Went here for breakfast recently (drive-thru), and while they were pretty busy, the staff was friendly and professional, and they were moving cars through at a good pace. Once I got home, my breakfast burger and cinnamon roll were made to perfection!
I am from Illinois and when I went to Texas recently, I knew I had to try Whataburger! My family in the area recommended that I try the patty-melt, and so I did! It was a bit heavy on the onion side, but other than that it was amazing! The chocolate shake, double cheeseburger, chicken fingers, chicken sandwich, and tea was all a thumbs up from our group! However some people did say that the French fries were on the salty side, but I thought they were fine.
The service was great and all our food was correct. The young man who took our order and handed our food was very pleasant and professional. His name Tag read Flea, I'm sure is a nickname. Food was good. Whataburger is always going to be a little slower because it's made to order, especially the chicken, that is what takes the longest. Very happy with this location.

Fries are always excellent in both texture and flavor, satisfactory burgers year round, and excellent burgers when the A1 burger is in season. They'll occasionally go crazy with some of the toppings but it only takes a few seconds to take something off. Every time I go there's friendly staff; I'm honestly impressed.
My go to place for the #23. Best pancake platter via drive-thru I've ever had. I'd recommend, if you want that made from scratch at home taste. The staff are always polite and fast about the serve provided. Will always return.
Of all of the Whataburger's in the whole country, this one is the best and by FAR my favorite. The lobby is always clean, the staff is always friendly and professional, and the food is always amazing and made right. James, Zack, Antonio, Paco, Charity, and Alex make this place feel like a home. This is such a genuine group of people and I'm so glad this is MY hometown Whataburger. One gripe... you guys set the bar way too high. Thanks for being awesome y'all! 💖
I had many options to choose from in the metro area, but Whataburger was the one I chose. I was not disappointed! A hamburger and onion rings were perfect!
Brandon is good with his guest service. I double checked the order had Buffalo AND ranch, we only heard Buffalo, he reassured us that it was. After about a 10 minute wait, he handed the food bag and reassured us again that it had the Buffalo and ranch in it, w/o us asking about it this time. Great job remembering that small thing, but also remember this: the love you received from me here is just a reflection of God’s lover on me. Gods love is so much better to miss out in.

George is the best Whataburger employee I’ve ever met! He is friendly, hardworking, and always makes sure my boys and I get our Vanilla shakes on every day besides Thursday’s. Will definitely keep coming back thanks to his hospitality!

Did a catering order for my clinic. 30 burgers and fries. It was delivered at a perfect time with all the food warm and fresh! They gave us novelty cups which was really nice. I can see us ordering again soon.

Today I stopped in with my daughter for lunch and we sat inside to eat. The person taking my order was nice and efficient. But the young man Trevor who brought our food to us was amazing!! Offered extra ketchup napkins and asked if we needed anything else and had a smile the whole time, he even gave my daughter a fist bump! We will absolutely be back!
Stopped in during the 75¢ Whataburger rush and Riley at the register was incredible—smiling the whole time, friendly with every customer, projecting her voice to call names (lost her voice) and never missing a beat. Huge credit to her manager and the whole crew for working nonstop and keeping things running smoothly under serious pressure. Outstanding service all around, this is my favorite location.
I had minor biopsy of my tongue at nearby hospital and needed something soft to eat. I immediately thought about the shakes at Whataburger. I ordered a large chocolate shake (The Best), Pancakes, and scrambled eggs. The chocolate shake was so soothing to my sore throat from the surgery, I really needed it. The service was excellent and it all hit the spot!
Thanks to inflation, a meal will now cost you more than 10$ but I settled for just the sandwich. Delicious as always, fleshly made and seasoned to perfection. Same delicious Hatch Chile Bacon burger
I'm in way a fan of this burger chain, but my husband got a gift card from a friend at work for Christmas & we went. It was very quick service with a smile, even when we kept on forgetting to ask for simple things, i.e. mayo & other sauces. The food was good, my kids said it was better than McDonald's. The entire place was clean.
