Què diuen els clients de Taco Bueno
Taco Bueno in Grapevine is a decent fast-food option, especially when compared to Taco Bell. Many appreciate the higher quality ingredients and fast service, though some report issues with order accuracy, skimpy toppings, and occasional rude staff. The crispy tacos and tostadas are popular.

Opinions de Taco Bueno Grapevine
For fast food Mexican this is probably the best value in the marketplace. Freshly cooked food 99 cent grilled taco is absolutely a great value.
My favorite fast food! Bean burritos are good, filling and cheap. Real salsa.
Great food. Fast service. They always get my orders correct. That's rare these days. Bravo!
I just want to say that I've been to multiple Taco Buenos and this is by far the best one I've ever been to. The staff is absolutely wonderful and just the atmosphere overall thank you so much!
Drive thru experience was excellent. The order was correct, and staff was great
Staff is extremely nice and the food is always made correctly. Super tasty and fast, what more could you ask for right?
My boss and I stopped in for lunch and the customer service was excellent... The food was really good also, I couldn't finish my plater that I ordered.. I wash stuffed full...
Let's be honest here. It's fast food... But it is a beautifully kept location with a smiling staff. Always get quick service and fresh food.
This place has won awards for fan favorite Mexican food even when there is no category for fast food. Seasonal tamales are really good.
One of the best tasting taco Buenos I've been to in the metroplex The employees and management excellent
Great Selection and Friendly Service!
Taco Bueno is Taco Bueno...what can I say. Always, consistent, delicious fresh tex-mex food for really cheap. Also, it's the go-to place during lent and times for fasting, doing the vegetarian thing: great bean burritos and bean challupas. For on the run fresh fast food, it's the best.
This Taco Bueno is an imposter. I've been to many many Taco Buenos in my time as a self described fast-food taco connoisseur and they always give me the heebee jeebies. Not this one, very good feeling and the food is of higher quality than any other Taco Bueno.
We love Taco Bueno! Party Burritos are a great snack and the beef BOB is always filling. The topper is the salsa. All around reasonably priced and good eating.
I rated this place 5 stars based on the type of food it is but also because they are friendly to me and sell 10 pound bags of ice for $2. I get a bag almost every day.
Good food, and the lines aren't too long. Nothing that I can point out that is bad, and is always a good meal to get when I need to pick something up quick. I really like the idea of the Whole lot of box item, because it is lots of food, meaning you can feed everyone!
This Taco Bueno is always good, the drive through runs like clockwork and there are pleasant, likeable people at the window. I've never had an order messed up, and I've gotten good vibes from the people.
I've never had a bad experience here. Every time I'm greeted at the window by their amazing staff I can't help but grin. This is my go to spot when I have no clue what to get for dinner and/or don't feel like cooking. It helps that I'm addicted to bean and cheese burritos...
Always better than the bell! Real meat, beans that are literally cooked overnight and refried in store! Fresh chips, and the tortillas are the softest in the game! This location in particular is great during the daytime, staff is quick and precise.
Love the mexi dip n chips and tostadas. The muchaco was fresh and delicious...the restroom was immaculate and the tables were clean. Friendly staff. Nice size portions.
They get your order right and get you through the line quickly. Don't go to Taco Bell fool their beans are made of sawdust. I don't have any proof of that but Bueno is just BETTAH.
Love the staff here!! They are super nice! This pace stays busy busy busy but they keep it moving in a fast organized manner. My food hasn't ever been wrong and they aren't stingy with the salsa. Some locations only let u have 2 or 3 max. But not here they'll give u what u ask for
I love this Taco Bueno! The food is always consistent & fast! Also, the gentleman with the long dreads that works the night shift is always polite! A lot of places these days the staff can make you feel like you are “ bothering “ or doing something wrong by being there. Not this guy though! He’s awesome!
I don’t ever eat at Taco Bueno (my husband does), but I decided to today. And THE nicest man/employee was working the drive-thru today around 5ish… I wish I got his name. He was VERY convincing about some cheesecake chimichangas!!! 😂 He insisted I buy some, and I’m glad I did! They were delish! But overall, it was just a really positive experience, and I just wanted to say that I really enjoyed his energy! Thanks for making my night!
This Taco Bueno was muy bueno! The food was fantastic and fresh and exactly what I always want my Taco Bueno food to taste & look like. That plus the 70s/80s/90s music playing made it the perfect choice for lunch.
