This location is great. I usually don't review fast food joints but this particular location is always awesome. The food is fresh, the drive through is fast and the employees really seem happy and helpful.

I have lived in Kingwood for about a year now I come to Burger King quite frequently and there have been issues in the past now for about 2 weeks now there’s been this girl named kristen,every single time we’ve come in if there’s been a problem, no matter what she has tried her hardest to get it fixed today we came in their machine was down that’s OK. She tried her hardest to get that Coke machine up and running for my wife just for my wife and then after the Coke machine wouldn’t come up she went and made us two slushy to say I was sorry I want her promoted. I don’t care what I gotta do to do it promote that woman. Ms.Kristen little do u know how much that made my wifes week. Thank you.

Haven't eaten BK in years and the double meat Texas cheeseburger hit the spot and was the best BK burger I have ever eaten. Last I had eaten BK the many times before including other different locations, the bread/bun needed work (to be changed to something else). It is good now. Zero complaints today on my burger, fries and even fountain DP I had. Thoroughly enjoyed this whole meal.

I moved to the area a few months ago and stopped by this Burger King for lunch. I must say, I was blown away by the quality of the burger. Maybe because it’s a franchise location? Also the gentleman working the drive through window was extremely helpful when placing my order. I asked what burgers were included on the 2 for $6 deal. I wanted the whopper, which was not on the deal but he substituted them in for $8. Very helpful, fast service and quality food for a Burger King of all places. I will be back.

Fairly clean dining area. The playground is great for kids. There are also some outdoor tables that are nice. I usually take my food to the park down the street and eat there in the fresh air.

After the lunch rush (1:30 ish), place was empty, super clean (and I mean, ALL) tables, booths, countertops, fountain/beverage station and floors. Food was excellent BK fare for taste, temp and quality. Didn't have a need to use restroom services, but the remainder of the facility was great. The staff is still practicing all CDC COVID19 recommendations, while not MANDATING the mask rules for the customers who meet State of Texas guidelines for restaurant reopening. (e.g. vaccine, social distance, family/group size limits, et al). However, gone are the days of the '60s and burger, fries and a drink under a buck!

Fast food either you like it or you don't. The staff was polite but not very engaging. The restaurant was clean and so were the bathrooms

Everything was great. I don't know why more people don't eat here? Food was fresh and it was exactly the way we ordered it.

Walmart had a special so my wife and I tried this location. As many fast food places they had some people that didn’t show up for work. The priority seemed to be the drive through lane. Our order was done in the app as a pickup inside. My wife’s order was quick and I told her to go ahead and start eating while her food was hot. I sat on the bench and watched the cooking area make orders and set them out. I then saw my pickup order food slide down. No one was there to bag it and give it to me. Several drive through orders were done. Finally some walk in customers came in and gave a long order with changes. Then more walk in people came in. Finally the person that had come from the drive through for them grabbed my order and gave it to me. When I sat down my wife was done with her meal. She was glad that I had told her not to wait. In the end her order was good and she enjoyed her Jr. Wopper and the half fries and rings. While my cheeseburger was no longer hot, but just warm. Next time we come we will order and use the drive through to pickup our food. We may then take it in to eat as the restaurant was clean and well maintained. As I stated they were short staffed during this lunch rush time with several people using the drive through.

Burgers were great, fries were not good and tasteless. Restaurant needs a deep cleaning and staff need more customer service training.

I haven't been to Burger King in 15 years. On a whim, I thought I'd pull through the drive through and purchase a $14 paper sack full of disappointment. It was the same as I remembered. If I'm still around in another 15 years I may give it another try.

It's Burger King they have been around forever! Food tasted good and order was correct. The smell of their hamburgers is hard to beat!

Two Fridays in a row the drive-thru was not open the posted hours. We wanted food after working the high school football game, but no one answered the drive-thru speaker after 11pm. Posted hours show they are open until midnight.

We got the wrong order at burger king, and they forgot our straws for our drinks. Personally I dont like in person conformational type. I did not feel it warent going back trying to get a refund . CHECK YOUR ORDERS BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE DRIVE THROUGH.

Food is ok. Staff is generally rude and not very welcoming. Somehow, I feel like I am a burden on the staff when I am there. No hot coffee at 4pm on a day where it is 38° outside? I was told they are done making hot coffee for the day. Seems odd when the competition has is available all day.

Rusty water! This used to be one of the best Burger Kings around, now the staff is rude and barely speaks english. The food is not up to par and the bathroom is gross now. Good deals on food tho!

