I wanted to thank the workers for making our shakes and sandwiches so well. It really hit the spot. We usually do drive thru and have not had any issues with our orders
this place was AMAZING great staff, amazing customer service all around. i would love to recognize some of the staff but never asked names. ;( they had amazing souls great hospitality and best sandwich i ever tried. will recommend to everyone !!!! and will came back every month (so i don’t gain weight).
Service here was super fast! This was my first time here and I was quite impressed. I ordered the Mediterranean sandwich and a shake and both were spot on. This place truly knows how to serve the customer rather than the business.
I love this place. I come here at least once a week. They have some healthy options if your looking for that. The suns are toasted and very fresh. The place gets crowded when it's cold out. The sugar cookies are some of the best you can get. They also have ice cream sandwiches which is 2 sugar cookies and ice cream in the middle. Mich better than anything you can get at an ice cream shop.
Great service and fantastic sandwiches. One of my go to spots in Kingwood for a good hot sandwich. There soups are good as well.
Absolutely love PotBelly! I had to wait a bit on my mac but the service and quality of their food made up for it! They're all hard at work making sure everyone has the best experience possible. 100% my favorite place to eat at, you guys rock! Thank you for the wonderful food and service! ❤
Ordered from Door Dash today and wanted to say the food was delicious. I ordered the Turkey Avacado with chips and a pickle. The pickle is HUGE. My kiddos loved the macaroni and cheese.
I have been going to memorial Hermann for two days going through treatments. My aunt and I came in this young lady by the name of Loren greeted us yesterday and she had numerous window customers although she was busy she apologized that they were short staffed but she was right with us. They took care of us with the same enthusiasm she gave her drive thru customers. The sandwiches were delicious made to order will helpful with my aunt that has dementia and she was fantastic! Today we came in again. The food is good made to order. They had a ful staff and Loren greeted us again. Food and atmosphere was nice and the staff and manager really helpful thanks for making us feel welcomed. And although I don’t live in town when I come to the doctor I will stop by and say hello. This was our first visit to a Potbelly and found the food good at the Kingwood location. The manager was training a new worker and seemed very cold to customers. As we left the evening shift made up of females were much warmer. We also liked the local history wall art. The one we liked the most is attached.

Food is great (hence 3 stars), but service is not very good or bare minimum at best. No one is ever very friendly, and Inhave never ordered online for pickup and had it ready at the time states for pickup. They normally dont start making the sandwich until I'm there to get it. Half the time I'm left standing at the front waiting to be acknowledged. I'd understand if it was a busy restaurant, but when its dinnertime and I'm the only one in there I expect my food to be ready on time.
Every time I go through the drive-thru, it never fails that I’m missing something I ordered. Every single time! They are always super nice and the food is great, so that’s why I go. I’ve noticed lately it is a little pricey though. I hate leaving reviews that aren’t excellent, but check your bag before you leave the drive-thru.
Sandwiches are not as well made as other locations. And it is the SLOWEST! And I say this as I am sitting and waiting at the window for over 10 minutes without anyone even looking at me. Been open for over a month and thought it would get faster and it has not. If you feel like waiting 20 min for 1 sandwich I would recommend location.
Sadly, Potbelly has failed to mantain the quantity/quality ratio. Fron brown avocado to almost not meat and not so fresh lettuce. No value fir my money. Not coming back!

I’ve loved Potbelly Sandwich Shop since the 90’s when I worked in Downtown Houston. So when they opened the location here in Kingwood less than a-mile from my house I was thrilled. Here’s my issue. I’ve visited this location at least 6 times since January and have yet to receive any perks. I pay through my app and I’m always told that the internet is down, or the rewards scanner isn’t working, or end up having to take my card out and pay. Today, I just left picking up a sandwich and when I asked about scanning my app, I was told it was already paid for and that my points should show later. I see no points still. Does anyway else have this issue? It’s very frustrating and disappointing not to received the rewards for being a loyal customer. I do want to say that my sandwiches are always delicious I just want my points (perks)
First time eating at potbelly, we had it delivered as it is time of covid, we wanted to try this place out and support local restaurants. the food was fantastic, the (ice cream shake) was very soupy like.(kinda melted.) but the real reason im giving this a 2 star is the delivery was horrid! i was waiting at the door, for our delivery an the lady came to the walk way and the whole order fell out onto my walkway. she quickly bent down picked it up and shoved it into the bag , then she saw me at the door waiting.. and said "Sorry". and walked away as fast as she could. i would call this place demanding atleast a partial refund but, again wanting to support places during this time. great food, horrid delivery!!
Never fails when I go to this location they are either out of the shakes or out of milk. Asked if they offered the eggnog shake and to my surprise they had it, however after I asked for 1 of those and one of the oreo shakes, they came back and said that they were out of the eggnog. I can go to any other location in Houston and they would have it no problem. The other thing that drives me insane is when they say they are out of milk, HEB is in the same parking lot.
Food is ok. Staff is aloof at best and down right rude other times. My last interaction in the drive thru was not worth the food or money spent. At this point, I'll take my business elsewhere.
Food is great and I’ll keep coming back but this is the second time in one week that I’ve ordered through the drive thru and found that none of my specifications were listened to on bread or toppings. :/ the staff is super friendly i just don’t understand why this has happened two timesssss
Don't bother ordering online or getting curbside. They take all window and indoor orders and leave the internet orders to sit. They don't answer their phone and if you go inside to pickup your order, they ignore you because they are so disorganized and don't have enough staff for rush hours. Sandwiches are great. Too bad they won't make it in Kingwood due to bad management.
My sandwich was boring. But most of all, I waited for the employee to finish his text (a long one I might add) before he took my order. After he made my sandwich and sent it into the toaster, he then proceeded to text again with his gloves on. Then, without changing gloves, came over to finish up my sandwich. 😷