My favorite Mexican food restaurant...great price without the BS crap Taco Hell has! I love a simple menu with access to salsa and Pico...
I really like this location. This is where I go when I can't decide where to go if I want to go somewhere for lunch. My only criticism is they need to not be so skimpy with the tomatoes on tacos.
One of our go-to places when we can't figure out what we want to eat. Don't normally eat a lot of fast food, but I break the rules with Taco Bueno.
I really enjoy Taco Bueno if I am not craving Taco Bell. (lol) Bueno has better and higher quality ingredients. I have both dined in and gone through the drive-through and I’ve never had any issues. Staff was great and I was on my way.
The other day our order was wrong so the manager said we could come in and have it fixed or just have our names put down for the same meal be free. But when we came in today the manager we spoke with on the phone gave us so much more then what she said we got two free meals and drinks and was just so nice about everything. Thank you to that manager for being extra kind to us! This made my husband and I live this one so much more! Y’all are so amazing!
Love Taco Bueno. But question, why is it every time I ask for extra sauce it is a big deal? Is this an over time activity to make this? Please god someone pay them extra to make this because I can’t handle the extra attitude.
Fast and friendly service. Food was made fresh, but wasn't really hot. The is a good selection of salsas and sides. Price was fair. Worth a try
Standard fast food tacos with the twist that they actually cook the food themselves, instead of warming up bags of crap cooked elsewhere. Salsa bar is help-yourself and the tacos and burritos and stuff are top notch for fast food.
Taco Bueno off of 121 and Glade in the Bedford Grapevine area is one of the nicer ones to go to. Very clean in appearance and customer service is Right On Target with the order.
Pretty good. Kind of an older, semi-clean fast food place. A counter, food, and tables. The drive-thru usually takes longer than I thonk it should.
Not busy at lunch time? Food was good.
Lunch with family My son and I stopped for lunch. I hadn't been to this location before. It was 1:30ish after the lunch rush. It was clean, although it still needed to be restocked. I ordered the Nacho salad with an extra order of Queso, and my son ordered a #1. I seriously think the salad could have been served in a smaller container to make it more visually appealing. It was spread out too thin making it appear to lack enough ingredients. I added things from the condiments bar, but it still looked thin. I ended up getting a to go container. Not because it was too much, but I lost my appetite while looking at it. My son ate all of his meal, and some of the chips and queso. He enjoyed it very much. Maybe I'll try what he got next time. I regretfully found myself wishing I'd gotten the same as he on this visit. I won't be ordering another Nacho salad, but there is plenty to choose from on the menu. Enjoy!
Wanted a quick bite before I swam; Taco Bueno filled the bill with just the right item: a chicken bueno burrito I think it was - hot, fast, nutritious, and filling but without too many calories nor too much fat I believe, though I gotta look onto that part of it.
Very clean inside. Food was hot and accurate. One of the employees keeps pacing in a circle around the restaurant and that kind of make me nervous. Overall very good for fast food texmex
I didn't get the sour cream I had paid for, but it was just okay. My hubby liked what he got and that's all that matters. Mexi dips and chips!
Fast and reliable. One of the best large scale Tex Mex around. This location has had a major staffing change on the last 6 months and quality of service has suffered. Overall still better than Taco Casa on all levels.
We stopped by to pick up free tacos after the Texas Rangers scored a run the night before during a game we attended. We also ordered a combo w/ Chicken Quesadilla and Beef Crispy Taco plus a Beef Taco Salad. The food was good, not great. The tacos feel a bit empty. There was room to add more ingredients. I appreciate how patient our cashier was when we were a bit undecided and asking how the Texas Rangers free taco promotion works. The place is clean and the salsa bar is a nice touch.
The crispy tacos are good but the tostada is even better!!! Tried the elote with brisket it was good but probably wouldn’t get it again. Over all food was yummy
There is no reason to go to taco bell when you have Taco Bueno. What really sets them apart is the salsa bar versus your regular old salsa packets. This location was fast, clean, and pleasant to eat at. We ordered the taco platter and a free muchaco for signing up for their emails. Yes, it's a little pricey but they are the inbetween fast food and sit down restaurant when you're craving Tex-Mex.
