On April 8th, during the eclipse me and my sister were dining in and I had said there was no more pepperoni pizza to myself, the manager had heard and 5 minutes later walked over to my table and handed me and my sister fresh pizza, I sadly don’t remember his name however he was a nice big-ish guy with a little beard, THANK YOU! :)
Super friendly, always clean and very nice manager. Everytime I take my kiddo for lunch I have a good experience
Food is always good. Kids like playing the games and they clean up quickly. A little small inside but never disappoints
Salad is VERY tasty and fresh. Can't say that for most pizza places. I especially love their alfredo spinach pizza. Keep up the good work! You're our family's favorite
All good... just would like beef or sausage type pizza out more instead of having to request one.
Loved it... Almost always the same Crew at this location. Managed very well and the Pizza, Salad and Pastas were Very Fresh. Always very Polite and Prompt to Serve you here... I wish I took photos. Thank You!
Great location. Food is typical CiCis fare, but unlike most locations the buffet line was always stocked. Good selection on arcades for the kids too.
My first impression it was the salad bar, very clean. Real silverware no paper bowls for soup, plates, floor very clean, the busgirl very active. The best part it was that we didn't have to put away our dishes by ourselves lol, like other locations. And of course very good pizza and pasta.
We stopped at this location at 9:30pm and the place was spotless! It didn't have that stinky smell, the bathroom was super clean and all the employes were very nice and were constantly cleaning. Did not see a single dirty table. Would highly recommend this location. Best experience I've had at a CiCi's hands down!
This Cici's was really clean. The pizza was fresh and hot. The salad bar was stocked up. When people went up and made it messy they cleaned it up. I can't tell you how many other Cici's I've been to who have not been able to maintain these standards. Good job guys your hard work shows!
This Cici's pizza is really great. The workers always have fresh Pizza coming out and a lot of variety. The salad bar is always fully stocked with very fresh ingredients always available. The tables get bussed quite often. Overall I highly recommend this place for families. The brownies for dessert are my favorite! Nice and friendly workers- win win.
I swore cici's off a decade ago because I was always disappointed. I came here for my daughters soccer celebration. I WAS DREADING IT. I gotta say they fully redeemed themselves. The place was clean, food good & staff was friendly! Keep up the good work!
The pizza was great. Always is. Especially like the jalapeño pizza.
Considering the price, the pizza available is actually pretty good. I also appreciate that they have a salad bar for those who wish to have a balanced meal. I actually worked here two years ago and can say with conviction that the food prep areas and dish washing area are kept thoroughly clean and they care very much about cleanliness. They don't advertise this, but if you ask the buffet workers politely, you can order a small custom pizza to be delivered to your table! This is a great venue for families of all sizes and ages, and a fun place to hold a birthday party.
It's Cicis. All you can eat pizza. I wouldn't come here if you expect some five star dining experience. It's a family restaurant so expect children to be playing while you eat. The establishment is always clean when I visit and they normally get my custom pizzas order correct even when I ask for light cheese.
I’m not sure why I had a one star review for this place, but whatever negative experience I had sure changed. They have added more arcade games, it’s a great place for the family or even a date night. I love how friendly the staff is, and the mac-n-cheese pizza.
I love coming to CiCis with my kids, I've been visiting various locations since I was a young person. The food is usually great unless it's old, with plenty of options to select from. I always get a huge salad while there as well. The only drawback about this location is they expanded their game room into the lobby area so the noise level has increased dramatically.
Courteous employees. Good selection. The bus boy does a great job cleaning tables, very nice , has polite customer service skills. Been here several times. Busy and quite full. Just need floor swept more often but with frequent customers I'm sure it's hard.
Legitimately one of the best places I have ever been to in my life. The pizza was amazing and the brownies made me incredibly happy. I am not being held against my will and my family is safe. 5 stars
Everything was great. Finally a cicis worth visiting a second time. Food was good and all the games were clean and actually worked. The only negative i found was the whole add a tip when you pay. A tip should be awarded for great service, cleanliness, and other things not an automatic payment for what could be good or bad.
My Husband and I stopped in and loved the food and service, the gentleman who cleaned the table's was so very sweet and nice, My husband remembered him from another restaurant, we briefly chatted and finished our food, very clean and friendly!
