Always delicious food-I don't believe anyone could go wrong ordering anything from Taco Bueno. Since discovering Taco Bueno some 25+ years ago this has been my go to fast food Mexican food place. Give it a try if you haven't already done so. 😉

This is an awesome taco Bueno, the interior is very clean and the traditional architecture is very comforting. The food is what you'd expect from Taco Bueno.

I’ve been coming here for lunch the past few months. It’s always been clean and the staff has always been friendly. So far all my orders have been correct and no issues. The food has always been good. Keep up the good work guys, I know given your location it’s probably not easy. Thank you for all your good work you do.

This is by far the best Taco Bueno we have been to. On Brown Trail in Bedford!! Fresh, hot and good food!! Louis came over to our table to see how we were doing! And asked us if we needed anything! He even gave us a little snack on our way out of the cinnamon snack!! Super friendly!! We will be back!!

Awesome location! Only Bueno around with a play area. Staff supper helpful, nice, cheerful, etc. My only disappointment is the seating the play room is limited and sometimes employees or grown ups with no kids take the booth seats in there and the high tables are not good if you have a kid in a high chair. But other than that, never had a bad experience and if you go often enough, they remember you and what you typically order!

Bueno makes me happy. This location did not disappoint. Fast service and Bueno quality! Cheap and so so good. The value menu can't be beat.

Pulled through and ordered 10 burritos and 10 tacos, was a little taken back by the price, as I hadn’t realized they weren’t $1 anymore. The new manager was happy to help, fixed our order with the absolute BEST attitude! I had previously had a bad experience there and this changed my mind! Whoever the new guy is, he needs a raise! Definitely provided excellent customer service and won me over!

Great food at a reasonable price, and a very comfortable atmosphere. I love the way this location has booths that are staggered, so you have a bit of privacy at many of them. And it also has a separate room off to the side (for events, I guess) which is usually not used, so you can sit there as well, and have a nice, quiet place to sit.

The food was delicious and well made. Even though there was a rush in customers they were expediting the orders quickly. The cashier wasn't polite as he seemed to not want to be there but that's okay. It just bothered a little for him to not have manners. Aside from that my experience is always great at this location with the food. Definitely recommend.

The salsa is so good! And always fresh! For fast food, it is really great. Way better than the other big chain Mexican fast food place.

We had ordered are food while going thru the drive thru. When we had given the debit card the woman returned explaining, we were a little short. We apologized and said that we would have to cancel some items in order as we did not have the additional monies. The manager came to the window and said that we could have the food. We were so thankful if his generosity. We are loyal Taco Bueno customers . This Taco Bueno is at the top of our list of the Bueno chain.

Honestly, one of the only thing Taco Bueno is consistent about is a different experience at every location. Some close late, some close early. Some always have something out of stock, some never do. Some serve great food, others serve awful. Some have great service, others have terrible. Luckily this is a good location with consistently good food and even better service. My orders are always correct and speedy. I drive out of my way and pass another location to come here.

Taco Bueno hit hard today 🤤 everything about this location was great! The restaurant was clean and welcoming. There was even a fan running because this is Texas folks! The salsa bar was a plus. The feeling of nostalgia filled the air and I can’t wait to go back! Now about the food! It was hot and fresh. The Wholotta Platter I chose is a great choice if you’re unsure what you want. The platter has a bit of everything “Bueno”!! Taco Bueno your crew out did their selves.

Actually been going to Taco Beuno for years. They know how to keep taco shells crispy to the bite. The flour tortillas have changed. I think the old ones were better. Probably not a health recipe, but, when having a bean burrito health is not the biggest part of the proposition, taste is.

I tell you Taco bueno's food quality has gone down over the past couple of years. Maybe it was because of covid or maybe it's just because Taco Bueno has gotten extra cheap and stingy on amounts and ingredients that sometimes seem reheated and reused.

Good food and service for fast food Mexican fare. Sauce and topping bar to customize to your taste. I am not a fan of the ballpark style nacho cheese sauce or I could have given it 5 stars in the fast food category.

Love this Taco Bueno and it is one of our favorite fast food places near our house. It takes about 7 minutes from the time we leave our driveway, arrive and order and get home so they have very fast service. Sometimes they are really busy so they will get some part of the order wrong like giving me a regular tostada instead of the Mucho but the food is good and I can forgive the human error.

Visited the Bedford TX location. Ordered the taco cup x 2. Wasn't that hungry. Food was good. Condiments good. No crowd. Gave it a 4 because there were tables that needed to be wiped down. I've seen this 2-3 visits now.

