Thank you Chili's for a great experience tonight. We ordered Chili's on DoorDash and turns out a door dasher jacked our food. We ended up calling the store and asked what happened because we got a notification that our order got canceled, and the Chili's notified us that a door dash employee picked up our food. Then, a few minutes later proceeded to call the store and claim he did not have a phone number for us or a gate code to our apartment complex (this is false. doordash delivery drivers have our phone numbers and in the description we put our gate code.).. as they proceeded to tell him he cannot return the food... knowing very well I bet that he could not return the food... he tried to cover his tracks but failed miserably.. Anyways, the delivery driver never actually attempted to contact us. He never called our phone, never reached out in anyway. Not by text or by calling... And away the driver went, stealing our dinner. But, we are beyond thankful we reached out to chili's for their side of the story. Also, we are thankful that the manager at this location worked with us and ended up remaking our order for free. Thank you so much, Chili's for making a bad experience into a great experience. The employees here have great customer service skills.

I almost went to Whataburger but decided to go to Chilis for a burger To-Go. Probably best decision i made that night because It was a pretty dang good burger. Togo guy was super professional and it was fast. Adam was manager on duty. He welcomed me and made sure I was taken care of. Awesome service. Will go back again.

My family and I went in 1 hour before closing and were expecting to have not so great food or service and it was exactly the opposite! Our server was amazing and so was the other staff helping him out. Everything came out quick and our server was very attentive.

Food is always good. There wasn't a wait to be seated. Got the food at a decent time. Some waiters are good and attentive, while others just are not. (One dropped a drink on me 😑 but she wasn't my usual waiter, who has in the past always been great)

We ate here passing through from a school trip with twenty athletes, and we were served quickly and well taken care of. My burger was amazing!

Overall great tasting food and great service. I finished my drink (strawberry lemonade) ate some more chips and as soon as I started looking for the waitress for a refill, she was on her way with one. I love it when they have their eyes on you. Nothing better than personal service.

I want to say thank u to the bar tender Anisa for helping me and treating me with respect. sometimes when you go places there is always something missing either the food is good or the service is bad or vise versa but everything was perfect. I really wasn't feeling that great so really the service was what u can call, priceless.

Always top notch service and food at this location in kingsville. Just be careful with the bloody Mary's. Mid - but maybe it was an off night. All other drinks were on point! Can't remember what we are last time, but everyone we go, the did is delicious and the staff super friendly and helpful. The laughed at my dumb joke.

Recently visited Chilis while on vacation . It was recently when the Blue Angles were in town for the air show . The young woman behind the bar was having to wait on the bar as well as make all the drinks for the entire restaurant . Let me tell you I watched her make drinks for a solid 45 minutes . Very busy for the local crowd as well as all the people there for the air show . She was professional and quite attentive when you were able to get her attention . I believe the influx of business with the out of town people made it difficult for her. All abs all she performed her job well . Great job young lady ! Keep up the great work ! Until next time

My mother loved the 6oz, my son said the Cajun pasta had just the right amount of sauce and the margarita chicken was so tender. Bella was a great waitress...took our very particular orders and reminded us that our orders fit the 2 for $25 deal. She was also quick to check on us and refilled our drinks without us having to ask (Bonus points for that).

My friend and I had all you can eat soup, salad, and bottomless chips for $7.99 for lunch. I had 3 salads. The salads are delicious and healthy. For my soups I had chicken enchilada and southwest soup. They have other soups you can choose from. If you want chili it's an extra $1.00. Both soups were delicious!😆 The staff was friendly!😇 At dinner the price is $8.99. Nice and clean restaurant.

This location is a Hit! Been going to this location for over 10 years. Never had any big issues, I’ve ordered take out for the last few years as well and it’s been a good experience. Not a fan of the newer chilis menu but what can you do…

The food here is consistent. I ordered the small sirloin, and it was cooked perfectly. The loaded mashed potatoes were good, and the broccoli was bright and cooked perfectly...not too hard or too mushy. Our waitress was especially great.

Just the same ole complaint. Lack of good service since COVID. My brother and I had the full rack of ribs, and 2 iced teas, it was delicious, yet not worth the $66.00 bill.