Totally ruined my meal.

Im giving two stars for the two exceptional employees that helped me last night named Ethan and Evan. They were the only two employees when I came in last night. They were out of several ingredients but helped me order. I had to wait a bit but that’s not the employees fault because as I said there were only two employees in the whole shop. I come to this location often and there has been a drastic decline in service since the beginning of this year.
The only reason i gave 2 stars is because yall do have great food WHEN YOUR EMPLOYEES CAN GET THE ORDER RIGHT. Yall have some very rude employees who are ALWAYS prone to missing items on orders, especially items with add ons you pay extra for. I stopped coming here because aside from ONE TIME ive aleays had something wrong with my order and its getting ridiculous 😒. Do better.... or lose business 🤷 cause yall sure as hell have lost mine at this point. Yall cant have rude employees and managers while messing up customers orders..... and im not the only customer whos been complaining either. So potbellys please train your employees to handle orders with care to guarantee theyre made correctly and quit being so rude to customers when they call yall out for getting their order wrong in the first place.

What do I get? A plain and dry sandwich. The bag the sandwich came in this last time saying only Mayo and Mustard, and neither of those were actually on the sandwich. I will not be going back. To many chances and not once has my order been right.
I was on a way to an appointment for my baby and happened to be passing by, in a rush I went through the drive thru, when I went to pay all I had was a couple $100 bills and they said they would be unable to accept my $100 and only if I spent $50 would they be able to take it. I was them turned away after the employee talked with his manger about the situation asking if they could make an acceptation, I left the reatirant with no food and now running late to my appointment while waiting for the situation to be sorted out. Honestly so horrible to turn away a mom with a baby willing to pay for her food just because "we dont usually accept big bills" they could have easily made change( it was close to 2pm) just disappointed will not be going back!!!!!!

Food alone would be the reason I come back but that’s if I’m comfortable.