Actually want to compliment the crew on the night of November 18th. They were clearly understaffed (I only saw two people) for the amount of customers they had as they were asking people coming through the drive-thru to park and there was about six cars ahead of me parked. Despite the difficulties and having so many people waiting, the first staff member still greeted me with a smile and friendliness at the window and I watched the second staff member literally running food out and running back. Even though I had to wait for my food I was impressed with them. Great job guys!

We all know what we're signing up for by coming here. The food is consistent and cheap. This location in particular though I must dock a star because the last few times I've gone have taken 10 to 15 minutes through the drive through when there was 1 car in front of me. That and every single person that takes my order sounds like they are absolutely plastered. Just like, not even on the planet anymore. Imma keep coming here every now and then like I always do though ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

This Bueno has been around since my high school days, so there's some sentiments there when I give a review. But, the one thing that hasn't changed is the staff getting to go orders correct. I may be a lucky one but I've never had any order issues. It could use some sprucing up but it's still the good ole Bueno I know!

It was the first cold day of Autumn when you instinctively recoil at the thought of a few months of shivering. I wanted something hot and a bit spicy. I had a coupon so off we went! It was delicious and satisfying. I had the enchiladas topped with the standard Taco Bueno red sauce. Everything was good and up to my expectations. TB has rarely let me down on their platters. This was yet another similar experience. The pending cold was pushed away. Success!

I'm so glad bueno is using fajita chicken again. I quit going for a long time because they switched to shredded and it was just awful. The service was subpar and the atmosphere was terrible. Nobody there and the radio was more static than music. Drive-thru ftw!

Food is always delicious. They need a lot of help in the customer service department. Employees seem like they don't care about anything. And you never know who the manager is. They are usually just playing around, whether I am driving through or dining in. Its a good thing they have great food or I wouldn't go.

This is a convenient location and the food does tastes great. However the staff will ignore you as long as possible before acknowledging your existence. This is a consistent experience. Me and my kids are kind of used to it by now. it's faster to go through the drive-thru and loop back around and eat inside

This place is in need of a refresh. Menu is typical Taco Bueno and tasted as expected. Pricing was higher than I expected, nearing sit down restaurant pricing. There are better values elsewhere for the money spent.

Food was as expected. Service was fast but the guy at the counter seemed as though he absolutely hates his job. The big problem - I thought the place had shut down because the outside lights were off at 1100pm. If we didn't know the hours or the location we would have passed it up. So, keep your lights on. Please.

Overall it was fine, but everything seemed to be just not quite right. The guy at the counter was nice enough, but seemed more earnest to get back to his co-workers or friends who were dining in the main area. We needed to go back a times to get or fix some items. The food was consistent with other Taco Buenos, although the cinnamon chips were weird. Funky taste. Maybe we will just go though the drive thru next time.

I walk in & the female employee gives me a look of contemped. I wouldve left right away but was really hungry. She took my order but attitude was very bad. She clearly did not want to be there or attend to me. My order was accurate & I am greatful, but she really needs to be talked to.

I'm always surprised to see this place hasn't shut down. This place looks empty. Even before the pandemic, it was unusual to see another customer when I go here. Maybe they survive on the lunch crowd from kids at LD Bell coming across the street for lunch. I'm really tired of them refusing to operate anything except the drive thru though. I know a lot of people prefer to use the drive thru, but I don't. As long as the doors stay locked, the time between my visits just keeps getting longer and longer.

If you plan to go on a cowboy game day, be prepared for no parking. I went after 4 pm on 10/13. At&t stadium is a few blocks south of the N Collins st Bueno. I asked why an empty restaurant had no parking and was told the previous shift charged $40 or $45 for parking. Apparently they have a permit and they care more about making money off their small parking lot than any customers coming in. Other than that, polite staff and good food. Just a terrible business model to not leave spaces for cutomers.

I rarely eat at any fast food joints these days anymore and this experience highlighted why. The food was okay, but at $15 and change out the door for a taco bowl, side of eloté and a drink, it's really not worth it. Plus they do not keep the place very clean, which in my opinion would at least help justify the high price of fast food these days in regards to paying the labor appropriately. A friend treated me to El Pollo Loco not long ago and it was almost 1/3 less the cost for the same food items, larger portions and the place was immaculate in cleanliness. I'll be glijg back there instead if I find myself without my packed lunch on me anytime soon.

