I went through the drive thru this morning to grab breakfast for my husband and I. It was quick and the staff was friendly. I was able to order and get my food in such a quick amount of time. The food was delicious and I will be ordering it again.

Courteous staff, lots of options, and nice atmosphere for a quick bite or relaxed breakfast. They have free water cups by the soda available while you wait for your coffee to cool off.

I love bagels, and these are so much better than any dunkin donuts or store bought brand I've had. I love the plain classic cream cheese with a sesame seed bagel - just wonderful.

Great addition to Kellers eating places. Made fresh bagels of all the varieties that made Einstein famous. Serve yourself coffee with lots of other caffeine options. Been here several times.

I visited this location at 8AM on a Thursday. The bagels were fresh and the service was fast. High quality. I expect nothing less from Einstein Bros.

The drive thru always takes a little long but it's always so worth it. The bagels on their own are great but their sandwiches are even better.

The coffee..... I love Caribou coffee and they have multiple choices of blends on tap. The service is terrific even on a Saturday when it's super busy.

Fast and friendly service, a lot of seating compared to the other locations and glad there is an EBB closer to home. Everything was made to order with one small hiccup with how late my iced mocha came out but impressed with the speed of service considering how busy the restaurant and drive thru were.

I was discussing options with the girl at the drive through and there was a miscommunication about the bagels I wanted. I drove back when I realized I had the wrong bagels and they exchanged them for the correct ones, no questioned asked. They were friendly, helpful, and professional. This was at 1230ish on 4/17. Great shift of people!

Order was wrong the first time, but they remade it for free. They also forgot my side the first time, but remembered it the second time. However, the bagel was REALLY good.

Orders are not always correct. Kids making sandwiches or such don't pay attention to see through cucumbers, bad lettuce or nasty tomatoes. They need more training. I am a fan of Einstein's but this store in Keller needs help. Whoever they paid to paint the parking lot lines should have to do it again. They are so small a smart car struggles to stay inside the spaces provided. Horribly wrong.

I bought a half dozen bagels. I should have checked the bag... They forgot to put in my cream cheese. I called and they were nice about it but I haven't been able to get back to the area this week. We'll see if they make good. Their bagels are good though. Great variety. Always fresh.

Ordered 6 bagels and 2 tubs of cream cheese. When I got home, I realized they'd shorted me (but still charged me) a tub of cream cheese, which left me with a bunch of sweet bagels to eat with chive and onion cream cheese. Not ideal.

While a good spot overall for bagels and breakfast sandwiches, this location's biggest problem seems to be its level of service. It's a coin toss as to whether or not my visit will have some type of issue, be it getting the order wrong, or just taking much longer than anticipated. However, the staff is usually pretty friendly, and once I have my order, it's always delicious.

Veterans Day! Not really honoring veterans. My Air Force veteran husband and I went here for Veterans Day. They only offered free coffee. I ordered a bagel. I saw in the case, there was one already sliced . I knew I didn’t want that one because how long had it been sitting sliced. I ordered mine unsliced. What did I get? The old, sliced one. Each time I’ve been to this location, I have not had a good experience.

Good bagels, way to much cream cheese to even taste the bagel I ended up scraping most of it off of mine and my kids seems like a waste of cream cheese to me because it really was a ridiculous amount of there. I enjoyed the Iced Chai. They were extremely rude here though. That really disappointed me. I told them it was my first time there and I needed a minute and she just stared at me with a pitiful face and it wasn't busy at the time. They all seemed so unhappy to be there. This was August 13,2023 @ 9:30. My order was just a drink and 3 bagels.

This place should be 5 stars - however, the wait inside today was way too long. It was so long that the drive thru cleared twice by the time we got our order. Unacceptable for such a great place. Food is fantastic, staff is friendly, location is convenient, and the menu is full of variety. Management should step in here and fix this - this should be 5 stars no doubt.

