Pleasantly surprised by this location since it is a chain. Though it was quite busy, service was still attentive, fast, & very hospitable. This establishment is perfect for date night, family time, and everything in between. The food exceeded my expectations and I will admit I’ll be returning soon!

Probably one of the most pleasant dinning experiences I have had in a long time. The service we received was great. Our waitress checked on us frequently. Our appetizers and food came shortly after ordering. The food tasted amazing, very flavorful and great portion sizes. I had the Soba Poke, 100% recommend!!! The dinning area was also very clean.

As simple as ordering something To-Go I’m huge on customer experience. If you don’t make me feel known or at least seen! I won’t come back. Damian was the young man who helped me with my order, he was extremely kind and helpful through the phone all the way to pick-up. To me that means a lot. I will come back. I live right next to the place. Never even thought of coming through but if you make me feel seen. I’ll be there. S/O to Damian!

Server was super helpful with showing me a menu gluten free options. They go the extra mile to make sure your food comes out non-contaminated. The ice cream comes in it's own sealed container! The food is always delicious here.

A local recommended this restaurant to us and it did not disappoint. It was a delightful way to end long week. We had the Fresh Mozzetta and Tomato Salad, spaghetti with chicken, and a boba drink. We also ordered an ice cream & cookie with toffee. The table in the aisle was a bit small for us, but overall the place was nice.

This is probably my absolute new fav restaurant ever!! The avacodo rolls were sooooo delicious. The deep dish pizza was like no other and the tomato, mozzarella n basil thin crust was amazing. It has been so long since I enjoyed dinner out this much!! If u haven't tried BJ's... do yourself a favor and bless your taste buds!!!!

Victoria was our server. We got the ahi tuna salad and the fresh salmon. Both were fairly good and reasonable pricing. The seat at my particular booth was so uncomfortable though. The cushion was very worn and there was no legroom.

We come here every other week for work tag-up lunches. The lunch menu is very affordable and has something for everyone. Their in house made beers are delicious as well. I don't think I've ever had a bad meal at BJ's and I've tried a lot of their enormous menu.

Tonight was our first trip to BJ’s but it won’t be our last!! Antoine was GREAT! He explained the menu and specials and even shared their weekly specials so we could plan a trip back. Service was outstanding. The atmosphere was great too. It was quiet enough could talk, open, and clean. The food was very enjoyable and daily specials made it very reasonable! We can’t wait to go back!! Pics: Cheeseburger…Wednesday is burger day! Which means 12.00 burgers and Mediterranean bowl also 12.00. pro tip you can get all the stuff on the side if you want.

We love going here! Waiters are friendly and food is great. Fried Mac&Cheese balls are super delicious. Our faves are the Fish N' Chips, Burgers and Shrimp Tacos. Their Beers are also very tasty and satisfying.

BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse truly impressed me! Their country fried chicken from the lunch menu is absolutely delicious—crispy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Very nice and calming place for a dinner night!! Food were delicious 🤤 I ordered the chicken Parmesan with a mashed potato and cheese broccoli 👍🏻mashed potatoes were really yummy 😋 crispy flavorful chicken. was invited to go with my bf since he had a business meeting. So i sat at the bar. Chase, the bartender, was absolutely amazing! He was very professional, kind and made sure I was good the entire time of me sitting there. The food was just as awesome and the drinks , were perfect! Even better, i got there right at happy hour and the prices were exceptional! Thank you so much BJ's in Hurst for such a great dining experience! We even had to stay a tad bit longer to wrap up some business and they were STILL AMAZING!

After having our waitress, I wanted to make it a point to give her a 5 star review. We had miss Angela M. as our waitress and she was on point with everything even when she had extra work put on her, it never stopped her from giving us great service. We got our food quickly, she checked on us, and I didn't have to ask for refill. She just came over and placed in a new one. She was so attentive and very nice. It's hard to find that kind of service these days. The food was delicious as always! I think of I ever come out towards Hurst again, and I happen to come to BJ's again, I will personally request for her. You did a wonderful job and you're hard work is definitely appreciated by us! This location is my favorite after church restaurant in Hurst. The customer service is always excellent. I have a few favorites that go above and beyond to provide individualized service. Management is very visible and very interactive. It's not uncommon for them to bring out food or refill drinks. They also actively check on tables to ensure best service. The servers work well together and will not hesitate to assist in the absence of the serving assigned to your table. The ribs and baked potato were yummy. The ribs were tender and tasty. The Caesar salad was a perfect size with just enough dressing. I normally order a diet Dr Pepper with grenadine....delicious. They always add cherries to make it pretty. The cherry chipotle wings were amazing...bone in of course. Try the peanut butter pizookie!!!! Warm peanut cookie with vanilla ice cream for the win.