Not restaurant quality Tex-Mex for sure, but the prices just about are. I think I've had my fix here for awhile. Something about your enchilada platter coming out in 90 seconds just isn't right. Very, very ordinary and mediocre average.
Since I do not like their ground beef. I tried their stake fajita taco. They're stingy with the stake. It's not worth it.
Clean but boring, staff not very welcoming, food has gotten less exciting over the past couple of years, condiment bar has been shrinking in offerings.
I've been to this restaurant many times, but I was disappointed this time. The chips seemed stale. The queso was flavorless. Even with jalapeños and salsa, the taco seemed dull. I didn't finish the muchaco - it was too blah. I've always been satisfied at this store, but not this time.
Salsa bar is not what it used to be kind of skimpy could use some more condiments food was good not much quantity
I ordered food from this location because I wanted Mexican but I didn't want to leave the house. Uber eats is wonderful for moments like this. I ordered the 7-layer taco cup, chicken nacho salad, and the BOB (big ole burrito) with chicken. The taco cup was small but packed a delicious punch. Wished I ordered more taco cups but with sour cream instead of guacamole. The nacho salad was decent. The BOB was big but didn't have much taste.
Tried the street tacos for the first time. Love the corn tortillas! The meat was skimpy and better tacos can be found at any local convenience store that sells them. Other than that this place has awesome food! Bean burritos are delicious !
I understand about prices going up. But what's frustrating is when you order a taco and you look in it and there's only about half of the contents that used to be there. It doesn't even come up to the top of the tortilla shell. That's disappointing.
The restaurant is well maintained and clean. The staff is quick to greet you, take your order, and fill your order, all the while with smiles on their faces and ready to address any problem. I felt the food was a little too salty, and the price I paid for my meager lunch left much to be desired.
The cashier was not friendly. Acted like we were a bother to his day. Ordered the shrimp taco platter. Got the cilantro rice and black beans. The rice was cold. The black beans were OK. Should have ordered refried beans. They are always good. The shrimp tacos were good too!
Longtime customers will be disappointed with the shortcuts of this product. I ordered two crispy tacos which had a good sized shell but no meat, no cheese and sparse lettuce. Kinda disappointed when I was looking at ad saying no shortcuts. Price was $ 2.49 each
Normally, one of our favorite Taco Buenos, but today's lunch was not what we're used to. Order was not right and the food was cold. Really surprised.
Drive thru was very slow. Did not get the queso I ordered. No eating utensils or napkins provided. First time thru and not impressed.
I ordered a chilada combo which according to the picture should have come with two chicken enchiladas plus rice and beans plus a drink. The English speaking cashier rang me up a tamale combo even though I told her twice. Then when I finally got my order I received one enchilada, two tacos some chips . No rice or beans. I questioned another and she said that the combo didn't come with rice and beans because it wasn't a platter even though the combo was more expensive plus I was charged an extra 50 cents for the tamale combo.
Had a coupon for $5 off $10 spent. Told the cashier and he got the code. When I got the receipt from credit card purchase it was for the full price. I asked about it and the cashier said he would fix it. Recharged my card for the proper price. But instead of one meal that should have cost just over $5, we paid just over $10 and then another $5. Didn't get the first charge reversed. So paid over $15 for what should have been $5.
Typically I love it here. Just now at the drive thru was one of the rudest people I have dealt with. Her badge said manager but I could not see her name. Started with an L. Food was cold, did not repeat order, no napkins, and was annoyed when I asked for salsa. Very poor attitude.
This bueno has room for improvement. The drive thru staff pretty much rush you through the order, they really don't speak or smile at the window during pickup. The food is okay but rather dry. I do like the setup of the store and the seating arrangements. The lack of courtesy from the staff and the not so fantastic quality of the food loses 2 stars.
Not good. It was clean thanks to Taco Bell hiring a special needs young man that kept it spotless. However the quality of the food is continuing to fall. It needs someone to shake up the status quo.
Normally, Taco Bueno is pretty decent. The tacos arent overly greasy and the restaurant is clean and spacious. However, when I ordered something as simple as 2 soft tacos with no lettuce, not only did it take them a ridiculously long time to get me my order while the restaurant was virtually empty, but it came out covered in lettuce. Cue waiting forever, again, while they fixed a relatively simple order. The next time I gave this place a chance, I went through the drive through, and when I removed the lid to my drink, I found a piece of grass. EW! I'm probably never coming back to this location after that disgusting discovery.
