i recently stopped by smoothie king and was really impressed by the customer service, especially from iban !! he was super friendly and took the time to help me pick out the perfect smoothie. you could tell he genuinely cares about making sure i had a great experience. i definitely recommend this location, and if you’re lucky enough to be helped by iban, you’re in good hands !! :-)

Smoothie King is wonderful! I visited recently and had the best experience, thanks to Iban. He was super friendly, quick, and really knew the menu well! He helped me pick the perfect smoothie, and it was delicious. The service was fast and efficient, and I’ll definitely be coming back soon. Highly recommend this place!

Love this smoothie King location!.. it's been awhile since I visited since they got rid of great expectations. But Lila recommended a perfect drink as a substitute. Now she is the only one I trust to do of my drinks because it was perfect the first time

This location is fantastic!! Lila was such a sweet and knowledgeable server. I hadn’t been to a Smoothie King in a long time but when I had questions about new menu items she was so helpful and sweet as can be! I will definitely be returning.

after walking in I was immediately greeted with a clean, neat environment with a friendly face named Lila. She helped me decide what I would like out of the more than fulfilling menu and I left more than satisfied. I will be returning again due to the exceptional customer service and smooth smoothies.

The lady in the drive thru was so nice! I didn’t really have much money and she gave me a 20 oz Vegan Pumpkin for FREE for my mom! I super duper appreciate her! I will definitely be going back to try the drink she recommended which is Pumpkin D-lite. Great customer service!

I love this smoothie king, the workers are always very polite and diligent. Also it is one of the most cleanest stores I’ve ever been in. Today Kriston helped me and the smoothie she made was phenomenal, I have recommended this place to family and friends.

Sophie is an absolute sweetheart and knows her recommendations! I was interested in one of the açaí bowls and she informed me that she’d blend it for me upon request next time, which is perfect because I prefer smoothies anyway! Keep her around, she’s incredible!

I ordered the Peanut Power Plus Chocolate, and wow, it was pure indulgence in a cup! The smoothie had an incredibly rich, velvety texture, with the deep cocoa flavor perfectly complementing the creamy peanut butter. The subtle sweetness was balanced beautifully, without being overwhelming, and the blend was so smooth that every sip was a delight. It was filling, satisfying, and had just the right touch of protein to keep me energized throughout the day. What made the experience even better was the level of service Cameron and Eric provided. They went above and beyond to make sure my smoothie was made to perfection, asking about my preferences and ensuring I got exactly what I wanted. Can we fill it all the way to the top next time?

I had previously left a good review, but after today i won’t be back to a smoothie king location. There was a girl working today who was one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. She made my grossly overpriced $11 smoothie incorrect and I mentioned that it was far less protein than called for. She was not happy I mentioned the obvious and proceeded to argue with me about it. The other girl who is very nice and works there often corrected the argumentative one, confirming she in fact used the wrong portions. I threw it out after tasting it, it was messed up. It’s sad this was a good store before, unfortunately I won’t be back. Terrible customer service and crappy help will ruin a business. When paying this much for a smoothie, accuracy and customer service are important.
