I love Chick-fil-A. The staff is always friendly and courteous. Take your order quickly and bring it to your table when filled. Your chicken is always good and I love their sandwiches as well as their nuggets. Waffle fries were always good. In addition I love their lemonade. What's not to like?

At lunch time, this place has the longest line of any fast food restaurant. And they handle that volume with style. Why do SO MANY PEOPLE want their food? It's pretty basic, and always good. Service is excellent. Value is good. And, well.... waffle fries. Love me some waffle fries!

Excellent service! These guys are always busy (like every Chick-fil-A), but even with the line wrapped around the building, they've got it down. Curbside is always quick, and I always prefer it over drive-thru. Food is always hot and fresh. Can't go wrong at this location!

I was having a rough day and struggling with situations that happened the day before leaving me feeling very alone and unseen. I had gave my cousin a call before I ordered talking about how I was feeling. Upon getting my order I received this card in my bag. Chick-fil-A is definitely in my top 5 fast food restaurants for sure. Truthfully, waffle fries are some of my favorite fires. I get the chicken sandwich, and I put the waffle fries on it, and it's wonderful. Their Dr. Pepper is almost always spot on. All of their food is really good, honestly. The cookies can sometimes be hard or dry depending on when they're made but the brownies are very good too.

This is a great Chick-fil-A, my kids love eating there! The drive thru line is normally very busy, so we normally do the mobile order and run into pick it up or choose curb side delivery. The employees are always nice and polite.

The landscaping, or what little there is, is well manicured. The parking lot is free of debris and potholes, with clearly marked parking and direction for the drive thru. The line was minimal, nevertheless, moved quickly. The voice on the intercom is friendly and quickly takes your order accurately. At the window/door, payment is taken quickly and you have your food in a matter of about five minutes. Smile abound.

Stop by real quick yesterday to get my daughter something to eat and not only was our food hot and fresh. Cooper was incredible! He made sure we were happy with our purchase. It’s so rare to find that kind of customer service in the food industry nowadays.

This Chick-fil-A never disappoints but this weekend I used them for catering and again, they were amazing to work with! Wendye who is in charge of catering, confirmed by order multiple times prior to my pick up date. She allowed me to borrow the hot bags to keep our stuff warm, and when I picked up, there was a hand written note thanking me for my order. This restaurant consistently goes above and beyond and I am so thankful to Wendye and their whole team!

Chick-fil-A is always awesome. The only problem with this one is the drive thru. Super confusing and if you go around there’s no way to get back in the drive thru lines. So you have to drive all the out and then back in again. With busy traffic, which is like all day everyday, it feels like it takes a million years, which in Chick-fil-A times is 4 extra min.

Went to chick fil a to get the family some food. I had ordered a kids meal and it came with a chocolate milk. I got my food and drove off assuming everything was in there. The chocolate milk was missing and I see a chick Fil a worker running to my car while I was waiting to get on the service road. That’s excellent service especially in this triple digit heat. Thank you so much, my son loved his chocolate milk. Don’t know your name but I do hope you get this message.

I took my 3 kids here today to eat and play. By the time we were leaving, it had started to rain. As we were in the lobby ready to dart to our cars, one of the employees came over, gave us an umbrella to use, and walked with us the car. It was one of the kindest gestures, and we are so thankful. ❤️

This chick-fil-a is busy every time I've been there. Don't get mad if you have to wait a few minutes for your food. They are always polite and courteous. It's worth the little bit of wait time for their awesome chicken.

This chick fil a has the best salads compared to other locations. They always make the lettuce perfect. Expect the drive thru to be slower since it's an older building. Sweet tea is not as sweet here compared to most locations.

Very efficient. Today I was in the drive through line and it wrapped all the way around the building, I was in and out in like 5 minutes ish. Champagne took my order today and is very friendly without it being that fake customer service vibe (iykyk).

