I was in and out in no time ... Right after I ordered I was being handed my drink, and directly after that was my food and it was hot and it was good.!!!!!!
For Taco Bells, this one is always reliable, has very friendly service, and the only reason I am putting a 4/5 for service is 1/4 times they miss putting something in the to-go bag. I love TB because I am vegetarian and my family eats meat. This menu offers something for everyone at reasonable prices.
While the parking space is a bit limited, the inside of the restaurant has plenty of seating, making it a great place to grab a quick bite to eat. Every time I've visited, the staff has been friendly, kind, and always ready to help. I've never had a bad experience here, which is something I can't say for every fast food restaurant I've been to. If you're looking for a great place to grab some fast food, this Taco Bell is worth a visit!
Wow! Best crunchy taco I've ever eaten at a Taco Bell restaurant. Via the drive-through, we ordered a 12 pack of crunchy tacos on a Monday evening. They were completely filled with meat, lettuce & cheese. No skimping! We'll be back to try other customer favorites. Thank you to whoever is in charge at this location!
Out of all Taco Bells, I drive to this location because the food is always fresh and delicious. Even on a Saturday night, 10 minutes before close. Also, the place is exceptionally clean, and the employees are a joy to be around. Hood management is obviously at this location.
Alexander and Kyle's attitudes made my whole freaking week! I'm used to having lifeless miserable people in drive thru but they where the exact opposite! They where so pleasant and really just made me smile! I will definitely be going back just to say hi!

Best Taco Bell I've ever been to, anywhere, hands down! Samantha has managed this location for years and it's no coincidence they've kept up such a high standard of food service. Becoming a regular here was easy because of the quality product they can consistently deliver at this location - thank you!!!

Took family to taco bell to get something affordable and quick to eat. We each tried the $2 beefy burrito melt and it was really good and filling. The guy who took our order was very professional and friendly!
This is by far one of the nicest Taco Bell staff that I have ever met and I pride myself as a expert Taco Bell dining experience. The cashier was extremely friendly and polite. I will definitely drive out my way to eat here. Thank you for the amazing service Hayden.

This location is pretty good. A/C works and the employees are pretty chill. Each regular taco is like 2 bucks so pretty cheap and pretty silent since there wasnt all that many people here. Just gotta be careful to choose a seat without any crumbs.

very friendly staff, even for late night hours! they seem to go above and beyond in how they gave us a bag with plenty of napkins and filled our drinks for us for a simple dine-in order. the food was very good, but i was very surprised by their customer service- especially in how they greeted us, complimented my car, and told us goodbye.
Decided it was a great evening for taco’s with family.Went through the drive through and very quick service!Got home and realized that two cinnamon twist I ordered were not in there.Called them and very friendly staff answered the phone he told me that I could come up at anytime with my receipt and they would fix it! I went back up there because its 5mins away!Ended up leaving with 3 cinnamon twist and two coupons for a free taco.They apologized dearly and was just great overall staff!Not something that is easy to come by nowadays!Will definitely be getting tacos here a lot more!The staff are just extremely amazing!
Love this Taco Bell, the staff is always helpful and willing to sub the pinto beans for black beans on the 5 layer. The staff is kind and friendly I’ve never had a bad experience hear. They are amazing, super grateful for them! May God bless you! Also shout out to Jordan and Laura they always provide great service!

The staff who was working on Dec 21 at like 1:15pm at the precinct line road Taco Bell in Colleyville, TX were so nice I made a big order on the mobile app and I don't know if I messed up on the mobile app or not but they corrected my order no questions ask with a smile and a sense of urgency focused on customer service that I don't really see much these days, I have 3 Taco Bell’s with in similar distance but I’ll continue to order from there because how great the staff was. I hope they all get a Christmas Bonus! Thanks so much !

It's pretty good as far as Taco Bells go. The drive thru was a little slow. But with low wages, I'm sure it's because of being understaffed. I won't be giving a fifth star because I didn't go inside and, well, it's Taco Bell. I rarely give five stars to fast food.
When I arrived, there was a LONG line, so I went ahead and ordered through the app to make it quicker. When I finally got to the window, I asked the young lady if I could possibly add a baja blast, and she told me no, that I need to get back in line. After I had already waited in the line.
I was a bit disappointed from my experience here. I'm assuming the drive through person was just having a bad day. It was raining and the were speaking so soft I couldn't hear him. Then he didn't say a word when I got to the window. I ordered bean burritos with extra red sauce and got them with no red sauce. My tacos had gross looking lettuce and barely anything.
The dine in takes a good minute before you get your food. I ordered six tacos and had to wait 10 minutes to get them. There was only me and one other person that had placed their food and it was a single person. It's like the drive-thru took priority
The Double Decker Chipotle is great! Nice kick on the spice, and not to overpowering. Just wish the cheese between the tortilla and shell would of been applied more like it's advertised. Pic of what you order on the menu, shows cheese spread out to the edges between the shell and tortilla. Not the case on this one... disappointing. Consistency is key! Employees were very nice; the store was clean, and the food still tasted good!