Been coming to this Cici's for the past 5 or so years. They've improved the cleanliness and service quite a bit. The pizza is still, well cheap old Cici's: not great, but still satisfying in a charmingly trashy kinda way. It's absolutely a guilty pleasure, so it hits the spot when you're in the mood for some good old trashy buffet style pizza. Their cinnamon rolls are legit 10/10 delicious though--some of the best cinnamon rolls you can get, which I find a little odd considering the unremarkable quality of the rest of their food options. They've also upgraded their arcade section with some actual fun games. Highly recommended if you're looking for a good Cici's. The service is also super friendly.
I call in pizza's to go about twice a month. When I get there shortly after calling, the pizza's are ready. Always very fresh and hot. The managers and their team are all very friendly. Thanks for being in the neighborhood !!!! See ya again soon.
Everything was clean and organized. As soon as a pizza was gone, another replaced it immediately. The manager is super super nice. We WILL be back.
AMAZING …. Had dinner on Thursday with my Sister and the food / service was AMAZING. My Sister and I couldn’t stop talking about how good everything was. The pizza buffet was fresh and tasty along with fantastic service. I would also like to mention the gentleman removing the dirty dishes and cleaning the tables. He was very thorough and has an amazing attitude. You could tell from speaking with him that he loves his job and enjoys helping others. In my opinion this is the BEST Cicis Pizza location in the metroplex.
William and Athena were super friendly and welcoming even on a busy night
Fresh hot pizza with wide selection of flavors. Clean and quiet store. 1 star for service because I did not experience any customer service from the team except for the lady who cleared my plates off the table.
This location was great! It's like the workers really like their jobs! The salad and pizza bars were clean and kept clean and stocked! The workers greet you when you enter and bid you good well when you leave! The worker who came by to bus tables was very cheery! The only downside was we saw a patron use his bare hands to pick tomatoes from the salad bar and pop them in his mouth, disgusting! I had already eaten when this happened.
Great place to bring your family and the staff where great. Very attentive and helpful.
Food was fresh with a constant flow of variety. Don't forget to make a special request if your in the mood for something specific.
Awesome and delicious place to eat! Place is really really clean and the staff’s service is on top my family loves to come here.
Great location and amazing customer service from William & Athena! We walked in with a warm greeting and even on a busy night we know it can be overwhelming , they didn’t rush us and even helped with our coupons. William also made sure the salad bar never ran low & was constantly refilling the toppings. All in all, we are definitely coming back here. Food was amazing as well. Thank you to the Bedford location Cici’s employees for the amazing customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I asked my daughter if she wanted to join me for lunch, she said yes. When I asked where she wanted to go to my surprise she said, Cici's Pizza Buffet. So, off we went to Cici's. The restaurant was very maticulous, very neat in appearance, clean and well organized. When we walked in there was a pretty lady at the register Ms. Athena. She promptly greeted us, with a nice smile, politeness and was very friendly. Mr. Jose, the GM, of this restaurant also greeted us he too was very friendly and very polite and happy to see us there. It's well evident that his staff truly respect him and all were diligently working, cleaning and bringing out fresh pizza. The buffet setup was very well organized the salad bar looked really awesome with a fresh variety of vegetables, and salad dressings, the pasta bar included what I call elbow macaroni with tomato sauce, as well as chicken soup. The pizza bar included a variety of toppings for those who don't eat meats, or pork products like me. The dessert bar I felt was lacking, but what they had there was delicious. My salad was fresh with crisp lettuce, carrots, onions, croutons, black olives and cherry tomatoes. The cheese sticks carried great flavor, the chicken soup was great and very tasty, the spinach pizza, was nice and creamy, the cheese pizza was tasty as was the buffalo chicken pizza and well seasoned. Ms. Athena, was ready to assist very one who walked in. Please come visit Cici's pizza, they will treat you well. Come see Ms. Athena, and Mr. Jose. Hope to see you there.
Since Bedford's the only town in the H-E-B + North Richland Hills without an Asian Buffet, this is the most iconic buffet in Bedford. Like Golden Corral, Cici's has commercials. Unlike Golden Corral, Cici's has ads in radio, too. Asian Buffets don't have commercials or ads, but they do have coupons. Anyway, they have cool pizzas, and other options! The salad bar is real nice, too. It would really be nice if they had wings in the buffet area, too, though, but there may not be room. As for the desserts, there are only 2 different kinds, while Asian Buffets and Colden Corral have a wide variety. At least the dessert variety at Cici's isn't overwhelming, though. And it's interesting to see a unique pizza, each for limited time, and if they stop serving that, they serve a different unique pizza. Therefore, that can make you want to come more often. :3 My only real complaint is that the Pokeball claw machine is rigged, and last year, I won one, and failed every time after that, and failed every time this year, too... q-q Well, at least they had that pokeball gacha machines at the Hurst Asian King Buffet last time I checked.