This location has great customer service and they get your order ready quickly. I really like their grilled chicken cool wrap meal and I like the honey mustard dressing that comes with it. Of course you can choose a different dressing, but I usually choose honey mustard for this particular meal and this meal is filling It comes with a side or of waffle fries and a drink 👍

Everything about chik fila 5 star except one thing. I'm still mad about chikfila getting rid of their gravy. So I go to whataburger and get their side of gravy and then go to chik fila for breakfast. It's just not the same. They replaced the gravy with a bunch of eggwhite junk. I've been eating at chik fila since 1977. In all of those years I have never seen anyone order anything with eggwhites. Please come your senses and dump the health food stuff.

Whoever was working closing shift tonight, please give them a raise! I got there at the drive-thru 15 minutes before closing (sorry) and honestly wasn't expecting the best food, but I was wrong. The fries were perfectly crispy, so were the chicken sandwiches I ordered, AND the grilled nuggets were perfectly tender. They even gave my dog that was with me a milk bone! Thank you for the amazing food!

Food is consistently fresh and tasty and customer service is generally good. There have been a couple of times when it's excessively busy that the restaurant is dirty and it's hard to find a clean table. Generally this is a fluke and not the norm, though.

Always a good option, especially for breakfast. The chicken biscuit is my favorite. My husband always gets the spicy biscuit. This time he tried the spicy chicken burrito and he might judt get that from now on. I tasted it and liked it, but I'm a creature of habit, so I'll stick with my much loved chicken biscuit and just snag a bite or two of his burrito next time. 😂

Hi. One of my favorite fast foods in Euless is this Chick-fil-A! I love ❤️ it because... First, the food is amazing, and their chicken is crispy and yummy 😋 😍. Second, the service is amazingly fast. So you will never have to wait long. On to that everyone is really nice and friendly. Third, the atmosphere is pretty. I definetly recommend Chick-fil-A.

I love Chick-fil-A, so I hate that I just had my worst experience with the restaurant. I went in at approximately 2:30pm. I ordered an ice cream cone and a brownie. Then I waited over 10 minutes and observed that "Mr Allen" got his food immediately when he came in. When I got up to go to the front counter, 2 dine in orders were placed. They got their food within minutes. I asked for a refund and left. The team leader and the cashier saw me standing waiting for my order but never asked if I got what I needed. I didn't even get a "sorry" about my order when the refund was given.

Although this location is terribly busy most of the time (for 15+ years) I still prefer to come here to get my Chick-Fil-A fix. I even drive to this location before going to the newer location by my home in Bedford (as they are still working out the kinks of hiring an organized and efficient staff). The Euless location has always had an outstanding team from management on down. Even during lunch & dinner chaos, I never get overlooked, rushed out, or have my order mismanaged. Consistency is the key, and it's what keeps me coming back!

Quality ingredients, respectful employees, reasonable prices(besides the salads), never keep you waiting more than 3 minutes even with 10 people in the drive through, food has never once strayed from its consistency, app works like it should and very easy to use. More companies should take note of Chick-fil-A's business practices. 4 stars instead of 5 for being closed on Sunday & only having waffle fries

It’s another chick-fil-a great as always! Drive through is kind of weird and as it starts when you enter the complex, considering it only have one line sometime line goes out to freeway entrance road. Drive through experience should have been better.

We ordered the Grilled Chicken Sandwich and Chicken Nuggets Kid's Meal using the mobile app. When I arrived, the order was waiting at a rack. Everything ordered was there including extra bun. No ketchup was included for the waffle fries. Food was good. Liked the Honey Roasted BBQ sauce.

Not a typcial positive visit today. My kids were yelled at just for being in the play area and not playing. They were watching their youngest sibling play and told because they were too big they couldn't be in there. Ride employee not typical of chic-fil-a but throw This was our first visit to this location. For was fine and as expected.

I am lactose intolerant and I requested and confirmed my order with no cheese. Everyone was friendly so I didn't check each item until I left. My meal was riddled in cheese. Friendliness is great but ORDER ACCURACY is equally important.

