The atmosphere was great and relaxing! Me and my family had a pleasant evening dinner here. The customer service was fast and the employees were outstanding! Very kind and patient with us when we did not know what to order. The food came out exactly to our requests and we will find ourselves coming here again very soon!

I forgot to take a picture. But I was kind of disappointed when I looked at my burger and the Patty looks like it had a piece bitten out of it, the patties on the burgers were really dry. I put too much condiments on there. Other than that, they had great personalities. It seemed as if the employees really i actually enjoyed their job

This morning I went this establishment and ordered 2 ham croissants and a large hash round. The first picture is of the croissant that I bit into that burnt my lip. You can see the where the cheese had melted out of the sandwich and the bun top had peeled off uponunwrapping. I ate the hash rounds. I tried to call but it said it couldn't be dialed. So I tried different ways to dial to no avail. I took the second sandwich back to the restauran and told them what happened. I was told that they were made to order and that it had been heated up to long. Now i asked myself,, "Why would a made-to-order product need to be heated up?". Anyway, I asked for a refund or to replace it with a double cheeseburger. They obliged my request and I asked if they could throw in a small fry which was also granted. Upon getting my order bagged, she told me to be careful with burger because it had been heated up as well. I ordered the cheeseburger with mustard and pickles only. Special order. The second pick is how it looked when I got home. Five minutes later.. Again.....overheated. why are they reheating these sandwiches? Made to order? My a$$. So if you go to this Burger King in Kingsville, TX, aske them to make it fresh and not reheated. Hope this helps someone.

Came to Burger King to pick up some food quickly through the drive thur, but there were about 10 cars in line so I decided to get down. Stood at the register for about 5 minutes before getting acknowledged just to be told we she would be right with me. So about another three minutes gone by the lady took my order. (Three items) I went to sit down and about twenty five minutes later I got my order. This place is a joke. Three workers who literally take their time and don’t care about customer service. I would not recommend this place.

I thought this place opened at 6 am . I went by around 6:40 am and outside lights were off and I went thru drive thru and no one took my order . I even said “ hello “ a few times at drive thru and no response so I drove up and still didn’t get waited on so I took off and took my business to McDonald’s. Why do they continuously have the outside lights off when they are open in the mornings?There was also a car parked out there with no one in it probably an employee. Regardless close to 7 am and lights off and no one tended to me . I live close by and the outside lights are sometimes turned off when they are open in the morning giving the illusion to customers that they are closed

The lady at the window was so rude, got our order wrong, wouldn’t even correct it, was out of sausage for our sandwiches, didn’t have a coke, the food is so greasy you can’t eat it, she was hollering at me through the window. This place is not recommended this place as at. Dat in drive thru for 40 minutes and we were from out of town !

The food is good only WHEN IT'S MADE CORRECTLY. I went to this burger king. Ordered a #1 with only mayo,lettuce, and chesse. I told them I was allergic to onions yet when I got my food it had onions in it. I asked for them to remake it and the burger still smelled like onions as if they picked the onions out and gave me the same burger. I also ordered a 6 piece mozzarella stick. 4/6 of them were burnt!! not even edible. HOW DO YOU BURN MOZZARELLA STICKS ?? the chesse inside was brown!!

Burger King Kingsville sucks

How is GM going to be begging customers for reviews when everyone knows Kingsville BK has the worst service some employees should be let go they have bad attitudes act like they don't want to work. Employees stand around tables are dirty floor wet and dirty and omg the smell from the fountain drink around is bad you can tell it doesn't get clean looks like there is rust next to the slush machine.

Oversized employee, very dirty uniform, had an oder I cannot describe had the lobby reeking of filth. as I sat down to eat my whopper, as usual, I couldn’t help but notice of her starring me down as I’m trying to eat my meal she made me feel very uncomfortable! I got up and just threw my food away! I asked another employee her name and it was along the name Junice. I will not be returning to this location.
