Food was delivered quickly. The delivery person was great, and even brought our dog a treat. Their pizzas are delicious, and I wanted to give a shout out to the delivery person for going above and beyond.

The crew on 8/5 at 7:00PM was absolutely phenomenal. Personally, I thought the pizzas I ordered tasted really good and the vibes inside the location especially because of the crew was refreshing to see. I will gladly come back and order again there so long as the crew doesn’t change.

Usually have great service experiences. We recently went in for the curbside delivery deal. A worker stopped the timer at 1:25 seconds and that told the app that we got our food. We didn’t actually get our food until 11 minutes after they stopped the timer. When I tried to speak to a manager about it, I was met with three teenage boys arguing over which one of them is the manager. Then when they decided who was going to be the manager, I was told “we had to do a remake, we are busy and didn’t have time to run out and tell you” I told them about the whole “if it’s not out in the 2 minutes, your next pizza is free” deal and was met with “that’s not my problem after the timer is stopped” I’ve tried reaching out to dominos customer service and they suggested it try to speak with the store owner, which when I call ironically no one knows who that is or I’m hung up on. We love dominos but we will not be going to this specific location anymore due to the amount of childish workers.

Half the pizza didn’t even have cheese. I called to complain and they said the only thing they could do is make another one if I bring the pizza back. I was already all the way home. No offer to do anything else, no sorry, nothing. Horrible customer service. Will not be ordering from here again.

I've ordered from this place and they always have my order to me fast and hot. However, this is the second time I've had hair in my food. I don't know what you guys are doing in there, but use protective gear please. It's disgusting to take a bit of your pizza and see hair. Like really it's gross 😝... We will not be ordering from this location ever again. Update: I reached out to the email address provided the day requested and not one follow up. I guess that speaks to why they continue to have hair in their pizza. Not too good at handling issues.

Ordered pizza online expected delivery 6:23-6:33pm, arrived at 6:28pm and I can't check in because they haven't even started to make my pizzas, it's going to take another 20 minutes. So I have to wait in the parking lot with my 3 hungry kids, along with 5 other customers, whose pizzas aren't on time either. Aggravating!!!

Food never showed up even after I called in and all they could do is offer a free medium pizza. Are you kidding me? What I ordered is 5x more then that, so now me who I thought was gonna have an amazing pizza night is upset that I basically got scammed!

Customer service was very unprofessional, odd and strange behavior! I just picked up my pizza from this Kingwood location. The delivery guy that walked in moments behind me helped me with starting my checkout process by asking me the name of my order. Thank you to that gentleman for initiating my service. The other employee that helped me check out from there made me feel very uncomfortable by him just walking up to the checkout counter and not saying absolutely one word to me from the start to the end of the checkout process! I felt like, I was on punk'd! His behavior was so odd/strange! I’m not sure? If he was trying to be funny, plan out rude or just bazar on purpose!? But it made me feel very uncomfortable! I guess! Since! I did not come in on his time! He had to let me know by doing this! Do not make your customers feel uncomfortable!

DO NOT ORDER WINGS. I ordered 32 wings, the delivery was great, it was delivered on time. The wings were awful, nothing but fat, skin and bone. No meat what so ever. I called to inform the manger on duty, Amber, who told me that unfortunately these are the wings that they have, and she would "check" with the supplier. Out of the 55 dollars I spent, only the 10 dollar tip was worth the delivery. Very poor food quality, Domino's should be ashamed of serving this kind of food, disgusting.