The quality of the food has gone down, the crust around their nuggets feels weak. It used to be crispy but now it easily falls off the meat and is overall pretty disappointing. Though the people who work their are very nice and efficient. I've been in lines that stretch into the parking lot and left with my order only about 10 minutes. They also never forget something we order and that's great for a big family like mine.

Used to love chick fil a. I always ordered my fries and nuggets well done/crispy because let's be honest they are just so much better that way. This location informed me today that they will no longer make our food well done. For us soggy fries are a deal breaker when it come to fast food. Going to try other locations in the area and see if they will do it.

If you don't order anything with a bun, the food is exceptional. However if you order a sandwich (not the ones with the multi grain bun,) for whatever reason the bun *always* falls apart. The bun is so dry and crumbly, it becomes a big mess and difficult to eat.

2 out of 4 items were wrong. We caught one mistake at the window and had it corrected. We noticed the other while still in the parking lot and went back through the drive thru again. Person at the window seemed irritated that we came back but we got it corrected.

6:30 pm on a Thursday. Apparently this location has Santa and Mrs Clause (very cool!) but the condiment cupboard is bare. No mayo no nothing. Pretty bad look for a company that prides itself on having its act together and being customer focused. Other than that it’s a Chick-Filet. Foods good

Counter service was fast. Food was fine. But only 3 stars bc there's no curbside & the parking lot and drive way situation are ridiculous. The drive thru line causes a backup to cars driving thru. And what makes it worse, is you can enter the drive thru line from 2 differnt directions so you have ppl competing to get in line. And the drive thru entrance is on the left which causes incoming traffic to veer to the left coming into the parking lot blocking cars from exiting the parking lot. Not a well thought out parking or drive plan.

Food quality is hit or miss these days. This is no longer a weekly favorite. More than half the time we get chicken sandwiches with chicken that is thin and unappetizing. The fries are never good anymore. 3003 Hwy 121.

I ordered spicy southwest salad base and all I got was lettuce. So basically I was charged $8 just for lettuce. Very disappointing. I have been chickfila customers for more than 10years and this has never happened with me. Worst experience

I'd rather look at a menu & order. When they trot up to my window with a little kiosk, it's a pain. There's 0% chance of ordering a dessert or other extra after seeing it on the menu board and feeling a little impulsive.

Unfortunately, this chick fil a is not the best. The amount of orders that they get wrong is surprising. If they are going to rush you through the drive thru so much then at least get the order right. Or when you do get it wrong be apologetic. The last order they gave me a completely wrong sandwich. When I called to mention it they never apologized but they said they’d have a note with a replacement sandwich for me but I had a week to use it…. Excuse me? You screwed up my order and now you’re putting a time limit on when I can get what I paid for? That’s poor customer service.

I usually don't like to post negative reviews, but man I had patience. If there was another lane to leave, I would have. The worker Vicky just stayed there chatting away and taking her sweet time. While on the other lane, the guy had already gone through about 10 cars, no lie. It's ridiculous. Very unacceptable.

I was disappointed after coming here several times before and receiving exceptional service and incredible food. Today the service was still exceptional except after waiting patiently for my food to be prepared and driving all the home I open the bag to find i was short a chicken biscuit and the tots were drenching in oil I just couldn't eat them. ☹️

Ordered two 5 piece nuggets kids meal in the drive thru.. first of all I should admit I should’ve checked the bag but of course I trusted they had gotten the order correct, I got home and was missing 1 order of the 5 piece nuggets, imagine having 2 hungry kids when getting home and one of them didn’t have their chicken nuggets. And then as I open the other nuggets box I see 4 nuggets a tiny piece of chicken which shouldn’t even be considered a nugget come on. Me and my family love chick fil a but this location keeps messing up our orders and somehow we keep coming back but this time I really got upset because it was my kids food.