The food was very good. One of the side dishes seemed too small. The service, for the most part, was good. They seemed to be distracted & didn't seem to like being asked for something.

Food was good, waitress was nice and attentive. The host didn't give us menus and we waited at our table for 5 minutes thinking he was getting them for us. When that didn't happen I went to retrieve menus and the manager told me to scan the qr code with my phone to see menus. Not a big deal, but the host should have explained that to us upon seating us.

Great experience! Good ambience with nice music. Girl who served us, took a while to attend but food was great. I would have loved to have more options in vegetarian. I had veggie Alfredo pasta which was cheesy and nice. Lemonade was really good. Thumbs up for that!

I've been to better chili's but I have to say the only thing I really didn't like about it was the lighting was too Brite . It's not a motel type dinner like Denny's . it's a different atmosphere at chillis and when it hits you that the romantic dimmed atmosphere is non existent because from outside it looks darker insid until you walk in then the light is like too Brite . Not a good choice for dinner if your cozying up with a mate and want a romantic undertone then perhaps somewhere else would be more suitable but quality is consistent an everything seemed fresh with friendly service . Just this darn lights .

I only gave 3 stars because of how salty the food was. Our server was Tiffany, and she was amazing! But , the food was sooooo salty, and steak was way over cooked. We walked in at 10:20pm and was still given the same level of service had it been 5 pm. Thank you! Plus, they paid so much attention to my 3 year old son!

Today I decided to have a massive bacon ranch burger with fries. I'm sorry I did because it was incredibly salty. Almost to the point of not eating it. I was however starving so in i went. Half way through I had to resort to ketchup as I needed something to offset the salty taste. Barely finished but I did it. Hahaha the restaurant itself was clean tidy and staff were polite and attentive. Never gonna order that burger again lol.

I got there at 12 noon which is lunch hour. What I saw they didn't have enough help cuz the girl in the front asked me if I wanted to be seated at the bar. I said yes cuz I thought it was gna be a faster service. It took 15 mins before someone took my drink order and gave me a menu. I ordered a 19.99 medium ribeye that when served seemed like a medium well. I just wanted to get the experience over. I ate my steak and left. The only experience I got out of this is not to come here on lunch time. I haven't been here before cuz I'm out of town so I take on this as an experience.

Its always too loud and too cold. Maybe that's the reason my order is never correct? The quality of the food lately has not been anywhere close to what it used to be. Most kids don't like the loud music either which causes them to scream which makes the noise even worse. Do not go there if you intend on any dinner convo! Bathroom needs a little extra attention and more help needed with carryout!!

Every single time I order they either forget something or get something wrong. I can't remember the last time I got a completely accurate order. It used to be good but doesn't seem worth it anymore.

It was ok. Not bad just ok. Food was not very flavorful even compared to other chili's. Service was slow and not very attentive but partly because the number of tables being worked. There were a few large parties that were just very loud.

Our family of 6 stopped here after church and the place was packed. Ordered 2 Cajun pastas, 2 kids meals, 10 oz. sirloin steak and one "3 for me deal meal" which was the cilantro lime carne asada and sodas for each of us. For everything it was over $100. My 3 for me deal meal was good except the rice was hard. I told the server, she apologized and brought me fully cooked rice. The 2 Cajun pastas had about half their serving of shrimp raw. We told the server about that and the manager took off 1 of the Cajun pastas off the bill. Thank you for trying to make it right. We understand it gets busy with after church service rush but it would truly mean a lot if there was bit more attention to detail on what and how things are being served. With 1 pasta off the bill and military discount, our bill was $97.28.

I ordered the Triple Dipper and it looked so fancy and full in the menu but what I got was a mini version 😂

I believe I had the honey chipotle chicken crispers with fries. They were actually pretty good, I usually go in for the hamburgers which are pretty good but I changed it up today. The chicken crispers were nice and crispy, sweet and spicy, no complaints!

This was the second time we went there. First time, we had a great experience. Food was hot and delicious and the server was very attentive. This second time, they were short staffed (understandable) but my food was cold, there was a bone in the hamburger patty (that same patty was well charred), and the fries were hard, the other hamburger patty was well charred. Poor server was trying his best.

