I love this new coffee shop, inside is large and spacious and great place to hang out and chat or get work done without feeling cramped.

Outstanding service during my visit today. Shay was wonderful and I will be returning to this location. I’m not a huge Starbucks drinker but today’s visit will make me a regular. She offered me a drink perfect for my sore throat. Thank you so much Shay!

Was greeted with warm smiles and politeness as I walked in. It was nice as I had a stressful night of little to no sleep. I came in and ordered my matcha and pumpkin loaf and it was not only served to me on a plate truly warmed, but they put my drink in a beautiful glass and got my order right. The aesthetic of this place is fantastic, down to the music. It makes you feel like 'That Girl'. Very great vibes. Thank you for the cleanliness and the experience!

This Starbucks location is on my way to work and I’ll stop here and get a coffee for myself or my coworkers. It is a busier location because it is right off of the freeway, but I put my order in through the app so that I can customize it the way I like and I don’t have to wait in the drive through at 6:45am. I’ve been here so many times and I’ve never had bad service, this is one of the friendliest locations in the Mid-Cities area! They have even remade my drink order from another Starbucks location that had terrible service!

Fast coffee. Not a very convenient parking lot but they get the order right!

They tend to be a little slow and aren't always stocked how they should be. But out of all the locations in Glade Parks, I would frequent this one the most. I have yet to have a wrong order here.

I fully understand that this store gets busy, however still upset that instead of the cold drink I ordered, I got the hot drink version of it instead. With the seasonal drink being new this week I understand some workers might not know which is which yet, but still disappointed to see I waited long for the wrong drink. Tastes great though, thank you. Just a little more awareness on the drink type. Giving 4 stars though because idk what this drink is but it tastes good.

Bacon sausage wrap wasn’t as described-no sausage and had potatoes. I know it is a corporate product but they need to provide feedback. Bathroom floor was disgusting. Lattes and other breakfast sandwich were great. Staff were friendly and delivered prompt service.

My go to Starbucks. Always friendly and courteous. I usually order on the app and my beverage is always waiting for me.

Most of my experiences here have been great, they have never gotten my order wrong and always are kind. The drive thru moves pretty fast and the inside is very clean. I have had some issues with mobile orders in the past but it was always handled graciously. Definitely recommend this Starbucks as they are speedy and accurate

I am a frequent Starbucks costumer and visit multiple DFW locations each week. The staff were kinda rude. I get it, you have a LONG line in the drive-thru but the customers inside should be just as important! I stood at the counter for 3min and not one barista greeted me, acknowledged my presence or even offered to help me. If I wasn’t getting it for someone else I would have took my business elsewhere. I ended up ordering online and they didn’t even call out the name when the drink was done. Very very poor customer service!

VERY SLOW service. Place is new and beautiful but even people who had ordered ahead for pickup had to wait awhile for their coffee. Food ordered was still good, but very disappointed with service.

Great during the day, but if looking for cup of decaf in evening, it will be pour over or americano express machine made. They shut down the machine an hour or two before closing.

I was standing in line for a least 5 minutes before someone would come to the register to take my drink order! No greeting, no acknowledgment of someone would come and take my order!

Think the staff is all very new and training and don't really know how to make the drinks correctly. They were remaking everyone's drinks when I went in and somehow also messed up my plain Americano. Everyone was nice and the store itself is very clean and nice/new.

Went through drive thru. Not very busy today. Ordered 2 vente drinks. No straws...ordered blueberry oatmeal. Got plain oatmeal. Spent $20. No reason except poor customer service. Will not return.......

Was the only person in line, stood there for 10 min to order a single black coffee. Then stood at the end of the bar waiting for the single black coffee for an additional 10 min.

Ordered 2 cold drinks and 1 hot drink. All our cups were only half filled. It's ridiculous that they charge full amount but only give you half the quantity. Same drinks ordered at different locations get you more. Not coming to this location anymore.

Never have had an issue with this Starbucks but I guess someone wasn’t a having a good day in the establishment when I went this morning. I simply asked if the apple croissants were still available because they weren’t featured on the menu and received a rather flat and rude response from one of the baristas who was working in the background. The barista who was on the speaker forgot to turn her earpiece off when she asked, therefore, I heard her response (so to be clear, the barista I was speaking with wasn’t the one being rude). However, it was rude enough for me cancel my order and seek another Starbucks to order from. If you don’t want to work early mornings I get it, but in that line of work customer service is everything. Try working on that for next time.

The worst Starbucks I've been to. The bad part is the speed of service is horrible. The line is backed up to the street but then they have great customer service. Maybe its management. Need someone who can run this Starbucks better to gain more customers

I give it two stars because it’s NOT Starbucks it’s the staff . I come here when I’m in the area and every time I come , I get a pike with a short of steamed oak milk on the side filled . I get an attitude from the manager and the staff when asked to have it filled up and then I’m told I have to pay extra 1.50 for it and also add an extra attitude about giving me the extra that I asked for at the beginning of my order . I go to Starbucks at Dfw and in Dallas all the time and never had this issue . Only with this staff this location ! I ready to be charged at other locations for the oat milk and they don’t charge at all . Today on Xmas . The gentleman was nice enough to not charge me today .

