I didn’t know what to expect walking in. I was amazed at all the choices of unsweetened and sweetened in various flavors. They have a little sample cups that you can use to try the teas. Then you can select one of their cups and fill the cup yourself. We went during the weekday between two and four and there was a happy hour for buy one get one free. That was definitely a good deal. You could also get a free 2 ounce of cherries, lime, or lemon to go with your tea. They also have coffee drinks, tea by the gallon, brownies, cupcakes, containers for your beverages, coolers, and gifts. Service was friendly and helpful.
First time trying the coffee, it was decent but I'll stick to the tea. I love the flavors and combinations you can create. It's a great concept and perfect place to find your favorite tea in Texas. Saw the flyer for $1 mini twa jugs! Will be back for these for sure! The staff at the Southlake location was super friendly.
This place is amazing first off. There is finally a place where you can get a sweet tea, and it is actually sweet. Me and the wife come here multiple times a week. The sweet tea is my go to, she likes tue sweet mint. We just tried the coconut sweet tea and it is delicious. Tue service here is exceptional as well. You must come try, price are decent as well
This place is awesome and super yummy! Look at the size of my drink. They accidentally put a sweet syrup and I went back and they were super nice about changing it. Top notch service.

Have been twice now…. So excited to have such a vast selection of tea. The unsweet peach tea was so yummy! Employees were very nice and helpful. The store has snacks too. Great addition to the area.

I've ordered twice so far, once online and once by app, and it worked great. The staff is friendly, even following up to where we actually were when I mentioned I worked across the street. And the tea is awesome! Ginger Peach Green iced tea is a favorite. Looking forward to the summer! Update: We still love the service and drinks at HTeaO! and now that they've added coffee at this location I don't have to make two stops! We order once a week and consider it a real treat at our office. Thanks, HTeaO! Still loving HTeaO! Looking forward to peppermint mocha coffee with the winter! Update: HTeaO is still our go-to drink spot for our office when we want a treat. The teas and coffees are delicious, and the snacks are high quality and great variety. Love coming in!

Ordered decaf unsweetened tea gallon for a meeting- had many compliments! Quick drive thru pick up after ordering on app.. friendly service! Love stopping by for my tea anytime!
I adore this place (and every HTeaO I’ve been to). Being able to go inside and sample the numerous teas (self-serve so don’t have to worry about bothering anyone by getting too many samples lol) before deciding is so cool! And being able to mix them to make new flavors is always fun (they have a “secret menu” on their website for ideas). And it’s compatible cheap, compared to most other drink shops. I just double checked and it’s $3.50 for a 40 ounce of tea! I know they also have coffee that you can order but I’ve never tried it lol
I absolutely LOVE HTeaO! This location is the best also. I forgot my wallet and tried using my tap app, and for some reason, it wasn't working. The very nice team members said not to worry it was on them. Nothing like this ever happens anymore, and for that reason, I will always go to this location. Not to mention the endless combinations of flavors for this non coffee drinker. HTeaO is my go-to now!
Quin and Harper were so helpful in telling us the teas they preferred! Our order was perfect and they are EXCELLENT!! We will be back for more tea!
Had the peach mango and watermelon tea and it was sooo good! Prices are great as well in comparison to coffee shops!

The tea labels were incorrect. I came in to get a Texas Chai and received what I’m pretty positive is their seasonal Caramel Apple flavor. The two flavors were right beside each other and I saw one of the employee’s refilling when I walked in. It’s not the end of the world, just a bummer. I try to only come in once or twice a month to refrain from going too often and keep it a treat. The girl up front this time was nice though so thank you.
I used to come every single day at happy hour for a huge, but they changed to buy one get one free. Dude… I don’t need 2 teas. lol just change this back to half price!

If this is a place that specializes in tea, maybe they should know how long tea lasts. Recently (the past 14 months), I've noticed that the tea goes bad or turns sour the day after opening. I've made homemade tea, and it lasts the whole week. I've even left homemade tea out overnight, and it's still good the next day. Explain? I've started making homemade tea. I love high-quality tea that doesn't taste like lepton. Obviosuly theyre not cleaning the machines, making fresh batches every 2-3 days, and not running the machines properly. Both stores owned by this "General Manager" have this issue.
Store manager seems to only hire young women at this location—some boys (1-3) being the exception, I guess. I've been to over 20 Hteao locations, and I've never seen one with "only girls." Maybe it's a coincidence, but I doubt it is. One star! The other star is for the tea and coffee! Congrats!

When you show up at 7:20 pm (sign clearly says open 'til 8:05) you would expect the automatic door to open but not so fast; she pretended you are an invisible customer standing by the door even after she saw that 2. So pulled up to the drive through knowing that they open 'til 9:05, but no one... dead silence... I guess I better find somewhere else if I some teat passed 7pm.