Always loved tacobell and their affordable choices of food, but as of lately I find myself leaving with more regret than satisfaction which sucks when the value menu basically no longer exists. Between cold food, raising prices, no response from customer service, rewards points disappearing/not registering on the app, and quality/quantity of food blatantly going down over time, I wouldn't be surprised if taco bells life is coming to an end. Seems like they did more than decolorize their logo, they've apparently decolorized their quality and prices as well
We've had food from here many times but it has really gone downhill. Last 3 times my crispy tacos are soggy and literally falling apart. Last order they were falling apart AND stuck to the paper wrapping.

Far from "fast food". Very slow service. I could hear a couple employees cussing at each other so the atmosphere was not great. Food was mediocre. I like Taco Bell but this location is no bueno.
Normally this location is pretty good. But there is a new manager who was yelling at all. The manager helping make everything was incredibly rude to not only her staff, but also me. She was yelling at them what seemed to be just to yell at them to prove that she's bigger than them. Her name is bree. She also discredited a food allergy i told her about and said, "oh, they're just a picky eater, it's not an actual allergy" when I said one of the items in my order can't have sour cream due to an allergy in the ingredients that make sour cream. Malik is really the only reason that i'm able to give such a high rating on this, he was very kind and helpful. Being in the food industry myself, I understand it can be stressful to work in a kitchen, but that's no way to treat anyone whether it's a customer or staff. Bree seriously needs to be reevaluated.