We sat at the bar area, there was only one bartender assigned to the area and he was very busy so our food and anything we ordered took long to have it served. The Cesar alad was soggy overloaded with dressing plus the lettuce tasted old. Bbq was good and the bartender was nice. Food was good and the restaurant was clean.

Went here for a lunch with coworkers and the service was very slow.  Took over an hour and a half.  Multiple of our party did not receive everything ordered.  There was also a big group there, so understandably the servers were a little overwhelmed.  But the final reason for the low rating is both me and one of my coworkers got sick afterwards (we both had the $8 lunch menu burger).  The only reason it didn't get 1 star is the food was actually decent, but I don't expect to eat here again.

Typically, I don’t have issues with the Chili’s in Kingsville. However, the past two times that I’ve ordered and picked up, they’ve forgotten an item or food was cold. For example, I ordered and picked up and they didn’t include my loaded mash potatoes nor was the broccoli hot. The crispers were cold and it was unpleasant. Not a bad restaurant, just need to be better in providing their customers with their exact order.

Got 3 items from the appetizer menu was over 100.00 plus tip. Really it's not fine dining people it's chili's. Service was slow and I mean extremely slow no refills and was very loud won't be going back

The service started out great. The server greeted us,and offered us our drinks and appetizers. From there it went downhill. The customers aside from us were treated more attentively than my friend and I. My drink was incorrect, and our side order of guacamole arrived after we finished our chips. I asked for extra chips and was charged. I strive myself on customer service especially in my line of work. I will never return. Thank you

Stopped in for a pickup order and was over charged. They were unable to credit my card and provided me with a gift card instead. A week later while visiting another Chili’s I learned that my gift was not valid.

Normally, this place is great. Tonight, however, the service reeked!! Our waitress was MIA for a large majority of our visit. When we asked for drink refills, she'd forget. We'd see her walk all over, stopping at other tables, except ours. I had to ask a different waitress. We ordered the soup, which usually comes out within minutes, this time, I had to ask about them. It was as if she didn't or forgot to place the order. After finishing our meal, we waited forever for her to come out of the kitchen for our ticket. A different waitress came out to us & asked how we were doing & to say that a previous table was giving our waitress a hard time. We're paying customers, we're paying for service too. Not trying to sound insensitive, but it's not our fault the other table was rude to her. We deserved better service.

So we went yesterday around 10 pm, we had just picked up a friend from college and decided to grab a quick bite, we got seated in a section where the current server had 2 other tables almost done eating. At first the server seemed really nice but she took a good moment to get our order until we had decided if we were together or separate. After she took our order that was the last time we saw her come to our table. Someone else brought our food and drinks, I had waited maybe 10 minutes watching her walk by our table not asking if we are okay but paying attention to the tables that were besides ours. I am a server myself and I usually don’t make any comment because I understand the most parts. I asked another lady a simple what happen to our server she never came over she took our order. This lady went to talk to her and we over heard our server say “I’m not going to go to them unless they ask me something.” And that is where it was wrong. As a server myself you should check on your tables even if they don’t ask you anything it’s how good service is. The other good then took over our service and she was amazing I didn’t catch the girls name but she was really sweet and nice. Like I said before I am a server at two separate restaurants and work 10am-10pm most days and I completely understand but her response was just a no from me the only thing I remember of bad service is she only showed up once and her red dangle earrings. The other girl who took care of us amazing it she gets 10 stars for great services and if I had more money then I had I would’ve left more then $8 tip.

To the Management at Chili’s, I placed a to-go order and received a text message stating I would be notified once my food was ready within a certain timeframe. That window came and went with no update. When I finally walked inside to check, I found my order just sitting there on the counter, apparently ready for some time. Secondly, I was disappointed with the quality of the food itself. I ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadillas and requested that the sour cream be removed, which I appreciate was done correctly. However, the item was also supposed to come with pico de gallo and ranch, both of which were missing. Additionally, the quesadillas were overloaded with cheese and barely had any chicken, making it feel more like a cheese quesadilla than what was advertised. I left feeling unsatisfied, returned to work still hungry and frustrated. I normally enjoy Chili’s, but unfortunately, this experience didn’t meet the expectations I’ve come to associate with the other restaurants. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers.

