Got here during rush hour and expected never to be seated, was quickly seated and so was everyone else in front of me. When seated we were immediately greeted and order taken quickly i could not have complained i was already hungry and could not find a single thing to complain about. Thanks to Osvaldo for the quick service and respectful attitude towards the whole situation.

Pluckers never disappoints! The wings were hot, crispy, and full of flavor, exactly what I came for. But what really made the visit special was our waiter, Osvaldo. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Great service like that really stands out! Highly recommend if you’re craving good food and even better vibes👏🍗

Great atmosphere for sports. Our server was fantastic (thanks Nick!). I got the boneless buffalo with medium and it was pretty spicy (I'm not a spicy food guy so your mileage might vary). I definitely plan on keeping Pluckers in heavy rotation for March Madness! Check them out!

Came to watch Sunday football with my homeboy. Ended up getting great food and phenomenal service by a server named Mazzie. Drinks were never empty and gave me info on different combos to order. Great service through and through.

It was busy we had to wait but we were able to check in online so we got there we got seated. Our server was amazing. The food was great. I put it to this way. Six of us was 150 and I have one beer.

Definitely a great place to watch sports. Grab your buddies, enjoy some wings and cheer for your favorite team. The staff is amazing! So attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. I loved the Garlic Parmesan dry rub. You can pick different flavors for every five wings. The Spicy Mandarin wasn't really spicy but not too orangey either. I enjoyed the side salad, you can add bacon and cheese to it. The strawberry lemonade needs to be diluted. It's like drinking liquid sugar, not very refreshing. Luckily I got offered a cup of water to mix it up. The fried Oreos were a little oily for me. I can only recommend the homemade potato chips, especially the seasoning on them. The constant birthday shoutouts were a little annoying and too loud to have a conversation.

Every time I visit I say that I’ll make a review but this time I finally got around to do it! I usually drive further out to the Arlington location where I have been going for years despite the drive but lately I have been coming to this location and truly, the workers here are awesome! They are genuinely caring, nice and accommodating. They actually care about pleasing the customer and making sure you leave happy every time! I truly appreciate that and I’m not sure if it is a reflection of management, or they genuinely have awesome people who work here. Either way, I always look forward to coming back for my boneless wings! For over three years straight I still get the same thing! That should tell you they are doing something right!

Stopped in after work with a group. Everyone enjoyed their meal. We are out of town and we're given an order of the fried pickles on the house for giving them a go. The pickels were awesome, wasn't a fan of the cheesy waffle fries. They had lots of great flavors for wings and will let you try out whatever flavors you like before ordering. The wings were perfectly cooked and very large! Would definitely stop in again!

8.15.2024-First time at this location and I was impressed considering the lack of cleanliness and service at the location closer to my home. Walking in, very clean and the hostess was very friendly. Bathrooms were clean as well. We had a large booth that was located more on the bar side and there were tv’s everywhere including directly above our table. I wasn’t in the mood for chicken so I opted for their grilled cheese and tater tots. So good! My son had their unlimited chicken bites and waffle fries. He let me try the different flavors he chose, all were good as well. Kaitlyn was our server. She was great and very informative with the questions we had. She consistently checked on us throughout our stay. As she was checking us our, I learned she was an avid reader like myself as I had explained we were on our way to see a movie that she also wanted to see. This location changed my views on the Pluckers brand in a very positive way. We will be back more often now!

The manager, Jake, was super friendly and welcoming to my husband and kids — he really went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Loved the wings!!! I tried the spicy ranch, the spicy lemon pepper, and the spicy garlic Parmesan. I also tried the fried pickles and loaded fries. I wish I could remember our server’s name because he really loaded us up with great recommendations for the food. The drinks were really good, I recommend the toxic tea for anyone that loves cocktails. The only real issue I had is that sometimes service was slow for more drinks, extra sauces, etc. they just took a bit longer to come check on refills and if we needed anything. It wasn’t anything crazy but I did love the food and would go back.