Has been my go too Bueno for years. It's pricey for tacos now and they tend to be a little lean in my opinion for the price.. 5 years ago it was my favorite place for cheap tacos. Sorry Bueno hope you return to your former glory 🌮 🌯

Im struggling to give this location a 3 star rating. The floors and tables were dirty. The building and property seemed to be decaying or severly under maintenanced. The guy at the cash register wad also having to wipe tables between orders. There was old paper of some sort stuck up and visible in the return grill in the ceiling. The Quesadilla we ordered was good though. We're moving near this location next week but may not frequent this place. Hope it was just an off night.

So i got a call back from upper management. I am going to go back give them another try. Will review again. One of the worst service i ever seen in my life. Didnt even provide my drink with my order. Rushed me out of the drive thru as quick as they could.

this location has fallen into disrepair, parking lot lights are never on, drive through speaker box doesn't work half the time, and service is godawful slow. think they changed out managers as well, for the worse. gets 2 stars because the food is still better than taco hell.

The customer service is horrible during the day. They do not call your number when your order is ready. I ordered the whole Lotta box and said I wanted 3 beans & only 1 rice. They still gave me 2 rice. And then the chips were stale & the rice was dry. This is the worst location in the HEB area. This is the last time I come here.

This used to be a good Taco Bueno, but lately not so much. The queso has been basically cheese water the last few times I was there, and the Fire House salsa has been very watered down. My latest trip I was standing at the counter for a few minutes before either of the 2 employees noticed me, and the kitchen was a disgusting mess.

Food was good, and a good value. Early afternoon Sunday 5/19/19. The staff member we saw, was friendly, and no other customers in the store. Place had a few tables not clean, a paper bag wadded up on the salsas table, trash on the floor in the restaurant, trays on a couple tables, trash bins had food (i.e. salsa, guacamole, etc.) on top of the bins. After our order, staff was no where to be seen. In the 20 minutes we sat there eating, no one came out to check the dining area. I would probably return, but next time report to the health inspector if things have not changed.

Terrible service. Worst Bueno I've ever been to. They did not call our number when our meal was done, so it sat there on the counter getting cold, the food was not fresh, and we ordered 6 tacos and 6 bean burritos. The amount of meat and beans on our tacos and burritos was almost a joke. Never coming back to this Taco bueno. The only good thing is the lady manager was really sweet and remade one of my tacos.

Food is okay but one of the employee's is always in a bad mood every time i come, she always looks like she doesn't want to be there and she doesn't treat people very nicely, this visit topped it off, i had just gotten my food and there were two people behind me, i was at the drink station and heard her yell "Come on child..., Come on!!" And they were only looking at what they wanted to eat!, i will not be coming here when she's here!

Had difficulty learning if I could eat gluten-free here. Even the manager didn’t understand what I was looking for. In fairness to them, people needing to eat gluten-free, should NOT be attempting to eat fast food -with very few exceptions.

Usually I have no issues here but today when I went through the drive thru, I specified twice that I wanted a party COMBO (two tacos and two burritos) and I kept hearing her repeat back "two party tacos" and figured maybe I was hearing her wrong. Yeah I only got two tacos, no burritos. And both of my drinks are wrong.

I went through the drive thru yesterday at dinner time and the girl was so nice. Got home to find the food was so greasy that it got on my shirt just carrying the bag. Had to unwrap the food onto a plate then rewash my hands cause grease was literally running down my fingers and wrist. I love bueno and I understand it's fastfood and not gourmet. I however don't understand why there's so much grease!?

3 total employees, waited 30 minutes in line. Asked for refund, only gave 1/2 back. Didn't even ask for full amount. Not sure they would've understood with how much it smelled like pot.

The lady was upset that she had to go back and forth to the drive throught. So she slams the money down on the counter telling someone else to get my order. Talking very loud and anger. Then the guy comes, and I tell him to just give me back my money and he gets a bad attitude and drops my money the counter. Tell me to not get an attitude when I was not upset tell his young tail disrespected me.

The people were throwing our food to one another before serving us... we ordered 4 bean cups and they gave us 5 2oz cups (the tiny sslsa cups) filled with beans... what a freaking mess. Couldn't eat it, just looked messy and dirty... NEVER GO HERE!!!

