It’s a „hole in the wall“ deli 😉 but they have the best sandwiches!👌🏼 I’m so thankful to have them in our neighborhood. Seems like it’s run by a family, they’re so sweet! Clean, good quality and their prices are really fair compared to the competitors. The sandwiches are always fresh and delicious. I really like that the grilled chicken is always prepared fresh upon order and not just microwaved as in other places, I will definitely come back!

I am so thrilled there is new ownership/people running this deli. I use to go to Alba’s regularly, but their service is inconsistent. Can’t ever expect to get the delicious sandwiches I had experienced before on a repeat basis. More often screwing up the order. Pricing got ridiculous (before pandemic) and the quality of sandwiches were not worth the price. They just tend to be more expensive with many of their products. Then came HR Kew Deli. All I experience there is delicious food and quick service. Never fails. With very reasonable prices. Selena is so gracious and kind. The individual who makes the sandwiches never fails to prepare very delicious food and he makes great suggestions to try and mix it up with the sandwiches and occasional burger (which is what I usually order). Pleasant people, great service, clean location. Happy to continuously invest in their business.

Good deli in the neighborhood offering hot & cold sandwiches and a variety of Mexican dishes such as tacos, burritos & small plates. Reasonable pricing & good quality.
we tried cheeseburger and chicken sandwich (torta) for lunch. I've to say they were really good, fresh and fairly priced. My husband and son are picky eaters and love their lunch as well. But what stand out the most was the service. I can't thank enough for how helpful, warm and welcoming were with me and my kids (I was breastfeeding and the lady offered a chair for me to seat while waiting also a chair for my son to eat since we were waiting for our cat to recover in the vet). I'll definitely return to this store and I highly recommend it.
Classic NYC deli vibes, small but packs a good flavor when it comes to the food, the staff is very friendly as well, I do wish they carried a wider variety for chocolate but other than that this place is a 10/10 deff recommend
Small deli but offers yummy wraps and sandwiches and many other options. I usually have a nice breakfast and a coffee for about $9-10.
The lady at the store offer a seat from the back of the store and a play area for my son while my wife was breastfeeding, I want to leave a big thank you for that. Breakfast sandwich was really good as well

Great little deli with extras. It’s affordable and family run by a husband and wife. Breakfast served all day! Hot and cold subs are both delicious.

Good food.. we only have breakfast but we do order often from them. I personally think they are not very nice when it comes to certain people. The Spanish lady at times could be rude. She takes the orders and she handles the cashier as well. Maybe I caught her in an off day but I caught her speaking to my spouse out of term. I corrected her in English and Spanish. My spouse can be a pain about the doness of his bacon or sausage but she's in the service industry she should be better. I mean we want what we paid for.

The breakfast wrap was outstanding but the lady owner asked for my ID after I bypassed my debit card. That was so unnecessary. It's as if she suspected I stole it. I felt very discriminated.