I wanted to put a nice review for this place. It is so diverse in the customers. It's always clean. Always fresh pizza. Sounds great. Soup is great. It's not overly loud. It's just a really great place to eat. It was really crowded, and it's always crowded because it is such a great place to eat. The proprietor is always friendly, always greet you when he sees you he's just a really great guy.
So, picture this: you're running low on cash... like, tooth fairy money. but your stomach's rumbling like it's about to start a one-person band. this is the promised land of the budget-conscious and the perpetually hungry. It's like finding an oasis in the desert, if that oasis was filled with pizza instead of water. If you're hoping for a pizza that's going to make you see the face of the culinary gods, maybe keep looking. But if you're all about that "fill 'er up for a few bucks" life, then welcome home, my friend. The pizza? It's decent. Like, surprisingly not-bad-for-the-price decent. You've got your cheese, your pepperoni, and if you're feeling wild, some of those "adventurous" toppings that make you question everything. Mac n' Cheese on pizza? It's a judgment-free zone here. The ambiance? Oh, it's got all the charm of a high school cafeteria with a dash of adult freedom. No one's going to yell at you for taking too long at the soda fountain, which, by the way, is a fizzy nirvana. Mix and match your drinks like you're a mad scientist at a soda lab. No one's stopping you. And the TVs! They're everywhere, showing everything from sports to those daytime shows you won't admit you watch. It's like the universe's way of saying, "Sit down, eat your weight in pizza, and catch up on all the gossip." Cleanliness? It's clean enough that you won't stick to the floor, but let's just say it's lived-in clean. Adds to the charm, really. You're not going to perform surgery on the tables, but you'll be comfortable enough eating off them. It's a spot to go to when your wallet's light but your appetite's heavy. You'll leave with a full belly, probably a new favorite soda combo, and the realization that, hey, sometimes decent is just what you need.
One of the better locations I've been to. They seemed to keep up with the demands on their pizza and there were not a bunch of dirty tables.
First thing you need to consider is that it is a pizza buffet where you will likely be eating WAY more than you intend to or is healthy. That being said, this location is the best there is. The staff is friendly and attentive, the salad bar has fresh(er) veggies stocked, and the pizza is good. They offer a range of pizzas, including made to order options. AND I have only seen the ridiculous noodle topped pizza on the bar once. The bathrooms are a little bit icky and the game room a bit cramped, but overall it is a fun place for a treat.
The pizza was great. The salad bar was nice (no boiled egg or cheese, but otherwise well stocked). There are often a lot of loud children though, and this does often make me want - and sometimes need - to dine elsewhere to avoid the headache.
Food was better than expected. Clean environment and friendly staff
Clean. Busy. The entire salad bar looked fresh. Didn't notice any wilted pieces in the lettuce when I got my salad topped with Thousand Island. Had my favorite, Hawaiian pizza, ham and pineapple. Also had about 4 slices of the spinach pizza. Finished dinner with a brownie. Only one cause it didn't have a brownie texture. I like mine a little more unctuous.
Let's be honest... The pizza isn't going to win any awards but that is the nature of a 6 dollar buffet. The staff is always so helpful and courteous. The food is solid. This location is one of the best ones in DFW.
Great, cheap pizza. Great for what it is, place to get full for less. Pizza is ok, salad bar same, price is great. This last time the salad bar was a bit disappointing. Lettuce was wilted and some veggies looked like they ran them through a tree mulcher. Moving from 4 stars to 3 stars.
We have always enjoyed our times at Cici's and over the years we have eaten at many different locations. Each time the food is good the areas clean and staff friendly and helpful. Thanks for making our dinners out memorably.
Their Pizza is pretty good and I think it's gotten better over the years. If you do not like what's on the buffet you can order your own. What's not to like. I like the dessert pizza. There are a lot of young families and kids here. As there's a large vine of people coming and going they take your order and don't say much else. They're not unfriendly, I didn't speak to anybody other than to pay for my meal.