Look i understand that I wentbthru drive thru at 9pm on a Monday, but that is no excuse for this complete lack of assembly of the food I paid for. I was supposed to get 1 Chipotle and chile lime street taco and this is what I got? Plus the smell and fact that it wasn't fully cooked and cold in the middle put me off of even attempting to eat it. Chicken was very unseasoned and cold . Prices have gone up . I mean , who wants to pay 6.50 dollars for a freakin quesadilla ??? Yes there's fluctuation but this is ridiculous ! Staff was also very rude . They don't give us water and every food place is permitted to give customers free water with their order . They also never get orders right and add on items to make it pricy . They also make you wait super long in line and If you are thinking for a bit about what you want to eat , they roll their eyes at you . Disgusting bathrooms . The workers look like they hate it there too .

I will def never come here again, especially at night. I ordered a side of rice and a burrito with rice in it.. they served me old rice and a not so fresh burrito. I called to let them know and Josh the manager tells me they make their food fresh and then offers me fresh rice that they shoulda gave me in the first place. Said no thanks and got a refund. Do better.

I went here with my daughter. We thought it was closed because is was dark and we have gone through the drive through and no one greeted us, so we decided to go inside because the dinning was open, we saw a man picking up his food, after that we tried to order our food and the manager said that we couldn’t order like the man did we needed to go back through the drive through to order our food so we decided to leave because we didn’t get any service.

This taco bueno has gone downhill. Last few times I have been the food has taken forever to be fixed and then room temp at best. Today the girl was new and confused. I can accept that; however, I ordered a lg chips and queso. I only received the queso and realized I paid 2.99 instead of 3.39. I explained to the guy I was charged wrong and would pay the difference for the chips. 1st he tried charging me 4.99 and I asked how many chips came with a large queso. So then he charged me for 2 small bags. I explained I was not paying $2 for something that should have cost 40 cents to begin with. I ended up spending about a dollar for 1 bag but given 2. Insanity over a 40 cent difference. Will not be visiting anymore.

8pm and 6 cars waiting just to have their order taken at drivethru. No cars waiting with orders already taken. Lady kept saying just a minute. Multiple cars ended up leaving because we sat here for 10 minutes before the lady took the first order. Then when she got to the 2nd order again it was just a minute and we waited several minutes before she took the next order. That’s awful service. After waiting 20 minutes and only one car has had their order taken I left. Will never go back to this place.

The man working drive through was very disrespectful when I came into the establishment..which I had to speak to him because nobody was at the front register.. . I left to realize he also got my Oder wrong and had to return inside... I waited up front for 10 minutes and no one came to the front... I then proceeded to go through the drive through and wait another 20 minutes just to be told to go back into the establishment.. which I then left because I didn’t have any more free time in my day between work and lunch break.. very poor customer service...

Worst Taco Bueno of "ALL TIME" I cannot say anything but negative due to various reasons. Got here with 4 people in front of me at the drive thru 10pm. I waited 24 minutes for 1 BOB & Combo burrito. I have ordered in the past & they have totally got order wrong as well, please hire competent employees or just shut down forever.

Ordered food, just got home and NOT happy. I ordered Mexi chips n dip. The coupon and picture on their menu board shows 3 crunchy bowls one for each dip! I even stated I want it just as it shows. They still only gave me 2!! Not too mention hardly any chips for the said entree! They’ve done this before but thought last time was a fluke. I should Not have to waste gas just to drive back up there for their mistake!

Ok so I really don't have words for this visit. I was in town and craving tacos. Why the heck did I come here. I should have known from the light being out on the sign. it took almost 15 to 20 minutes to get our order from start to finish and the order was incorrect when we got to the window. The lady apologized as soon as we got to the speaker.

The worst customer service. I just waited patiently in the drive thru for 5 minutes and was finally acknowledged with a “there’s a wait” a few minutes go by and I’m asked for my order “what’s your order” I begin to order and I’m interrupted with a “hold up” at this point I was done. I am grateful that there was not a line behind me so I was able to back up and leave. Once you are in this drive thru there is only one way out. Not the first bad experience I’ve had at this location. Avoid this location if you can. Precinct line and the Glade rd Euless location are much better. It’s unfortunate the brown trail location doesn’t have better leadership to train a team to provide a basic level of customer service.

The absolute worst Taco Bueno I've ever been to. I ordered a grande taco platter. Virtually no meat or fillings on the tacos, got double beans, no rice, no sour cream and no guacamole. I took it back and got a refund. This isn't the first time this location has done poorly, but it's never been this bad. I posted a picture to prove my point. Like someone else said if it wasn't across the street from L. D. Bell High School they'd be out of business. Also one of the guys behind the counter was sagging his pants where you could see about half of his underwear.