Whoever the lady was working the drive thru closing shift friday 6/14, you need an attitude adjustment. I wanted to make sure my order was right so I asked and she gave me attitude. I ordered a side of nacho cheese and of course the lid wasnt on all the way so it spilled on everything in the bag including my cheesecake chimis. 99% it was on purpose. If she’s gonna work in customer service she needs the leave the attitude at the door because I didn’t do anything to her.
I understand hiring the handicapped but sometimes they may not be suited to this job. The handicapped guy rushed in front of my 99yr old mom to holler that she couldn’t sit at ‘his table’. Then he walked in circles as we ate so he was constantly walking behind me. On top of that, the food is horrible. And the cashier just looked at me when I asked a question about the menu. Go somewhere else. This place is sketch and the food stinks
I used to come here because it was good. Lobby is warmer than usual cups have changed to a plain white and the B.O.B was mostly lettuce look at the photo in my picture and what they post on the menu. Cost cutting has made it a terrible value and experience. I would give this one a pass until management gets them making the food as they advertise. Their Big Ol Burrito as of right now is a embarrassment to this location with more lettuce than beef.
Heads up! Do not get the fajita chicken, it is awful. It is very dry and lots of the pieces were hard, some I couldn’t chew so I picked them out.
Real rude service that don't even know their own menu. It smelled more like cleaning product than of actual food. I didn't feel like eating meat, but it was too difficult for them to make something without meat.
This taco Bueno is getting worse. They messed up my order and gave me a enchilada plate when I asked for a beef nacho salad and then were rude to my kids when I sent them back in to fix it.
Make sure you check your good carefully. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and there was mold on the tortilla. Never going back to this location. 🤢🤮
The food here has gone way down hill the last ten years. Skippy portions Dry food and often order errors. Order twice as much to make up for small potions and lack of burrito fillings.
Rude to me before I could finish ordering a taco. I didn't know how to respond kindly, so I left. I guess she gets paid hourly?
Good food, but huge 30% price increase on their under a buck items. Drive through Prices do not match website, last night prices were approximately $8.30 for 3 party tostadas and 3 party tacos. Price for same items last week was $6 +tax. Website shows $.59 for party taco, $.99 for party tostada. Manager said price increase this past Monday. Why pay 30% more to go through drive-thru?
If you order a burrito it is just a rolled up tortilla.... if you’re real lucky they might drag it over the meat before they roll it for a little added flavor. I can’t even tell a difference between the meat and bean burritos. They are both empty!!
ordered a burrito to go. a catering order came in before me. they decided they would fill that order and ignore mine. asked guy that took order if I could get a refund if I couldnt get my order after 15 min. he didnt check just went to register and gave refund. he didnt care and seemed irritated that I was not satisfied....never even apologized. what a jerk.
Well lady was rude. Breakfast quesadilla was burnt. There's one 2 piece of bacon for the thing. Over priced. There breakfast burrito are the same size as McDonald and twice the price. This place was dead and McDonalds was packed I understand why now. I wouldn't go back there!!!!
Cant say much. Because they closed an hr early for the dine-in. We arrived at 9:14 and dinning room area was locked.
Last 3 visits, "reg size" beef tacos were less than half filled. Could combine two tacos to make one. Raise the price instead of reducing the quantity of food.
Look I don't live here and I am here to visit my mother in a nursing home in Southlake I got my mother, brother and my son and myself food I asked if everything was in the bag the black gentleman at the drive thru said yes everything is in your bag so I get to my mother's nursing home and everyones except for my food is in the Bag I only get to spend 1 1/2 hours with my mother but I have to leave early in order to get my food very disappointed. I live in Oklahoma... I haven't seen my mother in months..
Taco bueno has always been a favorite but this location and brown trail location both have consistently been sloppy so if we want a good TB experience we typically have to drive to NRH location. Taco Casa is starting to really pull away from the pack
I don't know who is working 10pm on a Wednesday but I'm watching them text at the cashier while I'm at the drive thru with one other person behind me. We waited long enough the person behind me asked me through their car window if I've been waiting to give my order. We both had to just pull through the drive through. I tried to make eye contact with the cashier but of course they didn't want to look up. I was really craving a burrito too....
Arrived inside with 3 people ahead of me. 10 minutes later in line, still one person ahead of me. Slowest cashier ever. Line to the door and no one assisted... Left and went across the street to Whataburger. 10/10 burger was great and got my food fast.