Good service. Their burgers are flavorful and you have a lot of options. Their shakes are thick and creamy. The fried pies are delicious. The food is always fresh and worth the wait.
Food was great, had 2 burgers. Only problem/complaint I had is that, they did not have any calories on any of the menu. So I had to guess if I would get amount of calories. Other then that it was great.
This is a very well run location. Always spotlessly clean with good service. It's attractive landscaping adds to the pleasant experience. The food is reliability prepared, so you always get the best whataburger experience. My only complaint is that the iced tea at all whataburger locations has a bitter, unpleasant taste.

Good food, made a mistake on my order but fixed it. They undercharged as it should have been extra for my add ons but since they had made a mistake they gave me the add one for free. I really like that they have benches outside and so does my dog.
Took the wife for lunch. There was a small wait in the drive but not bad. The service was good. They handed me our drinks with soda down the side had to ask for napkins, they did apologize. They messed up the wife's burger and remade it no problem. I got the sweet n spicy burger. Delicious burger, I wish it was a little more spicy though. The fries was hot and the spicy ketchup was delicious as well. It's not a got to place for us but when we go the food is pretty good
Not quite what it used to be post private equity BDT Capital purchase of a majority stake in the company. Burgers while still tasty seem to be shrinking from a meat portion standpoint. The fries too vary more in taste than what I used to remember. Anyways, the visits in-between are getting longer and the loyalty lesser these days as the product quality seems to steadily decline.
They got my order backwards today. The special was Honey Butter chicken BOGO and it was put on Jalapeño biscuits and my extra egg and egg cheese was on a regular biscuit. The bag set on ready line about two minutes my waiting time about 15 for the whole transition as the reader was acting up on rewards. The were cold had to reward it.
I went here a little after noon, so I expected the freshest possible food. The burger was greasy, but delicious. The fries were so stale that I threw most of them away. Fast and friendly service.
I never usually leave reviews. But that lady tonight was not good. No one in line and she had each person who arrived, when they finished paying, pull up when no one was behind them. She also charged for cheese but didn't give any. My order was #1 remove Mustard add Cheese Ketchup Mayo. All I got was a slice of meat between 2 pieces of bread with ketchup mayo. And when she finally brought us our order she was chatting on Bluetooth and didn't even look at us just handed it through the window. The place itself is great, it's one of our favorites. But she is not good.
Terrible experience. Waited forever for my order in the drive through, only to be told to pull up and wait even longer! I am in the restaurant full service industry and like to think I know service! I can go further, but enough of that. I will never go to this burger chain again! Sorry
Ordered through the drive-thru. My salad looks good, but I wouldn’t know because I wasn’t given any dressing, napkins or a fork. And the tray of cinnamon rolls I got to surprise the kids tomorrow morning appears to have been flipped upside down a few times. Whataburger has always been the best and sets the standard. Guess that’s changing.
this would normally be a 5 star. However since I order my food NO Tomatoes since I am Allergic to and my burger had Tomatoes I wasn't happy. I'm Allergic to the acid and seeds of the tomato I can not just take them off. Great job drive threw. I live across town and was still at work.
I usually order ahead because the the slow drive thru lanes. But my son wanted some extra syrup, and the app doesn’t have that as an item to add for mobile orders. So I ordered in the drive thru, sat there for 10 mins in the line, then finally paid. I was then was instructed to sit in parking spot mobile order lane 1.. which I did for another 15 minutes before my food came out. And my receipt said 4 syrups, get home and bag has no syrup. 🤣🤦♂️ Someone in management needs to hire someone from chic-fil-a and revamp the drive thru process… it’s slow food at this point.
Stopped going here and would go to the one on North Tarrant in NRH. It's been a few months so I thought I would try it again and this one still has a lot of problems. Did not have bacon or sausage but the eggs on my taquito tasted like old bacon grease. The young lady at the window was nice, but it will be quite a while before I go back to this one.