Went through the drive thru at 830 pm on a Friday evening. Drive thru not busy, lobby not busy - ordered 1 sandwich. I probably should have checked it before I left the drive thru window because I was never asked what toppings I wanted - as I have always been asked at every Potbelly I have ever been to. I told them anyway. The sandwich type and all toppings were wrong and it took a really long time to get the sandwich. Chick with the nose ring and/or the dude making the sandwich were completely incompetent.
10/5/2024 Ordered online for the drive through pickup. When I came to pick up, there were two people that I could see through the window, neither of them acknowledged me so I waited for a couple mins and still neither of them acknowledges me so I tooted my horn. The girl comes over opens the window with an attitude, doesn’t say a word just stares at me like how dare you go through the drive through at 7:45pm , so I tell her my name and that I have an online order she turns around and grabs my order and again without a single word hands it to me and closes the window.. ok.. rude but whatever.. so I get home and go to eat my meatball sandwich and realize it’s dry.., I ordered it the way out came in the menu but there was literally a drop of sauce and no cheese… wasted money, wasted gas, ruined dinner.
Business does not properly honor the khs mustang card. Employee was very sarcastic about not honoring the card as well. Would never go back.
Oh wow where do I start. Cold sandwiches are not worth 8 dollars that don't include drinks. 2nd of all EVERY single table in the restaurant was dirty. When we asked to clean the table, it took 5 minutes of standing and waiting for an employee to come out to clean the table. There was no one else in the restaurant, and they had over 5 employees. Usually, when you order baked potato soup, you're not eating the skin of the potato but I guess at potbelly that's what they mean when you order baked potato soup.
Just No. I took my mom and daughter here for mother's day. They weren't busy, yet we felt unwelcome. There was a vibe like we were bothering them. The only person who acknowledged us was the blonde girl cashier. Waited 10 minutes to order. The guy ignored us and never looked up, so we went to the cashier. That guy redirected us back to the other side. I told him we'd been standing there for 10 minutes already. We finally ordered our sandwiches. My daughter wanted soup and they ignored her. She started crying bc they were rude 😡🤬 I said something, and it was further ignored. The guy was standing right in front of us. Then my mom said, 'Hello?.. Excuse me? She wants soup.' I had to repeat the order and size three times. One cup of soup is not that difficult- stop getting high as a kite before work. We waited over 5 minutes for a cashier. He had the nerve to inform me of the option to tip. For what, treating my kid like a pushover, making her cry, and making us feel like a burden? 🤣 Bye. Also, BYOTP/BYOPT. The bathroom had no toilet paper, hand dryer, or Paper towels. This place is a dumpster fire of passive aggressive energy. Based off the other reviews, I'm not the only one who experienced that.
Wanted to try them for the first time, since I heard they had amazing sandwiches!!! Walked in, stood at the menu for a bit to decide what I wanted, went to the counter where sign states “order here” 3 people in the area: NOTHING; walked down a bit, had chips in hand, eye contact: NOTHING; looked over at register to what seems 2 workers & a lady selling signs conversation, eye contact: NOTHING!!! Counted how many people behind the counter: 7!!! Nothing, then 5 minutes later: “Have you been helped?!” Of course I stated: “I’ve been waiting, nobody even greeted me, explained you guys were busy & would be right with me, after I’ve made eye contact with 3 of y’all out of the 7!” She stated they were extremely busy: I’m the only one in line, drive thru is drive thru…but there’s 7 people working!!!! Walked out, highly upset!
I go there because my mom and sister enjoy their sandwiches but I just like the macaroni and cheese there which is still not good. But today I went there and asked for mac and they said ok when we ordered and when we pulled up to the window they said our Mac and cheese isn’t a “good tempurate” like wdym it’s not a good temperature and that was my only night to eat out and I didn’t and not going to lie the service sucks and the people serving are so unhappy and miserable and it’s not even like they have extraordinary Mac and cheese it’s watery and liquidy and just disgusting but if you go there get the sandwiches other than that just go to CFA or anywhere else
Both girls in the front had terrible customer service. My sandwich was made hot which was my fault for not telling them, but when I went up and decided to order a different sandwich the blonde girl in the front tells my fiancé “ you know she has to pay for that right “ in the rudest tone possible. Which we replied obviously we are going to pay for it. Then on top of that they served us two ICE COLD cups of chili. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Also didn’t seem like a manager was anywhere in site. We will NEVER be back. First and last terrible experience here.
Arrived on-site to order a meal on a Friday night. Upon entering the establishment, although there were several workers present, no one took the time to welcome me as a guest. While I took time out to carefully examine the menu, several of the workers noticed that I was there and none of them took the time to take my order although they looked at me. My best option at this stage was to leave and look somewhere else for a meal. Very, very poor customer service.
Total waste of time. Waited too long for only one person in front of me, only after trying for an half of an hour to order on life with no luck. Sandwich was okay at best but the staff for the most part were good but for a first visit, was not impressed. Thinking a box of Kraft Mac and cheese would be a better option
Placed an order through their website for delivery that never came. Gave them a call and they said I had to contact Doordash through a number on Doordash's (there was none), and I could only get a refund that way. I'm not trying to make a big deal out of this, I just canceled the transaction, but I feel like people should know just in case you wanna order things from the website.
Third time was not a charm for this location. Have them three chances to get an order right. All three times I’ve ordered from this location the have screwed something up. I let them know the first two times - and they didn’t bother to offer to make it right only a “sorry about that.” Jersey Mike’s just opened up across the parking lot so time for a change.