We were in the drive through and they couldn’t understand what we said, and yelled at us and told me over and over again the same thing it was no help we then went inside and they had a very rude set of staff, slow service, and our food order was messed up. They were absolutely no help and so rude. All this was to my little girls all around 9 i was watching and they did nothing to deserve this behavior from grown adults.
This place was really dirty and it took about 25 minutes for someone to come and take my order. A couple people who work there just said. Use the screen or go through the drive through where super busy right now The bathroom was insanely dirty and smelt like urine. But when I finally got my food it was pretty good
we ordered online 30 minutes prior to getting here and we walk in and the manager rudely says to us that it’s going to be a 30 minute wait atleast because they only have 2 people working at the time. maybe get some damn workers then nobody wants to wait an hour for their food. and don’t be rude .
Went there at 1130 at night and my god the cashier was very rude. She refused to give a receipt and when I asked about it she slammed the window in my face and started taking another cars order. Every business is required to give receipts on every transaction
If you want a location that will consistently get your order wrong and then not talk to you to fix (after you came inside from the drive thru) this is the location for you. Or if you prefer to wait 40 minutes in the drive (with only 5 people ahead of you) this is also the location for you. I don't know what's changed in the last few months, but I recommend trying a different location.
If I could give this Taco Bell 0 stars then I would. I’ve been going here for years, and the employees attitude have just gotten worse! None of them seem to care about their job at all. They do not quality check your food and most of the time you will end up, driving away with the wrong order without being given a receipt. I checked my bag and counted the items. I got a few things that were asked for, but the rest was not there. Ended up having to drive back up there after realizing I didn’t have a full meal. On top of it, not one person was apologetic for the service that they gave, and whenever I went back inside, I was told “can’t you see we’re busy.” I’m personally a manager at sonic, and I know busy when I see it. They were not! Taking one order of the time is not busy… Try taking 20 at a time then we can talk.
I’ve drove 30 min to have a interview with the manager and was told by a Maria Martinez that she could interview me and she was busy and walked away. Also a Jordan white approached me unprofessionally and show signs of annoyance when I ask to talk to a manager. Ive worked for other Taco Bell company for many years and by far this is the most rude and unwelcoming I’ve have ever felt.
My husband and I went to Taco Bell during this winter storm on 01/09 at 8:58 pm because it was one of the only places open. We were unaware they were closing early. The girl who was working the drive through was extremely rude. While we were trying to decide what we wanted came over the speaker and said “just so you know we close in 2 minutes so if you could hurry and decide what you want because we want to go home” my husband and I were absolutely appalled at this statement. While we understand the difficulties of being at work during this storm we felt utterly disrespected. I hope whoever made this statement to us is reprimanded for their disrespectful choice of words.
Hands down the slowest Taco Bell I've ever experienced. Every time I come, trying to grab something quickly, I am betrayed and it takes forever. You're trapped in their drive thru with a curb too. It doesn't matter if there's 2 people in the drive thru or 12, your food will taste the same but it will take 30 minutes to escape.
This location makes my life so difficult because I love Taco Bell and you guys are making it impossible to have a positive experience. Unfortunately this is the one closest to where we live. I actually make bets to myself that you will get my order wrong when I drop by and I kick myself for giving you the benefit of the doubt. And when I ask you to correct my order you tell me to come back tomorrow because you can’t authorize a refund? This must be a joke. I love Taco Bell, but the service here is a case study for major major incompetence. Maybe the drive through tech is just terrible - that would be the simplest solution. Anyone reading my review and who’s thinking I’m just a negative Nancy, read my other reviews. It takes a lot for me to give anything that isn’t 5 star. What’s going on at this location? I really hope this location gets its act together. Come here if you just need Taco Bell and have no other choice. But just know your order will need to be corrected.
There was something that looked like a booger that was brownish, reddish, and green with several inch long black hairs on the inside wall of my medium water. It was the only thing I got cause I just wanted a free water, I wasn’t aware it was that hard to just add water and ice.
If I could give negative stars for service I would. We came at 10pm and there was no one to take our order. We HAD to use the computer to do it ourselves We could not find several items we wanted, and the people finally came out to help and had no clue where the items were either. Then an older lady came in and asked if they could take her order, and they told her no they did not have the staff to take orders. It is also SOOOO cold everyone was outside waiting for their food.
I was very sad none of my food had meet :( I was very upset because I spent a lot of money and wanted to treat my dad :( but we had no meet and idk why they would do that because I was very nice and really normally love coming here :( very disappointed 💔
This lobby is FILTHY, and the workers all look like they are just so miserable…did i mention That the lobby is absolutely filthy? And there are more than enough workers here Management change is probably a much needed move…the customer service (or lack there of) was downright ridiculous I needed some sour cream and they never said a word to me except how much it was…then the line cook was IRRITATED because she had to put some sour cream one pump in two little cups…man what a travesty having to do one tiny extra thing… Yall need to do better, and bring in people that take pride in their work..i understand It’s “fast food” but that’s no excuse to act like a miserable person..it’s not anyone fault you are where you are.. Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to..and I’ve been to some pretty bad restaurants If I was the owner…i would Come in and make some serious IMMEDIATE changes

Ordered my food late around 11 o’clock took it home, reheated it in the microwave and found a corner of a plastic bag inside of my crunch wrap supreme. I don’t care if it’s late in your employees are tired. The standards of apply this is unacceptable. Don’t go here if you don’t wanna choke on plastic in the middle of the night.
The food is horrible and the service is so bad tonight,,, the bread was so old not fresh, and the cheese, was cold not melted on the bread, and when I asked they guy , I don't know if he is a manager or supervisor or cashier, he was so rude and he was asking us to leave and come back tomorrow to remake our food or get a refund, but he can't neither remaked or give us our money Back.. We been coming here for the last 5 years once or twice a week ,, we have a same situation like this once every a few months But they apologize and they fix the situation,, but tonight I don't know what's wrong with them, and even we been here for 40 minutes from the time he placed the order and we have received some of the order and been wating for the rest.. Not Recommended any more, the guys he told us his Name Ismael.
I was passing through the area and decided to get an early lunch before my long drive home. I ordered a bean burrito and received food with a long dark hair in it. I tried to call the restaurant, but they would either not answer or answer and hang up. I have attached images of my receipt and the food.

Terrible Experience – Never Again! I honestly don’t know where to start. I’ve had bad fast food before, but Taco Bell takes it to a whole new level. First off, the food was cold and completely tasteless. The tacos were soggy, the meat was rubbery, and the whole meal felt like it had been sitting out for hours. The staff seemed completely uninterested in serving anyone and were more focused on chatting with each other than taking orders. On top of that, my order was wrong – I asked for no cheese, but they still piled it on. When I asked to get it fixed, they acted like I was asking for a huge favor. The cleanliness of the restaurant was also appalling. The floors were sticky, and the tables hadn’t been wiped down in who knows how long. I wouldn’t trust Taco Bell again if you paid me. This place is a joke, and I’ll definitely be sticking to other options from now on.