The food was great, but I highly recommend avoiding this place during their approach to close. Got there just before 10pm. While my server was great at getting the order and making recommendations, I did not b see her again until I was more than half finished dinner. The person who delivered my food asked if I needed anything else and I asked for some additional ranch for my salad and a refill of my soda. Neither was brought to me until I made the same request to my initial server when she checked in on me about 15 minutes later. The staff was very focused on their nightly cleaning duties, but myself and another table in my area were mostly ignored. Also DO NOT TOUCH their kiosk system. I went looking at games and it said I had to oay so I left that screen and went to another screen. I didn't notice until today when I went to submit my expense report for the dinner, they charged me 2.99 for accessing the kiosk games section even though I didn't approve it.

We come here once a year because we are from out of town and it's close to the hotel we stay in. It never fails, the service is HORRIBLE (wait ten minutes at the table just to order a soft drink), tables are never bussed, and overall it's obvious that the management does not care about any of it. Maybe next time we will just go to Whataburger... At least we will be waited on quickly.

I ADVICE EVERYONE WANTING CHILIS, TO FIND IT IN ANOTHER TOWN PLEASE!! Service was TERRIBLE had to seat ourselves because no one was in the front for 30 minutes. Once we sat down the lady told us to move to another table. She didn't pay attention to getting us drinks or helping others out that were at the front waiting for a seat. We waited about 15 minutes before we decided to leave because it was just retarded! I went to the bathroom before we left, and guess what? ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES WERE IN THE BACK TALKING INSTEAD OF WORKING!!

Very bad service! I realize they were busy due to it being Father's Day, but it seems that ALL the wait staff is hiding in the back. No one seems to come out and check if you need a drink refill. They usually have a back up wait person but even that person wasn't around or didn't want to be out and assist. When they do show up, they quickly come out - drop off food and disappear, they don't wait to see if your food was prepared correctly.

Ordered a med rare steak, wasn't expecting too much but expected decent. It was cooked on one side, the other side was a dull Grey like it never touched the grill. It was so salty I couldn't eat it and it had the texture of mush, not tender steak but mush.

Unfortunately tomorrow will never be like yesterday, every employee working the serving station was in the kitchen on their phone, then handling customers food with a cell phone in one hand. Sorry but that is definitely cross contamination from the toilet to a patrons order, regardless of how clean you think a young adults phone may be. Consuming a drink without a lid setting it next to the dish your about to serve to a customer after putting your phone away definitely is not a sanitary practice in the restaurant industry. When told by the girl at the register "Sorry we don't have .84¢ for my change is that ok ? " I replied "No I would like my change please." She then yelled in the kitchen "Does anyone have .84¢!" When I was handed the soup I had ordered, there was no plastic ware for the order even though I mentioned it was for a 5 year old, it was obviously frustrating for her to reach around the counter to simply give my order with the utensils to serve a soup to a five year old on the road, being that this was a quick stop during a trip. Sad to say but the restaurant business in general is going down hill just due to this generation having more concern about social media and cell phones than actually having pride in their job and work ethic. Hopefully this Chili's location will employ a manager that will enforce proper food preparation service and not tolerate poor customer service.

Don’t even deserve a star. Ordered 2 for $25. The steaks were okay. The fries were stale and cold. The broccoli tasted like it came from a middle school cafeteria. Everything was soggy from the terrible to-go containers. Then, I opened my chocolate molten lava cake to see that they left out the chocolate that goes over the ice cream. I called and asked and some girl told me she would transfer me to the manager. 30 minutes later, I still haven’t talked to the manager and I’m leaving this gleaming review. This chili’s is trash, not all Chili’s.

I will NEVER go back to this SAD place, and I'm done supporting this SAD business, all the food tastes like literally frozen food made in an air fryer. You wait forever, get no refills on drinks, then you get handed some lousy meal like nothing's wrong with it. I mean the food is trash but at least you could have a pleasant dining experience. I would be embarrassed to ever invite friends to eat here.

Really great food. However, the service needs a lot of improvement. It's always been slow. I was there a few days ago and sat for thirty minutes. Nobody ever came to wait on me. Even after notifying the hostess, the manager was too busy to speak to me. I would not recommend this place to anyone. BAD SERVICE!!!!!

