I first came in to use the restroom and both stalls were dirty and the sinks were dirty and where you dry your hands was dirty there was urine on the floor and stains all over the toilet seats. There’s no chart on the wall to say when they came to clean. So then I said well, maybe the lobby is clean so I went to the lobby and almost every single table is dirty and only two people in here. Now I plugged my phone in and I’m watching the front counter while everyone is talking especially the lady that has a headset on that is not the manager. She ignored me when I came to the counter and I was just standing there at the register then about two minutes and she’s like can I help you and I told her I would like to order the cheeseburger on my phone, but didn’t know how and she said just scan it. Well I told her I didn’t know how to scan it anyhow, then she grab my phone and did everything gave me my phone back and walked off. I waited about two minutes. My burger was ready, but it was warm and cheese cold. One guy was in here at least 15 minutes, waiting on two drinks and didn’t say anything and then she finally asked him what he was waiting on if he needed to order or not. This place needs a lot of help. I was going to give this place a one star rating until she handed me my sandwich, and when she handed me my sandwich, she said thank you. I would love to have pictures on here, but I don’t know how sorry

Can't be bothered to bring food to the table. I ordered via the app. I had 3 small children (5 and under) and I enjoy being able to order through the app and having it brought to the table so I can still keep my eyes on my children. Well, they came to the table, asked to clarify my name, and said that my food was at the front. They clarified my name, but did bring my food? I asked about why they didn't just bring my food, but nope, he ignored the question, and said something to the effect of I didn't want to

The owner should be more selective with his employees. Every night I'm served by the same woman, and I think she's bitter because she always answers rudely when I order, and I feel like she's mocking the way I speak. It's really annoying to go and buy food politely and be treated with such a bad attitude. You pay for the food; it's not free, so why treat you like that?

The staff at this location are extremely rude! They don’t even acknowledge a customer when coming to pick up an online order. This happens every single time. The orders are ALWAYS late as well. Stay clear of this location!

One of the slowest McDonald's I've ever had the displeasure to visit. I ordered a burger and fries online and went to the curbside to pick it up, it took almost 20 minutes for an employee to finally bring the food out. What's the point of ordering ahead when I have to wait in the parking lot anyway? And even when I did get the food, the fries were half full and cold and the burger looked like a blind person made it. I don't expect much from McDonald's especially when their employees can't even speak English, but this is absolutely ridiculous

Ordered the food thru the app and sat down at table #121. Ordered the food at 3:22pm. By 3:35 it was never brought to our table. I went up to the counter and they said oh we called the number out. I then said it says that they are supposed to bring it to the table. When I go to pick up the food, they are leaning against counters and laughing and pretty much doing everything else but their jobs. Also, not one person that can speak English fluently, broken English all throughout the restaurant.

Ordered DoorDash bacon cheeseburger plus’s 6 McNuggets Order arrived no sauce for McNuggets I called and of course no answer. It Not DoorDash fault because bag was sealed. Person perparing Order did not pay attention

Dining closed?? Drive-thru was so slow you would think they are doing made to order.....You know they save the food in warming trays....horrible service!!! Embarrassing

Wish I could give a review about the service or the food but I received neither. Whoever is reading this, if anyone even bothers, on Dec 7th at 5:05pm I sat at the drive thru for five minutes politely calling out for someone to please help me. Thinking maybe they’re closed, I pulled around to the window and saw someone wearing a headset on the chair near the window on her phone. She heard me. She just didn’t care. I was also the only person in the parking lot or drive thru. It’s clear these workers don’t care. Fair enough, I’ll go somewhere else, but I don’t want to be silent about it

I went there and bought something with my reward points and when I got there my McDonald's app I guess had a glitch and never gave me a code but did charge me for the food. However I was explaining this to the supervisor or manager there and she was very rude and told me that was not her problem that, that was a problem with my app and that she didn't have an order in the system at all. This was at 3:03pm on a weekday after work. She was dressed all in black. Had no name plate and was a short and skinny lady. Very rude and so unprofessional the way she spoke to me. Never even offered to help me get in contact with McDonald's support so they can help me get a refund back. I really don't care if I lost my reward points and the filet o fish because of the glitch but the rudeness and how she treated me was unacceptable and uncalled for. After all I winded up having to buy my filet o fish combo and dining in. After I left I was able to contact customer service through the McDonald's app and they refunded my money for the fries and soda and added a the free filet o fish to my McDonald's app that I had lost because of the glitch. This lady is not trained on how to resolve problems at her job. All she knows how to say is: that's not my problem. When it really is when a customer buys food there. Thanks to the customers she has a job there because without customers she would be jobless. She needs to go home. That's where she belongs. Not managing or supervising a restaurant.

We went through the drive-thru, and thanks to some guy acting like he owns the place, I had to park and go inside. I ended up late to an extremely important meeting. This guy managed to take the ‘fast’ out of fast food—truly impressive in the worst way."

The people that work at this store are so rude. The drive-through staff is the rudest. I think I’ve ever met anywhere and the manager at the store. Oh my God she should be fired.

My son and I are in before 7 to have dinner. We had already sat began eating in the play area when we were told by a worker that the play area close at 7. Now the quality of the food: Everything we ordered was either old or stale. It seemed as if the food had been sitting out too long because it was all room temperature. The chicken nuggets were dry and rubbery. After being told we moved to the main dining area. I’m heard an employee behind the counter telling another employee that was working in the lobby, to lock the lobby doors. My husband meets us at 7:20pm and was u able to get 7:20pm get in because that had locked the lobby doors. I wish I would have taken pictures, but this is my first time leaving a negative review. Will know better next time. We will never come to this location again.
