I enjoy Starbucks wherever I go, but the main difference tends to be service, and this location always seems to have happy staff.
This is one of the best in the area. I expect 5 Stars for a Starbucks and this one doesn’t let me down.

5 stars cuz I don't even drink Starbucks but the lemon pound cake is the BOMB and LITERALLY HALF the time if not more when I go there (most likely for my girlfriend) they wind up messing up my order or no joke, about 20% of the time tell me they don't have something then getting up to the window and getting told otherwise and getting my original order free of charge

I always come to this store because it's so close to my neighborhood. I've never had a bad experience here. The staff is always so nice and friendly, and the one time my order was messed up, they were quick to fix it without any attitude like I've experienced with other stores. They do a good job of keeping it clean too.
I had a really large Starbucks order and the barrista went out of her way to label every drink with everyone’s name and double checked order. This is an outstanding Starbucks!

Good Starbucks location. They aren't very busy and they're pretty friendly. The drive thru was packed but if you're willing to go inside it'll only take a few minutes to get your drink.
There's barely a starbucks that i'm complain about... I get the brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso!!! You can't go wrong.It's a little sweet sultry And a good kickstart for the day without all the extras ...also less than 400 calories!! Also I get the butter croissant.It's perfect

I had an amazing experience at this Starbucks. Me and my husband were on the way to work do we stopped for some coffee where we were taken care of by Joshua. He was very sweet and provided great customer service. Give this man a raise. Ty Joshua
Didn't see any recent reviews so I wanted to make sure one was written. I go to this Starbucks everyday, and the customer service is outstanding. The whole staff is very helpful and is always in a good mood. There are other Starbucks close by, but I will stick with this one due to the friendly service and staff.
I got my order put in today and everything was amazing. Big shout out to Catherine & Alana! The customer service was great, and everyone had a happy attitude. Thank you so much for everything you guys do.

Got the Golden Foam Shaken Espresso which I highly recommend. Also got a sandwich. Prices are high but it just is soo good. They didn’t have the protein box so that was a negative, but the Shaken Espresso was bussin. There was also little wait in the drive-through. The location is also great with it being at an intersection. Good stuff☕️

It's a great place to come grab a cup of coffee and have a chat with an old friend. Now that WiFi and mobile internet are more pervasive, I see way fewer people coming and spending hours on their laptops. The drinks are good but I honestly don't think that they're leaps and bounds better than coffee-ish beverages you can get almost anywhere else. You come to Starbucks for the experience, and it never fails to deliver.
Great location with a lot of natural lighting. His place is wheelchair friendly. The atmosphere is good and the area is quite spacious. I don't think it gets too crazy busy here.
Typical of Starbucks, the coffee is great but the price, not so much. This one is convenient for me. Seating is fine, but some of the wooden seats are a bit hard if you sit for too long. The entrance to the parking lot is a little cumbersome in a long vehicle, but I made it around the curves ok in a full size truck. The outdoor seating (see pic) is right on Highway 26, which is very loud with traffic . The WiFi is great, but I sure don’t like the requirement to get emails when you connect. Wish there was an opt out. For all the caveats, I gave them 4 stars, but I am sure I will return.
One of the better starbucks in the area, the staff are very friendly and make an effort to remember your name and brighten your day. The coffee itself is typically quite good, I've had a few cups that weren't the best quality, but never any that were just undrinkable. The menu is a bit small, but every drink seems to be at least relatively customizable.
I really like this Starbucks. Plenty of room to sit and a wraparound patio which will be nice when the weather is nice. The only problem I’ve found is that the wifi is painfully slow. I’ve tried to work from there a couple times and had to leave because things were taking too long. That’s the only reason I had to ding them one star.
As good as any other Starbucks regarding service and selection. They aren't an easy location to get in and out of even with the drive-thru. Sometimes the service is a bit curt, but most of the time it is good.
I love my Starbucks but it getting to the point where I just don't want to wait anymore. I figured out my average wait time to get any drink it about 15 min. Let's not even talk about the drive through....... its more like 30min. This seems to be the norm now for most Starbucks.

I can’t believe they have raised their prices so much. A blueberry muffin is $4:50 which comes frozen to the store so it’s not like it’s made there. I won’t buy one again. Also if they are out of anything and ur in line you are stuck !!!

I had a longer wait than I should have, with no one in front of me. The person after me got their order before I got mine. When I finally got my order, it was a grande and not a venti which I had paid for. The sticker said venti. I asked the girl why it was just a grande and she said that was a venti. Finally she looked at it and realized that it actually was a grande. Instead of re-making, she just added milk. So the whipped cream was blended in, and the drink was not hot. Not a great experience. I'll avoid this location in the future.
I like Starbucks, but this one store needs some attention. It was closed during the day “unexectantly” (per the paper sign on the door) and the drive thru is slow. We avoid this particular store, though they have a good location. If they’d fix their staffing problems, I’m guessing it’s be a good store.

went to a different one as this was backed up and the store was closed to walking. the drive through is not great for big trucks.
Great Chai Tea Latte, terrible time. Waited 21 minutes and it wasn't much a rush... 2nd time was a little better.

