Staff is so friendly and the store is so clean. Received very warm cookies.

Came in for a delivery pickup and finally decided to try there cookies after coming in a few times. It smelled good the lady at the front was very nice and attentive. My first time trying and I can say delicious soft and warm😋 loved it n I will be back.

I accidentally doubled my order using the app. I called the store and Susan (? I hope I heard her name right!) was able to help resolve the situation for me. She was extremely kind and professional! The delivery guy was very polite as well, and the cookies? Warm and delicious as always. Thanks team!

This is literally the best customer service I have ever experienced!!! I purchased online and there was some confusion and they went above and beyond to make things right. I am blown away by the quality and by how nice this company is. What a treat this is! 10/10 recommend! And the cute bow is for sure a nice touch.

I just wanted to give a shoutout to TIFF’s customer service. I ordered cookies to be delivered and they were approximately delivered 25 mins past the end of the window I was given. No biggie because they called and let me know they were running behind. Not only did my cookies arrive fresh and warm but they also gave me ice cream and milk to go with it since they were running late. That’s definitely going above and beyond for your customer! We enjoyed it all!

My sister-in-law is the one who told me about this place and brought me some cookies! Let’s just say that ever since then I get cookies all the time now. All of their cookies are good but the peanut butter cookies are so amazing! Delivery is fast and cookies are still fresh, hot and soft when they arrive!

The snickerdoodle was underbaked and flat. The Dubai was tasty but had more gooey chocolate than pistachio paste. Tasted like rich plain chocolate to me. Chocolate chip were good as usual . I bought 3 dozen for the office.

These cookies are very good. I’m so glad cookie stores are becoming a thing. I only gave it 4 stars because the price is a little high and crumbl cookies are better. But these are good cookies and I’ve def been back more than twice.

But my main issue is if you order on door dash, Tiff's treats doesn't let you mix and match cookies.I ordered a dozen, and told I could only have 2 flavors.(6 one flavor, and 6 the other flavor) This cookies are expensive, therefore Tiffs treat needs to allow mixed order for a dozen of cookies. I was told it would slow Tiffs treats down, and allow room for error. Well Tiffs treats, train you employees properly, slow down, hire employees who can follow instruction...

The location in Atascocita closed, so I had to go to Kingwood. The staff was friendly enough, but parking was nonexistent. Curbside wasn't an option due to parking, so I finally found parking after circling for 15 mins. I doubt I'll return.

Bad packaging for door dash. Do not order. They don't secure the packaging your food arrives in. I ordered 2 pints of ice cream (what I really wanted) and half a dozen of cookies. I contacted my dasher immediately and they told me its not their responsibility to check the order. I attempted to call this store and an agent at a call center picked up. They were just reading from a script and had no clue or idea on how to offer any assistance or to take feedback for this glaring packaging issue.

Dishonest service at this location. I also added the assorted box just to be supportive of their Valentine’s Day special. After a few minutes of standing at the front counter, the employee returned with only one box of cookies. I asked if she heard my original request for 12 dozen chocolate chip cookies, and she said she would check. She came back a moment later and told me they were sold out. While I was waiting, I also overheard profanity being used in the back. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and I will not be returning to this location.

I went into Tiff Treats and the lady working at the front counter rolled her eyes when I said yes when she asked if i wanted my cookies warmed up. She was very rude.