40 minutes in the drive-thru. I ordered breakfast on the app at 10 in the morning. Get to the drive-thru line at 10:15. In the line for 40 MINUTES before a manager came out and said that they aren't doing breakfast anymore and said we needed to choose another item from the lunch menu and proceeds to walk off before we could give her an updated order. Another 10 minutes before we get to the window and they ask what we wanted instead of the breakfast we had ordered nearly an hour ago. They tell us the updated order would be an extra 10 dollars. Great. We love Chick-fil-A, but we will be sticking to the Grapevine location from here out. This (assumedly) new management is horrible and we will not be coming back UPDATE: Decided to try breakfast again by ordering through the mobile app. Ordered at 9:45, and was on location at 10 for a carry-out order due to the prior fiasco. Wait in line for 30 minutes and am told at 10:30 that they are not doing any more breakfast orders. This location has the absolute worst customer service on this side of DFW. Avoid it at all costs.

I eat at Chick Fil A locations across DFW on a weekly basis as I travel around for work. 95% of the time my orders are correct and the foods great. This location however can’t seem to get things right. This morning was the 4th straight time my order is wrong or the foods cold or just don’t taste right. I won’t be coming back to this location for a while. I am not sure what the problem is but something is definitely wrong.

Cashier named Sarah was very rude in the morning to us. We asked for chick fil a sauce i don’t know how many times and she still didn’t give us any. She just acted like she didn’t want to be there. I’ve never had a problem with chick fil a until today.

We went into chick fil a for breakfast. I order first and then my friends order next. When they order the breakfast combo they were told that they were out of hasbrowns. They said no worries can we get a small fry. They said it would be an extra charge for the small fry. That fries cost more than hasbrowns. They were out of the food item that was part of the combo. Either let the customer know upfront or be willing to do a substitute for the item. Poor customer service.

I went through the drive-thru today. And the lady that was taking the order was not listening to me when I told her I'd like a large sweet tea. I get to the drive-up window and they hand me a medium tea that was completely full to the brim with ice. As a customer I feel that that is the way the company is ripping you off because you're buying a cup of ice with a splash of tea. I am so sick of these companies ripping people off.....

Really tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. No plastic ware or straw for my drink. Yes, I drove back for it. Then I finally got to eat my food and it was terrible. Tasted like it had been sitting for a very long time. And I like cold food lol I drive a lot so I visit different locations all the time and I order the same thing. Just a very unpleasant visit altogether. Probably won't go back to this location.

This location gave me extreme food poisoning which caused severe dehydration and lead me to being in the ER all night. Doctors confirmed food poisoning. I am now out $1200 because of this location. I have reported to the state health department and will keep reporting. Please be careful, watch what you eat, and make sure your food is cooked properly and safely.

Went to get some Chick-fil-A breakfast. I placed an online order and paid before the breakfast ends. Got to the drive thru line before the breakfast end time but the line was long. I was only 2 cars behind before they switched the sign but when I arrived they denied me the order that has already been paid because it was 3 minutes past the breakfast time. They did not do anything to accommodate me even though I have done my due diligence. Terrible customer service and did not receive anything. I understand I was late due to reasons out of my control (long line) but given chick fil an amazing customer service I would have thought they would create my order or atleast provide an alternative offering. Never going back to this Chick-fil-A. Disappointed. Useless feature to online order.

The workers here are completely out of touch. I placed an order at 10:23am. Although it was still breakfast time, the cashier accepted and placed my order for a spicy chicken sandwich. Just a sandwich! Nothing else. 10:35a rolls around and I ask one of the food runners, “hey I placed an order almost 15min ago, what’s going on?” He said that they are transitioning from breakfast to lunch, so it should be only a couple minutes. Understandable, so I waited. In the next 10 minutes, I see people who placed their lunch orders right after mine, receive their order. The same food runner comes up to me and asks for my name, and then just walks to the back. One employee there was able to finish their lunch meal in the dining room before I was able to walk out the door with my order! I wait in line to speak to someone, as I get to the front my order is called. It is 10:52am at this time and I immediately ask to speak to a supervisor. The lady there gave an unacceptable apology. I asked her “my order was placed at 10:23am and it’s 10:52am now, what happened to my order?” Her response: “oh we were transitioning from serving breakfast to lunch, that’s why your order took a while, we’re sorry”. I said: “that doesn’t make sense, other people have received their lunch orders before I received my spicy chicken sandwich” Her response: “well we were out of spicy chicken so it took a while to make it” I asked: “why did no one tell me you were out of spicy chicken fillets??” Her response: “well I didn’t know either until now, someone should have said something” End of conversation. Completely unacceptable excuse. This place is a joke.