This was my first time here and wasn’t sure what to expect. But everything turned out to be great. This place is family friendly, if you don’t mind a place that serves alcohol. There are tons of big screen TVS that are showing different sports. ( football, soccer, baseball, even breakdancing competitions) We arrive around 4pm. on a Saturday & it was pretty busy. If you don’t mind where you seat you’ll be seated pretty fast. We were seated right away with no wait. Our server Evelyn was amazing. We ordered an appetizer with some beers and wings. The wait for all our food was very reasonable. Food was really good and the beers were nice and cold. Prices are very reasonable. Over all I will be going back.

Most of my friends had been to this place and had always raved about it. I finally got around to try it. Here are a couple of the fried pickles and yes they use Spears instead of slices and I also ordered a little combo platter of bone-in and boneless with tater tots. The wings here are priced higher than other wing places in the area. The choice of flavors does not disappoint as they do have different levels from mild to Sweet to extremely spicy so if you are in the market for a new wing place I would recommend Pluckers to experience for yourself.

Mango habanero was really good and the Sesame kind of sucked but flavor is subjective. Steaming hot and crispy wings. I tried the Mandarin as well and it was absolutely gas. The men’s bathroom was absolutely horrendous. I felt like I needed to take a shower after walking in there. I know it’s not necessarily the staff’s fault but the bathrooms should at least be cleaned periodically. Makes me a little bit concerned about how clean the kitchen might be. But I didn’t get sick from the food so I guess we’re alright. Wings aren’t cheap so the tab total was to be expected but at least the portion and size of the wings make up for it! If one of yall reads my review, pls comment on the status of the restroom!

Pluckers is one of our favorite places. Be aware if you are a rewards member the app is deceitful when it tells you there is no wait time. We tried dining there on Friday and there was a wait time of 30-45 minutes when we arrived. As more people arrived the wait time increased. We attempted to sit at the bar but it was full. After two other guests that came in after us were able to secure a bar spot we decided to leave and go else where. We learned the hard way to not go on a Friday evening. Any other day we haven't had an issue with finding a spot to enjoy Pluckers amazing food.

Pretty good chicken wings. They are probably the best compared to Wingstop and Buffalo Wild Wings. These wings are bigger than all of them. I got the Lemon Pepper and the Vampire Killer flavors. The lemon pepper was extremely good. I couldn’t taste the garlic in the Vampire Killer. It tasted like orange chicken 🍊 in the beginning and turned spicy while you kept eating it. The fries had no seasoning or salt so they weren’t that good. The texture was great but because it had no salt, it didn’t taste special.

Great flavors, and good quality chicken. My personal favorite for boneless wings. They are huge, ha. The bites are great as well. Really, everything is worth a try from the fried cheese to the salads. I've been a fan for years. Don't forget to get a dessert. Pay attention to the fried Oreos!

The Lemon pepper was really yummy and so flavorful, but the Honey BBQ felt a little short on flavor. Kind of tasted like it was watered down a bit. The waffle fries were yummy too. And so the bill came and without the tip, the total was around $14.49. Not sure how the tax ended up being $2.49, but whatever. It’s hard times I guess. Our waiter was nice though. Overall, it was a delicious meal.

A pretty good corporate place for wings, drinks, and sports. Family friendly with a bustling atmosphere that is upbeat. The wings are above average and perfectly prepared. A wing restaurant seemed like a great idea a while ago when wings were a throwaway part. Now that wings are pricey like everything else these places start to realize their original price-based business model is unsustainable. I got 10 wings for a whopping $17. Some massive, some tiny. The massive ones had rubbery skin and the tiny ones were overcooked. To top it of they are stingy with the sauce. I could pay $.40 to make them "extra wet" but I already spent $17. At least douse them with sauce.

Wait was 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours so we decided to go and wait back at our hotel. We got a text stating it would be ready by 8 so we left to get there by the time stated but a few minutes after leaving we get a text saying our table was ready 10 min. Early so we are trying to rush back there and ended up being removed from the wait list due to being 5 minutes late. They thankfully were able to put us at the top of the wait once we arrived. Server was okay but once we got our food he disappeared and didn't come back to see us until the end so once he got around to refill our drinks we were already ready to leave. My son and my enjoyed our meal but my husband was very disappointed with his order he wasnt sure if it was just the flavor he ordered or if it was just too much seasoning on it but he was only able to eat a few bites. It was his first time trying Pluckers and I hate he didn't get to enjoy it.

