We stopped while on our way back home from Morro bay. Alejandra was pleasant. Took our order . Then recommended a better deal as we would get everything we wanted and save. To me That's great service. When it was ready she even brought it to our table. Also bathrooms, dining area were nice and clean. We appreciate this. We don't normally stop in this area. But it was a nice place to stop and stretch.

Mario was extremely courteous and friendly! Despite the hug rush he took his time and care with each one of us! Working fast food myself I know the patience required! The food was also extremely fresh and tasty despite it being late! Please spoil your crew !

Had an amazing experience here, beings that I travel all the time! The employees were super sweet and patient with me, I ended up getting a double western combo with jalapeños and extra onion rings, my food was fresh and tasted amazing. The venue itself takes me back to classic as it is an old building, it’s absolutely comforting to me! I love the air freshener they have in the restroom, the bathrooms are clean so that’s always nice, they have Christmas music going on currently if you’re interested in that. It just brings the holidays together when you’re traveling alone.

I recently visited this Carl's Jr, and I was really impressed by how fresh the food was. The ingredients tasted like they were just prepared, and the vegetables were crisp and vibrant. The burger patties were juicy and flavorful, and you could tell they were made from quality meat. Even the fries were hot and perfectly seasoned. Overall, it was a great experience, and I appreciate the emphasis on freshness. Highly recommend!

As is the customer service. They could use an interior remodel though, at least the bathroom. Giving off 1990s vibes. But come again most CJs do. On my last visit, I had the Famous Star. No complaints. I want to point out it did not contain the iceberg lettuce leaf core which most other fast food joints do. Blah.

Stopped for the dill pickle burger and the taste was delicious though not as strong as I would’ve liked. I was hoping for chunks of pickle. I was remembering my days of jalapeño burgers and the delicious chunks of jalapeño. Nice try but I would love stronger flavor. Drive-through service was terrific.

Stopped for the dill pickle burger and the taste was delicious though not as strong as I would’ve liked. I was hoping for chunks of pickle. I was remembering my days of jalapeño burgers and the delicious chunks of jalapeño. Nice try but I would love stronger flavor. Drive-through service was terrific.

Old Carls Jr but the food was good. The chicken tenders were a bit burnt but tasty nonetheless. The service was fantastic- they were quick and helpful.

Carl’s Jr. Kettleman City, CA The worst fast food experience I’ve ever had… and easily the most expensive. I paid $27 for a crispy chicken sandwich combo that was a complete disaster. For that price, I could’ve eaten at a sit-down restaurant and actually gotten flavor, service, and value. The sandwich was thrown together like an afterthought, the bun fell apart halfway through, the chicken was lukewarm, and the fries? Cold, greasy, and soggy. Even the soda tasted off, how do you mess up a fountain drink? To top it off, I waited 15 minutes for my food in an almost empty restaurant. I watched my tray sit on the counter while employees wandered around ignoring it. No one called my number, no one cared. The bathroom smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned in days.

I hope this place will be remodeled soon and the kitchen will get skill up training. Those photos show our overall experience this time. We use to visit this network with kids. But today we received our famous star burgers which are completely different from our previous times. The only package was the common.

Nasty. I ordered a famous star. The tomatoes were soggy, like a day old or more along with nasty onions too. I also enjoyed the nasty butt tomato (see picture). The meat was barely warm. Just an overall nasty tasting burger. :(. Only good thing was I received part of my money back. Would not recommend. The bathrooms had a strong stinky urine smell with the floor covered in urine. Eww!

His was $28 for just 2 items. It was insanely priced. Instead of charging us for his, as a wash, the manager wanted to charge me my full price. Meaning they would've made extra off their mistake. I finally convinced them to have me pay for his, since he paid for ours. To add insult to injury, we were the only car at the menu to order, and it took so long. Flying bugs surrounding the outside and weeds overgrown, looks like a ghost town in that parking lot...I see why. We won't be back.

9:40pm December 23. Wanted to go inside as it says open until 10pm. Doors were locked and girl cleaning. I went through the drive thru instead. First..I eat too many famous stars with cheese to begin with. But my point is I know how they should taste and how I should feel after eating one. Something was off with this one. It didn't taste bad . Just no flavor. Well.. here we are 48 hours later and I still have a bug and diarrhea! It started at 2am that night and I had to rush in the bathroom in the middle of the night after going to bed. Not good!! Maybe I'll take this as a sign to lay off the fast food for the new year. Thanks CJs.
