Great food. Customer service was really good. Staff was willing to help with drinks that did not taste well.

12/13/22: Wendy's is about a 40 minute drive from us. we decided to go to Wendy's only because we had BOGO coupons from T-Mobile Tuesday. we had a couple of issues but overall a great experience. First, we went to the Wendy's sign and it was the wrong location. Next, we had an issue getting our free frosties. But in the end, everything worked out. Our service was great. Our food was delicious. And the cost was low (mainly because we had BOGO sandwiches).

I have eaten at the Kingsville Wendy's several times. I've always been treated well by the staff and the food has been good. Fantastic new remodel July 2019. Kudos to the owner, management, and staff for taking pride in this location!

Love their food. I had not gone inside in a very long due to the carpet smell but they got rid of it and replaced with hard floor. 🙌 Much better now. 😆

Forgot our drink and potatoes for the baconator breakfast combo but were very apologetic and accommodating in replacing them (there was a very large order ahead of us so we understood). My Mom and friend were very excited to learn about the breakfast offerings and will definitely be back for more!

Great places! I absolutely love the fries from here and the frosty keychain. It always clean and I've never had an issue with the staff or my order. I love that they have a good rotating menu with trying new items or promos out. I do hope we get mobile ordering soon though as most of the other burger places have it but it's not enough for me to dock any stars. Great job Wendy's!!

I drive to kingsville every other day due to my job and Wendy's is one of my go to places food is always good hot and pretty fast especially when on the go

I pulled up to this place pretty late in the day. I wasn't looking for anything to eat, just wanted to get a medium chocolate frosty. There was a bit of a wait time due to the amount of people in front of me, but I was very relieved to get my Frosty. This location has great service, and the window attendant was very helpful and diligent with bringing me my order. Would definitely come back here again

Everyone at this location was so nice and friendly I liked the vibe of the workers. I enjoyed my food. But I didn't like how I was the only person in the restaurant, I guess that can't be helped.

Burgers always taste fresh and the fries are delicious, have picked up breakfast and dinner at this location a few times and never have I had an issue with time or order. Staff always been friendly and food has always been good.

I'm giving them 4 stars bcuz so far it's the only place I can find Fanta Fruit Punch so it's worth a shaky meal. My first issue is that nasty slimy floor. I don't think it's been cleaned since they opened. Many chairs with holes in them and always have to clean the table yourself. My daughter goes there specifically for cheddar bacon potato. In the last 2yrs they've actually had one once and it was nasty. They tend to get the general order right but if you ask for anything extra or omissions you might be in trouble.

This was our second time we had dinner at Wendys. The first time our food was delicious. Today they got my order wrong. My husband took the burger back and said the cook did not look happy. They replaced the burger. Details are very important when you place an order. I don't like mustard in my burger! I bet we'll go again, though, because it's a great place to eat!

One of my regular stops for my son. The food is always good and the workers are always very sweet. Tried the new Loaded Nacho Cheeseburger, and it was really good!

Stopped there on our way back to San Antonio and the food was great. Everything was hot and fresh and even gave us extra Ketchup like we asked. Usually when we ask at a restaurant they only give us 3. Definitely would stop there again.

I love Wendy's however this location goes through personal it seems weekly. May not seem bad but every time I go there I have to break them in on how to use the app or rewards etc. One manager said he did not do gift cards. Play seems very high stress and should not be. Food is good but they tend to mess up your order from time to time.

Food at this Wendy's was not up to par. The fries were cold and the fountain drinks were kind of flat. The burgers and nuggets were good though.

Wendy’s is always delicious, but we went at night and it was so dark and uninviting. The staff was friendly, but they really need to get lit up.

I've never actually gotten a fresh meal from this location. The fries have always been soggy and limp, and the burgers always lukewarm. I don't expect a super-fresh meals from Wendy's, which is the only reason I didn't rate lower.

The salad, I ordered was very bland, even after I put the dressing plus salt and pepper. There was a really foul odor when we walked in the door and when we ordered our drinks, the computer automatically charged us 0.50 more than the drink actually cost. The mgr was able to delete the transaction but the computer would not let him correct the mistake, so he gave us our drinks at a lower price so that we would not be over charged that is the reason I am giving this score because of his efforts.

Road trip stop over, Soda machine was warm and the carbonation was off. The employee was friendly and helpful enough to use their soda machine. Otherwise typical Wendy's.

Food is good and always hot.... but that place definitely needs to be remodeled. When you walk on that carpet your shoes stay stuck and it smells like a wet dog. Could use some TLC.

Slow to get your food for a fast food joint. They were not busy. However, the food was good, and the place was clean. I'll wait for that.

Normally I would give it at least four stars but lately the establishment has been dirty and the staff has not been attentive to their customers and the floors have been sticky. However they do have some reasonably priced items that are very good.

Normally I have a wonderful experience but yesterday my burger was Bland. And my nuggets were overcooked and burnt the best thing I had was the fries not a good experience

I'm going to think twice about going back. The food server didn't know the menu nor how to use the cash register. The manager went ahead and took our order but the dining room was full of flies, lots of them! We decided to take our food to go and they forgot one of the salads.