Angel was the best. Got the slow roast beef dip. Wasn't great. Wasn't bad. Definitely had way better. The nachos and pretzel were pretty darn good. Will definitely be returning. The Pizooki us to die for.

This was my first time at this location I came in Saturday and was greeted by an amazing host Aniya who gave me a warm welcome. she was happy to explain the menu to me and give me some good food recommendations. This was a great introduction to the reasteront the rest was okay, but I think I’ll come back just for the costumer service.

We always have a great time at this BJ's. We've come many times and love the strong variety of food - great place to bring an indecisive group. And we've always had great service. Tonight we had Liz. She was really good at helping me pick out beers for my flight. She brought me a few samples of some things I would not have otherwise tried. After our meal when she offered dessert we initially balked but then she suggested a mini Pizookie which was perfect because we got to enjoy the taste of a sweet treat without overindulging. We will be back!

This was one of the better experiences I’ve had at BJ’s. Other than trying to seat us at a cramped banquet when there were plenty of available booths, everything was great. Our server was friendly, and the food came out hot, tasty, and fast. The lunch menu, which includes a small dessert is a really good deal. I will definitely go back.

Made table reservations thru open table, no wait. Our server was Jordan and handled our drinks and food order correctly and promptly. Flatbread was tasty and salad just a bit too much vinaigrette for my taste. Chicken Alfredo had tender chicken and enough Alfredo noodles that I had leftover for a nice snack. Did have issue with BJ app for making payment but bill was accurate.

Came here for dinner with a friend and got a hamburger, fully modified and it was delicious, very juicy. Had mozzarella sticks as an appetizer and they were pretty good. The mozzarella seemed very fresh, wasn’t a cheese pull. The waiter was funny and attentive. Will be going back.

5 stars for Chase I visited BJ’s two nights in a row, and the difference in experience really came down to the bartender. My first night, Chase was behind the bar and he made the experience great. He introduced himself right away, was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was consistent and enjoyable. The service felt welcoming and intentional, and it honestly made me want to come back. The second night . While the service wasn’t terrible, it felt off, and the overall experience just didn’t have the same flow as the night before. I wanted to leave this review specifically to highlight Chase, because he set a really strong standard and made my first visit a genuinely good one. Bartenders like that make a big difference.

Everything else is delicious. The salad made me sick once and a different time the salad made my daughter sick. Had a great dining experience at BJ Brewhouse (Hurst). It was crowded however the restaurant was not loud. Perhaps the calm lighting help keep the mood mellow. Our food came out in good timing and everything tastes delicious! We shared the mini burgers (comes with 4) Patties were seasoned well. The chicken bacon ranch flatbread was delicious! Straight up, BJ’s at the Northeast Mall is one of my favorite spots to eat, no question. If you know me, you know I love a good burger — and BJ’s never disappoints. Their cheeseburgers are legit fire. The patties are always juicy, thick, and cooked just how you want it. Like, not dry or all over the place — just real solid every time. Throw some bacon or avocado on there and it’s game over. And don’t even get me started on the pizookies. Those things are dangerously good. The giant ones are perfect when you’re there with your people and wanna share, but even the regular ones hit hard. Warm cookie + melting ice cream on top? That combo never misses. I don’t care how full I am from the burger, I always make room for a pizookie. But fr, what really makes this BJ’s stand out is the service. Every time I’ve gone, the workers are just super nice and respectful. Like, you walk in and they actually greet you with a smile, and they don’t act annoyed when you ask questions or change stuff on your order. They’re quick with it too — food comes out on time, refills come without you having to ask twice, and everything’s just smooth. You can tell they care about making your visit good, which you don’t always get at other places. The whole vibe is chill but kinda classy too. Like, you can go there for a casual dinner, a family meal, or even a little date night and it still fits. They keep the place clean, the booths are comfy, and it’s just a nice spot to relax and eat some real good food.

