While the sandwiches are a bit pricey, they more than make up for that with the flavour that they bring. The meal deals are by far the best value on the menu as, you get not only the sandwich (which alone might be 7-8 dollars) you get chips and your choice of sized drink along with it for 2 dollars more, all the sandwiches are made to order and always come out the window hot. And while it might take 5 minutes for your order to come through, it is well worth the wait as all the items take time to fully prepare to ensure everyone enjoys whatever they might get

I ordered 19 meals to go for our gymnasts at competition. Guda and his team were easy to work with. Good communication from them, the meals were exactly as ordered, ready when I requested and marked with names for easy distribution. The kids were happy and it was SO easy. This will be my go to place in that area. Thank you!!

Food is always good and made right. I like the pick 2 the most since you can get half a sandwich and half a pizza. The people that work here are super nice as well.

Store is in strip mall. No drive thru. Staff is friendly.

Bun was very crusty tasting, hard and crunchy. Other than that it was good. Service was fast and employees were very friendly. Store was neat and clean.

Nothing special, nothing awful- the sandwich is pretty good, & I always put some Louisiana hot sauce on mine for some extra punch, but their sides are nothing to rave about, & there isn't really any ambience.

Other than packing the gluten free sandwich in the same bag as the gluten sandwich, this location was very good. We gave them a heads up on proper packaging for the celiac group, but it's up to them to make the improvements.

This is a standard schlotzsky’s they make the sandwiches the way they should be made. The service is kind of not too friendly but it’s just a sandwich shop.

Food was good. Had to send initial sandwich back as it had a hair in it. They made another one.

Arrived at the store at 8:20PM and they had picked up the entire store and stated they could only make sandwiches. Their store closes at 9PM and they had their light off at 8:30PM service is crappy but the sandwiches are good.

Ok, this is a sandwich shop but still my expectations were high. I had a toasted cheese sandwich with bacon and avocado on a pretzel bun with a tomato dip and some broccoli cheddar soup. The sandwich was pretty good but the avocado did not stay on the sandwich. The soup was very salty and luke warm.

According to the employees, they are not allowed to make tea or cinnamon rolls after 7:30, a full hour before they close. They have also told us that we have to get our food to go after 8:00, which is still 30-minutes before they close. Due to poor management and customer service, we will be dining elsewhere for the foreseeable future, which is a shame.

This place had horrible service. I walked into get some cinnabon but found them to be hard, stale and old. Over heard them saying that they didn't want to make a fresh batch so they should just sell me the old ones that were around. Never going back.

All stores are independently owned so I will not say that we did not have good food at other locations. However, this place was ridiculously bad. I called my order in prior arriving less than 10 minutes later and the cashier had a hard time hearing me so he blamed me, even though there was a very noisy fan going right behind him and it was obviously the reason he couldn't hear anything. Then when we picked up our fairly expensive sandwiches and took them home, we were very disappointed to find that the bread was stale and tasted like yesterday's leftovers. The meat was not fresh. The lettuce was sloppy and wilted. My family and I could not finish our food. My advice: take a pass on this Schlotzshy's. Poorly run, poorly staffed and there was no sign of a manager at all on this Friday evening a time that should have been primed for banner business.

The service is poor and the employees act as though they are doing you a favor when they finally get around to taking the order. Have had to wait several minutes before anyone came to the counter and 10-15 minutes for 2 sandwiches which were then mediocre at best. Do not plan to go back.

The person preparing my Cinnabon, gave me the green wiener yesterday! I waited one hour for a old dry Cinnabon! I was so frustrated until I just walked away! I'm almost certain she oven cooked a bun that was previously cooked! Or kept it in the oven too long! Nevertheless, their experience with the way a Cinnabon should taste has got to be improved!!! ☆BAD FOOD PROCESSOR...

Skinny kid working the front register with blue nike shoes messed up my order because he had airpods in while working and couldn’t hear me properly.

Usually very good and quick, but said she has big order ahead of me. I've been waiting 30 minutes! Many people left.

Stopped by on my way home hoping to get dinner and a Cinnabun but walked right back out after seeing the Cinnabun rolls looking like they had been sitting in their box for AWHILE. Looked dry and hard. Very upsetting. 😭

Not happy with this location. They got my order wrong twice on the same sandwich & almost a third time. They don't have the bread & butter pickles, pickled onions, pickled banana peppers, pepper flakes or parmesan cheese packets. The guy who took my order was friendly but other than that, we won't be going back to this location.

