Lovely place. Helpful staff. We sat outside. Gluten free options. The patisserie looked good and my friends enjoyed croissants with breakfast or cranberry salad respectively.

We ordered pancakes with ham, coffee and desserts. Pancakes are delicious, but the sauce to them is very salty. Coffee doesn't taste good. Some desserts are delicious, and some require more attention from confectioners.

The atmosphere and the service is great. They changed the recipe for the lemon tart. For sure it’s not as good. Why change something that is already good. It’s for sure not worth purchasing Again.

The person that took our order changed our type of quiche without informing us. They were out of the kind that we ordered. The drinks took a long time to come. And the staff would not clear our table as we watched other tables be cleared. Poor quality of service….No worry… we won’t be back.

We went in to have breakfast. I ordered American breakfast and my husband had fresh toast with bacon and scrambled eggs. To be honest, the scrambled eggs looked and tasted like from "Continental breakfast at the hotel." I thought the restaurant will have better scrambled eggs. The rest of the food was good, although scrambled eggs need improvement.

We waited 10 minutes for our murder to be taken, despite being the only customers in line for dine in, as well as 10 employees behind the counter. Paid at 6:10 and got our food at 6:40. We ordered 3 sandwiches. Not sure what took so long. When we asked the server that brought our food, she ignored us. Been awhile since we had been here, might be awhile before we come back.

This is a nice, quaint place where locals meet for coffee, breakfast or lunch. I have been here several times and always wonder WHY the employees feel the need to be so rude. It’s almost like you’re putting them out to place an order.

Stopped in for lunch with my daughter who is a foodie and was very disappointed. The dessert should have been the best part right but it was so hard I couldn’t even cut into it with my fork that does not seem normal. Now I’m not going to give it just one star because my daughter actually liked the food minus the dessert, I however, left hungry. The atmosphere was melancholy kind of bland kind of dark which I like but very plain and simple there was French music playing in the background of life. Will not be coming to this place again this is my third experience here and it’s just not for me.

La Madeleine has great food, but the service always falls short. The atmosphere is great, but expect slow service. If you visit late at night, just know that they don’t seem to put as much effort into the food. Besides everything else, it’s food and atmosphere is amazing.

Unfriendly customer service from start to finish. The cashier didn't know how to sub for egg whites. I stated that I wanted egg whites to two different people. When I got my plate, I was given regular scrambled eggs. My husband was almost done eating by the time my food was redone so mine was to go. I watched the worker slide everything off the plate into one big jumbled mess in a container. I wasn't offered anything while waiting and had just finished a work shift hungry. I left hangry and I have yet to return. I tried calling a manager and was not offered any help at the time.

It smells like a toilet as soon as you walk in, walked right back out. No one wants to eat in a restaurant that smells like a port a potty. Fix it. Everyone with me was like no let’s go somewhere else.

Me and my wife ordered dubai croissant thru phone the guy who took our ordered told us they only one left we ask them if they can make before we get there they said it will take like 15-30mins . When we got there they said another 30 mins then finally when we got our orders they gave us a different flavor.. they guy who took our order his name is kayden he is so impolite and lazy im sorry but im just so frustrated

Horrible! This place has really went down hill! It was our favorite place for Eggs Benedict now we drive 30 miles to get a better breakfast, much cleaner enviroment and better service.... P.S Check your coffee and water cups they tend to be dirty....gross 😖😖😖😖 08/2025 Update ! 9yrs later and this place still sucks , staff was rude , didn’t bother to understand my order when I clearly told her that it seem to be some miscommunication gave it a shot anyways . Customized my pasta to a chicken a la Madeline and sauce was watery with no flavor , I even asked for more sauce and the one giving to me on the side had more consistency looked like real sauce vs the one on my pasta . Spend $35 for nothing .