The drive thru needs work. Time and time again nobody answers the drive thru OR they ask you if you want to try the specialty whatever and then don’t reply after. I’m tired of wasting my time and gas to go to the drive thru only to be talking to myself. Either the drive thru communication from the customer to store is messed up, or your staff is under filled and unable to answer. Do better. I’ve been to this whataburger for years and it never changes. I’m going to North Tarrant from now on.
Used to love coming here with friends to get food. But the quality has gone down hill, customers service is rude and impolite. And they charge for waters which is crazy. They forget to put thing in your order and they are slow even when theirs no line
Every time I come here it takes a minimum of 15 to 20 minutes to get my order. Currently sitting in the curbside pickup. I've been here for 15 minutes. No food in sight. Won't be coming back again.
Update on my prior review. This place still has burned-tasting fried foods every time I come. Their fryer oil looks like used motor oil because it is so dark brown and burned. It has pieces of onion rings & fries floating. Manager said if they change it more frequently, they'd get flagged by their bosses for spending too much on oil. That's crazy! But of course fast food mgt always gets bonuses on profitability... so to hell with the customer and quality. HEY Whataburger... charge me 5 cents more and give me QUALITY! My LAST VISIT! There are too many excellent burger places here who concentrate on QUALITY!
Ordered 3 burgers and onion rings in app for store pick up. Told can pick up 6:24-6:27 it is now 6:42 and still no food. This happens at Keller Whataburger everytime we come here. No matter how you do this drive through in app call ahead doesn't matter. So slow I don't know why the service at NRH north Tarrant loaction is never this late. Ridiculous. This manager needs to find out what the problem is with this store.
The food was alright but the customer service was terrible. After having to pull over and wait a while to get the food, I found that they got my order wrong. Then after having to go back to get the rest of my order, they continued with the poor customer service and even laughed with the other employees. As someone who's worked in fast food before, I understand that it can get frustrating but it doesn't take much to treat people with kindness.
I've read the reviews about poor customer service and how slow this Whataburger is getting your food to you, and I wholeheartedly agree! I went inside to eat on a Monday about 1:15. I waited and waited and waited for 1 Whataburger and fries. I asked every worker that walked by my table where my food was. They didn't answer me. I asked the manager twice about my food too! The second time I asked the manager (a man) where my food was, he YELLED across the restaurant at me that I wasn't the only one waiting for their order! WOW! How unprofessional can you be! I proceeded to tell him I was the only one that has waited over 30 minutes for my food! It was at that point I went to the cashier and asked for my money back! How that man EVER got to be a manager is shocking to me!
They were horrible today. I ordered online. I showed up on time. Someone asked me who I was. I told them my name. I waited 20 minutes in online location. No one ever came back. I finally went through drive thru. They said to drive to front of store. There were 5 people ahead of me. Seriously. I ordered ahead. I went inside. They said they lost my order. 20 minutes later someone came to curb to ask me my name again.my order was still lost. I've come here for 15 years. Horrible service. No resolution for me.
Is there a zero? I don't write bad reviews... every place has a bad day or a bad moment. Well... Don't EVER waste your time at this location. Rude off the get go at the drive through. No reason, asked for a second to look over the menu (no line, 9:15 pm). Rude rushing behavior back. I order, while being rushed some more... attendant asked if I would like ketchup, I replied no, but may I please have extra napkins and be sure I have the gravy for fried chicken bites. Rude with a smile at the window. The FAKE. You know what I mean. I was shined on. Get home a few minutes later and, no surprise, again, not ONE napkin, no sauce for the chicken tender meal. Nothing. Her Facebook or Tiktok was WAY more important. Tired of this... Shut the location DOWN if you can't do business the right way. Awful location. Don't waste your hard earned cash to pay employees that don't give a rat's you know what about the company, their customers, or their image. Disgusted. They basically flipped me off with a smile, I BEG everyone to just drive past to somewhere else and flip this location off with thir middle finger. I would bet the employees would prefer not to bothered with you anyhow. Don't want to interrupt their phone gazing time!!!!
