Usually burger king is great but this time was HORRIBLE! We were in line 30 mins, they almost forgot 2 of our burgers, thank God i checked ny bag and the french fries were old and half full. They acted like it was my fault that they forgot my burgers. This crew sucked! The cashier was sweet though.

Came over to get a couple of breakfast sandwiches and when I got home I noticed how small they were and flat. I open them up and they looked as though they had gotten flatten and the egg portion was nearly paper thin. I know I used a coupon for the purchase but come on......

Horrible customer service the manager and employees were just standing their talking...taking their sweat time waited for a order that was ordered 10 mins ago manager name was Yaya..absolutely did not care...who hires this people such a horrible Manager and employees don't not recommend this bk to anyone

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING I've been to many different location and had no issues but this location the female manager that I'll call karen is extremely prejudice words a group of vets ive been to this locations 2 times for breakfast to meat up with my friends which are also vets and when we order our food and enjoy our time catching with each other the Karen manager comes over and says there is only a 30 minute siting period and when we acknowledge her and reminded Karen we ordered she gave a extremely rude and disrespectful remarks. Like yelling hey several times when we are trying to figure out where we could meet up at to Continue our meeting as Karen continues yo yell for us to leave since we exceed the 30 minute policy which Karen kept repeating that it is a company policy. We where so fed up with her behavior that we went to a different burger king and asked for their manager and what that manager confirmed our suspension this so called policy that Karen was talking about was made up and karen had no reason to behave that way twords anyone. so unprofessional and left a bad impression on burger kings reputation. At least there was no mold floting around in my drinks this time.

Slow service. I ordered online and I had to wait 45 mins for my food. They forgot I was outside waiting. Workers were rude and cursing on the headphones. When I got my food it was cold and the burgers was missing cheese. The onion rings and fries were way too salty. I definitely won't be returning.

The service is usually OK BUT TODAY. The staff was wearing house slippers and a sonic backpack. I waited for my food it never came, multiple people got their orders. The manager was touching money and food without sanitizing or washing her hands. while customers were waiting she's making free orders for ppl she knows making sure they get their food but leaving the paying customers waiting. Like just do the bare minimum.

Horrible just horrible.. food didn’t taste like anything on the menu to begin with!! Who ever y’all got cooking back there is mad for no reason messing everyone food up

Don't know if this is the worst run burger King in Killeen but I wouldn't be surprised. Every time I go there they are short workers and very slow. There was one time when one of the workers was working the drive through in regular clothes with a bonnet on her head. I see the manager outside on her phone more than inside the restaurant. This is a problem when you only have 2 workers inside. Will not be eating here no time soon. 😴😴😴

Slowest burger King in history! Placed a mobile order at 2:51, arrived around 3 and waited around 20 minutes at the drive thru menus for anything to be said, an additional 15 minutes at the pick up window. Drinks handed to me and then taken back just to be handed to the customer who drove up behind me, same types of drinks that were in my order. Finally left with my order at 3:45, everything was there, get home and find out the chicken fries were cooked to burnt and back. Some snapped when you bent them in half, others wouldn't even break because they were so rubbery and fries were only semi warm. Would have left for the wait alone if the drive thru had another way out and the food wasn't already paid for. Last reminder for myself to stop going to the one on Rancier.

Was waiting around for someone to come to register for 10 minutes, 4 people saw me there but just turned around and walked away. I had to called someone over, told them I was waiting 10 minutes, his excuse was he was busy. Was rude, then still just walked away. 5 people standing around, worse service ever.