This location is a complete hit or miss; there is very little consistency. They are either fantastic (fast service and perfect orders) or completely terrible (drinks made completely wrong or sloppily, very slow service, items missing from orders). I have placed mobile orders and had them ready within minutes despite being fairly busy, and I’ve placed mobile orders and had them not be ready for over 15 minutes despite there being very few customers. I have been here every day of the week in the mornings, and by far the absolute worst day to go is Sunday. The worst experience I’ve ever had was when I placed a mobile order about 12 minutes before I arrived at like 6:15 am (about 2-4 minutes after my expected pick up) and my order was not ready. Normally I wouldn’t be upset, especially if they were busy. But when I arrived there were no other customers inside and no one in the drive thru lane. Even so, not a single employee was behind the counter. There were 2 employees standing next to the food display case and 1 sitting down at a table in the lobby. Once I walked in and stood by mobile pickup, that was when they finally realized they had an order. Despite mine being the only order, they still managed to not make my drink properly; it was so bad I could barely drink it but I didn’t have time to go back to ask them to remake it. I worked at Starbucks for a little bit a while back, so I understand that there is always some degree of inconsistency, but customers shouldn’t have to order plain iced chais in order to know that their drink is going to be made correctly. And I know the employees won’t care about this (who can blame them, they’re all underpaid), but I’m just about ready to not come back to this location.
I ordered blonde espresso iced lavender whatever. But apparently all they heard was pour all the lavender essential oils they had into my drink. I drink a lot of lavender coffee. It's supposed to be subtle not 3 vials of lavender oil lmao. It tasted like drinking my own bath water.

Horrible experience, 2 of their employees out smoking by the drive thru speaker. Had to breathe second hand smoke the whole time ordering and no my car smells like a smoker was in it. NOT HAPPY!
Not open on 8/5/23, 6:15am when they’re operating hours say that they are. A teenager stopped me from pulling into to drive thru stating their manager hadn’t come in and they were locked. Ridiculous.
The person in front of us ordered and got a drink, but they closed three minutes early so we had to wait for them to get their drink before we could get through the drive through and didn't get any ourselves. Bad form.
My mom and I stopped to buy two small drinks that totaled to about $12, everyone was nice but when we got to the register the girl at the window stuck out the device for us to pay without telling us anything, my mom proceeded to pay and was shocked when the total was almost $20, we realized that the tip was added automatically, the girl realized it was an accident and instead of letting us now, tried to play it off as if nothing happened saying “it’s okay, don’t worry about it!” We usually leave tips, but for it to be automatically added, and then the employee realizing what happened seems kind of messed up.
Pathetic customer service… they apparently ignore customers in the lobby to serve the drive-thru. Just stood at the counter for almost 5 full minutes with multiple workers seeing me and completely ignoring me as they filled order after order in the drive-thru. Never going back here!
Lately when I visit this store the service has gotten worse. Often other employees do not help the cashier to expedite service. Instead they stand and do nothing. Also I’m tired of having to wait to to be able to get cream for my coffee because they no longer put it out. The Starbucks in Southlake never has these problems.
If I could just write a review and with no stars I would, this was my second time at this location didn’t have a nice experience the firs time, but this time I was completely ignored for at least 5 min standing in front of register so I left. I could’ve order ahead on my phone but didn’t have it with me I was going to pay with my watch, as a gold card member for 10 years this really disappointed me.
I have purchased coffee from this locations multiple times. Today I got a coffee at the drive through and came back later after running some errands. I stopped inside to use the restroom and asked to purchase a refill with the same cup I had from earlier and was informed they would not honor the refill price since I was not inside the store the whole time. I walked out. They just lost a loyal customer for trying to nickel and dime me. Very disappointing.
I would never go back to this Starbucks for whatever reason the inside is closed. I pre ordered my order as I do as a loyal Starbucks customer. As I got in line in the drive-through since the inside was an open I noticed some people were allowed to pick up drinks when I asked about it I was told they were a regular customer. I take offense at being treated this way as I too am not only a regular Starbucks customer but a loyal one. I could not ever recommend thislocation. this during customer appreciation week. I'm thinking maybe I need to take my loyalty somewhere else

When I asked her to put more in it she just said it was only the cream, like I didn't want her to fill up my $6 drink anymore. She eventually did but not happily. It is an act so un-American it spits in the face of the values our forefathers fought and died for. To deny something so simple, so essential, is to trade liberty for greed. Starbucks, you don’t just charge for water — you charge against America itself. And we, the people, will not forget it. Land of the free water. thanks and gig em👍🏼

The employees at this location are very rude. I placed a mobile order on my way to the store thinking it would give them more time to make my order. I pull through the drive thru and they tell me “you placed your order 3 minutes ago and we have 5 orders ahead of you so please go through the drive thru again.” This makes absolutely 0 sense because if I just ordered through the microphone it would be ready by the time I got to the window. So if anything I’m helping you by giving more time. Anyway. I then proceed to wait at least 5 minutes for the person in front of me to get their order which was a waste of time since I had to go back through but was trapped. I then come back through and go straight to the window since I already checked in for my order. The girl at the window then tells me to stop at the microphone next time because “they didn’t know what was happening” even though they did know because they told me to come back through. I explained to her that this is my second time around and my order is ready she then just stares at me spitefully and says well we had 15 orders ahead of you. Somehow the number tripled….She then gives me a bread that I requested be warmed and it was very cold. This is a repeated experience with this specific location. I place mobile orders and pick them up shortly after in the drive through all the time and have no issues. I understand they’re are busy but no need to be rude and if you have too many orders then speak to your manager about more staff do not take it out on me a customer.
Online ordering was temporarily turned off at this location, so I joined the long drive-through line. While waiting, I noticed ordering was available again and placed an order through the app. When I reached the speaker, I was told I shouldn’t have been in line until the order showed ready, which felt unfair given the earlier system issue. This could have been avoided if online ordering had remained available or staff had handled the situation more understandingly.

I explained to her that this is my second time around and my order is ready she then just stares at me spitefully and says well we had 15 orders ahead of you. Somehow the number tripled….She then gives me a bread that I requested be warmed and it was very cold. This is a repeated experience with this specific location. I place mobile orders and pick them up shortly after in the drive through all the time and have no issues. I understand they’re are busy but no need to be rude and if you have too many orders then speak to your manager about more staff do not take it out on me a customer.