Well me and another customer show up to the door and its locked. People are eating inside and the employee won't open the door. Doesn't even acknowledge the other guys pulling on the door. After a few minutes of being ignored we both left. No signs saying it's closed as a matter of fact it shows to be open dining. This location has been bad for the 4 years I've been in the neighborhood. Now you lock the doors on us.

Legitimately the worst dining experience of my entire life. I waited with a friend for a solid 5-6 minutes while no one appeared. The gentleman who eventually apparated was rather unpleasant, though another customer behind us did provoke him. Most of the seats weren't clean and then the food was awful...I have indigestion now. While eating, the aforementioned grouch changed tone and brought me cash change (for a credit card payment) because he charged me for an item they don't even sell.... 0/10 never return

The quality and quantity have drastically gone down hill fast the past couple of years. The food is cold and tasteless. Makes me sad cause this used to be my Taco Tuesday go to and I used to get their beef burritos at least two or three times a month. Now you can't pay me to go here!

Ordered the wholelotta box. wouldn’t let me get Rice and beans instead of the chips so I asked for a side of queso the big one and they gave me this little thing that’s not what I paid for! They were out of rice so they gave me beans instead.. didn’t tell me until giving me my food which isn’t professional at all. Should’ve asked if it was okay of offer me something else since you did inventory wrong. This place always messes up my order.

This is why Taco Bueno is closing locations. One other customer on the property and I have to wait 4 minutes at the drive thru for my order to be taken. Not very courteous at all. Make me pull forward 6 feet to a side door to get my order 4 minutes later...and it's just warm, not hot. Seriously, don't even bother.

Picking up a customer’s order for Delivery service and one worker literally walked past me 3 times to service a woman not my color & did not once ask if I needed help, just walked back to the back like he was doing something. When I clearly stood there holding a delivery bag. Customer service needs work big time.

I went here asked for a taco salad with beans I got a cold crushed up taco salad all beans no beef. I tried to call phone always busy signal I emailed them and no response or call back. The employees standing and laughing while they take your order and prepare your food

The whole purpose for me buying $60 worth of food for my employees from Taco Bueno is because they love the salsa and pico de gallo. It was mentioned 3 TIMES in the span of being there for 8minutes to please give us a bunch of salsas and picos. We received 0 of each. Total disappointment. Come on BUENO get it together

At the taco Bueno on brown trail, ordered 2 Bueno burgers. On one had a little less than a teaspoon of meat. The second one had lettuce, cheese and no meat. Now I know why you can't call because of a busy signal the whole time. They don't want complaints

Just went through the drive thru and placed an order for myself, husband, son. We get home and there is a missing chicken quesadilla and no receipt in the bag. Immediately try to call the location and phone is not in service. Sure we should've checked the bag better, (my husband did glance inside) but we pay money for food and service!!!!! $30 total and missing food, no receipt so I can't even do anything except leave a review. Extremely unimpressed.

I ordered three chicken crunchy tacos and three beef soft tacos. I drive up to the window and I'm confirming my order. The guy at the window didn't have any idea about my order. I said I want chicken crunchy tacos, so the manager comes and he has the worst attitude ever. " Crunchy tacos are beef." There's an option for either beef or chicken. Anyway, I didn't want to deal with his attitude and I get all beef tacos. I mean how hard it is to give me what I ordered. They need to change the management, or have better customer service.

Every time we have placed an order with this location they cancel the order due to “the store being closed” when the store is not closed. Absolutely ridiculous and their customer service is so poor. Would 100% recommend going ANYWHERE else.

The drive thru/front counter worker was amazing! My order got messed up and she handled it so well. The manager Guadalupe however did not, she raised her voice and made it more complicated than necessary... We all have bad day madam, treat others with that in mind. It's just cheese!

This location is not about customer service at all! This will be my last time coming here because I ordered nachos and they only ever have cheese on the top layer of chips, I spoke with the Manager and she was like she does not know why the girl only put cheese on one side of my plate! Never once did she try and rectify my complaint just provided me a small side of cheese and said this will be the last time she does that! Like I told the Manager all I want is what I paid for because I have never had this concern at any other location just this one here in Bedford! Not satisfied at all with the Manager customer service! 😖😤

Bueno is going down hill and it’s so sad. This picture below is how they served my nachos. The rest of my food was disgusting and like soupy. It was Sunday at 2pm with one car there. This is completely unacceptable. I should honestly get every penny I paid back from this food.
