, potatoes well seasoned and buttered, corn juicy and sweet. Coby took my order and was super friendly. Cannot wait to come back, I live 10 minutes away and was driving to Dallas and Arlington for crawfish. Not anymore! Excited to come back and try their other plates.
It was my wife and I’s first time here, and Te’Jun *did not disappoint*!!! We always drove past Te’Jun, but now we finally tried the food out…SO GOOD! Great food, incredible service…need I say more?! We had the catfish plate and shrimp poboy! Great fried food! We’ll definitely be back!
Our first time visiting. My husband and I were really impressed! I ordered the Slap Daddy and he ordered the Mississippi Catfish dish and they were both really tasty for fast food seafood, so to speak. There's alot on their menu and Id like to try something elsw. We were both very satisfied with the food and friendly fast service. We will definitely be back.
This was our second time getting good to go. The first time we got the Tuesday fried fish special. It was so delicious! Their cocktail sauce was on point. This time we got Atchafalaya. This place is my new favorite restaurant. My almost 2 year old and my extremely picky 8 year old loved the fried fish too.
I had the catfish platter, 3 filets. WOW that was a lot of food, huge portion sizes. The catfish was so thick & juicy, just yummy. The breading was a bit overwhelming, maybe a little less fried dough; but was still very good. The fries were also tasty. They got a bit soggy under the catfish unfortunately, I squeezed lemons over the catfish. The hush puppies were amazing! So well cooked, tender, great flavor. They give you one small portion of what appeared to be homemade tarter sauce. The sauce was wonderful, just needed more. I went & asked & they gladly offered more. Just would've been nice to already have 2. We also ordered some beignets & the banana pudding. Both were great. The beignets were so tasty & the pudding was just right. Just loved this place. And the best part, they had scriptures throughout the restaurant on the walls; just loved this. And they had Christian music playing in the background. Way to make a strong stance for the Bible & Jesus. Will definitely be back.
It was my first visit and I was very pleased! The staff was friendly, the dining area and restrooms were spotless, and most importantly the food was perfect! Thank you Chef Brian! For a minute I thought I was back in Metairie, Louisiana. I can’t wait to return! Thank you all for a great experience! Jon
What a great dining experience for our family. They have such a fun menu with specials for the weekdays, too! There's something for everyone. Our shrimp plates were full of flavor, and the beignets were a delicious end to our meal. To top it off, the staff were very welcoming, and the restaurant has a play area for kids and a beautiful pond to enjoy outside. We found our go-to family restaurant 🙌
I have been eagerly awaiting their opening! This weekend was a soft opening so we decided to try it out. It is counter serve which I love! We ordered the crab cakes, gumbo, grilled shrimp and a shrimp crab combo. My fav was the gumbo and crab cake. It was really good with large portions. Lots of seating both indoor and outdoor. Our family will definitely be back!
High quality Cajun and seafood 🍤 🦀 🦞 at reasonable prices in Keller TX ?!!!?!?! 🤯🤯 The team at Te’jun has created a great dining experience that made feel like I was in LA again. Spice blends were delicious and not too mild or too HOT 🥵 just right 🌶️🤠! Plan to get there early because this place is going to fill up when the word gets out 🔥 🔥 🔥 😱🤩🤩
So happy to have a good cajun place in this area!! Its a Christian establishment (which I love) so I call it Christian Crawfish😉The crawfish was perfectly seasoned, hot and delicious so hopefully its consistent because ill definitely be back every weekend if it is😋
The food was exceptional! The fish was cooked perfectly with batter that was light and tasteful. It also helped that the fish strips were thick and not thin like we’ve seen everywhere else. Thank you for sharing your story with us and opening this new family friendly restaurant in Keller, TX! We’ll be back soon and next time I’ll try the cream sauce.
Came for a work lunch yesterday and came back today to bring my husband and FIL. Amazing service, such delicious food, and wonderful staff!! The owner even came up and chatted with us and got a bunch of hunting stories. It was awesome. Wouldn’t be made if we got some deer heads up on the walls 😜
Today was my first time visiting this place and I will be going back. I had catfish and shrimp which was seasoned to perfection!!!! Cooked fresh and plus they have a drive thru. I suggest you check them out.
The menu is quite impressive, the prices are reasonable, and the staff and owner are exceptionally friendly and helpful. I highly recommend trying the Po'boy, although everything on the menu is truly delicious! The atmosphere is pleasant, and the patio offers a wonderful view.
My friend and I went for lunch. She had the fried shrimp basket and I had the grilled shrimp. We both thoroughly enjoyed our meal, everything was delicious! I loved all the photos and Bible scriptures on the walls. I plan on returning soon!
My husband had the Best Seller and I had the Slap Daddy. We were not disappointed! My husband loved the lobster tail, corn and said the potato was the best. His shrimp was peeled and my shrimp was not. I didn’t mind pealing my own shrimp. It was a little messier but they have a hand washing station that was easy to get to. They have a nice patio overlooking the pond. They have stands that dispense fish food. Bring some quarters. Feeding the fish isn’t just for kids. I loved watching the ducks, turtles, and fishies.
IF YOU ARE IN THE DFW/KELLER/SOUTHLAKE AREA YOU NEED TO STOP IN AND ENJOY THIS TREAT "THE TEXAS CAJUN" TE'JUN. THE FOOD, ATMOSTPHERE, THE PRICES AND THE VALUE FOR THE MONEY ARE UNDENIABLY GUUD. A CHRISTIAN ATMOSTPHERE WITH WITTY CHRISTIAN QUOTES THROUGHT THE RESTURAUNT. THIS IS A FAMILY FRIENDLY LOCATION WITH AN OUTSIDE AREA FOR THE KIDS TO PLAY OR GROUP OUTING DEDICATED ROOM. SEPERATE FROM THE RESTURANT FOR PRIVATE EVENTS. The back of the resuraunt is situated on a lake with Awesome views if you plan to eat with the sounds of water in the backvroun