Sat in line for 20min with only 3 cars in line orederd number 1 with cheese and whopper Jr I received 2 whopper Jr so I tell them before I leave as I'm showing the guy he keeps telling me to show him so as I have the 2 whoppers Jr in my hand then I wait they give me my whopper with cheese then I start driving look down and I'm like my fries look small cause they are I ordered large so I go back they are looking at me with confused looks I asked nicely for a large fry and the manager comes over looks at recipe and says you need a onion fry ??? Like what so any five me large fry I leave then go to take a drink no straws so I go back in grab 2 straws without saying a word ..oh and look at the fresh lettuce they use in Pic I pulled couple pieces off like that STAY AWAY.....

Under staffed and they just give you what they want you to have BK yes but I specifically asked for what I want not the BK way my way sooo I can see what I'm eating. Staff just there especially dine in they had this woman working drive thru and dine causing her to ring me up for basic BK menu when I ordered what I specifically wanted and how I wanted charge or no charge that option wasn't given to me. The manager comes out of the back to assist stating I'm just helping her when I request my order be corrected as I ordered it like you're not suppose to be helping her she shouldn't even be running drive thru and dine in like she's human and only one person no wonder she just did my order like anything.

Asked to get a drink carrier at the window and the girl didn’t answer, just closed the window on me and walked away. When I asked the manager and told her what happened, she said nothing and walked away. Girl then walked back to the window with a carrier, because she apparently did hear my question, and started arguing. She acted like she didn’t here me and rolled her eyes. If anything, the manager should have corrected the issue instead of making it worse.

I was sick to my stomach within hours of eating. Originally bacon cheeseburger tasted fine. Fries were hot. I initially went for a T- mobile promo, which they did not honor. Won't be back.

Seems to be going downhill. This location is not great. We ordered cheese sticks and 2 meals. The cheese sticks tasted like they had been half cooked, then laid out on the counter for a long time. They were cold and not great. My burger was fine, but the onion rings tasted like the grease was old. My friend said her meal was bad. That the sandwich was not good. We decided we won't eat at this location again.

Use drive through or dine in. I’ve ordered online in advance of my visit, twice at this location and each time I’ve received my order after everyone that ordered in line and drive-thru already received their orders. And sadly, never an apology.

I went to this location with my children because we were in the area. The cashier wrong my order up wrong. When I reviewed my receipt and noticed the error I kindly asked the cashier to refund me my money. The cashier explained to me that they don't give refunds. That came as a total shock to me because anywhere you go and something is wrong especially when it's not on your behalf they give you your money back, that's just quality customer service. Apparently at this location they don't give refunds. So I asked to speak to the manager and the manager comes up and say the exact same thing and tries to get me to order more things in replace of the money. In fact the things that he was trying to give me wasn't even equivalent to the amount of money that was owed back to me. I went back and forth with this guy for a while before he decided to give me my money back. Then when he gave me my money back it still wasn't the right amount that he was supposed to give me back. The manager explained to me that his general store manager told him not to give refunds. Once he gave me the money back he then calls the manager over the store and explains the situation. I don't really know what was said over the phone but I did realize that the guy was not lying to me. So this took me by total surprise because in all the years I've been going to Burger King I've never had this issue before. So I called other Burger Kings to see if this was a restaurant United decision and it was not. Other Burger Kings give refunds in accordance to whoever messed up the order. So I was even more surprised. I'm like what's so different about this location that they don't give refunds, that's still not making any sense to me. I can't blame the workers because they're only following orders from their store manager. However, we will not be going back to this location because that is not quality customer service. If you cause a problem you should fix the problem not try to force someone to get something that they don't want all because you guys don't want to give a refund. On top of that the burgers, that we ordered they were nice they were fine they did it correctly, however the fries were old, cold and over salted but due to what I went through I did not go back to even get them to correct it. It's just too much. I was already reluctant to go to Burger King because I wanted to eat somewhere else but my children had such an awesome experience at the location in Danville Kentucky Burger King that they wanted to go back to Burger King. This is not my usual experience for Burger King so I just will not be going back to this location.

I went here about 4:30 pm.Took a lil while to get my food which I don't mind if its hot..Well I ordered onion rings .They were overcooked a couple were burnt like they reheated them and my burger was cold.. I was not happy so I left in a blue not happy crown...I will never go back there..They do have a nice indoor play area for the little ones..

This place is horrible. The service was trash. The aestics were lacking. The quality of the food left me feeling cancerous. And quite frankly, some of the employees looked like they need to be on the other side of Trump's wall. Wish I could give it less than 1 star.