I need to speak with the owner here. Came here last night 20 mins before close. Had a issue paying held up the line a little. Drive home and noticed my food tastes like cleaning flavor chicken!!!!!!! I have a sick 2 year old son eating with me. If we get sick, EXPECT A FAT LAWSUIT!!!!!!!!! ALSO MANAGEMENT HUNG UP IN MY FACE TODAY AT 12PM WHILE DISCUSSING THIS ISSUE SMH 1ST AND LAST VISIT HERE!!!!!!! BEWARE YOU GUYS SHADY STUFF GOING ON HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This one has gone downhill a lot in the past year. Constantly forgetting items I’ve ordered, customer service is hit or miss, and the whole drive thru situation is a mess. I got pushed into the imaginary second line that blocks traffic, then got told not to block traffic just many times even though I was hugging the yellow line… all that just so the three cars behind me got to order and get their food before me… wonderful customer service. Also, order ahead is non existent here.

Food quality is bad from time to time. My whole family experienced stomach ache and even diarrhea after having it.

Terrible costumer service and accuracy! They forgot to put a sandwich in the bag so we had to go all the way back up there from home. Spoke to Gabe the manager and he said he couldn't offer anything for the inconvenience. We also later realized they didn't give us any pecans for the kale salad so 2 items missing plus the inconvenience.

This is the worst chickfila ever. The traffic flow is non-existent, the chicken tastes different than other chickfilas, and they forget to give you entire parts of your order. Avoid this chickfila at all costs.

Absolutely the worst I've ever seen from a Chic FIL A. I could understand if you were busy but when I stood there minutes before I got any help which irritated me because they helped the lady before me and the one after me , it's like I was a ghost. Then the manager gives me a go to he'll look when i said no pdy would help me and to make things worse a really short guy kept mouthing off and all call this acceptable WILL JEVER EVER STEP FOOT IN YOUR PARKING LOT AGAIN. So forth for being a Christian Restaurant

Terrible service. Had a little boy taking drive thru orders and he charged me for an extra drink and also forgot to add my side of Mac and cheese. They filled up my kids ice cream so much it was dripping out of the cup and no napkins were provided.

never visiting or ordering from this location again. i've never has issues with chick fil a aside from the irving location, but this is ridiculous. i ordered ubereats from this store last night. a 12 piece nugget with a medium mac and cheese was one of my meals. tell me why they sent me a HALF FULL container of large fries instead of mac and cheese and 11 nuggets? ubereats prices are already so inflated, and y'all cheap your customers out even further? embarrassing. y'all should be ashamed of yourselves. and no, the driver wasn't eating my fries on the way. chick fil a placed the fries in the bag like this because my bag was perfectly sealed upon delivery. mac and cheese is a hefty extra cost-they should've just canceled the order if they couldn't fulfill it. the operator needs to get this location under control or close it down because it seems like i'm not the only one with this type of experience.

I’ve been to this location many times, at least once a month and every time there’s an item missing and it’s always extras that I’m paying more for. What’s the point of ordering them and paying for them if I never get them and have to come back to the store after getting home to receive my items.

Terrible, terrible, I just got a side salad and one of the tomatoes HAD MOLD, yikessss, as you can see on the pictures. I cant believe I keep giving them my business. This is the secnod time I've had a terrible experience. I cant believe they dont check their products. Too bad there is no ratings less than one star...