Fist time @ BJ place was clean, warming, welcoming staff. Only thing I didn’t really enjoyed was the fried avocados no flavor and well a little to much on the fried side, staff member did try to offer something else , was looking forward to enjoying. I would say work on it to bring the pop out of the flavors and am sure to be back

Haven't been to a BJs in a while. My father wanted to go for Father's Day, so off we went. Despite quite a bit of people waiting our party of 3 was seated right away. Not sure why, but not complaining. Thomas was are waiter and did a great job. Very attentive to our needs. We both ordered the 14oz. prime rib, I choose broccoli cheddar soup which was some of the best soup I have had. Really was shocked on how good it was and the size was a bowl not a little cup. My father ordered a salad and it was nice size. I ordered mashed potatoes and garlic green beans and both were great. My dad had a baked potato and it was ok. The asparagus was not good. My dad loves asparagus and it was too hard to eat and looked dried out. The prime rib itself was great and cooked exactly as ordered. They also gave us a free pint glass and 20% off vip card for Father's day. Overall would definitely come back.

Wings and the egg rolls. Yummy This is part of the happy hour prices. I've had almost everything here and will not stop coming. Im from Chicago and travel this area for work once a month and BJ's is always my dinner drink spot. I've tried a lot of other places in the area and nothing beats it. Bj's has become our go-to when our family of 3 wants variety. Tonight was all about the wings! The lemon pepper is a perfect crunchy, salty wing. The peppered BBQ has a good bite. Regardless of what you eat, you need to sit in T's section. She is a delight!!

Good quick and friendly service, music wasn’t too loud and they had good sports on the tv. Makes for everything you want. Food isn’t the greatest in the world but it’s not going to disappoint you. Bartenders are excellent. I went 3 times and got 3 different things. Spaghetti is just the one I did the photo on. Pizza is delicious.

Lately we’ve been exploring the Enlightened menu. It has lots of lower calorie fare that we really enjoy. Great service, good consistent food, an interesting selection of beer and much more. BJ’s is one of our go to places. It’s clean casual there lots of TVs but also not so noisy that you can’t talk. Oh… Just looking for a snack? The appetizer menu is great. The flat bread pizza is perfect if you just want to split something.

Solid menu with lots of options, pretty much something for everyone. We had the Tri-Tip Wedge, and the boneless Buffalo wings with a few beers and finished with the Salted Caramel Pizzookie (best flavor hands down). Service in the bar was great, food tasted great and we didn’t have to wait long from order to table. They also have a solid selection of local craft beers, including some taps with beers from Turning Point, False Idol, Peticolas and 3 Nations. We’ll definitely be back.

Our sever was nice and very friendly. We had the half-price pizza on Monday and my birthday cookie. I would recommend no ice cream or on the side it was too much for a smaller cookie. It was also hard to get out of the pan, too. I was sharing it with my son, so it was cool they let us do 2 different kinds of cookie. I originally got an arnold palmer, but the lemonade was too tart. Sweet tea by itself was better. Not bad at all for a mommy and son date.

We went on veterans day, and so it was rather busy. Had to wait an hour for a table, but the food was pretty decent. I would recommend their Brussel sprouts for sure. Their Flatbread pizza was just okay in my opinion. A little greasy. When we were finished it also took about 20 minutes to get our check. So just be patient with them.

BJs has a cool atmosphere but the food is Meh. I got the lunch Parmigiana chicken. The spaghetti had almost no sauce. It's pretty hard to mess up spaghetti. It was Tuesday so they had a wine special so that was great. It's hidden in the menu. And I did do the 13 meal and that's a solid price. The waitress was either busy or kept forgetting. It wasn't really busy while we were there.

I had the Philly and the meat tasted a little old. The hostess was looking at us instead of greeting us in and the waitress we had was just so so. We ordered the flight with salt. They were out of salt and put sugar instead. They should've asked us if we wanted sugar instead of assuming, but how are they out of salt? They also placed everyone close to each other for sitting. Plenty of open spots. Not a fan of this place.