This is the $16 plate you get her in Kingsville the soup is so small like for a child, for the price it’s not worth it, the waiter was great just doing his job.

1/5 for Eve the bartender (unsure if real name because she tried not to give it to us after asking; she worked PM shift in bar 2/12). We sat at the bar and she provided interrupted, inaccurate, and a little rude food and beverage service.

Stopped here to have a better sit down than Whataburger next door. Should have gone to Whataburger, it would have treated chicken better. Got a buffalo chicken sandwich that was the saddest thing ever. The chicken was 2 times the size of the bun. Had to cut 1/2 the chicken off to eat what was in the bun. The whole sandwich was doused with Buffalo sauce and ranch sauce to the point of madness. The whole thing was bordering on soggy when it was served. It was a dripping deteriorating mess after just a minute or two. I had plenty of leftovers I chose to leave there. My mom had some white as heck looking "grilled" chicken and sort of grill marks, but had no color. She also had plenty of leftovers and chose to leave them there. Our server worked really hard and couldn't complain about his service one bit.

I usually don’t have any bad experiences with the Chili’s in Kingsville. However, the past two experiences I’ve encountered with this establishment (especially today, 01/09/22) have been bad experiences. Today, I ordered my food via online with the curbside option due to the rising COVID cases. I received a SMS stating that my order would be ready at a certain time. Therefore, I showed up at the designated time and checked-in through the link I was provided. Frustrated is an understatement. I waited in my car in the designated spot for curbside for 35 minutes waiting for my food. I finally called them, and they said it’d be best to come inside to pick-up your order due to being short-staffed. Mind you, the place was not packed at all. What’s the point of using curbside if the customer has to get out of their car and go inside to pick up their food, which has been sitting on the counter getting COLD. This was truly poor customer service and very disappointing as I’ve never had problems with this Chili’s location.

Do not place to go orders. I placed one at 4 for pick up at 6, paid online and added a tip. I got there at 7 till 6, I didnt get my order until nearly 6:30. Rude when I called in asking where my order was. I would have done better going to the Whataburger next door and waiting in line, which is what I was trying to avoid to begin with.

I was very disappointed the only high point with this place was it didn't take long to be seated. Service was poor, food was subpar, and got my drink wrong and when it was replaced with the right one it was hot and didn't really have any ice in it to cool it down. Asked for queso that was forgotten till way after our food was brought out so we were not able to enjoy it as our appetizer.

Placed my order online for curbside pickup and called ahead to let them know the color of my vehicle. The girl over the phone was rude and before I could even tell her my reason for calling she was cutting me off saying I don't have a order there. That she had been there all day and didn't see my name so I did not have a order placed. I was literally staring at my receipt. Finally she got a manager after I told her that her attitude was unwarranted and they found my order in less than five minutes. Then I was finally able to simply explain I was just trying to let them know what color car I was in. After receiving the food at pick up, the guy had a fit that I asked for a paper receipt. That was just horrible

Waited an hour after ordering & watching people who entered well after us enjoying their meals to be told that our food had been “accidentally” delivered to the wrong table. Blamed new employees, being short- staffed, etc. Server nor manager accepted any responsibility. We left without eating.

Ordered pick up for 9 pm, picked up at 9:01 pm. Hotel was about two minutes away. I opened my plate all looked good until I had to heat it all up in the lobby. The chicken and rice extremely dry. The only great thing about ordering here was the girl working the take out. Very nice and polite. I have been Eating at Chili’s for over 25 years at numerous locations coast to coast this is the first Time i was very disappointed .

Drove through kingsville yesterday - planned on lunch at chilis. Never ate as service was horrible. Sat at table for over 15 minutes and never offered a smile, A “ I’ll be right with you” no acknowledgment while we were there. Table behind us cane in almost15 minutes after we had been seated and were immediately helped by another server. When we inquired we were told our server was busy and he did not cover our table We left and will hopefully not be back to that area but what a disappointment

Waitress was great. Food arrived and shrimp tacos were cold. Rice was cold, back beans were cold. Took over 40 minutes to arrive. Tqco was good but cold. Asked waitress if that's how they come? and she replied yes. Sent food back... No one else came to ask what can we do, nothing!

