This place is absolutely amazing! Not only is Himalayan salt beautiful, but it has always seemed magical somehow and Salti has confirmed that. Upon entering, the air already feels good and is the cherry on top of the energy that the spa already emanates. The spa rooms are so cozy and lovely and the salt tastes so good in the air AND on your lips 😆 The sound therapy is amazing! I felt like I was taken on a full body journey. I am so excited to see Pam and Stephanie again and try the red light therapy 😊❤️

They have an awesome salt cave for kids and several relaxing options for adults! So many great products too, including personal care items and supplements! All of the employees and the owner are SO nice too, we really appreciate them!

Amazing atmosphere and Service! Highly recommend in every way! We visited on 8/29 at noon. Very clean. My husband was having some respiratory discomfort and felt amazing after leaving. Looking forward to hearing more about a family package. We have 5 kids and would come often if there was a more affordable option.

Me and my partner went for the first time yesterday. It was so relaxing and everyone was so nice, the atmosphere was very positive 10/10 recommend.

Absolutely loved my experience here! I took my 2 kiddos (4mo and almost 2yrs) to sit in the children’s salt chamber…. Which has toys to keep them busy! It’s amazing how much better they feel after! The place was super cute as well. Will definitely be going back.

I personally had a great experience here! I came here on my lunch break from work and the line was long but they got me through the line in less than 5 minutes. The food was so fresh and vibrant. Everyone was so friendly and very attentive and generous with portions. Really liked how I saw the young woman in the line changing her gloves often and serving with a smile. She was able to serve lots of people, alone and quick. Will definitely return and recommend.

I stopped by this evening (8/20), about an hour before closing, and was surprised by how diligently the staff were cleaning. After reading some of the previous reviews, I can understand why they were working so hard to keep the place spotless. I have been here a few times before, this time though I got my normal veggie burrito with brown rice and as I was eating I realized the rice was undercooked. I had already drove home so was unable to go back up there. But I ate about half before just giving up hoping it was just a few pieces of rice that were undercooked which it was not. And they were obviously undercooked since I had 1 that was hard as a seed and the others were very firm. My girlfriend’s rice was cooked good (her’s was white rice) so it was an obvious comparison.

The food was pretty good. However the staff or the franchise could use a lesson in customer service. When I order my burritos, I asked if I could get certain things on the side rather than in the burrito. They said yes. But once I paid and looked at the receipt, I was charged extra for getting standard items on the side. When I questioned it, the guy said because I ordered so much on the side. I had to question further what the limit was. He said 3 sides per burrito—I got 4. I then questioned how much per side after that, and he shrugged his shoulders and said I just charge for a side after that—-I am assuming he is talking about something like guacamole that has a fee. But he didn’t elaborate and ended the conversation. No clear policy seems to be in place for this. If there is a limit, a sign should be posted and the staff should communicate it when customers are requesting their order. No one likes surprise charges at the end. Customer service seems to have gone by the wayside. Simple communication can go a long way.

My experience at this location unfortunately wasn’t the greatest. The young lady who took my order was smacking gum and blowing bubbles with it, had headphones in, and a hair tie on her wrist. I work in fast food and i know this is not the standards when being around food. She spoke with a very demanding and strict tone and looked very unhappy to be where she was. The food tasted fine but the area was very dirty.

bought the family feast for the first time for pickup and was disappointed. The chicken was overcooked and had to throw it away due to digestive issues resulting from eating it. Lots of tables were dirty. Will not return. P.s. don't waste your time sending an email etc... no response will be given. I have deleted the app and unsubscribed from their emailsz last Chipotle meal for me and my family.

She just be standing there don't even talk and don't hand over the food once the line workers prepare it. She just stares at you dumb found. I'm a fan of Chipotle, but this location does such a poor job with their food. There were so little meat half my burrito was just rice. The rice was a paste. The girl who put the salsa only poured the juice from the salsa without any actual pieces and looked proud doing it. Management obviously is the issue here and I'm swearing off this location forever

Very bad service. I entered the facility today to place an order. The individual behind the counter didn’t greet me but instead told me I need to be patient until he finishes cleaning the table. I waited patiently and expected to be greeted. That did not happen. When I placed my order and left, I arrived home and the chicken was smelling weird. After eating half of the bowl, my stomach started hurting! So I had to throw out half of my food. Folks, stay away!

The flavored drinks from Tractor (limeade, lemonade, mango and Fresca) are more watered down than my yard. $3.20 for a drink that is nearly transparent because there’s hardly any flavoring in it. Since all four drinks were this way and they were full it’s an obvious effort to short change the customer on ingredients.

I have visited this chipotle over 25 times. Now the food is substandard. Quantity is low. Food is not fresh unless you go during peak times when the demand makes them make fresh food. The chips are always stale and chewy not crunchy. Not flavorful. Not enough salt. If they tasted their own food, they wouldn’t serve it.

I would give negative ratings if possible… there was only 1 more guy behind me so it wasn’t crowded… the guy who was serving me was having AirPod, had rude tone… while asking for Fajitas his expression was pissed off , he didn’t gave me green salsa even I asked for and left the bowl for billing guy for payment and started picking another order. Also the order I had had brown rice, but I can notice it has stale rice which was hard to chew…

If I could do no stars I would. I ordered a steak burrito with black beans and everything on it and they made it unwrappable so when I opened it the entire inside of the burrito fell onto me. I had to go inside to get a bowl for it because I was in my car on lunch break. Can’t wrap a burrito or follow instructions. Also the entire staff had no communication and all looked clueless to what was going on and what needed to be done. They looked like chickens with their heads cut off.

OMG SO UPSET !!!! Tuesday morning and burrito is on my dinning room table untouched . Why is it untouched the guy with the long blonde hair kept wiping his noes with his wrist , then he started cleaning up with the gloves throwing food away never changing them then the ultimate foul was in the middle of making my burrito he pulled up his pants witch were filthy !!!!!! Then preceded to grab the lettuce with his nasty gloves and rolled my burrito . SMH The only reason why i just took the burrito because i was tired I worked 4 16 hour shifts in a row and I wanted a chipotle burrito bad as my reward and it was late and i didn't want to make a scene . I was supper tired . If you look at the pictures and receipt you will see the date was yesterday . And Im posting this today the next morning . My husband was supper upset and offered to go get me something . But i just went to sleep and woke up hungry . This is not OK and unsanitary . I was hungry but not enough to get sick . Please don't risk or waste your time !!!!! Sad part i left work early and rushed to get there before they closed !!!!!