First time here , maybe the last who knows.... Service 5☆ Food 3☆ I have never beennto a bjs ever before this. First immersion The establishment is very clean, and semi-fancy.. the vibe inside just wasnt it for me. It wasn't super load inside with music or loud talking at all. It gave semi-upscale dining. As we walked in the host was super nice and sat us immediately with no wait at a booth. Within 5 minutes we had a server walk up and give us menus and took our drinks order. At first glance at their menu ... they have a large variety of food. And a large menu. We had a party of 4 and ordered the deep pizza with 3 orders or wings with fries. Food came out promptly and our server was great always checking up on us. One thing I did not take notice was pricing once it was all said and done. Was the food good? Yes... Was it $150 good ? Now thats where its tricky. The pizza was $32ish . Felt like it had light cheesse light sauce and alot of bread. Wings were cooked just right but lightly seasoned. Fries are OK. Now their cane sugar soda was really good and the butterfinger chocolate vanilla desert was good. Take that as you'd like but price is high and they sure are proud of the food that was just not hitting the mark for us.

We ordered the Korean ribs and a large pepperoni pizza to go. Unfortunately, I don’t recommend the Korean ribs at all. The ribs were mostly bones with very little meat and definitely not worth the $15.99 price. The slaw underneath was dry and felt more like plain lettuce than coleslaw. If I had been closer, I would’ve returned it immediately. On the positive side, the large pepperoni pizza was really good. It had plenty of pepperoni and was much better than the ribs. It is a bit overpriced for pizza that isn’t fully custom, but quality-wise, it was solid. Bottom line: the pizza was a win, but do not order the ribs. I have eaten here before.. this is just my review of a menu item

Order the cheeseburger with onion rings. You only get 4 onion rings and there is an extra charge for them also. Came out to .74 cents each onion ring. (They are like store bought frozen type) Server was friendly, not sure if I will go back. This and 1 beer with tip was $25.65.

The food is decent to good but it is way overpriced for what you get... Ordered a $20 deep dish pizza... got three additional toppings.. came to $26, got the pizza and it was a 5 inch pizza lol... snack size. And it's not just this time and with this item there are many things on the menu that are small portions that don't match the prices. There is food as decent elsewhere with prices that match what you get.

The food is always good. The service is quite lacking. We arrived and were told it was a 20 minute wait. We requested a table 6. After 20 minutes we were shown to a booth. When we asked for a table we were told we could go back on the waiting list. My mother is extremely overweight and cannot fit in booths. They were not at all concerned and didn’t care. I understand things are stressful with Covid. But the hostess doesn’t care at all. She was very passive aggressive and rude. When we asked if we could move to the table next to the booth that did not have anyone within 6 feet of it she cluelessly responded that it was closed. I will not be returning to this location just because of the poor service.

Went to BJ’s tonight to enjoy celebrating my daughter’s 21 birthday and ended up sick from getting a medium rare steak and it coming out basically raw. I had previously ordered a prime rib and they had none and told us after that they did not have any prime ribs causing us to have to find something else. I wanted to enjoy this nice time instead I was left dreading this experience and will not be coming back. The fat tasted like lard and was just greasy, which made me sad because thatnis usually the flavored fill part. The only thing that made my experience somewhat decent was the waiter giving my daughter a free dessert for her birthday. I’ve been here multiple times and have had crappy service too so I would have to say this is the cherry on top, thank you BJ’s for making my time here miserable.

Came for an early dinner around 4:30pm, and was surprised there were many empty tables. Were seated pretty quickly upon entrance but sat for close to 20 minutes without a greeting or offer for water. Plenty of staff passed by without even an acknowledgment, so my table of 5 got up and went to Chili’s. Immediately served, this is how you do service! Sorry for the staff at BJ’s who lost out on this tip.

My family and I have been going to BJ’s for a while and have never had a bad experience until today. My go to order always is the Parmesan Crusted Chicken which today was served to me raw. I told the waitress in which she returned the food to the kitchen and the manager came back out with other options of food I could pick from I then chose to order the slow Slow-Roasted Tri-Tip which was okay but still a little over cooked. My husband and I were surprised when we got the bill to notice that it was not discounted at all especially while consuming the first bite of the Parmesan Crusted Chicken and knowing I could get very sick for eating undercooked poultry. I wish it was handled differently and taken more serious. Sad to say we will not be returning back for a while.

