First time coming to this Hawaiian bros, it was Really delicious, i absolutely loved the flavor and the dole soft serve was perfect after that meal! The staff was very kind, Evan who helped us out went above and beyond with our food in getting us exactly what we needed while still training a new employee, who also was very kind to us! Definitely need to go again and i highly recommend if ur wanting a quick bite and yummy food!

I've been going to Hawaiian Bros probably about once every 1-2 months for at least 3 years. This restaurant is managed well and I consistently have a great experience. Brenda helped me yesterday to order as I had a complicated order with gift cards. She was extremely helpful making sure that my order was accurate and taking the time to process multiple gift cards and a credit card that I had. I had the meal at home and it was tasty, fresh, and delicious.

My 2 children, grandfather, and I had a laid back and relaxing dinner at Hawaiian Bros this evening. As i was chewing the mouth watering-savory teriyaki flavored chicken with the most perfectly moist rice, i admired the large "ALOHA" light up sign on the windows. The sunset (golden hour) along with the warm letters of the sign, made the vibe just so comforting. The staff that was on shift were sooooo sweet. Jaz was extremely welcoming from the second we walked in to the moment we rolled ourselves out, stuffed from the delicious food!!! She even asked to hold off until the kids were finished eating for the frozen yogurt we ordered at the beginning. From the service, atmosphere, food... its all around my favorite go-to happy place ❤️

Went to Hawaiian Bros for an early lunch to start off my day right, fuel me for whatever adventure i will embark on. Went through the drive thru and ordered my usual, Honolulu and Molokai Combination Classic Plate with Veggies. They forgot my Veggies on this time round, all good, still very delicious and very quick out of the drive thru! Also they always serve up the freshest food with the best pineapple!

I simply LOVE this chain. So whenever I am in Texas, this is my go-to lunch spot. The food is great. Better than Panda Express which has similar food. I grew up in Hawaii, and they nailed the Hawaiian plate lunch. I wish you had locations in my state.

Island bros was nice and clean! We were greeted with a friendly worker who helped explain the ordering system. (It's done on a tablet, self serve tablet). The menu is super easy to understand and place orders with. Prices of the meals were also very reasonable. Portions were descent size as well. Of course not Hawaiian sized portions, but still pretty good. The flavors were pretty yummy. Probably as close as you can get to Hawaiian style (aside from L&L, when it comes to chain style resturaunts) I'd say the only thing that seemed a little different and slightly off was the Mac salad. Alhoa heaven in Kyle! High quality fast food, I sampled several of the flavorful chicken options Hula Hula and slightly tangy Molokai, mild sweet flavors and excellent sides, the sushi style rice was amazing and the macaroni salad very good. I want to go back to try the spam sushi.

Our first time trying their food, we both loved the Huli Huli teriyaki plates. Wish we would have said yes to the pineapple option when ordering cause it would have made it even better. They even gave our dog Oliver a treat for being such a handsome boy. Would recommend for anyone wanting something different but delicious. Will be returning to try other options.

I had such a great experience at Hawaiian Bros Island Grill in Kyle/Buda! The staff was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain the different styles of chicken so I could choose the right one. Ordering at the kiosk was simple and smooth, and my food was ready surprisingly fast. I ended up getting one of the spicy options, and it was absolutely worth it. It wasn’t overwhelmingly spicy — just enough kick to enhance the flavor without overpowering the dish. The rice was perfectly cooked and flavorful. I swapped one side for fresh pineapple, and it was sweet, juicy, and refreshing. I also got my daughter the Spam musubi. We lived in Hawaii for about 11 years, so we know authentic island flavors — and she said it was the best Spam musubi she’s had in a long time. This is the first time I went to a Hawaiian restaurant and the food was SOOOO good! We got the Kilauea and Honolulu chicken with macaroni salad. They were both really good, but If you’re a spicy lover you have to get thr Kilauea chicken, it has a nice kick to it. The service was amazing and people were so nice.

Gabby was the young lady that took care of me this evening. She greeted me with enthusiasm and asked if I’d been here before which I had not. She asked me what kind of flavor I was looking to get and she really knew the menu. I absolutely loved the fact I could make substitutions and I chose fresh pineapple and rice to go with my meal. Originally it was served with green onions and I’m allergic so she sent it back to the kitchen and she offered me a sample of the dole serve. I told her to just surprise me on the flavor and she brought me the pineapple one. I live down In San Antonio and although it is roughly a 2-3hr drive, this place is well worth it. The atmosphere is bright and welcoming, the staff are kind and friendly as well as knowledgeable, and it is very clean! Thanks for bringing a bit of the island to the main land guys!!!

First time trying out this place. I did love their melon drink. Their menu is small and mainly consists of chicken. There is a Spam roll that I did try and is not bad. I did enjoy the spiciness of the Kilauea Chicken plate. I do want to go back and taste the Luau Pig plate.

We got the spam sushi, luau pig plate and molokai chicken. Both plates were very yummy and plenty of food. The pork had a lot fat juices that soaked the rice and just made the rice rather fat tasting. The molokai chicken was where it was at very tasty and had a nice smokey flavor to it.

That being said, the Spam Musubi isn’t what I’m used to (I’m from Hawaii). I’ve ordered it 5 times now, and it’s just not prepared properly. The one I received tonight was the worst. I won’t order it again but will continue to order some of the main entrees.

This place is located right off of I-35 North. First off, very friendly and efficient service. You have the option to dine in or order from the drive tru. The place inside is clean and spacious. They have many kiosks, so you can order there or with a cashier. The food is good and the service is speedy. I wish they had chicken Katsu California style. Overall great experience and I would recommend this restaurant. There are also other restaurants in the same shopping center.