We moved here this past summer and have gone to your location at 5 times.. whataburger is just about the only fast food we eat and used to go to the one in Fort Worth once a week however, this place is just awful. Every single time we get our food it’s COLD! Breakfast COLD. Lunch COLD. Every time! It doesn’t matter if there’s a long line or not. It’s like you make the food and let it sit waiting to be served. Iv never had this problem from whataburger. And we gave this location 5 times.. this last time order was wrong 😑 along with it being cold
Every time I walk in here it takes 5 min before anyone greets me.. they all look at me and just talk with the other employees… takes forever to get food and it seems like nobody knows how to work the register because one guy has the code and has to show everyone how to do it
I understand mobile orders take time. But I waited 25 minutes for my food. They’re supposed to make mobile orders quicker so when you order your food before you get there so it’s ready for you. Should’ve used the drive thru I guess.
My family went in today through the drive thru window and my brother ordered wings. When he realized he had no ranch for his wings, he went back inside to wait patiently to ask for a side of ranch. While waiting, a Manager, George, approached him. George asked my brother how can he help him, my brother explained that he needed a side of ranch. George proceeds to ask “What did you order?” “What flavor of wings did you get?” …already that is poor customer service. ESPECIALLY from a MANAGER, the FACE of that location at that time. Why would he feel the need to grill my brother over the request for a side of ranch? My brother proceeds to answer his questions, even in his confusion for the necessity of these questions, which sounded more like an investigation, FOR A SIDE OF RANCH. The Manager, George, proceeded to tell my brother that he needs to order ranch with the wings at the time of ordering if he wanted ranch. My brother, who has also worked in food service for many years, explained to him calmly that he wasn’t aware of this as every other Whataburger he has been to, has given him ranch with his wings without request. He also mentioned how he had no issue with having to pay for a side of ranch. George then CONTINUES his unnecessary antics of “explaining” how my brother should not assume that every Whataburger location does this and goes off on a rant, more so an embarrassing tantrum on how his location doesn’t “run that way.” He then had the NERVE to walk away and say “NO RANCH” loudly in a store full of customers. Other customers made faces of appall and sympathy for my brother. After causing a whole scene, George came back out and gave my brother the ranch. A SIMPLE REQUEST WAS MET WITH INTERROGATION, DISRESPECT AND A TERRIBLE ATTITUDE. This is the acting manager (or one of) for this location. My family loves Whataburger, and we were in shock at this experience. George lacks basic people skills and customer service skills. It is very sad my brother, who came in with no anger or disrespect, had to be interrogated just to get a side of ranch. Unfortunately, this location has lost our business. I will be reporting this incident further, as George does not deserve to be in a great position with a great company who is loved by people like us. Shame on you, George.
This location has gone WAY down hill. I live close by and would rather go almost anywhere else anymore. I have gone maybe 3-4 times in the past 4 months and each time it has been incredibly slow. I’m not sure if it’s a staffing issue or if they just don’t have their ish together, but either way, I wouldn’t come here if you want “fast” food lol. Some of the employees are pretty rude too, unfortunately. The food is still usually decent, but that’s about it.
I live close to this location and used to love it, but within the last few months it’s gone downhill at a rapid pace. From the drive thru to the lobby, the lines are long, it looks understaffed and the majority of the employees look stressed and confused. Poor management, poor scheduling of staff, poor quality of food. Suggest heading to another location or another restaurant until (hopefully) this one gets its act together and back on track to what it was.
I ordered for breakfast last Thurs morning,Sept 7, the honey butter chicken sandwich and boy, what a total disappointment. The biscuit was flat and partially raw, the chicken piece inside was some flat probably fake piece of something they are calling chicken and a very small amount of the honey butter. If this is how they are cutting corners it was an epic fail, I took the sandwich back before I opened it thinking they had mixed up the order and the woman at the register gave me some attitude. I doubt I will bother going there again. Seems like every fast food place one goes to is replacing their real quality products for something else but we are paying for what we used to get the same price or in many instance more for less. Eat at home folks. None of these places deserve clients.