We had the worst server. He was inattentive and said he was working the back. He took a long time bringing our drinks out and he never put in my beer order. I found the manager, Parker and expressed my dissatisfaction. Parker quickly apologized and stepped in. He brought out our missing items and made the experience better. I just want to say that I appreciate Parker for being a great leader.

Not greeted by anyone and I walked in twice. Bar was filthy, menus were disgusting, but worst of all I had one of the worst bartenders. She Never checked on drinks, never checked in period … and acted like she didn’t want to be there. Absolutely Zero personality and wouldn’t even look my direction when she spoke to me. Think she only looked at me twice the entire time I was there. I hate complaining… but dang it takes real effort to set the bar this low. (Wouldn’t say anything if I hadn’t done that type of job myself) I’ve also been to most, if not all, locations. Loyal pluckers club member since 2012 or 2013 and this location by far stands out as the ultimate disappointment. Even the Baton Rouge location stood above this one.. sad day.. because it’s been about 8 months since I was last able to visit a pluckers.find myself Rethinking if I’ll even go back. — food cost too much these days to waste money on a poor experience.

I was disappointed with the service during my visit. Another server — the man in the Cowboys jersey, who wasn’t even assigned to our table — brought our (appetizers) plates out and basically tossed them onto the table instead of placing them down properly. Our actual waiter was also just handing me our plates instead of placing them on our table. And our appetizer and main course were brought out at the same time, so the timing felt rushed and careless. On top of that, our actual server only brought my water when I was already paying, which made the whole experience feel disorganized. Overall, waiters were careless in the way our plates were in a way being almost thrown at our table and handed to me by hand …the service didn’t meet expectations.

All of this has led to our disappointment, and unfortunately, we’ve decided to stop visiting this location..

I’ve been to pluckers before but not this location. The server we had was never at the table which destroyed the vibes of our night. When we asked the server for things like ranch or a refill, we had to wait for 10 - 15 minutes for her to come back, still didn’t get anything; we had to ask again. She also didn’t check on the table, once we got our food she was nowhere. I understand that it is busy but this ruined our time. The food was served to us a little cold but it was enjoyable.

This place is highly over rated with the wings. They were cooked a little too hard and the sauce was sticky and dry. The fries were ok. But came out cold. The drinks were really good, probably the best part. The fried pickle spears were really good. Not sure if I’d go back.

Went there with a group of 11. It took quite a while before our waiter acknowledged we were there. We ordered drinks and appetizers. It was another hour before the waiter took our main order. My husband and I share a combo plate. Our order came out in about 20 minutes, but everyone else’s food did not come out for another 20 minutes. By the time their food showed up, ours was cold. Everyone’s food was also cold - was likely sitting back in the kitchen the entire time our food was getting cold on the counter. It took another hour+ before we saw our waiter again to get the check. Unfortunately because of the size of our party a 20% tip was automatically added. The service did not deserve 20%.

i’m so sad and disappointed. on 9/21/25. I ordered queso, and while eating it, I found a piece of food that was spongy and porous — it did not resemble cheese at all (picture below) I was told it was “burnt cheese,” but the texture and appearance were completely different. What troubles me most is that I still don’t know what I ate. Not being able to identify the food left me worried about what it actually was, and whether it could make me sick. While the queso was taken off my bill, the uncertainty and disappointment remain. I’m sharing this because food safety and trust are so important, and I hope this incident is taken seriously. I definitely need a response to this situation.

My first time at pluckers. Service was great! Our server was so polite and friendly. I wish I remembered his name. The wings were horrible no seasoning hard and over cooked. Fried pickles were ok. I just don’t understand how a wing bar sells wings that are not seasoned dry and over cooked. You have all the ingredients to make amazing wings why not take the time out to make it right. The chefs are either lazy or just don’t care. I’ll try another location.

I waited more than the time they said, I paid for fried pickles and I did not get them in my order. They are just talking each other and not pay attention what they doing. Just avoid this location.

I ordered my food to go … my food was not fresh it taste as if it has been sitting!!! I order the platter the holy Mac was supposed to tossed in seasons it wasn’t they just threw all my food in a box chicken was hard not fresh at all!!