We placed an order and waited for 20 minutes until finally having to ask what was going on. Turns out the cashier that took our order didn't tell anyone else about it and went to the bathroom, never to emerge. We had to ask for a refund, which we did receive. Not the best eating experience, which is too bad because I normally love this chain.

We reached the place at 8.05 pm. And the first thing the person told us was , we close in 24 minutes. We quickly ordered what we wanted but the pizza didn't have enough sauce and at 8.25 , while we were eating he reminded us again that if we need water or any drink, take it now as we close in 5 minutes. I think that was very rude. We did get out of that place by 8.30 and cleaned our tables too.

I highly UPSET AT THIS LOCATION! I spent $30 for 2 hard sandwiches because they decided to prepare our food with old bread. I will be calling corporate in the morning. I ate one bite so did my husband.

Really crazy. The sandwich tasted like a pickle. I couldn't eat the other half. I waited 5 years to eat a sandwich from yall and I can't believe I was so disappointed 😔 😞

When I arrived , I was told to call back in three minutes. I ordered from my car .I asked how I was to pay for it and was told “ you can come in to pay” so I place my order with someone who obviously hates her job. When they brought it to me I left for work. Get to work , and my chips were not in my bag. So I spent 15 plus four for a cinnamon roll and didn’t have my complete lunch. That irritates the hell out of me especially since I had a feeling it wouldn’t go well with the reception I received there. Hire people who want to work there . I make ten an hour so I spent two hours work at your store .I’ll never go back .

I had out of town guests that had never had Schlotzys so I called the store and asked them to remake order and I would pick up got to the store and the young guy at the register was super apologetic. Unfortunately the order was not 100% correct. I asked them to fix and the “owner” got up from his table to inquire. When he found out the issue he snarled and mumbled something then one of the sandwiches opened up in the bag. The owner tried to cover it up but the employee was determined to fix it for me. The owner obliged and took it to the back to “remake”, bro I know you just rewrapped it, it’s cool that one was mine and I’m easy going…… normally. The two sandwiches finally came back and were giving the bags. Never saw owner again. I was not looking for a discount or anything free but at the very least an acknowledgment from him. In the business for 27 years, this is what is wrong with most Franchises. Someone has money and they buy into a franchise sometimes with very little vetting and a huge lack of brand compliance. Your employees rock, you would do well to adopt some core values! I’ll drive to another shop next time, you don’t deserve my patronage!

Poorly made sandwiches.. barely any pesto, 1/2 one strip of bacon, and turkey meat. This location puts the bare minimum on the sandwich to save cost on goods and produce. The minibon is cold and not even fresh. DO NOT GO HERE!! Take your business somewhere else. We pay too much money for good service and for it to be poorly made is unexceptable. I know these establishments are individually owned and this location is poorly run. Gives Schlotzsky’s a bad name!

Manager denied me to purchase a fresh cinnamon roll if I didn’t purchase the one that was sitting in glass case first. I’d rather take my business elsewhere where customers money can be spent as they please.

Came in on 4/24/2024 purchased a salad and they have the worst customer experience service ever all the management team here could offer me was a cinnamon roll strawberries on my salad were not fresh gave me little chicken on my salad and I have a receipt to show for how much they ripped me off don’t ever go give your business to this establishment gunz I believe the name of the owner

When we arrived we saw only 3 in the display and you could tell by looking at them that they had been there all day. (Dried out). We asked the staff if they could make us fresh ones and after a moment of reluctance the young man said that they had more cinnamon rolls in their humidifier and asked if we wanted to take those instead. We asked how the quality of those were and he stated, "about the same as the ones on display". So of course we asked again that they make us fresh ones. The young man agreed to do so and said it would take 30 minutes. As the 3-4 male workers gathered in the kitchen area I could hear them talking about us, complaining that we has asked for fresh food. You could visually see that they were all upset with us. We decided to leave the store and informed them we would be back in 20-30 minutes to pick up the rolls. When we returned (within 30 minutes) the young man sarcastically asked " How do these look?", Better than the ones on display I responded. We took the box and headed home, noticing that the box was not really warm as one would expect for cinnamon rolls that were just taken out of the oven, and oddly enough the icing was not even melting which seems strange for freshly baked rolls. Anyways, when we arrived home and tried to eat the cinnamon rolls, not surprised but extremely disappointed, it was obvious that the 4 young men tried to pull a fast one and had given us the day old rolls that they had mentioned were in the humidifier. These rolls were not even edible, the were dried out and tough. SHAME ON YOU SHLOTZKY'S!!!! Do Better!!
