I went out of my way for this particular location due to their offered online specials. My order was carry out & the service was friendly yet professional. When I opened the pizza boxes I was thoroughly impressed like I’ve never been by a papa john’s before. The pizzas were pleasant to look at & the best I’ve had. I can’t praise this location enough.

Just walked out with the best looking pizza ever! After realizing I arrived at the wrong location the staff member there (wish I remembered his name!) Let me know what to do to cancel the other order, then place one with them. Super courteous, Super professional, super fast, and again pizza looks amazing! This is a stellar location. Now time to eat!

Martin was super sweet and kind the pizza was delicious as always The wings were on point and this was the first time I tried the garlic parm they were so good

This place is good, some would say their secret to success is a well kept secret but I’ve actually done some research and found out HOW they do what they do. I had to use my special intuition skills while watching the tv to figure it out. Basically through methods I learned while working for a secret pizza espionage organization I was able to get their secrets formula: It’s simple, but mind blowing. They use better ingredients, which apparently is how you get better pizza. I wish Papa John were around today so we could thank him. According to some history books I found outside a local pawn shop Papa John retired but he left the family business in the hands of a man named Son John, and a woman named Daughter John. There wasn’t enough information to figure out what their relationship is to Papa John and local authorities had no comment.

It's Papa John's. Pizza is quite good. Delivery is fast. Store is starting to show its age and feels like it needs a refresh, or at least a full detailed cleaning and some paint. If you have a problem, even a small one, they will listen and take care of it in.my experience.

Recently our church in Kingwood hosted a free pizza lunch for all Law Enforcement personnel in the area. We wanted them to have "the best" so contacted Papa John's in Kingwood. Dustin was the manager I worked with and he was so helpful and even gave us a significant discount. Thanks again, Dustin, for all your help in making this event successful!

Great, prompt pizza! Every time! We order online and receive the email that it will be delivered in 30-40 minutes or more at busy times, and they always get it to our door-step quick! They have only slightly messed up our order once in a whole bunch of times we've bought from them. Love this Papa Johns!

Second time having burned garlic knots. Pizza is amazing!

I go in, greeted from staff but took forever for the lady up front to help my order. I just wanted to pick up my food yo. Putting stickers on boxes can wait, I can’t have the food getting cold. It’s okay if it took ten or so seconds doing whatever your doing but no, this took awhile. Some other staff had to help instead. Food was okay. Just disappointed in waiting when I just want to pick up.

Your delivery driver does not need to park in the handicapped zone. Ever. I dont care how big the order is or how far away they have to park.

Someone explain to them what NO CONTACT delivery means!! Also read the instructions from the customer about No knocking and No ringing the doorbell, I have dogs they will most definitely let me know you’re here!! First time ordering from this location and will be the last , Papa John’s you never fail to dissatisfy!!

The worst service I ever had. Got a pizza 2 hours late and cold. When I complained they said will have the manager call us. He never did. We love the Papa johns pizza just this franchise is bad with bad management. I wish another papa johns would open up close to this one so we could get good papa johns pizza in Kingwood. This is the second time the pizza came cold and late.NEVER again will I order from this store.

Order never delivered. App and website stated it was. Waited on hold for 20 minutes. Called main papa johns number and waited on hold then was hung up on after 15 minutes. Tried 3 more times and with no answer or way to follow up on my order. I don't normally complain and I know mistakes happen but with no way to correct the issue and zero customer service im done with papa johns! Just ordered from another place and just hope to get my money back!

Order a philly cheese steak small pizza with no onions and no peppers the first one they delivered was covered in onions and peppers so I called and they kindly sent out another pizza toppings were correct but pizza was WAYYY under cooked refused a refund for 2 messed up pizzas and said they can only give me credit for there store which I informed them I would not be returning to. Save your self the trouble and order from a different store or pizza place.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is a joke and so is the so called manager. We ordered from Uber eats which was a mistake as well because we ordered at 8:45 and got it after 10 pm but as I told the manager or whoever answered, that’s not on them but the garlic knots were burned. Like almost black. And the guy had the nerve to say there is nothing he can do!

Just moved to the area and called for pizza delivery. Now we know this is not the place to call. I told her my exact address and cell phone number. After over an hour of waiting, I called back. I was again places on hold then told there was an "address mix-up". She told me I was mixed up with another person in there system with the same first name and the driver went to the wrong address and couIdn't call me because they had a wrong phone nunber. Sounds like bs. I gave her my exact address and phone.

Our pizzas were raw. Gross. And after spending $70 on 3 basic pizzas we shouldn’t have had to throw them away. Thanks.

Management here believes contactless delivery means not to contact the customer... Contactless delivery means no physical contact with the customer. Why would I not want to know my pizza has been dropped off as asked? The website even asks how you want to be notified.

Terrible service , food and management . I called Corp they said John York the manager would be I touch after 3 days he sent a crappy email still no response . The store wouldn't help me . Took 2 hours to deliver , cold Nasty burnt pizza and cinn rolls .im don't I will call Corp backhoe won't even respond or credit me .the commercials need to say this .tiffany wouldn't even get on the phone she spoke through harli that was on the phone

Called to order a pizza and woman couldn’t do anything I asked for. I wanted half meat lovers etc half cheese and twice couldn’t modify the order. Was on the phone for over 15 mins. Cancelled my order

Ordered a stuffed crust spinach alfredo pizza. Was super excited for it. Our order was delivered on time but my pizza was wrong. I received a thin crust pepperoni. I tried to call the store to resolve the issue but no one answered. Waited on the line for 20 min. Tried calling the customer service number only to be hung up on after 10 min. on hold. Finally my husband got ahold of someone on the customer service line, but they said nothing can be done tonight. That I'd have to wait 48hrs for a response to my complaint. My order was messed up tonight, my experience was ruined tonight. Why is it not being resolved tonight. Clearly customer service is not at the top of this companies priorities.

