As a general manager myself, I understand the importance of proper customer service and professionalism. That’s why I was disappointed during my recent visit to your store. I wasn’t given my exact change, and when I addressed it, the employees whispered to each other instead of speaking to me directly. As someone in management, I know how situations like this should be handled—with transparency and respect. I hope this issue is addressed appropriately and that your team is reminded of the importance of clear communication and accountability.

I love Little Ceasars but they get 1 star. Besides the cold, stale pizza I got, ive usually have had a good experience at this location. I threw ithe pizza away. It was not good to eat.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION The only explanation I can understand about this location is bad management from having to wait almost a hour to get a pizza you bought on the app only to have to leave without anyway of getting a refund all the way to a roach on a pizza

They never have hot and ready ready to go. Always a 20 min wait or more to get your pizzas. No one at the drive-through or in the store when I pulled up at the drive-through. Went to the pay window and it took them 7 minutes for them to come take my payment. Paid and they asked me to pull up tp the front of the store and that it would be a 10 min wait. Total time was 20 min. I probably won't shop here anymore.

I'm not sure what happened here at this location in Kingsville. I used to love getting the pizza here, but the service is ridiculous and horrendous. The employees have absolutely no care in the world about the customers. They are very rude and do not help. I literally waited over an hour for 3 pizzas and watched one employee scramble around the restaurant looking for my order. She asked other employees to help her find the order, and the other girls refused to help. I will never come back here. I recommend local pizza places like Young's Pizza or NY Joe's instead.

Usually the food is great, however, this last order was delivered incomplete. Driver had to go back & get the large stuffed crust pizza. Once it was delivered, I went to put a piece on my plate & the bottom of pizza was still raw dough. I attempted to finish cooking it in my oven, but the damage was done. It was disgusting. On top of that, I had terrible stomach pains/issues that ensued all night long. Terrible experience.

Twice recently, I have gone by Little Caesars in Kingsville during their 4 to 8 PM hot and ready time only to be told there were no pizzas ready and it would be a 20 minute wait. I guess I am understanding the concept of hot and ready incorrectly somehow… So, twice, I have ordered from another pizza place, and was satisfied with their services. I’m very disappointed with the service at Little Caesars and the attitude of the employees.

This used to be our favorite pizza spot but I am not sure what happened because they really have gone down hill. Waiting 45 minutes for pizza I ordered, THROUGH THE APP, after driving 20 mins from the next town over only to be told we couldn't find your pizza was extremely disappointing. I was refunded and given a hot n ready but that wasn't what I had ordered. Save your time and money. Go local. Pizza Parlor is better.

I'm not one that writes reviews unless the service/food is extremely good or extremely poor. Well for Little Caesars Pizza in Kingsville the Customer Service is extremely poor. I ordered online for a "pick up inside the store" order. I arrived 30 minutes after the Apps told me the pizzas was in the oven. When I got to the store I asked about my order because it was not in the Pizza Portal. The young lady went back searching for my order but did not give me a response. They were pretty busy so I waited another 30 minutes but still my App said it was in the oven...... I asked a young man (I think he was the shift manager) about my order and which time he came back to me with their receipt and said that they had ran out of thin crust. I was really upset because my family had been waiting for the pizzas. Told him to cancel my order and I walked out. And I mean I am walking away from Little Caesars in Kingsville and NEVER ordering from there again. Can I give negative Stars?

Every time I go, I'm waiting in excess of 30 minutes. Last time I went, there were two separate customers waiting for over an hour, when they just asked for a refund, they were met with another 10ish minutes for someone to actually give it to them. They take so long, I genuinely feel like they just forgot about my order while I wait in the parking lot. If you go, don't order anything that isn't a classic hot n ready and you better pray that there aren't cars in front of you. Would not recommend at all.

At this point, it seems like the owners of this franchise just really do not care about their customers. I guess they think since there is no other little ceasars in town that they can have rude employees who seem to be always on their phones instead of making food and won’t spend the money to fix their equipment! When you go they never have pizzas ready and you think it’s a joke but it’s not. I gave them a try for a whole entire year and in that year I promise you they only had pizzas ready about once or twice. Mind you, I try to get my family pizza once a week. The times I tried to order online was a complete NIGHTMARE!!!!! This place is sad, pathetic and needs a complete management overhaul from its OWNERS down to its “could care less” attitude typed employees. This might just be THE WORST LITTLE CEASARS IN ALL OF UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. Oh an I see the owner is now responding to ratings, hi hello! Who are you paying for those fake five star ratings we were just there last week and it’s still terrible!