As someone used to authentic Jewish bagels, Einstein bagels are OK bagels. They are also convenient. I think this location is struggling a bit, perhaps due to the shortage of workers in our area. I ordered 3 items. I had to prompt them to make sure I got my full order. They still got one item wrong. When I went back a few days later to SPEND MORE MONEY and correct my previous order, I found the response a bit sarcastic. They did correct their previous error, however. And they did get my new order correct.

The customer service lacks- they forgot my coffee.. so as I stand waiting, 3 workers are too busy chatting to give me the time of the day.. one of them- the girl who took my order! Decent bagels, my biggest problem with this location is the lack of exhaust fans in the area where the bagels are toasted. I only visit this location when I can hit the drive through as the dining room is regularly smokey.

Steamer was broken for espressos and regular coffee was the the worst I’ve ever had. It tasted like burnt dirt and it was expensive for plain coffee. Bagel sandwich tasted good but wasn’t toasted like I asked.

Keeps going down hill. I went through the drive thru and ordered two bagels, sliced and toasted with the cream cheese on the side. I got home with two untoasted bagels with a little bit of cream cheese on half of it. I won't go back for a while.

Went this morning and ordered some bagels, one mocha, and a hot coffee. I get to the window and the person confirms my order in correctly, so I had to correct them. However, when I got my mocha, they told me that it was a hot chocolate. I said something like “oh I had a medium mocha” and they said something like “oh yeah I mean mocha not hot chocolate” but it was most definitely a hot chocolate, not a mocha. I also had to pay over $4 for two small cream cheese containers. Incompetent worker, but bagels were good I guess.

I really like the bagel at this place. I went there and the guy was wiping down the counter and cleaning out containers. My order came up the screen. He grab a couple of bagels and began to cut them. He had on gloves but felled to change them or wash your hands. I said wait, you can't do that. The guy mopping the floor had to tell him to wash his hands. He looked surprised. He did just that. He got more bagels, cut them and i was completely satisfied.

Went there for the first time this morning to purchase a baker's dozen and it was not what I had hoped for. The bagels were sliced without asking and they were sliced horribly. The other issue was higher priced bagels mixed with regular priced and I was not told/asked anything about a price difference. Some of the staff were very friendly and some were stiff as a board. The order itself took way longer than it should have. While I waited for my order to be filled I watched several single and double orders after mine was placed, come and go and bagels I ordered were flying out of the baskets. It was frustrating.

Sadly disappointed. Signed up for their app but the coupons they send me never seem to work there's always some excuse at the counter why the coupon I have won't work. I get some sorry excuse that the app is not theirs it's offered by a third party nothing they can do to help I get inundated with emails.

This is a great addition to Keller and we go every week, but it will be awhile before I go back. Every single visit my order is wrong or there is some type confusion. It doesnt matter if we go inside or drive thru. This morning I drove thru to get the family breakfast and I was craving their iced coffee. When I pull up I say have a large order so first I'm going to order 6 bagels and said the type, twice. The girl responded if you order half a dozen you can get a tub of cream cheese. SMH! I replied yes I ordered 6 which is half dozen. She was flat out rude responding what kind do you want after I already said twice what type bagels. I love their egg sandwiches and coffee, but did not want to confuse her more, so ordered only the bagels. Rude staff here, consistently. Shame because the food is good. Maybe try to hire keller high kids, that may help.

AWFUL!!! I will never go back to this location. Extremely long wait times and rude, apathetic staff. I ordered ahead and after a 20 minute drive my order was still not ready but was told they were working on it. After waiting another 20 minutes inside I went back to ask the cashier where my order was. He again said they were working on it but the girl making the orders came over and wasn’t even aware there was an online order to be made. While inside 2 other customers complained to me how long they had been waiting. One of them mentioned it was always like this and that she would not be returning. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place unless you have an hour to wait for a bagel and like to be treated rudely.

