We love coming here with our kids. The service is great and is always kept so clean. Shout out to Julie, she's awesome and always so friendly.
It isn't a 5 star restaurant, but it is 5 star for what they do. If you like their menu, the best thing about Chick-fil-A is consistency. This one is no exception.

Always appreciate Chick-fil-A. This time visited 15 minutes before close. Got soup and tenders. Quite honestly wasn't expecting the best since it was so close to close. But...it was great! Soup was hot, hearty and fresh tasting. Tenders were hot and fresh. And service as always was great!
5 stars because they stay open till 10pm. But also because of - Staff always friendly and awesome - Mobile QR drive thru - New updated clean interior Disappointed about the reduced quality with antibiotics in the chicken but not this locations fault. Also easy to get to and fast drive thru. Thanks
Chick-fil-A is always a great experience. It is a excellent place to get a meal and to visit with family or friends. You can get low calorie foods if you are trying to watch your waist line like some of our family. You can get some great shakes if you are not.. We truly appreciate how community involved our Chick-fil-A restaurants are. How many restaurants do you know of that have great food and a bingo fun night?
This location will consistently miss items in your order. The last 10 times I’ve been here they have missed items in my order. Double your bags because they won’t.
Genuinely some of the worst and slowest service I’ve ever experienced from a Chick-fil-A.
this is the only place i’ve ever had to come back to in order to receive missing items or food is incorrect. only one person was in front of us in the drive thru & it took about 20-30 minutes for us to get our food. they forgot a sandwich, hardly filled the fries, the ice in the drinks had already melted, & put lettuce & no tomato on a sandwich that called for no lettuce. they were at least willing to fix it & even gave a free brownie but im sorry. they always mess up here & take a while. meanwhile the staff were all just playing around. only one guy was working, everyone else was laughing about taking each others airpods. they were not focused on orders, evidently. i don’t mind seeing coworkers playing because i too work in food service. but when there are orders & immediate tasks to get done, you must pay attention to what you’re doing & get it done fast & efficiently. i don’t know how we waited so long for a mobile order to have missing items & receive everything either melted or cold.
Definitely the slowest chick fl a location. This one’s closest to my work but very slow so don’t expect a fast drive thru like the others are.
I’m not sure what has been going on at this location lately, but today I had a particularly frustrating experience. I placed a mobile carry-out order that was estimated to be ready in 6–9 minutes, but I ended up waiting 21 minutes. Meanwhile, drive-thru customers were being served promptly. A gentleman who came in after me eventually gave up and left without his order due to the long wait—which speaks volumes about how slow things were. My order was simple: five egg and cheese biscuits and four hash browns. What made matters worse is that two of the biscuits and the hash browns sat in the bag for about 15 minutes before the remaining items were added. By the time I received my order, some of the food was cold. To top it off, no one acknowledged the delay or offered an apology. Very disappointing experience.
I rarely visit Chick-fil-A, maybe once or twice a month, but today I was so tired and decided to order 8 pieces of chicken nuggets and fries using their mobile app. After parking, I put in my number where I parked and noticed a worker delivering orders three times already after I had parked, yet I hadn't received mine. After waiting for 20 minutes and seeing no progress, I checked the app and noticed it had closed. I tried refreshing it, but nothing showed up, so I finally decided to go inside. The waiting and the app issues were frustrating, especially when you're tired and looking forward to a quick meal. I hope they can improve their mobile ordering system to avoid such inconveniences in the future. To add to my frustration, when I got home and checked my order, my 8-piece chicken nuggets looked like 4 pieces and some crumbs.See the attached photo.
Gluten free buns are always very very stale at this location. Also, they ALWAYS forget my salad dressing when ordering salads through Grubhub.
I usually get Chick-fil-A for breakfast. I placed my order in the app so I just have to walk in and pick it up. When I went to this Chick-fil-A after having already placed the order I had to wait 20 minutes before I gave up and went to talk to them and they said that there’s higher priority things and that I need to be patient and it’s rude for me to expect that my food would be coming out at an appropriate time. Then, after that, I had to wait another 25 minutes before I got it. I was at Chick-fil-A for an hour to pick up a burrito that was supposed to be made before I even showed up.
The design of this store is not very efficient. The mobile orders just drive through then hold up the line. I sat in the drive through for over 20min. Go to the next Chick-fil-A up the road.
So I had a complimentary chicken sandwich. 5.00 and some change. It was expired by almost a year but what didn't get even asked or cover while at the register was because I was homeless and had ever card I owned in my wallet it got buried and forgotten until I found it this morning and was hungry beyond comprehension. I walked 3 miles to get to the restaurant and was told because it was expired they weren't going to honor it. I don't know maybe I'm being unrealistic in thinking this 6.00 sandwich was going to somehow put chick fil a out of business and that having the label of a Christian based fast food restaurant could somehow have shown me some grace and help me out get a meal in me. 3 weeks ago I got diagnosed as type 2 diabetic and have been struggling to get meals in me regularly and nearly everything has sugar in it or carbs. I don't know I was disappointed to say the least. I'm feeling like they could have better.
Worst experience at a Chil-fil-A ever. Ordered a #1, 30 nuggets, and an extra waffle fry. Waited 18 minutes without seeing my food. They had moved me out of the way, and served at least 10 cars without fulfilling my order. Finally pulled around and parked and asked to talk to the manager (I had my dog with me, and couldn't go in). After another few minutes, the manager brought out my food, which i rejected. Asked for a refund. She took my card, went back in for several more minutes, then came back and told me it would take a few days for the refund to go through, and told me to "have a nice day" with a smirk. The only excuse for the wait was my 30 nugs. Its a menu item. If i had ordered 300, I'd get it. But 30???? Really? I won't EVER go back to this location.
Gave me raw tenders and no matter how many times I said what I wanted they either added or took away items. The wait was longer than usual. Hopefully I don’t get sick from this inedible food…no use in going back since they tend to think people are trying to get free food instead of maybe they made a mistake