The food was not good. Egg rolls tasted sour or rotten. The flat bread was so dry i just tried to choke down enough to get me through the night. I dont understand why they forgot the sauce. Really lacking flavor but the salad was decent and so was the service.

I've been here multiple times. And each time I try to pay online, this establishment has issues. They "never see it" and I have pay the ticket multiple times. The manager never admits to his service issues alone does he have the courtesy to explain multiple charges for the same ticket. Unless you are sitting at the bar, or you're a party of two, or paying in cash, do not visit.

This location needs a hard reset on all aspects of the restaurant. Tonight food was overcooked, last few times service has sucked (especially Francesca --had her the last two visits and she can't be bothered for anything).

I drove all the way from Abilene to try BJ's... The service was great. The manager was more than understanding. The food was ice cold. My burger was cold, it was served with lettuce heel and Roma tomatoes. Hamburgers should never have Roma tomatoes. The fries were cold and they only serve pepsi products, flat pepsi products. My friends steak was cooked incorrectly and their pazokis came with ice cream on them when they were ordered without ice cream. It's a sad day when you can no longer get what your hard earned money pays for. This will be a one time thing and I will not be eating here again.

I'm a little late on my review of this place but I have to say this place serves the worst pizza and side salad I've ever had. The customer service was great and my waiter was so sweet but my meal was awful. The other entrees are probably good but I would never get the deep dish pizza ever again. If I ever go back it will probably be for the drinks not food.

Yes! I m that one who always will have reviews for the service that I receive, why? Bcs I am paying 😌 and not asking favors when I go out to eat so this time the turn is for BJs restaurant and ( ADAM ) the server, UNBELIEVABLE HORRIBLE IN FIRST PLACE HIS ALTITUDE, not getting, not introducing himself, nothing only bad, arrogant and unprofessional attitude 😑. This is key when you go to any restaurant specially if is your first time like in this case for us , and the most chocking thing is every time that is said ( thanks very much) he did not respond just throw the staff and that’s it.. so too bad WE ARE NOT RETURN HERE.

I had the chicken Alfredo took a few bites and was over it, the sauce is either generic or it was just old. The pizookie was so sweet it's like I was eating straight sugar and the pink lemonade tasted like tap water. Either I went at a bad time or I ordered the wrong stuff. Never again big waste of money.

I write this review somewhat reluctantly because the food served at this establishment was not bad -- it was what would be expected at this level of eatery. I write this review because the service was stunningly bad even for a restaurant at this level. We were celebrating my mother-in-law's birthday and chose this location because it was close to her assisted living facility. We were seated and I was looking forward to a pleasant night. But it was anything but. We all ordered drinks and I asked about an IPA flight. The young, male server informed me that he would inquire and get back to me. Everyone was served drinks and he never followed up with me. When I followed up with him, all he said was, "my bad." Still nothing. Then everyone's appetizers were served. I asked a young, female server who was assisting with the table for the flight of IPAs. She told me she would tell the male server to get them for me. Still nothing. Now, several in our party were being served their entrees. Still no IPA flight. I then followed up again with the female server, who promptly talked with the male server. Still nothing. I then literally got up to go to the bar to ask about the flight. Only then was I served. By this time, everyone had gotten their entrees, and all I had was my initial drink order. By this time, my appetite had vanished and, as you can imagine, the night's festive mood also vanished. I understand that chain restaurants don't hire Michelin-level servers, but the shockingly bad service that was exhibited last night should not be experienced by anyone, regardless of restaurant type.

Very disappointed! (1)waitress served our drinks & then went m.i.a., kept stopping at other tables for refills & what-not, kept passing our table, never asked if we’re ready to order. We requested to move to a different table. New waitress was more attentive. (2)salad arrives, two hairs in the bowl…addressed it to the waitress, she didn’t apologize, but did bring a fresh salad. Get it together guys! 😭 after a busy day of shopping, we just wanted a nice lunch.
