Miller's Ale House

I have eaten at millers, but in different locations. So I decided to treat my wife at this location since we were on vacation. The food as always was excellent, the place was clean, and I had the best waitress that anyone could ever ask for. Her name was Risa, she was full of spunk, energy, and was on top of whatever we needed.

We had great service and the food was soo delicious and fresh!

This is a very nice hidden gem! The food is very good. It taste very fresh. I went twice. The prices are also reasonable. I would also add that the staff were kind impatient. They assisted us with generosity and was able to consider our tab when I had some confusion. I liked that the food was a nice portion enough for me to say for later and even enough for children to split the appetizers I’d love to come back the next time I visit Kissimmee!

Everything was amazing, food, drinks, service. We like it a lot! Be careful with the ziosk device, if you play a game - you will be charged a fee. We objected because we didn't know about this and the app didn't notify us about the fee, so waitress was very kind and they removed it. We enjoy the place and will definitely come back next time.

We are from space Coast Florida. came to Orlando on a staycation. Came to Miller's for dinner. Great food. Great. Staff managers were exceptional. Had a medical issue managers did phenomenal attending to my needs. I want to thank everybody who was also helping me during my difficult time. Definitely will recommend and will be also back for dinner. Thank you everybody!

Dani is my new favorite bartender in Orlando period. She knows my taste preference as soon as I’m seated and give general indications. She’s on point and timely, and most of all a good friendly time. We come back for her!

For a Saturday night, the wait time was relatively short. The atmosphere was upbeat, as though the workers actually enjoy their jobs. Our waiter was professional, friendly, & attentive. Service was prompt. The utensils, & cups were spotless. The food was good & plentiful. I have no complaints about my experience.

Our server was Matthew. I appreciate him wishing me a happy birthday late last night. He was very respectful and didn’t want to interrupt our conversation with my girl. We had a great time. The service was outstanding and our server Daniella was very attentive and super nice. The food was excellent and Miller’s is always the best value if you are in the Orlando / Kissimmee area. If you are going to eat at a chain restaurant this one is obviously run well at all levels of management.

Stopped in at Miller’s Ale House after shopping at the Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores and it was exactly what we needed. The English Pub Fish & Chips were excellent, flaky white fish with a crisp, golden batter that wasn’t heavy or greasy. The fries were hot and well seasoned, and the tartar sauce and Cole slaw tied it all together perfectly. We also had a cup of chicken gumbo soup, rich flavor, and really thick. Jade took fantastic care of us. She was friendly, attentive, and efficient without hovering. The atmosphere was lively but still comfortable, and it was the perfect place to unwind after a long day at the outlets. Great portions, great flavor, and we would absolutely come back again.

Stopped in for an appetizer and a couple of drinks and had a good experience overall. We sat at the bar and ordered the loaded fries, which were really good, and had a few drinks each — all of them were solid. It took about 10 minutes to get noticed after sitting down, and someone who came in after us was helped first, but once we did get service it was fine, so no big complaint there. The bar wasn’t too crazy busy, which was nice, especially for a Friday night in Orlando. Good food, good drinks, and a chill atmosphere. Would definitely come back if we’re in the area again!

Last week, my experience at this restaurant wasn’t great — the burgers were overcooked and the fries were not good, which was disappointing. However, I decided to give it another chance today, and I’m really glad I did. The manager and the server Angeliq were extremely attentive, kind, and genuinely concerned about providing a great experience. Their professionalism and care completely changed my impression. Today’s visit was excellent, and it’s clear that they truly value their customers and feedback. Because of the outstanding service and the improved experience, I’ve updated my review to 5 stars. I really appreciate how they handled the situation and made things right.

Great service and a great meal. Got the fish sandwich (good, not great) with fries (some of my favorite), partner got the Cobb salad (it’s huge). Finished with Captain Jack (to die for if you like chocolate and or ice cream cake).