Terrible service on Saturday, March 20, 2021!! We got there at 12:30 pm. Did not leave till 2:30 pm because the waiter/bartender forgot to put in our order!! And he had already told us the food was coming out. Then he goes to our table and tells us he forgot to put in our order! He was serving everyone at the bar and the tables next to us BUT US. He kept telling us the food was coming out and that we were gonna be top priority since he forgot to put in our order. Wrong!! I never had such a bad experience like this at this restaurant till Saturday. If this is how you are going to make customers feel then it is not worth us wasting our money and dining at your establishment!!

i wanted a side salad with my order and it read around $5.30 on the menu to add a side salad to my entree so that’s what i asked for. later on when we saw the bill, the waitress charged us $7 for the smallest side salad i’ve ever seen and when i asked her about it, she just said “oh you must have just read the menu wrong” VERY condescending, like she was mocking us. horrible service and she was completely rude and unprofessional. wish i remembered her name but she ruined the dinner from her attitude so i just wanted to go home at that point. chilis needs to do better about allowing this kind of culture, it’s ridiculous and embarrassing.

Very disappointing, walked in at 10:05 with a party of 14 sat and waited at our table for 15 minutes for the server to come and take our order at 10:20 he took our drink order then comes back 5 minutes later to say that the manager called last call and we couldn’t get any of our drinks. In Kingsville there is not many options for a later dinner after a long day but I can definitely say we will not be returning to Chilis Kingsville after many bad experiences here.

Waitresses were unprofessional and rude dismissing our table of 5. The food was so cold as if it had been sitting for a long time before it got to us. It was nowhere near warm when the food got to our table and there wasn’t one set waitress/waiter properly taking care of our table. Asked for a med rare steak and it came out FULLY COOKED, the steak was crispy. Crazy! The. The waitresses were there laughing and talking mess after we gave back our feedback. I can get the moods had we been rude and disrespectful but we weren’t. Never again!!

Wouldn't let me leave a new review, so I thought I would edit this one. We had a party of 14 going in after our local livestock show. Some of the group arrived before others and were promptly seated and served a beverage. We arrived and I was served a beer from the bartender before I sat down. My wife was in the restroom. The rest of our group arrived at 10:20. They ordered a drink from the bar and the server placed the order. 10:20. He returned to the table and said that the manager had already called last call. Last call at 10:20? Our entire party paid for what we had been served and walked out. As soon as we were out the door, they started flipping chairs. Seems to me the manager just wanted to leave. This happens frequently at Chili's Kingsville. If I came in at 10:50 and ordered food, would they serve me? But you can't have a beer.. The employees are outstanding at this location, but they will all tell you that Adam makes his own rules. I won't be returning to this location anytime soon!

If I could rate no star, I would. I’m in true disgust. While visiting this chilis tonight, I spotted an odd looking ice with a black spot in it. Once I took the ice out to examine it, and have it melt, I come to see it’s a bug! I nearly gagged because I had already drank from the drink. When I notified Anesia she immediately dismissed me and just gave me a refill with the SAME ice! I asked her how we’d go about the situation and she said they are supposed to empty out the ice machine and stop selling the ice; but how could that be when she brought the drink back with that ice! No procedure was followed and I feel like i’ve been failed of my experiences here. Hopefully no one else swallowed a bug unknowingly tonight!

The place was dirty. Bartender wiped the counter and just dumped soggy chips onto the floor. Bar was sticky and had not been wiped down. I said to the bartender "It looks like you are short staffed" "We always are," she replied. Not recommended for cleanliness, but the one margarita was good.

Ordered Southwest Chipotle bowl and Spicy shrimp Tacos!! Received Cold southwest bowl, no greens, and received chicken instead of shrimp and that chicken is half cooked! This is not the first time that something like this happened with Chili’s. I’m writing this because of the worst service I received Many times in the past and today! Way to go down

As a Chili's fan I have given this location too many chances. From the manager down they seem to genuinely not care. Food quality has been consistently sub par, service is lackluster and it takes forever. Since when does chips take 30 minutes and SALSA takes another 15? Last visit we had to demand to be moved along with other tables as the manager held the door open talking to his friends. This went on for half an hour! To top it off, clean isnt a priority here!