I Seriously would have given them zero stars. My order was incorrect on August 16 I have been calling the (Keller) location for two weeks now and no one answers the phone so I finally reached out to Corporate and they notified me to only let me know that this location is A franchise and I have yet to receive a refund on my $13 incorrect order yet a courtesy phone call . Very poor customer service!! I will be returning for my REFUND!!

I have been a huge fan of Einstein Bagels for years. I was excited when I found out that one was opening near me in Keller. I went right during the grand opening week. Both of my bagels were too flat and weren't up to par. I chalked it up to "new" and let it go. I went about a month later. This time it was before church so the family and I decided to dine in. It was packed, no problem, probably a good sign. Well, unfortunately not. I ordered the bagel sandwich with the spinach and garlic. The Florentine? My bagel was better but not like I remembered it from the past. This sandwich is one of my favorites and I have had it many times. This time, the spinach part was ice cold in contrast to the rest. I took it up front, I was politely offered a remake but had to pass due to time for church. Very disappointed and won't be going back to the Keller location again. Am I the only one?

Arrived at 6:30 through the drive through. I said I wanted the bakers dozen special but didn’t want the flavors listed. The young woman said to just enter it in the app and they would change it. I told her I’d get out of line and be back. I got out of line, placed my order for 2 dozen and then drove up to the speaker. I told her I was back and she told me to pull up. When I did she said she couldn’t split up the flavors. reminded her I told her what I wanted before she told me to place the order in the app. She said she was trying to tell me but this thing and pointed to her headset. Not true. I was the only 1 in line and it was quiet. So I asked now what as I had paid. She told me she’d give me one and to reach out to customer service through the app for a refund. This was the second mistake in 2 weeks. Last visit they didn’t give my husband my coffee. Customer service said it would be a few days and then in the end didn’t refund me the full amount!

We were told bagels cannot be sliced or toasted, at a bagel place, becuase the employees "aren't allowed to." We asked for clarification multiple times, as we bought bagels literally the day before without this issue, but the employee maintained they are "not allowed" to slice or toast bagels. We won't be back.

Normally I try to leave some sort of positive note on reviews even when I get crumby service but I have nothing good to say about this location. My husband and I both ordered breakfast sandwiches that were straight off the menu so you would think they wouldn't mess up our bagel 4 TIMES! The manager was very rude about having to remake the sandwich and gave my husband major attitude for HER mess up. Then their ice machine was out of ice and when another customer politely let them know the girl at the counter rolled her eyes and said yeah we know then didn't even offer to fill the woman's cup for her. This place has HORRIBLE customer service in management, is wasn't clean, and apparently they can't read their own menu to make a sandwich. VERY DISAPPOINTED and will not be coming back to this location.

We have been ordering Einstein bagels for a number of years now, typically 2 dozen per order. We were happy to see a Keller location closer than having to go to Southlake. Quality has always been good, though occasionally there have been mix-ups on orders, but the size and quality was always good. Our last purchase was very unsatisfactory, however. Upon arriving home it was clear that the bagels had shrunk by easily a third. They looked almost like minnie bagels. Most unsatisfactory! We'll try an order one more time to see if this is a new product strategy or was just an aberration. I am hoping to not be forced to find a new bagel destination, but if this continues we will.

Here’s why I’m only rating one star; I placed 3 orders, 2 ham and cheese and one turkey, bacon avocado. All 3 orders were wrong when they came out. The two ham and cheese came out with egg on them. One was suppose to be no cheese but had cheese on it. The turkey, bacon, avocado was supposed to hold the tomatoes and add cream cheese but didn’t do either. Half way through my sandwich I realized I was missing my chips, when I went to the counter to inquire, they showed me I was suppose to get them myself from a small shelf (currently only had 3 bags on it) behind where I was standing at the counter. Who knew. Speaking of the chips, when I ordered she told me they only had ONE flavor of chips, BBQ (although irrelevant, they are my least favorite) We were not greeted with a smile upon entering the establishment nor given a smile when I stopped by the counter to ask for a small bag on my way out. The only person that seemed to like their job, was the gentleman that brought the food to our table with a smile. Einstein’s has been around a long time and I’m sure has a sufficient training program in place to ensure better service and proper food orders. I understand “things happen” but come on, all 3 orders? There are other places that would be happy to have us as a customer and I’m sure would show that by greeting us in a friendly manner or at least with a smile and would probably thank us for our patronage upon paying or when leaving. Perhaps in the future we will just drive a bit further to Boopa’s Bagels, which would be supporting small business anyway.

