Basing my star review on the FOOD and not the service. The food was pretty good. It was my first time at Freddy’s and I thought the chocolate brownie delight was amazing!! It was so chocolaty and sweet. I enjoyed the chicken fingers and I absolutely love that their fries are SKINNY. When I mean skinny I mean SKINNY. They are super narrow almost like those mini potato fries that were sold in bags as snacks back in the 2000’s. I think it gives them a nice crunch. My sister in law thought that they “make it harder to eat quicker because you can’t shove as many in your mouth at once 😂” but I loved that it makes them nice and crunchy. I would come here again for the food. But as for the service… our order was messed up and when I let some women know she was super nasty and refused to correct the order and even tried to make me look for my receipt which was in the garbage. Thankfully someone else came over and was kind enough to fix the mistake. Thanks to the other women I decided to leave a good star rating.

Okay, second time at Freddy's. First time, I pulled the crispy edges off, but tonight I decided to eat the hamburger as designed. I had the bacon & cheese double steak burger. The bacon was a little under cooked, but overall a good combo. For desert, I opted for the mini turtle concrete, which was an excellent choice.

Was not impressed, food was cold after requested fresh and hot fries and onion rings 😓

I go to Freddy's maybe once or twice every couple months. Sometimes it's really great and the service is fantastic. Today was a different story. It sounded like the girl who took my order didn't want to be there. She also didn't read back my order to ensure accuracy, so my drink had ice when I asked for none, and was also a large when I didn't ask for one. The food was fine, but the service is 50/50 on if you get someone kind. Reading back your orders to customers can ensure your accuracy and customer satisfaction

This place just needs to admit they are broke. The portions get smaller and smaller on the fries. I get a combo with a large cheese fries, which is an upcharge, and I have less fries then my son who doesn’t have much for his medium combo. I’ve gone to say something before and they don’t understand. When this place first opened, they gave a whole basket of fries with cheese for a large fries and the burger was on a separate basket.

The food is always decent The service is not bad it's a very clean restaurant My main negative is the price. You can go to Chili's or sit down restaurant for about the same price as what you pay for a number one combo here. If you need quick fast food not bad place to eat but if you're not in a hurry go sit down and enjoy a dinner or lunch.

Tried this Freddy’s for the first time and was not impressed. Every Freddy’s I have been in was very clean and filled with the nicest staff. Not this one. Every table was dirty, the walls/railing were dirty, there was no sauce in the containers, the tea tray was overflowing, there were no napkins, floors were very grimy, and the staff was unpleasant. No one welcomed us into the store and didn’t even say anything when we approached to order. There was even one girl in the back leaning over the food prep area just talking about her weekend with another coworker. There were probably 10 people working/standing around so for the store to have zero maintenance and cleanliness was unacceptable. Might be time for new management.

I went here for Lunch not impressed. Only 1 couple was there a couple more came in after I received my food. The fries were like shoestrings Tiny. The burger wasn't very tasty . I asked questions about the menu, The girl at the register didn't know any answers. She got my order wrong. I didn't complain to them about it I was on a time limit. I did notice it was run by all kids which I think is ridiculous.

1st time visit, our order was wrong & had to be sent back. Some random hoodlum kids hanging out trying to sell candy. The whole restaurant needs to be shut down & cleaned from top to bottom, place is nasty.

We used to enjoy Freddy's. The service has steadily declined. Messed up orders, long wait times, sometimes both. I can count on something being wrong every time we go.

The fries were cold and I feel like the quality of the food has gone down they were out of buns. And it smells like sewage in the bathroom and when you walk out.

Service was fast and friendly. I'm not a fan of the size of their fries but they were cooked and seasoned well. There was mustard all over my burger and bag. The burger literally looks slapped together and is barely hanging on. It isn't a busy time of day so I'm not sure why presentation is so poor.
