This is usually my go-to-location but lately I have noticed the pouring of 🧊 it’s in the exaggerated side. My most recent visit was today, I just paid almost $6 for a full cup of ice 😡 and I really don’t appreciate that 👎🏼 Starbucks I know you CAN DO BETTER

Customer service is great. But yesterday I came and got a drink that was suppose to have no whipped cream. But when I was drinking my coffee all I could feel was foam. I called and had it remade for free today but it’s the same issue. Don’t want to be a bother anymore but will not be returning. Not sure if maybe the coffee is what’s foaming or if they just continue to put whipped cream. Very upsetting for the amount spent.

Poor service! I order a coffee of my choice but they gave me different one. And when I came back the white lady name CRYSTA an order taker does not even apologize! And very rude! Bad service she needs more training about manners and good customer service.

The workers at this Starbucks are so rude. There is a blonde haired worker that basically throws the drinks at you and doesn’t give you time to finish your order at the drive-through before they are reading off your total. 2nd time in two weeks we’ve been and had the same awful service. We will just be making the drive to Dutch bros from now on.

Drove around to the drive side window after to pick up a coffee for someone. This girl held the coffee out before I could even grab it. I had to stop so my mirror would not hit the coffee she was holding. When she moved the coffee she was holding. I pulled up all the way to the window. As I was still driving she said hi!, then bye!, in a sarcastic manner, trying to force me to grab the coffee quickly. There were no customers behind me. She knew what she was doing. There is no reason for employees to treat their customers this way, or anyone this way.

They charged me twice for no reason! They also scanned my gift card telling me my total was around 3 dollars, I payed and later looked at my transactions and they had charged get over $4 as well as my $3 gift card so they took around $8 from me for a grande sweet cream cold brew which is a little over $5… I’m very upset DO NOT GO THERE!

The worst service here at this location. Employees don’t even know what they are doing. Highly suggest going to another location. Corporate should definitely investigate this location. Old blonde lady that is there all time is definitely lost.

I don’t drink much coffee but I have been coming to this location since they opened. It’s 5 minutes from my house so it’s convenient, lately their customer service is hit miss. Some of the employees aren’t friendly and multiple times my order has been wrong. Today I ordered a Cinnamon Dolce Latte and I got black coffee.