Kevin P did a phenomenal job. A member of our party had a dairy allergy and he was very attentive to checking ingredients from the kitchen. He also consistently checked on our table if we needed anything.

Monday, Tuesday special full rack of baby back ribs for $16 Best ribs I've had any place. Also excellent lightly breaded shrimp 30 some piece. Good pricing. Very good service.

Ordered a ribeye medium well. Steak came out I could tell it wasn’t done.I cut into it blood came gushing out this steak was raw. Had to send it back. They cooked it some more and it was better but it was a tad crunchy on the outside. Turn the grill down and learn to flip the steak cook them how the customer wants it cooked.

She brushes me off and someone else came and I proposed the same question - no answer. We were then seated 10 minutes later. Shortly after the polite waitress took our drink orders, Shawn, who claimed he was the manager came over and asked what the problem was. I explained the issue but promptly said that it was solved, we were seated and it was "all good". He responded with I won't tolerate people being rude to my staff. I was NOT rude but simply asked a question twice to which a response was not provided, however Shawn, on his power trip decided to step in and accuse me if being rude. Customer service is a lost art and individuals such as Shawn should be thankful people still decide to visit the establishment he "runs" and I use that term loosely. Shawn, consider enrolling yourself in a masterclass in client care and or customer service. It is a good thing youre not the franchise owner as with you at the helm, it wouldn't last too long.

The restaurant was clean and welcoming, and the decor added to the overall cultural atmosphere. It provides a distinctive dining experience in a one-of-a-kind setting thanks to the spacious dining area.

The burgers with fries were enjoyed by the 3 who got them. The prime rib was delicious but only came with mashed potatoes no veg which was surprising. My fish was not a good quality fish in my opinion and the tarter sauce tasted off. You did get lots of fish. I doubt we will go again.

Read alot of great reviews about this restaurant. Our first visit was disappointed with the service and food. After placing order it was 45-minute to an hour wait to get served. I ordered the philly cheese and the bread was warm but I couldn't tell what kind of meat it was. We ordered the fish and chips and the fish was fishy tasting. The noise level was very high. Won't be back.

It's actually wild that they have a giant sign asking for reviews when they're so subpar. I have been going to Ale House in central Florida for 30+ years. This one has just some of the worst service I've had. The food quality is hit or miss. Sometimes, it's great and what I expect from Ale house... but sometimes, I tell myself that I should remember to just stick to the other ones. Hunters creek is always 5 Stars. The one in West Kissimmee: chef's kiss! But this particular one is one I would say to avoid. Today, though, they really made me upset, and so I'm following the sign and leaving a review. I should have realized when I walked into an empty looking restaurant and the host was annoyed and just pointed to stand there and wait. The server didn't seem to have care much. Just strolling around like it's not a lunch hour during the week. I wasn't expecting fast food, but I shouldn't be in the building for 20 minutes before getting to give my order.

Our server was very nice and sweet. The food was good as always. We went on Sunday to watch the Atlanta Falcons. The restaurant has Sunday ticket. The server even asked what game we came in to watch. We arrived 30 minutes before the game and ordered beer and food. When the game was supposed to start it didn’t come on. We asked to have it changed to the game. It never did. The server came to check on us a few minutes later and we asked again. The manager came back saying they don’t get the game, even though they have Sunday ticket…. so we didn’t argue and asked for to go boxes so we could go elsewhere to watch it. We barely touched our food and they didn’t offer a refund at all. Will not go back. This is not our server’s fault. I think the manager needs to learn how to operate Sunday Ticket and also needs to learn when to offer a refund in the event that they actually couldnt get the game.

Please do not waste your money going here. I used to work here, and 90% of the meals. Are microwaved. You are spending $15+ on microwaved food. Management at this property has zero respect for customers nor even their employees. Any veggie you buy, is microwaved. Any chips and dip, was made days ago. Don’t waste your time. Please, you are better off making your own food. Staff was always nice, other than the management. Very demeaning. Also cherry on top, every ale house has roaches. Just don’t waste your time