This Pluckers location has consistently fallen short of expectations. I have given it multiple chances, but the experience continues to disappoint. The service is consistently poor, the food quality is subpar, and orders are rarely correct—I’ve had to send my food back nearly every visit. The staff often appear rushed and inattentive, which leads to repeated mistakes. Unfortunately, management seems to lack accountability, as these issues persist without improvement. I strongly recommend that this location be reviewed to address these ongoing concerns and improve overall service and reliability.

I spend quite a bit of money at pluckers as I eat there often and only every encountered minor problems. But YESTERDAY, I bought 30 wings and 4 mozzarella sticks for my family. The mozzarella sticks were mediocre but I understand they sometimes explode in the fryer. But to get 4 flat sticks with the cheese on the outside is inexcusable but was willing to let that go until I got to the hot wings. I ordered 30 wings extra crispy. What i got was scorched wings with the meat singed off the bone. THE BONES WERE EVEN BURNT AND BLACK. The majority of the chicken was un edible, and the ones with the meat not scorched off were terribly dry so much so that the meat was stringy and almost chewy like jerky. There is no way in the world somebody looked at what they were throwing in the sauce bowl. And as expensive as pluckers is I am highly offended. My husband actually worked at pluckers so I know exactly what to expect and this was so far from it. 66$ on wings just to go buy food to cook. Also I ordered for take out. Sorry if a few pics are blurry, but the chicken in the photos are as I received them.

Wife and I stopped in for lunch. We were seated in the bar area at a high table. Waited 5 min., 10 min., 15 min., 20 min. without being greeted. A simple "I'll be right with you" could solved the problem, but the young lady working the area was to busy having a casual conversation with people at the bar. So we simply walked out and went somewhere else. This Pluckers is where I brough all my employees, was a good place to take the edge off. Even got my name on a shiny little plaque. Unfortunately that was my last visit to this Pluckers. The lack of customer service we experienced is the reason this Pluckers has lost my business. It's shocking how many other places have closed down in the area, wonder why ??

please double check or have the workers double check to make sure they put everything you ordered when doing online ordering. it’s sad that these young workers can’t do a simple job and follow instructions. what’s so hard to make sure you put the whole order together… it’s frustrating having to get home with half of the food missing. have a better system to follow or get better people who can manage well.

Visited today and had a horrible experience not what it used to be. Walked in 3 people standing there not one greeting I greeted them and still no answer. Server had a I don’t want to serve yall attitude she was also one of the 3 standing. The food was good but customer service was not.

Unfortunately, after being regular customers at this location for a long time, we won’t be coming back. We used to enjoy this place because the service was quick and the experience was good. However, lately the quality has really gone downhill. We’ve been served cold food more than once, and although the manager once offered us a discount, he never actually applied it. We’ve also had multiple order mix-ups, and the biggest disappointment is that twice now they haven’t had the Holy Mac, which is basically the main reason we come here. We even saw other customers being served what looked like Holy Mac while we were told they didn’t have any, which made us feel pretty frustrated. We don’t know if this is a staffing issue or something going on with the kitchen, but it’s clear that things have changed. It’s really disappointing because this used to be our favorite location, and now it’s become the place we like the least. We hope they can improve, but as of now, this has been our experience.

My husband never complains about service but tonight he did and I agree why! Waited 30+ minutes to pace our order, our server took every other tables order but our. He walked pass as I tried to flag him down but seemed like we were in his time! Server was lacking on urgency and hospitality for the first time made me want to get up and leave but we kept our cool and still tipped!

I love pluckers but this location is just not it. My wife and I hyped it up to some family members and brought them here and we got cold wings, cold fries. Our server seemed like she didn’t want to help us, like we were a burden. They dropped the ball on us when we were trying to impress. Our family said they’ll just stick to wingstop lol. We will come back but to our home location in Plano.They are 10/10 with food and service.

I came out to eat because I hear all the hype about pluckers, but I was sadly let down fries were almost garbage soggiest fries I’ve ever had. Not to mention, I probably got about 10 fries. Also, my wings were mushy never had wings. They weren’t crispy. Sucks to say I had my hopes up about this place will probably never go back.