Have been here multiple times and they never get the order right. This past time asked for a chicken sandwich meal and they gave me the dollar menu sandwich with nothing else. In the past it took me 5 minutes to order a kids meal, because the person taking orders couldn't understand english

Weird environment. I'm pretty sure their hand sanitizer was straight up vodka. Plus the food was cold. Staff was actually pretty rude when I tried to point out hand sanitizer they just laughed and said it was made by same company that makes vodka. I usually like Burger King. The lady working the register and taking our orders was very rude wanting us to understand her in Spanish and getting mad about it when I dont speak spanish. So if they don't know how to speak English then they shouldn't be working in the drive through.

Just stopped by one minute late for breakfast and asked if I could still order the manager very rudely said no. Then I heard people in the drive thru asking can I still order breakfast and her response was okay what would you like. Her name was Jessica they were very rude and not at all fair with how they treated a customer.

This Burger King location is a disaster. The food is always good and doesn’t have the standard Burger King flavor at all. If you want Burger King, go to the one in Humble don’t waist anytime coming to this location.

Food hasn’t changed in decades, but the staff was awful. Cashier insisted I was wrong twice, then walked off to find the manager, after she tried to charge me the meal price for a lone whopper Jr. She was so rude about it we won’t be back.

There was nobody at the counter to take orders.. the only person working is taking orders at the drive thru and he has to do both jobs .. Why would Burger King even open this place is beyond me.. The WORST place for drive thru service. I just left there, returning half of my order that was wrong. Manger offered to remake order but I declined. The cashier gave wrong change and was annoyed I mentioned it but then when I asked for my cup she threw it at me and kept calling me disgusting, the female mgr on duty did nothing. Awaiting a call back from Corporate and this person needs To be fired.

Here's the thing about this location. I live in Kingwood and I like BK. The problem with this location is that they are such low volume that they cut corners to try to make it up. Just yesterday they did it again. I went through the drive-in and when I got home I found that my large coke (2.59) was 3/4 filled with ice. If was just the first time this happened I wouldn't bother taking time for a BK review but with this particular location it happens every time. It's not that one kid got it wrong. It's obviously how they are instructed to fill the cup. I don't care about the silly 2.59 but I do care about being taken advantage. The McDonald's just around the corner doesn't play these games. I've been to both. Bottom line: that was the last time they'll ever see me again. Too bad.

Charged me for two meals when I only ordered one. Manager refused to give me a refund. And told me it was my problem and I needed to contact my bank. Emailed corporate they have no control of in store refunds. So I'm pretty much just have to deal with it and hope my bank refunds the money. I haven't had Burger King in years. But now after this experience I will never be back to another Burger King again.

Disgustingly bland food. I know sometimes people call food bland and it still has flavor, this i not one of those times. There is a good reason nobody comes here. It is so horrifically bland, that I actually just let bites fall out of my mouth and onto the wrapper I was eating above. The fries, despite having plenty of salt, were flavorless. Nothing has any taste. Even their condiments and veggies have less flavor than paper. What in the world are they using to make "food" over there!?

Immature drive-thru customer service representative kept laughing and cursing after every order placement. He kept being immature, laughing, and cursing. We decided to go elsewhere. I have given this establishment many tries, and its employees always screw it up.

My wife is vegan and likes the impossible whopper but we dread coming here now. Will likely make the drive to porter in the future.

You have one job. With drive through only, get the order right. If I say #1 no mayo or ketchup and add mustard that is what I want. I got a burger slathered with mayo, cheese added also. Walked in while the manager was saying bad words he noticed me walk in and he did not stop acting out. They were more focused on what the manager and his other coworker were talking about than asking me what I wanted to order. After he saw me standing he continued saying bad words and did not care if I got offended by it. For a second there I thought I was somewhere in a ghetto instead of Burger King. If I could give no stars I would, but unfortunately I only have the option to give one star.

I've never been so disrespected by a manager before, I understand his ethnicity makes him harsh considering he is from africa and he might get stressed out about why he cant understand our language but he shouldn't be so rude. He was even following and watching my daughters at the play ground, which made me feel very uncomfortable. I will not be eating at this location till they hire a less creepy manager.

I like burger king but the night shift messed up my order on multiple occasions, today I asked for my whopper plain with cheese 3 times, twice when I made the order at the drive through and once when i got to the window I asked them to check, so they said it wasn't and that they were going to remake it but when I got home it still wasn't plain. Very disappointed...

Just went through the drive thru and while the service was great my food was disgusting. The chicken fries were not crispy at all and very limp. The chicken patty on my chicken sandwich was mushy and not crispy at all. I'm not sure if it was undercooked or what.i was starving and this food is very unsatisfying. It was wiggly and mushy. Was in a hurry to get home so can't go back. Very dissatisfied with the food quality.

Nice food, but the experience was ruined for a few members of the crew, who cursed each other very loudly and were very uncomfortable. Not all the Hispanic crew is this disrespectful. I wish management supervised better this matter from now on.