My son and I have passed by this place multiple times and finally decided to try it. We were on our way home so we went thru the drive thru. We informed the young lady who was taking our order that it was our first time trying this spot and she was very sweet and very patient with us. The food was very tasty. I think we had more than enough rice as we had a big scoop on the side and rice under the chicken. We will definitely be back to try other things on the menu. You should absolutely try it if you're in the area.

i had high hopes coming to try hawaiian bros and for the most part i really enjoyed it! the food was fresh and tasty, but the main complaint we had was the meat felt overly salty. i would certainly give it another go because it was still good and hopefully it wouldn’t be an issue next time.

I am usually pretty happy with Hawaiian Bros because I feel like their servings are decent for their price. However, I went by today and got a Classic plate, which is $11, and was disappointed in the amount of chicken for a Classic plate.

TLDR Dont get the add meat option not worth it, eat inside for a better experience. My biggest issue is consistency here the food is usually very good and the service is mostly good I've had one experience that left a sour taste with service but I understand usually use the app to place my order ahead of time to pick for work they are really fast on getting food out which is great when I'm running late and need something fast the very first time I visited the store I sat inside the building which is beautiful I love the atmosphere and thier soda fountain has most of my favorite sodas the issues come from pick up perhaps due to the fast production time quality is sacrificed the meat quality seems to be a bit more skimpy it feels like most of the time you'll get the tiny left over shreds I've started ordering the add meat option to help with the issue but then the add meat option ends up being only the bits 😅 perhaps food cost may be too high. Fast service, convenient self-order kiosks, food tasted fresh although the portion sizes were smaller than expected based on the pictures shown on the ordering screen. I'd recommend getting the "Regular" size if you are really hungry, the small is like a nice snack. I'd still return for another visit if/when I'm in the area.

Hawaiian music. yay. Kiosk ordering - really? The girl there said she could take our order, but that the kiosks had more options. Perhaps, but not easy to figure it out. Ended up with 3 waters, even though purchase summary said 2. She refunded one for us, which as nice. I get that some people really like this place, but it was just average.

Upon entering, there was no greeting from the staff. When I approached the counter, the customer service rep just looked at me, still no hello. The restaurant itself was messy, with trash on the floor, and I even had to clean my own seat before sitting down. The food is what drew me in. The name Hawaiian Bros made me hope for authentic Hawaiian flavors, especially since I was in the mood for true Hawaiian food. However, if you’ve been to Hawaii or had traditional Hawaiian dishes, you’d know this is definitely inspired by Hawaiian cuisine not close to the real thing. I was pretty disappointed. The macaroni salad (pictured) told me immediately it wasn’t authentic. The Spam in the musubi another Hawaiian staple was also not great.

Really like this Hawaiian bros in the past but today's experience was not that, Got the kilauea chicken, Chicken was dry and bland, Mac was just full of like grease and mac had different noodles than it used to be. Definitely won't go back after this.

Most of the time this place is solid choice, so I didn’t think I had to check my bag. My home is 2 hours from this location and they didn’t put my $3.50 side of pineapple in the bag and literally gave me 2 slivers of pineapple in my meal that costs an extra $1 as a substitute. How hard is it to put 5 items in a bag?!?

The meat portions are too small, If I wanted to pay $13 for mostly rice I would’ve went to heb and bought rice. The small plate was $9 and has hardly any meat!! I am very disappointed and will not be coming again.

I stepped here for the pacific island salad on my way to work. When I got to work I couldn’t eat it because the lettuce was all brown, the mushrooms were bruised and dry, and the orange slices were dry as well. I called and they did refund me for the salad. They also told me I need to bring them the salad back and they would replace it. 8 hours later I brought them the salad, assuming they needed proof that I wasn’t lying about receiving a 4 day old salad. My replacement salad has mushrooms covered in dirt and more old lettuce. I used to love coming here for the salad because they were always so fresh. Don’t think I will be able to visit again going forward.

2 employees (1 was a manager) came up to my table a few mins ago as I was eating with my friend and started berating me about paying $2 because I tried a sip of their stale (& watered down) soda & didn't want any. It was so uncomfortable & I immediately regretted spending my money here at all. They said "if you're too broke to eat out then don't eat out," and "its just $2, you don't have that??," lack of professionalism goes crazyyy. I'm grateful to not have to work a customer service job anymore, but WOW was I shocked with how bad service has gotten. Maybe don't work fast food if you're that miserable? Idk man, if I could rate zero stars just for this, I would. P.S. the serving sizes for the actual plates were super small (think 1/3 of what panda gives you), rice was bland, pasta was WAY overcooked (& also bland), & the vegetables that were mixed in with the meat were hard & cold. Wouldn't had cared or taken the time to write a review about it, had the service been good.

Service was very disappointing. I asked for 10 sriracha packets and was told I could only have 6, with no clear reason. When I asked why, the employee simply said he wasn’t going to give me 10. I even offered to pay for the remaining packets, and he still refused. I enjoy my food spicy, and the interaction felt unnecessary and unhelpful. Overall, the customer service was poor.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Ordered online ahead of time to be quick. Waited 10 minutes to talk to someone in drive thru. Was told that my order would be up next but to go ahead and park by the walk way and someone would bring me my order… After over 10 minutes AND the 6th car that ordered at the window when they got there, got their food and left… NO ONE EVER CAME OUT TO GIVE ME MY FOOD. I had to get out my self and get my food. WHATS THE POINT IN ORDERING A HEAD OF TIME??