Customer service is lacking at this location. I’ve ordered from here 5 times and yet I had to report a missing food item every occasion on top of I never receive the sauces I asked for. The drive thru situation here is the worst I’ve seen at any chick-fil-a. Manager and staff need more training

Store was a mess. Drive thru line crazy which is to be expected…. I stood in line un-acknowledged for 5 minutes. Finally place my order. Just to get home and realize it was WRONG even though everything was printed correctly on the receipt. Which was highly upsetting. I asked a spicy deluxe. No tomatoes or pickles becuhs im allergic to both. They still put them on my sandwich. And gave me regular cheddar cheese instead of pepper Jack. I picked it off but ultimately threw it away. I didn’t wanna take any chances. I wouldn’t return.

I rarely come here, but this was the closest location that had this item. I ordered a brownie tray as a Valentine's gift, and this is what I was greeted to when I arrived home. Half of the tray missing. Fortunately, the app automatically offered a free replacement, and I redeemed it at another location that offered way better service (and the full tray of brownies). Don't know if I'll ever come here again, especially since I don't normally come here. I should also mention this parking lot is a nightmare to navigate unlike most other locations.

SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES. This is second time at this location and the 13th, yes the THIRTEENTH time this has happened to me at a Chick fil a. Nearly every time I have ordered an item using loyalty reward points in the app, something is wrong with that item. Either old, burned, or a cheaper item than what was requested. Today I ordered 4 items and 3 were perfect and fresh, but the 4th item was supposed to be a Chick fil a Deluxe with a multigrain bun that I used 1,000 reward points on. Instead they slapped a multigrain bun an a soggy, regular chicken sandwich that looks like it was sitting there most of the day. This almost ALWAYS happens when I use reward points. 91% of the time. That’s not a “mistake,” that is intentional and shady business practices. The employees are able to see when an item was ordered using points and based on the percentage I guarantee they are told to give out old or cheap food. So they bait you into buying items and gaining reward points, then the items bought with reward points are what they would normally throw in the garbage. I’ve been loyal to this company since they were only in Mall Food courts. I will never eat here again. This is Chick fil-a. Yall were an institution. An inspiration that other food establishments chased. Poor Truett, he never would have allowed this. He would be ashamed of his scummy, greedy children that took over.

Wish I was capable of giving zero stars. The manager, “Daniel” I think was his name, was taking the order of my girlfriend and I. He was staring at her chest the entire order to the point in which he got our order wrong. I surely hope something is done about that as he might be doing the same to other women.

This used to be a good location. It was ran incredibly efficiently and mistakes rarely occurred. That, unfortunately, has changed dramatically. The chances of missing items in my order has gotten to the point that I suggest that you DO NOT LEAVE THE DRIVE THROUGH until you have checked your bag for your order if you have more than one meal you purchased. It has now become a joke in my family of "what did they forget this time?" Do not leave the window. Stop and check your order before driving away. I asked one of the "managers" on the last occurrence (who is just another kid), what is going on and she brushed it off as just "human error. Sorry." All the while the crew members behind her are playing around or standing there with nothing to do since the "manager" is operating the register rather than making sure the operation is running correctly and people/processes get addressed. Really disappointed. Food is still okay, but they do often go extreme on the grease cleaning powder and the fries taste metallic.

It is Labor Day so I understand that hours may be different, however on today, I walked from my job and stood in the drive thru line for 10 minutes (along with other cars) from around 4:42-4:53 in the heat, just for a team member to come outside and tell us they closed at 4, even though people (not in uniform) were dining inside and I had just seen at least 3 cars get their order taken. I understand they were “closed” but one, that should’ve been stated, and two, I watched them take multiple other orders in my face. 0/10 experience, I will never be back and I will be contacting corporate on this location for this inconvenience .

I ordered in the drive through, I repeated my order to the girl twice she read it back correctly and still had it wrong. I get home to to enjoy my spicy chicken deluxe with pepper jack cheese only to get 3 bites in and felt this material which I thought was the tomato skin, wrong it’s plastic in my sandwich I’m so Disgusted I lost my appetite, and if I didn’t live 40 mins away I would drive back over there. I’m so done eating out at these nasty establishments.