All you care to eat salad, pizza, and more at a reasonable price of about $9 ($7.99 for seniors). Drinks are extra. This is not Pizza Hut quality pizza but it's quite good for the price. Staff is eager to please. Family atmosphere.
The pizzas on the buffet are regularly refreshed, and you can order special items at the end of the buffet for no extra cost. Try the taco pizza, it's an interesting one! The desserts were not as well taken care of though. Overall a pretty decent meal for cheap.
Well, it hasn't changed in the many years since I eat at one....except the price has gone up. I'm regretting it now cause my tummy is angry at me. I don't think it's poorly made food or cleanliness, I think it's just that I've been on a good food diet so long the stuff it's made with is just not up to my stomachs new standards lol. The crew was pleasant and kept the tables clean, but the kids running rampant was annoying as could be. I won't be back due to my stomachs insistence to stay with better food choices. If you've got a cast iron stomach and a brewed of kids then have at it otherwise stear clear. And yes I had salad with my pizza.
CC's has pretty much replaced Papa John's I'm afraid because for about the same prices there are Pizza I can get salad and dessert. What a deal! My only job back tonight was I went to go get seconds and put them on the table and while I was getting my water the cleanup guy took all my food away! And he was he was standing there at the table next to me when I got up. Oh well there's greater tragedies in the world.
Very quiet environment, good customer service, I wish that they cycled the pizzas better and had a better variety
Cici's is exactly what you expect, a buffet chain that puts out pizzas of expected quality for the price. They also have other options, like soups, salads, etc, but most people that come here will usually just get pizza and sweets until they are full. The employees are courteous, as to be expected, the tip goes to those that clean your table. Also, the one I went to has a small arcade, not anything too major, a shooter, racer, basketball games and plenty of claws machines. Good time wasters after you finished stuffing yourself with pizzas.
Staff is really friendly and food is great especially their made to order pizzas.
Always easy to find parking, hardly ever a line to get in, and always easy to find seating. I’m disappointed that they don’t provide newer menu items on the buffet line and now require you to pay extra on top of the buffet price. The arcade area isn’t well-separated from the cafeteria and a manager had to escort a few teenagers out the last time we visited. It’s usually not an issue though.
Wouldn't say one of the best. Did get sick after eating here. But I don't know if that's because everyone there don't wash their hands. Hand sanitizers at the front would be a BIG Plus!!!!
My family and I visit this place regularly. Their salad bar is well stocked and so is the pizza buffet. I think that they should change up the items in the salad bar and offer different items like spinash, kale, different dressings, and other composed salads instead of the same all year round.
Cicis is good cheap pizza. Definitely not gourmet but great for feeding a family. They have a nice salad bar, small pasta bar and a lot of pizza. The place is always clean, the staff is nice.
It's cheap. It's quick. It's bland. It's generic. It does its job. Cinnamon rolls are good! (If a tad greasy)
Progressively over the years the quality is dropping. It taste more like flour and cheese only these days. But the salad remains a go to for sure. Having more addon for salad on different days would be awesome
Pizza is ok, I think it's improved. My kids love it so it's an occasional treat. They enjoy the arcade even though it's all about taking their money!
About once a year we work up the courage to visit. It's busy, they usually stay on top of cleaning up the tables, and it's about as clean as one can expect (had to go a few trays down in order to find a clean one and only one dirty plate incident). The manager on duty when we went was not very friendly during my encounters with him and he was outright rude to my husband. Yes, we are aware there are order forms and in theory there should be a pen next to them. but since there was no pen, telling us that there should be a pen and then walking away to end the discussion doesn't just make pens magically appear.
The food was a bit of an improvement but the bug in the bathroom sink was a negative. Wasn't overly impressed with the fancier options on the buffet. It was an okay visit. The staff was friendly and helpful and active picking up plates. They kids seemed to enjoy the cheese pizza and cheesy bread. The youngest wanted the curly noodles with red sauce yet there wasn't any cheese to go on top. She enjoyed it anyway. With the moderate selection and taste improvement, I was able to give them 3 stars.
The pizza is okay, but the toppings are somewhat lacking. The buffet is a good deal, if you're really hungry, and the salad bar was surprisingly good. Probably best to go during their busy time to get freshly baked pizzas.
Cicis, in general, is getting light on the meat and/ or toppings...this time, I really didn't see a pizza in the buffet over 2 toppings. And it the one or two toppings was a meat, barely any...just disappointing.
