Smoothie King

This was my first time visiting this location! When I walked into the store very clean! A young man, by the name of Nathan Greeted me. I didn’t know what , I actually want. I just knew I wanted something tropical. Nathan suggested a couple of different smoothies. So I went with one of his choices. It was a great choice. Thank you Nathan for your great hospitality.

The customer service here was great! Aiden helped me pick a smoothie that I loved and he was very kind! I’ll be coming here more often!

Service is never less than exceptional, smoothies are never less than fantastic! Every employee here is a wonderful person. They exemplify the qualities we all seek. The smoothies are made with magical fruit.

Nathan is an amazing person who brings warmth and professionalism. He’s not only friendly and easy to connect with, but he also goes above and beyond to ensure top-notch service. His attention to detail and commitment to excellence make him a standout, always delivering quality results that exceed expectations.

Nathan and Brody at this store are masters of hospitality, greeted me soon as i walked in and made me feel welcome in the store. Engaged in conversation about football and family while they were making my favorite smoothie (hulk chocolate with peanut butter), nothing scripted. Thank you again gentleman! See you soon.

Always a great and quick experience at this location. My go-to is the Chocolate Gladiator with strawberries and peanut butter. Today Ethan helped me and he was super friendly, quick, outgoing, and kind!

Best smoothie king eva! I have been to many different smoothie kings and typically I buy the veggie mango recovery shake (which is delicious!)Sometimes the almonds in the shake are not blended all the way but never at this smoothie king spot! Plus the manager is very nice.

Just tried a new hydration smoothie, Watermelon Hibiscus. Very good flavor. Not too sweet either. Will try another flavor on my next visit.

Normally I asked the guys to make mine thick and we do a good job of listening to the customer

This location is great! Very attentive workers that had my smoothie made quickly and tasted great! I love how Smoothie King offers a military discount. Although I don’t expect it. It’s always great to be thanked for our service. It’s very much appreciated!

I can't complain one bit. Guys were professional! Great attitudes and great work ethic! If you're gonna stop to get a smoothie. I would go the extra mile to get to this exact location. By far the best smoothie king I've been to.

Came in today at about 10:30, the worker was very nice and sweet. I didn’t know what I wanted and the app was loading slow, she was very patient and assisted me once I was ready! 10/10 see you next Saturday!

Great eye contact, knowledgeable on ingredients and the effects they have on your body. He made great suggestions and helped me build a smoothie I can now place in my daily routine.

I walked and was greeted by Rob (GM) and Jared, two awesome young men! It looked great in the store and the smoothie station was clean and clear. Rob just started at this store and I’m genuinely excited to see what he does with his gifts here. I frequent this location right after the gym so I’m expecting nothing but the best going forward! Also, robs smoothie recommendation was phenomenal. For anyone possible wondering: The Gladiator w/added strawberry and blueberry

Ethan and Clare were hustling today with a busy store! They made me a super yummy smoothie all the while having a great attitude with a lot of customers and orders! I saw them offer some great customer service since there were quite a few orders and a couple of people didn’t want to wait for their smoothies to be finished. Impressed with their good attitudes, hustle, and ability to work through large amounts of orders!

These guys are awesome. Always so happy to see me, they get my smoothies out so fast and they always taste great. They seriously know their stuff, and also this store is always clean! Not a compliment I give to very many fast food chains! Also, if you don't like your drink, they will remake it for you! Don't be afraid to ask for something else because they care!!

Great smoothies, for sure & without a doubt! So far slim majority (at least 51%) of the people I’ve encountered are kinda “eh” or “avg” toned, not to excited. Cool place though I guess, outside of that.

Tried to order on the app this morning,4/11/2025, it said system updating from 6am-12pm. So, I opted to order in person, when I got there at 7:40am the doors were locked, and lights were off and not a worker in sight. There was not a sign on the door stating why they were closed; this is very disappointing.

Came and got two smoothies and a bowl ask if they have change this time because last time they had no change in register and get told can't take a $50 bill will my order cost me closer to $40 it would make sense if there is a sign posted saying we don't accept $50 or $100 but no sign is posted I'm confused 🤔 and my smoothies have a the consistency of water and the bowl wasn't made correctly either management needs to retrain their new workers

Not all smoothie kings are the king. This location is really dirty. There is usually only 1 person working (on a Friday) and is taking orders, handling money, and then making the smoothies. No gloves. No washing hands. The blenders looked dingy. The whole experience was ick. The bathroom was so gross. Not coming back to this location.

Says they open at 7am but last two times I’ve come by (including today at 9:17am) they are not open. But when they are open their smoothies are good.

I have Come to this location 3 days in a row and ordered the same coffee high protein almond mocha smoothie and every time they leave out the almonds. This last time I specifically asked for the almonds. Of course it came out without the almonds yet again. They ‘remade’ it and STILL no almonds …! LOL Unbelievable. The young guy in there is smoking something because the girl working with him was visibly frustrated with his incompetence too. Will not be returning there !

I’ve had a couple a really good smoothies here but today I purchased a 20oz Island Impact and about 45 minutes after consuming it I got really nauseous. I drove home about 40 minutes with the urge to vomit and have been sick for over an hour now. My lunch was leftovers of food I made yesterday (I’m safe serve certified as I used to own a food truck) and then the smoothie a few hours later. I HAVE FOOD POISONING. Looking into it another places are notorious for food poisoning. That was my last smoothie I’m ever purchasing from anyone.

This place is a joke. Ordered 2 smoothies and a bowl—everything spilled in the driver’s car because they didn’t seal a single item. One smoothie was empty, the other tasted like soap, and the bowl was a disgusting, watered-down mess. Staff clearly didn’t care. Lazy, sloppy, and gross. Never eating here again. Stay far away.

Ordered a Strawberry Kiwi Breeze (pictured in the left). Thought it tasted off, and the texture seemed wrong. Let it sit for a minute and the smoothie started separating, so something is definitely off. Got home and put it in a blender bottle- it mixed but several minutes later it separated again. Didn’t end up drinking the smoothie at all because the texture and flavor were so off- not sure if an ingredient was bad or if the quantities were off, or if an additional ingredient was accidentally added.

Placed an online order to pick up I hit some traffic, took me a little bit longer to get there. Every other smoothie king will have your drinks prepared sitting down in the freezer. This place had them just sitting out on the counter. They’re barely even cold and half watery tasting, I will never visit this location again. And the guy working had no cares whatsoever about the service provided when I’m spending $20 on two small drinks, at least have common sense enough to sit them down into a cooler smh! I wish I could give negative stars

I ordered online the toast with the bananas, strawberry and blueberries on them and I ordered a smoothie when I walked in the place smelt burnt and so when I got to the car with my order, I took a bite of my toast and it was burnt. it was hard and under the bottom was black so I asked her to remake it well this time she didn’t toast it so it was Cold And not toasted and she said it’s because she didn’t want to burn it so I just asked for my money back and she said I can’t do that so I asked to speak to her manager and she said there was no manager so I asked her so what am I gonna do about my money and she asked if she could just remake it so I said that’s fine if it would be right because I want what I paid for so she asked if she could just use the same fruit from the last toast which is fine no reason to waste food, but that whole experience was just terrible because you knew that toast was burnt and you still chose to give it to me and then refused to refund me

I told them I didn't want a replacement and to refund me. 2 days later, still no refund so I call to get it again. 2 days later, still no refund. Called once more and no answer. Just be aware that if they tell you they will give your money back they won't. Constantly out of ingredients; taking peoples' money. Never returning here again.