Dining room needed to be cleaned. While I was there the wifi went down and they were telling customers that they could only take cash. The young girl at the counter laughed and yelled bye to all the leaving customers. And talk about foul mouthed, I am sitting there in awe because of her language. Not a customer friendly environment, save yourself the agony and go to Rosa's around the corner. Wish I would have.
I have had my order messed up from this Taco Bueno more times than I can count. Several times, I have had to return food and get "fresh" food because it was so nasty. I vowed never to go back a few months ago!! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to eat!
I came in for lunch, the McDonald's next door was packed full of people and there was no one to be found at this Taco Bueno. For many years I have enjoyed taco bueno's service and quality of food. However, they seem to have diminished on both service and quality of food. I'm sure that there are other Taco bueno's outside of this one that is still putting out good food and hopefully good service. I won't be returning to this Taco Bueno.
I arrived about 7:45 PM and quickly placed my order. It took about 10 minutes for them to prepare my order. Just before I received my food what appeared to be the manager proclaimed loudly to everyone in the dining room, "I want y'all to know that the dining room is closing in 8 minutes." Some people left without placing their order others seemed to eat quickly. I ate reasonably quickly without giving myself indigestion. The food was decent, I would give it a 4, counter service was ok, again a 4. The 1 rating is for the obnoxious manager. I'm never eating at Taco Bueno again.
Bruh, only came here instead of taco casa was because I was craving CHICKEN soft tacos which I ordered and yall gave me dinky beef soft tacos which are 1/2 the size of taco casa and twice the price. Thanks for the screw up of my order. I’ll just pass from now on. Was always curious why no one is ever in the drive thru at this location. Good luck.
This was my 2nd visit to this location. I arrived about 20 minutes before the store closed. The gentleman closing that night (older with long locs) didn't want to fry any cheesecake chimis, so he said they only had 2, and he didn't want to give me both sauces. He asked if I could pay with a card since he already counted the cash drawer. I only had cash and he was clearly annoyed. I left to go home when I realized I received old cold food. And I didn't even get my two cheesecake chimis (the reason I came). I submitted a report to Taco Bueno's site, but no response. The franchise owner will respond. This service is appalling, but unfortunately probably the norm at this location. Go anywhere else!
This Taco Bueno's drive through personal was not smiling and unwilling to correct the order to the actual service sizes compared to many other locations and this location. Located off hwy 121 in Euless or Grapevine. Glade Rd. I will not return this location, due to the poor service and poor serving sizes.
Lobby was filthy. The workers were clearly unhappy about working on Black Friday. Very little interaction, let alone a greeting. Our food was just sat down on the counter with no attempt to call out the order number. We attempted to try the new dessert option. We were asked if we wanted chocolate or raspberry dipping sauce. We asked for both and was told we would have to be charged twice if we actually wanted both dipping sauces. Is thisa typical reaction to a first time customer who wants to try your new promotion? When we elected to cancel the dessert order, she (the cashier) replied, “ok, I don’t care” then turned around and proceeded to converse with the line cook. I believe there was a more respectful and professional response to addressing it, but again, it seems like she was not wanting to be there. To top everything off, went to the restroom and the *white* porcelain toilet hadn’t been cleaned in so long, it was beige. Worst first time experience ever.
Got 3 crispy beef tacos. This is first time at this location. Could only eat one. The shells weren’t cooked I don’t think. They were chewy. They were awful. I ate one. I won’t be back. The place was really dark and no one was there. Too bad. I went to the one off Central in Dallas all the time. Was always really really good.
This is the second time my order has been missing food. When I called to inform management about the mistake, the manager claimed she had personally prepared the order and insisted it was correct. She was defensive and rude throughout the conversation. If you visit this location, be sure to double-check your order before leaving. It seems they struggle with accurately handling even a simple 6-item order.
I love Taco Bueno, ask anyone that knows me! I want to get the original symbol on my stomach, because that's whats mostly in there. I could go on and on, but on my 4th burrito on my way home from work i noticed that what i was tasting was under cooked beans. I figure because yall don't make the beans at night anymore, i don't know. I picked out the last bite and found this. I almost threw up in my truck. Got home and now im sitting on the toilet making a review, because the number on google maps is a cell that eventually hangs up. I'm done!