Ordered a personal pizza. They didn't get all the toppings I wanted. But the pizza was decent. The salad bar was terrible old lettuce was left out turning brown pasta looked old. Just wasn't really impressed. But the kids loved it.
This location seems to be more iffy lately. There are nights they are great, others they are just so so. Tonight it was the latter. Deep dish supreme was just OK, the other pies were room temp and going stale and tough. More than one "clean" dish or bowl had bits of dried food on it. I asked the night supervisor if there is a problem cleaning the dishes to code, and his response was an irritated "Sir, we're doing the best we can to serve you." Didn't really apologize. Even Golden Corral in NRH handled this better when I brought the same problem to their attention. The manager there made the staff clean them all again. Also, nobody checks on the customers anymore to see how they're doing and thank them for coming. We're just ignored as they go through the motions. Cicis managers used to always check in on their customers and show appreciation for their patronage. Staff used to announce fresh pies when they put them out on the buffet. Today they are just quietly placed there and you have to watch for fresh food yourself.
Simply put food is great. The pizza crew is great. Arcade is great BUT!..... Your claw machines are extremely rigged. Claw opens at the top more then a couple inches dropping anything you picked up. You got everything right but the rigged claw machines. Way to hustle the money from little kids and destroy their excitement when they think they won a prize. Game manager should be ashamed 😤 rigging a claw machine is still stealing money. 😑 even if its something simple and petty.
The pizza sauce lacked flavor. It was bland. The employees were nice though. Descent price for happy hour..
This was not Cicis Pizza. It was the Chinese place next to it. Panda Express. The food is ok. The orange chicken was not breast meat and had grissle and fat (possibly the thigh). Also, I was told to pull forward and a person would bring my food out. They said the rice was not ready. I waited nearly 10 minutes on fried rice, a staple, while 2 other cars got their food first. I guess the people arriving after me were more important. Not a place I would suggest going to.
It was ok... but didn't feel to good the next day after eating here. Probably won't go again- need better quality food for the price. And if stomach issues are to arise every time we come, pass.
First time visiting a cici's and was very disappointed. Pizza variety was low. No real meat pizzas, only pepperoni and ham, which were so thin, you couldn't taste them. Pizza tasted like frozen pizzas not terrible but not good either.
I was very disappointed about this visit. The cashier was rude, she didnt ask my grandsons ages and just charged me for them. When she handed me my change, her comment was dry like she didnt want to be there. Manager was behind the wall making pizzas, instead of running the place. There was one young kid who came in wearing a visor, but his hair was everywhere hanging over his face. When he would cut a pizza, it was just hanging down, very tacky! When i worked for a pizza company for almost 21 years, things were way different. Our appearance was one of the main things we had to stay on top of! Hair had to be pulled back or in a hair net, we if didnt have a hat, uniform had to be clean, and shirt tucked in. Customer Service was another big issue management was strick on! Its very depressing to not be greeted with a smile and spoken to when entering a place. So if i go back, thats going to be something i address to the manager if people are treated like they are welcomed.
We got there around 9pm to eat, I had a coupon for a free buffet with purchase. I assume the cashier didn’t know how to do it so just charged me full price. I caught it and she had to get the supervisor to fix it. Then at 9:30pm they started tossing WHOLE pizza in the trash, they had taken all the spatulas and tongs away and we’re putting up the buffet. My children didn’t even get to get more food and as we are leaving one is asking where we can go to get more food. (He only had a small bowl of noodles and 1 slice of pepperoni pizza before they started closing up) if you wanna close at 9:30 then put that on the door so people who can’t eat until late can choose somewhere else to go.
Only had pepperoni & ham pizzas out. When asked about the beef, cook stated 10-15 minutes. No beef was put out. So I paid for adult meal and ate cold pasta and a brownie. Definitely wasn't worth it. First time there and last. On to the next
The last time I went, I spent 20+ minutes waiting for the buffet to get a singular pepperoni pizza (during lunch hours, by the way - it was very busy). Instead of the basics they kept wheeling out strange specialty pizzas that I noticed went completely untouched. I left feeling a bit nauseous as well, but I guess you pay for what you get - it's very low quality food at a very low price.