I got home after getting my sandwich, abt 10 minutes after it had come out of the oven, and I bit into it. It was cold. Potbelly sandwiches are meant to come toasted. This was supposed to be a "makeup" sandwich for the one I came in the other day and they forgot the mushrooms when I had paid for mushrooms, so I started calling. Called 7 times, only reason I had to call over and over was because the phone would time out the call at the restaurant. Didn't pick up once. Fine, maybe they’re busy, I’ll go up there and get this resolved. I go to the store with the half of the sandwich I didn't bite into because of sanitation concerns on my end. And I ask for the manager bc the employees aren't at fault if they just weren't trained properly. I hold it up in a ziplock bag, and go "I was here at 1:24, that was when I paid for my food, and I got home at 1:30. I bit into my sandwich and it was cold. Please fix it." The manager (her name is either Mikayla or Madison, she’s part of a twin pair that worked there when I was employed there) goes "well... we can remake half of it.." not even an apology. A proper apology with maybe an explanation (busy, possible new hires, etc) would've helped more than getting a replacement sandwich. So I drive home and get the other half of the sandwich. By the time I got back to the store, I have now wasted over an hour of my time trying to fix THEIR mistake because they should've done it right the first time. The manager's response was what really peeved me. Because she wasn't even on the line when I came in the first time. She was in the BACK, where one of the two phones are. And while I was waiting for my replacement, another customer came up to complain that they were given two avo turkeys instead of one chicken club and one avo turkey. At this point I'm considering calling corporate because when I worked at this exact store with this exact manager, she caused the same problems with her attitude. And I've seen her "keke"ing and then giving me side eye. I paid $21.62 and this is the treatment I get. I’m just angry atp

He told the girl he was here for a pickup order which he could see in was done and bagged up from where he was standing, the girl says “it will be over there in a minute” and continues working on the catering order instead of just handing him the bag. The drive through boy then later circles around and asks in a weird tone “um can I help you with something ???” He said yes…I’m here to pick up an order, and at that point they took the 5 seconds to hand him the bag that was behind the counter. Also we got 2 chicken bacon sandwiches and neither one had bacon.
My first time visiting Pot Belly. I ordered the chicken salad sandwich. It was very disappointing. It had no flavor. The portion size was very small. Felt like I was eating mainly bread. The service was okay. Mami wasn’t impressed.
Atmosphere is always depressing and empty when I go, and the other day they forgot to lock the door during their open and then got mad and yelled at me for walking in 30mins too early. Not my fault they didnt remember to lock the door. They could have just explained to me kindly that they were closed and forgot to lock it. Not going back, they wiped the stupid, whimsical, Avo-Turkey craving grin off my face. Ruined my day 😔

The girl comes over opens the window with an attitude, doesn’t say a word just stares at me like how dare you go through the drive through at 7:45pm , so I tell her my name and that I have an online order she turns around and grabs my order and again without a single word hands it to me and closes the window.. ok.. rude but whatever.. so I get home and go to eat my meatball sandwich and realize it’s dry.., I ordered it the way out came in the menu but there was literally a drop of sauce and no cheese… wasted money, wasted gas, ruined dinner.
I got home after getting my sandwich, abt 10 minutes after it had come out of the oven, and I bit into it. It was cold. Potbelly sandwiches are meant to come toasted. This was supposed to be a "makeup" sandwich for the one I came in the other day and they forgot the mushrooms when I had paid for mushrooms, so I started calling. Called 7 times, only reason I had to call over and over was because the phone would time out the call at the restaurant. Didn't pick up once. Fine, maybe they’re busy, I’ll go up there and get this resolved. I go to the store with the half of the sandwich I didn't bite into because of sanitation concerns on my end. And I ask for the manager bc the employees aren't at fault if they just weren't trained properly. I hold it up in a ziplock bag, and go "I was here at 1:24, that was when I paid for my food, and I got home at 1:30. I bit into my sandwich and it was cold. Please fix it." The manager (her name is either Mikayla or Madison, she’s part of a twin pair that worked there when I was employed there) goes "well... we can remake half of it.." not even an apology. A proper apology with maybe an explanation (busy, possible new hires, etc) would've helped more than getting a replacement sandwich. So I drive home and get the other half of the sandwich. By the time I got back to the store, I have now wasted over an hour of my time trying to fix THEIR mistake because they should've done it right the first time. The manager's response was what really peeved me. Because she wasn't even on the line when I came in the first time. She was in the BACK, where one of the two phones are. And while I was waiting for my replacement, another customer came up to complain that they were given two avo turkeys instead of one chicken club and one avo turkey. At this point I'm considering calling corporate because when I worked at this exact store with this exact manager, she caused the same problems with her attitude. And I've seen her "keke"ing and then giving me side eye. I paid $21.62 and this is the treatment I get. I’m just angry atp
Went through the drive thru at 830 pm on a Friday evening. Drive thru not busy, lobby not busy - ordered 1 sandwich. I probably should have checked it before I left the drive thru window because I was never asked what toppings I wanted - as I have always been asked at every Potbelly I have ever been to. I told them anyway. The sandwich type and all toppings were wrong and it took a really long time to get the sandwich. Chick with the nose ring and/or the dude making the sandwich were completely incompetent.
My first time visiting Pot Belly. I ordered the chicken salad sandwich. It was very disappointing. It had no flavor. The portion size was very small. Felt like I was eating mainly bread. The service was okay. Mami wasn’t impressed.
