The morning employee Rocio? Is 5 stars very nice and kind. That said, any other time of day is very disappointing. Excessive wait times. Went on Sunday late afternoon looking forward to a Rt 44 Diet Coke and added “real cherries.” Hard to explain, but the drink tasted like the foam cup or the cherries had been soaked in grease from their fryer. It just had a weird smell or possibly taste of almost like the other Sonic fried foods. It was very strong and unpleasant. Ended up pouring the drink out, wasted 3 dollars. Not sure how you get a “smell” on Diet Coke…maybe it was the real cherries sitting next to burger meat or fries, who knows, just nasty and disappointing!

This Sonic used to be the best, but there must be a new manager or something. My family loves the drinks with fruit added in. Lately the put so little fruit in the drink that you can't even taste it. The other nearby Sonics still make the drinks the right way. It's sad that they are losing customers to save a few pennies.

Sweet kids that work here, however, there was much difficulty placing our order. From our ordering bay we could see inside and the kids were very interested in seeing who was placing orders versus what was being ordered. I’m not sure why my burger was cold, being cooked to order and all, plus wrapped in the foil wrapping; but it was and I’m not convinced the patty was fresh. The lettuce was brown and wilted and the bun was hard as well. I would suggest having mature staff work alongside the kids to help them handle food properly.

Service was nice. Mozzy sticks good. HOWEVER, the chicken slider buns were burnt. Just fyi sonic, I would have waited for you to make another bun....and you were hardly busy. Called both numbers on receipt. No one answered. Corporate took care of it and extended a free food item on my app.

Waited over ten minutes for 3 drinks. They were not busy. Had to press red button again. Oops she said. Then a guy came out carrying our drinks with no sense of urgency whatsoever. This was an online order also. Ridiculous. UPDATE the drinks weren’t right either. My Lg. Dr. Pepper was diet and my hubby’s Rt 44 diet was regular. They got them switched. Thank you to the manager for the response, but I do not feel I need to escalate my review. I’m trusting you will handle it at the store level. Thanks.

Ordered 2 Route 44 ice waters with sugar free peach syrup and added strawberries. No syrup and literally only strawberry seeds and very little ice. Horrible! And I tipped well. Worst Sonic ever.

The burger tasted terrible. Burger had onions which I ordered without. It just tastes like the griddle its cooked on. What happened? Sonic burgers used to be good.

Ate a hotdog here and within 2 hours I had the worst stomach cramps I've ever had in my life. Literally felt like I was dying. Even rolled into the next day. My girlfriend works at Sonic as well not this location though. This is the worst food poisoning I've ever had. The worst doubled over excruciating pain I've felt in my life and I've had a shoulder surgery that felt like my arm was cut off. Will NEVER eat at colleyville location again

The last two times I ordered a drink through Uber eats they failed to put the flavor I paid for into my drink. They also continually put extra ice in my drink when I've asked them not to. They act like ticket modifications are just a suggestion. I'm tired of it. As someone who has worked in the service industry for 15 years I can tell you it's not that hard to read a ticket.

The sonic used to be really good but now it’s nothing but horrible. I always have to send back my drinks because they are never made correctly. And just today I ordered two breakfast burritos, they gave me two junior burritos and still charged me for the regular size. I tried to order the junior burritos, and they refused to give them to me and said that they don’t make them anymore. They are no longer on the menu; but in fact, it’s still listed on the menu that they make them. I went to the Sonic in NRH and they made the burritos correctly had no problems with them. They suggested that I call corporate to complain . I will never be going back there again. I don’t know if it’s my new management or just pure laziness but they need to get their act together

Just look at it. Ive had bigger chicken nuggets. Cook has a sense of humor. And that is what they all pretty much look like.