Me and my husband attended recently and the service was great. I rated with one star because there was a roach that wanted to join us at the table for dinner also. I discreetly talked to the manager without causing a scene. He politely gave us a free meal card for a future visit, but the only bad thing is it was only until the next week. Now I don't know about anyone else but I need a little time before just walking back in a place where me and pests shared a meal. I don't think it's fair to limit the ticket for so soon. That's not time enough to even fix the problem.
The same person who charges and touched my money did not wash her hands or used gloves amd was fixing the salad bar touching the crouton with a red little cup with her fingers partially inside the cup while dipping it in the container and putting it in the salad bar.
Food was ok. But was cooking to much at once. Was sitting and getting cold. The bus boy was a young black man excellent customer service. Super friendly. Was on top of his job!!
Cicis gets worse all the time. Not clean, especially the bathrooms (so filthy). Nobody comes by anymore to take away unused trays or plates anymore, so they just pile up. Chicken noodle soup was chickenless. Good selection of pizza, but too bad did not taste good. My nephew enjoyed the salad bar. Games in game room are mostly broken. Parking is adequate with handicapped spots available.
Poor quality food, dirty floors, and nasty smell, I have tried it 2 years ago and I just wanted to give them another chance and see but they still as they were 2 years ago. By the way they are not cheap they still charge you $$. You will feel Walmart cooked pizza is way better than this place and you can imagine the rest.
I didn't like the service at all. The cashier and manager were rude and had a bad attitude. If you are gonna work at this type of places specially a buffet you should have a nice and serving attitude. We wanted to buy a whole pizza and eat it there because our 3 kids which are toddler ages were hungry. I didnt want to get a buffet for each one because they don't eat that much and they refused to let my children sit down and eat at the restaurant I understand their policies and rules but there are way to say things without being rude. We had already paid for the pizza so we just took it and left. If I could give this place a 0 I would. Very poor service. I won't be going here anymore.
Ordered my food over the phone so it would be ready when I arrived. Repeated “boneless wings” 3 TIMES, only to get there and check my order to find bone in wings. Had to wait another 15 minutes while they remade them, while my pizza got cold. Food is usually decent, but when it’s cold? Wasn’t worth the time or money.
The staff was friendly and food was fresh. But the claw machines were such a scam I was shocked…worst I’ve ever seen. Really bummed because we wanted to bring our kids here more but not when those games are ripping parents off lots of money.
09/09/22 update. Animals in the lobby. non service animals. people walking around with their pet chihuahuas and other small dogs. this is highly unsanitary. watched as an employee was cleaning the table took food and ate it by the exit door. The salad bar is horrible. employees put new items ontop of the old stuff instead of changing it out. Lobby was extremely filthy. Pizza quality was horrible compared to other locations. Pizza was dry and tuff. Salad bar had everything mixed up, maybe some kids where playing in it. Drinks spilled all around the drink machine. Everything was sticky. Sorry, but I will stick with my Hurst and Coppell locations.
Daughter went to restroom and found a roach come out of the dispenser
I have an issue with the fact that a coupon was presented and denied when my daughter was presenting one. A coupon should trump all other discounts if it’s a valid. And then the person was rude and decided to give an attitude, hung up on me and then refused to get me to a manager when I called back instead decided to get my daughters coach on the phone like it’s his responsibility to explain the reason the coupon wasn’t accepted. In acceptable make sure you put that sign on the window next time or accept the coupon next time presented before I go to BBB or yet the news!
I walked in and there's a man to my left sitting on his phone waiting for his pizza. The employee has his order and is just staring at him as if through osmosis he should know to look up. I told the person to stop staring at him and call his name, she condescendingly smiled and didn't utter a word. The man looked up and realized his pizza was ready and asked, the employee only nodded - no thank you, no come again.. NOTHING. I proceeded to place my order and asked about the special, she pointed to a flyer, I matched her energy and pointed to what I wanted and forced her to ask necessary questions as I played on my phone, once she was ready for payment I said nevermind I'm going to Little Caesars next door. RUDE, RUDE,RUDE!!!
I normally love going to this place it's pretty amazing but last Wednesday night when we attended the older man who was in charge of making the pizza was extremely rude. He tossed the plates he was carrying on the table when I asked for a paper for the custom pizza. The first copy he basically threw at me had fallen to the floor so he had to give me a second one. After I was done he snatched the paper out of my hand Extremely rude. While I understand that we all have bad days or are tired of working. I feel his handling and service etiquette was not what I would expect anywhere. We were no where rude to him or anyone working in the establishment that night to receive that kind of treatment.