Very delicious! They have. 4 lunch combos! The small fried combo is what I ordered. Service was great, a server “Chloe “ was walking around and asking if we needed refills etc. Christian music was playing. A cool lunch spot for under $15. Pretty delicious for the cost and service was really good. So happy they are in Keller

Great food! My whole family enjoyed it. The atmosphere was very family friendly. The owner was zipping around and being very attentive to folks! Will come back again.
First time Ordering from here. Will definitely be ordering again!! We ordered the lobster tail with shrimps, potato, corn and a side of fries. That Spicy sauce was a surprise tasty flavour. Everything was DELICIOUS. It is pricey but we all know seafood is. And honestly that meal was very filling and worth it. Delivery was quick, our food was still nice a warm. If you love seafood, order from Tejun.
In Southlake and Keller, there aren’t many casual seafood places where we can go and have good seafood at a good price. A friend told me about this place that seems fairly new and said I should go in for the lunch special. It was Tuesday and the lunch special was snow, crab, cluster, boiled shrimp, and half a baked potato and corn. It took less than five minutes for them to buzz me to the counter to pick up my order. I sat out on the deck that overlooks an a large pond, and it was really a nice serene setting. I think families would like it also the kids could probably get a little noisier out there. The dining area inside was large and clean, and everything looked new. The staff was attentive and checked on me several times out on the deck and even offered to refill my soda. I was surprised and pleased by the generous portion sizes of the snow crab, and the shrimp. The seasoning was very good and they have a kind of butter dipping sauce. The shrimp were perfectly cooked. The snow crab clusters were good, but shells were a little rubbery when you tried to crack them from perhaps sitting a little too long. The potato and corn were a bit soft but good. It is a boiled seafood platter so that all makes sense. Overall, I would recommend it because it’s one of the few places where we can get such a generous portion of good quality seafood at a price that’s a good value for lunch.
Great blackened red fish, gumbo, red beans, and shrimp. Slight burnt taste to the roux. Budan balls and sausage looked amazing but lacked any flavor in the interior. Finished off with some amazing desserts. Beignets and Bannana pudding off the charts!!! Huge dinning area so if parking looks full there is still plenty of space.

First time visiting. Had lunch with a friend and the food was ok. I ordered the fish and shrimp, the fish was a tad bit too salty for me. The shrimp was pretty good. I think I’ll try something else next time though. The service was great. Plenty of seating, however I think the tables are a bit too close. The gentleman behind me kept bumping my chair and eventually apologized and also stated the food was good but the chairs are too close. My friend’s chair also kept getting bumped. There was plenty of parking and even an outdoor patio area. Tables all have a bucket in the middle for shells and such. Overall it was ok.
I was so excited for and really wanted to try this place! One thing Keller has been missing for years is a nice seafood restaurant. The outside of the restaurant is inviting and appealing with a nice outdoor patio I see every day on my drive home from work. I was immediately greeted with disappointment as I walked in and realized rather than a dining experience , this is just a modernized fast food experience. It gave more vibes of a mess hall or food court with plastic trays , plastic buckets for food scraps , and a long line with no menus available due to how busy it was. We ordered the Tejun favorite, a crab cake , and an entree of catfish. Perhaps my least favorite part of the experience is the cacophony of people's beepers and buzzers going off as they are notified their food is ready for pickup. The workers all huddled at the front and had a cart where they were bussing tables immediately next to the bathrooms. Not very appetizing. And no ice was in the ice dispenser for drinks. The Catfish was very oily and had a weird yellow tinge to it likely from the coating seeping into the fish itself. It didn't seem particularly fresh, probably pre frozen on account of how fast it came out to us. The crab cake and alligator was delicious enough but the sauces weren't anything special. Really could have used something fresh and vibrant like some herbs and citrus to cut through all the fried food. The hush puppies were a huge disappointment. Fries were tasty enough but could have used an extra 15-20 seconds in that fryer to really get them crispy . It really was just a modernized , overtly Christian , and not particularly positive version of a Long John Silvers. Nice patio though .

Overall not impressed. We were excited to try this location. Ordered the Shrimp Po-Boy via drive-thru. It was drowned in mayo and sauce that I had to wipe off. Then to top it off there was about 3 separate stands of hair in the box and on the food thus I didn’t eat it. I only ate some of the shrimp that weren’t touching the food, which were pretty good. I didn’t take it back and/or complain but more than likely won’t return. Although I probably should’ve for the price tag (paid over $30 total). I can say that the service and staff were very nice and friendly. The service was the best take away for me unfortunately.