We went in today for lunch. Ordered our food at 12:03 a number 1 and a kids chicken fingers for my toddler. We didn’t get our food until I asked 3 different times at 12:20, 12:30, and finally at 12:40. Our food was finally brought out at 12:45. I get that it was busy but every single person around us got their meal in a timely manner. After that, no apology or anything. I would have been fine but I have a hunger toddler and was just trying to go something quick. I am not impressed by them at all.
The worst of the worst. There’s always at least a 30 minute in line when they’re not busy and not once have they gotten orders right. Today we received one of the double burgers with two Pattie’s and the buns…. Absolutely nothing else one it. Not a drop of mayo, ketchup or mustard either. How could they fail so miserably everytime? Where’s management? My only reason for the 2 stars was for the nice lady working the window today that was trying hard while everyone else was messing around in the back.

First time. Ordered online delivery. Food was ice cold! 2nd Ordered on line. Food was not ready as promised . 3rd and LAST TIME ordered online was given a time to pick up. Got there at the end of pick up time and food was not ready. I asked how long it would be and they had no idea how long. Wouldn’t refund my money. Manager told me it wasn’t his problem and I had to contact online to get money back! WORST MANAGED WHATABURGER EVER!! They don’t care about customers!!! STAY AWAY FROM THE WHATNOTABURGER!!!

2 out of 4 orders in one week was messed up during the late night shift. The last messed up order had multiple issue, so I addressed order with store and they agreed I should get a refund, but because it was an app order I needed to call the 1800 to get a refund. the 1800 office filed an incident report and said they would follow up in 3-5 days, but it has been two weeks and I still have no refund and no response after I followed up.
Laziest morning crew I have ever seen here
TWICE this week I have had to drive off in the morning without getting my food. Waiting in the drive through for over 15 ‘in with one car in front of you each time is insane. This has always been the best location until now.
Ordered a burger and a shake. It ended up taking two minutes before I got my shake, then an extra minute for the burger. Later I opened the shake because it felt light and it was filled up 3/4 of the way. The lady also seemed a little rude but I’m not gonna drop names. Can y’all make this right??
This place is consistently slow. Service is poor. I picked up a to-go order inside, because I didn't want to wait the 20 minutes in the drive-thru that it certainly would've taken, that my wife ordered. The manager(?) checked it and handed me the bags (as he did he spilled like 5 fries, looked at them and then handed me the bag). I get to the car and check the receipt vs what I received. I was missing all 3 drinks, and the chicken sandwich was missing lettuce and tomatoes. So I go back inside, keep in mind I'm carrying a sleeping toddler. Then the employee sets the cups on the counter, and stands there waiting for the chicken sandwich (no other customers to help). She never offers to fix my drinks for me (which they would've done had I waited 20 minutes through the drive-thru), I think she even said not sure how you're going to get those when I went to the drink machine, but I'm not sure, it was difficult to understand. Oh and I was given 3 mediums even though one was supposed to be a large. Terrible service. Fries were bland and didn't taste salted. Pretty typical experience for Whataburger in my experiences, always slow, poor customer service, overpriced and average-tasting fast food.