If I could give negative stars I would and here's why. For our elementary school's Christmas party we ordered over 100 pizzas a week prior to the party. They were guaranteed to be ready at 10:30 am the day of the party, which started at 10:45. When I and 3 other parents showed up to grab the pizzas and go, they hadn't even started on them. The first order of about 30 pizzas was done at 10:30. They then started the second order of 35 which took around 20 minutes to complete. The 3rd and 4th orders were cancelled due to them taking another estimated 50 minutes to complete according to the employee. Yes, they would complete the order, but AFTER the party was over. To add fuel to the fire, some of the employees from the back started chirping in with rude comments. Completely unprofessional and uncalled for. We had several hundred hungry kids at their Christmas parties waiting for pizza that were promised to be there and all these guys could do was avoid blame and be rude. Due to all of this, several parents including myself missed a majority of our kids' parties. That's something we can't get back. Luckily Domino's stepped in and filled the rest of the orders but it was too late. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM PAPA JOHN'S AGAIN AND URGE YOU TO DO THE SAME. A call has been placed to the district office and we are waiting to hear back. Will try and update when that happens.

Since moving to Kingwood I've tried like multiple times to give the Kingwood Papa John's a chance, but they just aren't good... every single time. I'm done. If I'm in the mood for pizza I'm taking my business elsewhere. For starters, the website wouldn't work for me so I needed to call to place my order. Then when I got my delivery, the driver didn't have the soda I had ordered. Then the pizza itself was just not good. Both pizzas I ordered had no sauce on them. One of the pizzas had no sauce in the middle and globs of sauce along the crust, and the second one had none at all. I ordered the jalapeno cheese bites and they were literally just that, a small bite. Not worth the money at all. For spending almost $60.00 on our meal, there wasn't a single food item that was redeeming. It's a shame because at one time Papa John's was our go-to pizza place. Not anymore. This location needs better pizza, butter management...train your employees how to make a proper pizza...with sauce! You can see in one of the pictures I lifted the cheese, minimal sauce. In the other picture where I took a bite, I lifted the cheese next to my bite... literally not a spec of sauce. We may as well had been eating cheesey bread.

Delivery is terrible. They send a bunch of pizzas out with one driver, so good luck if you are on the bottom of the list. Hope you like cold pizza. Even better, when you try to cancel after waiting 30 minutes from the time you receive a notice that your order is out for delivery, they will tell you that it take 3 days for the refund to hit your account. That’s a lie. No refund is coming. Heat up a frozen pizza instead. You will thank me later.

I don't even care about that stuff, what got them the 1 star review was both pizzas being very raw. Raw pizza dough is pretty sick anyways, but maybe a health hazard being undercooked? I'm not sure but I won't be ordering from here ever again.

After the hour mark, we called the store to check the order status and was told that the driver is around the corner. 10 minutes after that conversation, we called again to get a refund because the driver still hadn't shown. We were told to go ahead and accept the pizza but a refund would still need to be delivered. The driver didn't show up until 10 minutes later only to drop our cold pizza at the door and quickly walk off to his car. After opening the pizza it felt like it had been sitting out and was very cold.

The pizza was ordered at 10am and within like 5 minutes an alert was texted that our pizza was ready for pickup? Why and who would order 6+ pizzas for 10am? Why would you all even think letting our pizza sit for what would easily be over 2 hours by the time it's picked up and driven back to the office is ok?! We were told this is store policy by the employees who answered the phone so I would beware about ordering from this location. Order from here if you want to gamble on how long your pizza is left out. Also your "manager" Sharla needs to be fired, demoted, or retrained at a minimum, refusing to speak to anyone at our office over this issue but yelling at the employee speaking to us on the phone about how to respond is cowardly, and avoiding responsibility that her position entails. Feel bad for all the employees under this store and manager but would never recommend this location. Drive a bit further or find a new pizza joint to order from. 0/5 for this locations policies and poor management.

I ordered a pizza delivery tonight. I received a text notification the driver left the store at 6:02 with our order. We live about 10 minutes away from the store. I called at 6:40 and was told it was still on the way. Then the website said it was delivered at 6:40. I called back and was told that there was a mix up and our order was still sitting at the store. I asked if it was the same pizza that was sitting there since 6:02. The employee said it would be fresh and then hung up on me. It was delivered and everything was cold. Our order included a pizza and chicken. Since it’s not food safe if it’s been sitting out since 6:02, we can’t eat it.

On February 19, 29216 at 6:30 p.m. we placed an order online with this location for a Deep Dish pizza with BEEF, an order of Garlic bread and and order of cheesesticks. The email and text showed delivery "estimated" between 7:15 and 7:25. So, 45 to 50 minutes. A little extreme, for a Thursday night woth so major events or sports on. Keeping in mind I live exactly 9 minutes from their location. I called at 7:30 pm to check the delivery status. The person on the phone said that he pushed the order back and that the pizza would still be fresh. He said that the deivery driver would be there any minute. The delivery showed up 7 minutes later. It took them an hour and 15 minutes to deliver. After all of that, the pizza was wrong. They sent me pepperoni instead of beef. I called again. This time the same person apologized and said he would prioritize a remake and I would be thw forst delivery. After ANOTHER HOUR I called to see what was going on. Someone else answered and said it should be there any minute. It finally showed up. Luke warm! 2.5 hours tobget my pizza. No apology. They charged me $5.49 delivery fee on top of the cash tip I gave the forst delivery guy. Ridiculous!