Unbelievable, ordered food via drive thru, asked to pull forward....9+ more cars all served after us, girl comes out and asks what we are waiting on.... seriously! How are burgers so complicated

A week ago this past Sunday afternoon we ordered food here and drove home to Riviera. My wife's apple pecan salad was inedible. There was brown fluid in the bottom of the container, the lettuce that was supposed to be dark purple was black and completely limp and the rest of the lettuce was brown (as well as the apples). They were apologetic on the phone, took my wife's email address and said that they were sending a coupon. No email. No coupon. We all make mistakes, but not fixing it is not acceptable. The only reason that I gave two stars is that the food and service usually is good.

Every time I order on the Mobil app you would expect that when I get there it would be ready, but it isn’t. I check in and I’m always told to go to the next window, and then they tell me to pull up to front then it takes 15 to 20 minutes before I get my order, and then the fries are cold so I know they been sitting there for awhile. I didn’t want to complain, but it’s become a routine everytime I order

The food is good, the servers don't seem to have any sense of urgency to get the food out. I ordered a chicken sandwich meal in the drive thru, it took 14 minutes to get it to me. I watched 3 other cars drive away without their food or payment because of the slow time. Fix it Wendy's!

Came through the drive thru earlier today, 12/23/22. Basic order—$5 Biggie Bag l, double stack as it comes, asked for honey mustard dipping sauce & ordered a kid’s cheeseburger meal with only mayo. Arrived home to find no cheese on the cheeseburger, hard bread on both sandwiches, no dipping sauce at all. Disappointed as we usually get really good service here…

Probably the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Their idea of seasoning just seems like a handful of salt thrown right onto the patty and even though I asked for a lemonade with no ice three times, they somehow still missed it and when they actually gave me the lemonade it was full of ice.

I like Wendy's food, but not sure about the service. I wanted a cob salad but wanted to change the grilled chicken to classic chicken. They do not have a place online to change it, so I called and was told I could change, but they would not take a phone order. I told them to fix their site if they don't take phone orders. Seems stupid to me.

They aren't the best branch and probably needs a newer manager to help run things smoothly. Time and time again they forget one thing to add to our burger or give us any attention to see if the order was complete. I could have been a rush at that time, but twice this has happened so something is up.

Chili was very watery hardly no meat crackers stale service was bad the girl had us standing at the register like idiots she never said hi to us she never said "I'll be right wit u" the manager was cooking fries soda spilled on the floor and it's still there dining room tables were dirty.....I used to worked for Wendy's and I never seen a restaurant like this before.....last time I come here

Just left here a while ago it smells horrid once you walk in, I ordered a cherry berry drink and I saw the guy pouring it once he did all these gnats flew everywhere I was so disgusted!!! And they have to update that place it's just beyond outdated and very dirty the soda machine needs major cleaning!!!

It was hot, it smelled there were flys everywhere. Had to ask for my cup and my fries. Ordered frostys and they said it would be a few minutes that was fine but we got them and it was a melted milkshake. He should have just told us it would not be ready for awhile. Will not be returning there!!!

Multiple occasions have ordered thru the app for delivery. But this one had got me very upset. Sunday, March 6, 2022 around 630pm we placed an order for 3 different meal deals and receive the order half on a timely manner, however, half the order was missing and 2 of the burgers came with tomato that looked days old. Very unsatisfied with Kingsville store #9647 I tried calling about 5 times but no answer.

Tried to use a coupon on my phone in the cashier had no idea what I was talking about. When I showed her, she said that it was working. I asked her if there’s anyone that could help us like a manager or something like that and she said “no, we don’t have any of those”

Stopped by on a Sunday afternoon. Not very busy at the time. Very disappointed to see such an unsanitary fast food restaurant. Everything in this place was dirty, greasy, and smelly. I'm not even going to mention the restrooms. Use your imagination. Poor customer service. And on top of it all, our order was off.... SMH

This is quite possibly the worlds worst Wendy's. I have not been back here in a couple of years because of the extreme wait for their food. Decided to give it another shot, big mistake... Went to the drive through and ordered a double stack no ketchup extra onions. Surprisingly it took almost no time, here is why. The patties were obviously held over from lunch (this is at 2pm)dry and not at all pretty. Plus no onions whatsoever. Giving this place even 1 star is reaching. #wendys

Came through the drive through and ordered a large vanilla frosty. Took a couple of sips immediately and found it weird that I was actually able to sip it right away. Normally a frosty is too thick to sip right away and it's texture was kind of weird...bubbly. I got home, opened the top and sure enough it was full of bubbles. I believe their frosty machine was not working properly or the frosty was not ready for serving. Either way it was unacceptable.

Please go back to the old way of doing things in the Kingsville Texas store. The visit today was not one I wish to repeat. The food was not near the quality of the past visits. The new bun selection was not acceptable, rather tasted very bland to me. I have visited other stores in various locations and found them to have a very good presentation with quite tasty food.

The food was good! But the restaurant was very dirt! There was food crushed in the floor and under all the tables!! Also the table tops where dirty! The lady who took our order was awesome she was the only one who was trying to clean the dining room!