I went in to Whataburger the other day and saw the manager whose name is sage walk up to one of my friends and he asked for her number. Which I think is very unprofessional considering he was a manager on the clock, and my friend is a minor
This location is always disappointing me I have ordered on diffrent occasions and tonight it hasn't gotten better. I ordered a whatachicken with cheese easy mayo and large fry and drink with some of gravy . I get home and no cheese on the burger it's cold big blob of mayo whats the deal with that cant even spread it, no gravy and the crumbs for fries was even more disappointing so I remember paying less than 6 dollars for this order now it's 13.00 dollars and whataburger screws up more orders than u will ever know. I need a refund for this order and your managers need to do better on training these kids. I should of just driven to watauga on 377. Or north tarrant at davis
The last few times I've gone to this location they've messed up my order. Once, instead of food I was given a bag full of napkins. The kids working here have no idea how to take orders. There's always some issue, but thought I'd give them once last chance last week. Well, I was the only customer there but and they took 20 minutes to mess up my order this time, and when I asked them to fix it, the kid working tried charging me double the price to do that. After a manager refunded me the money the cashier tried stealing, I drove off and saw the condiments in my bag were all wrong, despite the kid working asking FOUR separate times what kind of sauce I wanted. This location isn't worth the headache, there's dozens of others nearby to get your Whataburger fix at. **Update** just tried this place again and notified them of an allergy...they proceeded to give me something random I didn't order full of said allergen. Unfortunately I didn't check my food until I was home, so I wasted 30 extra minutes of my night driving back there to get my meal fixed. They fixed the sandwich, but then switched my fries from large to small. This location honestly just makes me want in-n-out. I give up lol.
was down here on vacation from PA and decided to try it because i heard so much about how good the food is there. got a plain bacon cheeseburger with fries and a dr pepper. the burger had mustard on it and no bacon. and my drink was a coke. not a experience and would recommend In N Out insteas to anyone on vacation.
I am typically a very patient person although, this has to be the slowest Whataburger I have ever been to if you come to this Location from 10am to 4pm it will take half a decade for you to get your food and DO NO USE THE DRIVE THROUGH it will take even longer there is no need for it to take 25+ minutes in order for me to get my food if there is one car in front of me This place has a lot to work on go to Davis in N. Tarrant Parkway location for better and faster service
So I got a meal and added a cinnamon bun for my wife. When I got my order they forgot the cinnamon bun so I asked for it again nicely. So they gave me another bag went home. me and my wife were happy until we saw that instead of a cinnamon bun they gave us a messed up salad. I thought it was funny until my wife yelled at me now I'm angry. Thanks whataburger now I aint getting any tonight - zero stars
I had an absolutely horrible experience at Whataburger thanks to two workers, Luke and Sage. I ordered a hot coffee and was given a cold one instead. When I politely asked for the mistake to be corrected and requested the hot coffee I originally ordered, I was flat-out told “no” by these employees. To make matters worse, they proceeded to kick me out of the restaurant, claiming I was “annoying them.” This is beyond unacceptable. I expect better from Whataburger, and these two workers clearly have no respect for customer service or even basic decency. I’ll be thinking twice before ever returning to this location, and I’d advise others to avoid it as well.

My husband picked up what was supposed to be a burger, whatachicken, 2 fries and 2 gravies. He waited forever for our food. When he finally did get it and got home, we only had 1 fry and no gravy. On top of it, everything was cold! This location is awful!

Mobile orders at this Whataburger are consistently delayed and incorrect. There’s no effort to make things right, and customer service is nonexistent. I always approach the situation calmly, but it never seems to matter. Disappointing experience every time. Check out the Tarrant & Davis location. 5 stars every time.
Every time.... I go to the drive thru im told to pull forward. Why? Because they have sensors in the ground that measure window times. This whataburger is so inept and slow that they're completely incapable of meeting the expectations of corporate and have to force customers to pull forward do they can "fudge" the numbers.

Came here after I got off work , only came to this one because it’s near by my job. And it took about 20 to 25 minutes just to receive my order. The staff wasn’t very friendly found hair in my food and they were all messing around and making jokes such as “ as soon as we get everything lined up more costumers have to order and mess us up “. Very wrong of them to say stuff like that. My food wasn’t fresh. Cold fries , and wings weren’t hot at all …. They got my wing seasoning wrong … they didn’t listen to what I ordered either. Worst whataburger ever came at 11 when u got off and won’t be back worst one I’ve been to!