Customer service is great. But yesterday I came and got a drink that was suppose to have no whipped cream. But when I was drinking my coffee all I could feel was foam. I called and had it remade for free today but it’s the same issue. Don’t want to be a bother anymore but will not be returning. Not sure if maybe the coffee is what’s foaming or if they just continue to put whipped cream. Very upsetting for the amount spent.

Extremely horrible customer service! The cashier doesn't even take my name for the order nor asks about a receipt. She had this disgusting face when we were ordering. I don't know her name but she was working the 3:30 pm shift on Oct 21st. Our order was super delayed while in the store and when one of us checked for the status the other lady who I believe was the Manager says she has lots of tickets and says "I'm sorry if you're in a hurry right now but we have too many tickets..." like what kind of answer is that? We felt extremely disrespected. Spent $20 here for 2 coffees and 2 snacks only so this is not the service we expect.

This Starbucks close earlier than their advertised time. I have stopped by before 7:30 and they said they were closed and they were no longer serving. The place should stay open until the advertised time. Very disappointing.

We just came from this location, they got our entire order wrong and wouldn't pick up the store phone when we tried to call and have it corrected. The barista also dropped one of the (wrong) drinks she gave us and STILL handed us the drinks even though we saw her do it! The guy at the actual register wasn't very helpful either, he kept asking what our order was over and over again just to get it wrong.

Rudest employees I have ever encountered at a Starbucks! Had van driver take me over from hotel since they have no coffee. Nice sunny quiet day. Walk inside nobody in line. Nobody says hello or welcome. All the employees completely ignored me until I said something and lady stops refilling things to take my order. They do not care about walk in customers - too busy making online orders!!! Horrible customer service.

Alright Starbucks I'm done. I ask for 2 pumps of your syurp because for some reason you think a drink needs 6. Instead of 2 pumps, you literally put so much it didn't even mix at the bottom. Sucks to drive for 10 minutes, pay almost $8 for a coffee, then get home to see it can't be consumed. Absolutely done.

If I could give a zero star I would. This is the Starbucks that I regularly come to and now, not anymore. I am a local out running the trail and in the Texas heat. I stopped in and asked for a small cup of water. I was denied water unless I purchased something. Well, I'm out running and I have no money on me. I'm overheated and needed water. Starbucks...if this is your policy to deny your customers a cup of water, then you have big problems. I'm absolutely appalled and dumbfounded at what just happened.

Worst service at any Starbucks that I've been to. Server places the drinks on the counter and doesn't call anyone's name. After 10 minutes of waiting (with no one in the store), I asked what's up? She said "My throat hurts so I'm not calling any names". On top of that, my drink was not all the way full and was getting cold by the time I finally went up and asked. Take the day off if you're sick.

Ordered online and drink was not ready by time given. I asked for extra caramel drizzle and there was barely even a drizzle. Went through drive through and asked them to remake it because it tasted like milk and they literally told me to go back around the drive-thru and place the order there although I was already there and nobody answered so I went to the window (so this would be my 3rd time waiting). I took the water milk and just went on about my day but this location sucks.

I ordered an oatmeal to-go and got a bowl of dry oats with no water.

I usually come here 2 or 3 times a week and depending on the barista my basic on the menu drink always comes out different. It's literally a iced matcha with a foam. Would like some consistency please.

There is a blonde haired worker that basically throws the drinks at you and doesn’t give you time to finish your order at the drive-through before they are reading off your total. 2nd time in two weeks we’ve been and had the same awful service. Drove around to the drive side window after to pick up a coffee for someone. This girl held the coffee out before I could even grab it. I had to stop so my mirror would not hit the coffee she was holding. When she moved the coffee she was holding. I pulled up all the way to the window. As I was still driving she said hi!, then bye!, in a sarcastic manner, trying to force me to grab the coffee quickly. There were no customers behind me. She knew what she was doing. There is no reason for employees to treat their customers this way, or anyone this way.

They charged me twice for no reason! They also scanned my gift card telling me my total was around 3 dollars, I payed and later looked at my transactions and they had charged get over $4 as well as my $3 gift card so they took around $8 from me for a grande sweet cream cold brew which is a little over $5… I’m very upset DO NOT GO THERE!

I don’t drink much coffee but I have been coming to this location since they opened. It’s 5 minutes from my house so it’s convenient, lately their customer service is hit miss. Some of the employees aren’t friendly and multiple times my order has been wrong. Today I ordered a Cinnamon Dolce Latte and I got black coffee.