Worst service I've ever had. The younger girl who was working at the front on 12/2 at 1:20pm was extremely rude to me and my family. Sadly the manager was behind us watching her behavior and did not say anything. I will say the food was good but they need to do something with the girl at the front. They're the face of the company and it was not a pleasant experience.

I went here this morning on 9/30/24 with my wife and she ordered the brisket bagel sandwich. She has ordered it at this location previously and when she checks the sandwich it has literally 3 or 4 slivers of brisket very small amount. When we spoke to the manager. She stated it is 2.5 oz but it looked like less than an oz of brisket very small. She stated she would fix it but it will be a $3.39 charge to add more brisket. This unacceptable to charge someone a total of $15.00 for a small bagel sandwich. The employees and manager could care less about providing customer service. They just looked at us and stated they can not help us without charging us the extra money. I will not be patronizing this business anymore. The way we treated is unacceptable. I have been to the other Einstein bros locations in the metro plex and they provide way better service and the brisket sandwich had more meat than what the Keller location provides. If I could give a zero I would. Worst service and food portions I ever received. Y’all need to train your staff and also put more portions on your brisket sandwiches. I am not wasting my money. I will go elsewhere. I would not recommend this Keller location to anyone.

Slowest drive thru of all time. 3 cars in line at 8am (which I would think is peak time for a breakfast place to have proper staffing) and took over 15 minutes. Don’t come here if you’re in a hurry

Drive though worker was rude, borderline aggressive, overcharged me for the bagels even though they are half price after 12 according to the sign out front. Then he gave me a fake manager # when I tried to call back later for a refund and then hung up on me when I called back asking for a real #. Worst experience I have ever had, spent 20 bucks on 3 bagels and was treated terribly.

4.00 for a muffin and you can’t get it heated or butter without paying extra. So 4.00 For a cold muffin that was not tasty

I told her neither and that I had an order i placed through their app and she just gestures the bag in my direction without saying anything. Won't be going back. However, the bagel was pretty good!

Slowest drive thru of all time. 3 cars in line at 8am (which I would think is peak time for a breakfast place to have proper staffing) and took over 15 minutes. Don’t come here if you’re in a hurry

Drive though worker was rude, borderline aggressive, overcharged me for the bagels even though they are half price after 12 according to the sign out front. Then he gave me a fake manager # when I tried to call back later for a refund and then hung up on me when I called back asking for a real #. Worst experience I have ever had, spent 20 bucks on 3 bagels and was treated terribly.

Just got out of a long overnight shift and went to try this place for the first time so I put an order on the app and went in. I went here this morning on 9/30/24 with my wife and she ordered the brisket bagel sandwich. She has ordered it at this location previously and when she checks the sandwich it has literally 3 or 4 slivers of brisket very small amount. When we spoke to the manager. She stated it is 2.5 oz but it looked like less than an oz of brisket very small. She stated she would fix it but it will be a $3.39 charge to add more brisket. This unacceptable to charge someone a total of $15.00 for a small bagel sandwich. The employees and manager could care less about providing customer service. They just looked at us and stated they can not help us without charging us the extra money. I will not be patronizing this business anymore. The way we treated is unacceptable. I have been to the other Einstein bros locations in the metro plex and they provide way better service and the brisket sandwich had more meat than what the Keller location provides. If I could give a zero I would. Worst service and food portions I ever received. Y’all need to train your staff and also put more portions on your brisket sandwiches. I am not wasting my money. I will go elsewhere. I would not recommend this Keller location to anyone.