Don’t bother to come here for lunch, worst customer service. In fact I think this location disregards the entire name of “Fast Food” because it’s not. Helping the Drive thru and In- Restaurant customers Isn’t balanced. You either wait 20 minutes in the drive thru or 1 minute in the restaurant, or vice versa.
I know it was late night but I'm just getting off work. I went to order and the guy was immediately rude and standoffish. If you don't want to be there, get a different job. My toast was literally a burger bun. I asked for two sides of mayo and there was literally a dimes worth in each container. What is wrong with management that they would allow this kind of service!? Ordered jalapeños and never got them. When I pulled up to the window, the guy slammed the window in my face after receiving payment. The work force was disgusting and I hope something changes for the better because no one wants to be there and it's very obvious. This is not my first bad experience there. I have been going there for two years as a last resort but this time was icing on the cake. Don't be sorry, be better.
The manager Isabell/Isabella is extremely rude and unprofessional. I was treated like a criminal for simply informing them the breakfast taquito I had ordered and paid for was not in the bag when I had got home.
This is now the second time this has happened not typically a person who makes reviews. But we spend $35 every time we go! I am pregnant and crave their burgers. To now get my orders messed up so bad every time! We ordered two adult meal burgers and more but were given one kids meal and one small burger for them to tell us there is nothing they can do for us. So we had to drive back to the store 10 mins out of the way to pick up our right order agin! No apology nothing not even an apple pie or brownie. They acted as if they didn’t mess it up yet we have our receipt! This has happen twice. I have never had such a bad experience at a Whataburger ever till these past few times! My husband has even worked for the company before he knows how they run! This is not okay! The attitude given on the phone each time when we called to let them know it was messed up and we would like to come get our correct order, and we were not being rude at all for them to give us major attitude! Not okay! We understand people make mistakes! But the attitude is unacceptable!
Went through drive thru only 2 cars had me waiting more than 10 minutes for a burger and large fries when I got my food I barely had any fries about less than a medium size I would say even tho I ordered large and payed extra.
I’ve been to Whataburger several times, and one thing that really frustrates me is that there’s never anyone at the front desk when you walk in. It feels like they don’t care about greeting customers or helping with orders right away, which makes the whole experience less welcoming. You end up waiting longer or having to find someone yourself, which is annoying, especially when you’re in a hurry. For a popular place like Whataburger, they should definitely have staff ready to assist customers as soon as they enter.
Ordered chicken strips online at 9:00 AM to be picked up between 11:10 and 11:15 AM. Arrived at 11:15 AM exactly - was told to sit and wait for my order. Waited five minutes. Went to counter and inquired. Told that they had ran out of cooked chicken strips. That it would be a little while. Why do we have online ordering? Left at 11:25. Never again
Ever get chicken strips, fries, and ask for ketchup, even an extra one to spare and they give ya none? Order a large fry but get e medium? At least they only charged for the medium.
This is the second time this has happened to me at this location. I ordered two burger meals which came to $23 bucks. The bigger problem was after ordering, I get my drinks and then am asked to pull up to the yellow line where I waited a bit for the meals. They finally bring the food and I get home only to find that the fries tasted like they had sat under a lamp for 2 days or so. I was quite upset and the only reason I did not drive back up there was because I had to take my some to his practice which was a distance. I said to myself, "surely they have to know these fries are not good." Next time ( probably no time soon) I will taste the fries before leaving.
I ordered ahead of time and had to wait an extra like 15 minutes for my food. I received my drinks with the sides of the cup all wet and sticky from the soda, they didn’t provide the ranch I asked for, food came old and thrown together. I ordered a chicken tender box and the bread wasn’t even cut in half, just folded in half. The sausage egg and cheese taquito I ordered was literally stuck to the wrapping paper and ripped open when i tried to get it. It also had jalapeños in it which I did not ask for. In the bottom of the bag was the fries I ordered, not even in the fries container. Just all loose and thrown in the bottom of the bag. I can’t make this up, by far the least enjoyable experience I’ve had at this location so far.