Quality is NEVER there recipe at this location nice staff TERRIBLE food. Fries were dirt brown chili is nasty undercooked and the meat has an awful taste.

Out of all the Staff only one Guy was Nice:/..My Cashier Didn't know how to use the register didn't even bother to fix my problem on the card reader and the manager just rolled her eyes when being told the card reader machine was broken..After about swiping 2 different cards of mine like 5 times then only then the manager decided to type in my card number which of course worked..Food by then was cold tasted gross my coffee was watered down and our burgers tasted like school lunch..Will not be going back I recommend better service better attitudes better food..Thanks to the one guy that was nice to us he's the only one that gets my 5 starz:)

Arrived and ordered at 12:35 pm and just now walked out with my codfish sandwich at 12:50. The restaurant was not busy whatsoever, maybe 2 occupied tables and very little drive thru traffic. Spoke with the manager who seemed indifferent and obviously just wanted to get rid of me and then gave me a sandwich without cheese that I paid for. This has been my least favorite Wendy's experience thus far.

1 simple order to go. Open to nothing faintly to what I ordered. You order, they repeat back twice and yet still get it wrong. Plus the frying oil really needs replacing.

Dave, what happened to your Wendy's?. What a waste of time and money. The food was awful and our order was all wrong. We chose Wendy's over Whataburger because it's been awhile since our last visit. We went inside cause the drive thru looked full. It took about 20 minutes to get our order. Watching the guy making the food fumble over and over. When we got our order we checked to male sure it was all there. We should have checked to see how it was made. Our burgers were so messed up but too far down the road to make it back. The nuggets were loaded with salt and tasted like fake chicken. The fries were cold and soggy. We thought we got a deal with the cookies but when we got to them, they were made made days before.

Poor job keeping the place clean, staff is not interested on being helpful. Food was cold. I wouldn't stop at this place.

Waiting in line for what felt like forever then I pick up my order assuming that it is correct drive all the way home take out my burger and take a bite and realize that it is the wrong Burger came back to the restaurant after wasting 30 minutes of my time to get the order remade they only remade me the burger and sent me on my way instead of the whole combo. The staff should really practice quality check before they give their food away

I would give it a zero if possible. Every time I've gone here they have gotten my order wrong. Service is always slow as well. Today will have been my last visit. I asked to upgrade my meal to a large and was handed my drink first, which was not a large and I reminded the cashier that it was supposed to be large. She fixed the drink, but when she handed me my food, my fries were not large, but my receipt does show I was charged for the large meal. I'm a very patient person and I don't ever write reviews, but I've given this place many chances only to be disappointed every time.

We had not had Wendy's in years since we lived in Houston. Now retired here and we went for breakfast. First the potatoes wedges weren't done would we take French fries. Thinking we were getting our breakfast they a sked us to move to the side because now we were waiting on the eggs. Finally our order and we drove off to go home. I always eat as I drive I don't like my food cold. I open my sausage and egg sandwich. Omg.. the bread was partly hard but the sausage was extremely dry and burnt. We work hard for our money and we treat ourselves once in a while and this was a Waste. We trust these companies to serve us food as you would to your own child. I lost $15 that we could have used to buy food for 2 or 3 days. It was to be treat, NOT a Mistreat.

Came in and it felt like there was an elephant in the room. The workers looked miserable. The lady that took our order never asked if we were going to be eating in or taking out. She never asked our name, she never asked if we had any special requests. The nuggets were soggy. The food smelt like straight grease. The cheese on the burger was hard, along with the bread. The meat was pink and it just tasted awful and smelled nasty. I will never come back by choice!!

Kelly took our order. She was kind and personable. She was the highlight of our visit. The bathroom had a stall out of order and NO CHANGING TABLE, which I have never experience at a Wendy's. We changed our toddler on a bench in the dining area. You're welcome! The fries were so cold and stale they were unbeatable. Even our toddler would eat them and I've never seen her not eat a French fry. The Apple bites we got in the kids meal were surprisingly disgusting. They were far from fresh and had a dirt taste to them.The nuggets were also cold, but she ate those at least. The grilled chicken wraps we ordered or fine. Our family goes to Wendy's pretty frequently and have never has such a bad experience with the food. We will never come back to this location. Let us know when your food prep gets better and you get a changing table and we'll see.

Asked for a pretzel burger. No pretzel bun. Asked for a strawberry poptart frostie, out of strawberry. Asked for a oreo's brownie frostie, out of brownie, out of oreo's. Why even bother having specials if you aren't going to have them. Also are you out of paper because you never give me a receipt but are so quick to slam that window in my face and pull me forward. Won't even say bye half the time just close the windows and leave. Must be out of smiles and good workers, because I'm out of patience

Not coming back! They give you a list of choices so you never pay $5 for advertised biggie bag. Last time I got $5 deal girl argued that burger had to be off $1 menu. Just let Mgr know and she didn't even seem to care. Any decent Mgr would have at least apologized and offer a coupon or something. The $ menu was pressed meat and fried. Couldn't eat it. Thanks Wendy's! It's McDonald's from now on. 👋
