Love my ultimate cheese burger miss the bacon potato wedges... wish they bring them back! I think the prices need to come down a bit though...
Normally they're pretty fast here. There have been a couple of one offs. Orders have always been accurate.
What can I say it is Jack!! The food was made fresh and hot. Had the tacos meal and can never go wrong with it. Service was great lady was very friendly.
Great lunch today! Sydnee greeted me with a smile and was very friendly 😊 Everyone in the kitchen preparing or handing out food were wearing masks and keeping their areas clean as well. I'll be visiting again soon!
I go through the drive thru. I work overnights and I get off at 5am. They are always friendly and nice.
This one in Kyle was very clean when we came in. The manager kept everyone busy and kept herself active as well. I always like to see that in a manager! The food was alright, as one might expect from a Jack in the Box. Wouldn't go without a coupon though.

I ordered the loaded mini tacos with a drink, i didn't realize I was short to pay for the drink, the gentleman at the pay window was very kind and awesome he offered me the drink and was very well mannered and polite as kind! Thank you for the great people skills and your kindness!.
It was actually good. I don't eat JnTB. But the breakfast croissant was good. I asked for grape jelly lathered it on AND... I didn't eat the whole thing, and was satisfied. I went drive up.

Had a great experience today. My day was hectic. On my way to see my new grand baby. Stopped to get a bite to eat for mommy. In the rush. I forgot my debit card. I wasn't able to get out of drive through line. Explained my dilemma to the manager. He quickly attended to the issue and paid for my order himself! I sendall my thanks and appreciation. It made my day!
Billy is the real MVP! The absolute best customer service. Started my morning on a positive! Thank you Billy Great job tonight! You guys were busy, but the line moved quickly and my mom got her loaded tacos! The girl taking the others has excellent customer service!
Just went through the drive-thru and bought 4 Monster Tacos. I asked for extra hot sauce. Our tacos were good and they even threw in the extra hot sauce I wanted. It was about 4:00 pm when I went through. Very little wait and the employees were very friendly and kind. Btw, I am SO glad the super (or monster) tacos are back! They've ALWAYS been my fav since years and years ago.
Went to Whataburger at midnight a roast the street sat in line for about twenty minutes. Cause they were having a semi delivery blocking off the drive thru. On a freaking Friday night,Of all nights, especially when they were having a rush. These employees almost every time forget to put cheese in the burgers. Midway, I said screw it. Went to.Jack N the Crack. Sat in line for about one minute they took my order. Wham bam I was munching down a really tasty ultimate cheeseburger. They forgot my curly fries gave me regular though but hey I barely eat fries anymore and focused on the burger. Service was fast. And despite the fact getting reg fries to curly fries . They were on point for a first in a while.
I am 50 years old and this is the first Jack in the Box I've been to that I really enjoyed. I ordered the BLT combo and to my surprise opened the sandwich box and the burger looked just like the picture. The veggies and bun were fresh . I couldn't put the sandwich down after the first bite. This night crew was very polite and I hope they keep up the great service because I will keep coming back. Congrats to the chef behind the scenes. I live in Manor and will happily drive out here to Kyle to this Jack in the Box again.
I had an early morning supreme Crescent. I love them but they are pricey. I guess I just remember the old days. It was made very well and quickly after my order. Have to wear a face mask at the drive thru window which was a bit strange.😊

This is the best Jack in the Box and that's saying something cuz Kyle in general has trouble finding good help. This place always exceeds my expectations = it's great!!! Employees are helpful and the food is always delicious and given to me exactly as I have special ordered it. Thanks for caring about the customer and their needs. Kudos to Jackie at the drive up.
Everything was great! From the second you pull up to place your order,your greeted with a huge smile, and a guy you know loves and takes pride in his job. Few and far between now a days. The food looked like he picked it right out of a magazine and tasted so fresh n yummy..what a pleasant experience! I still cant believe how wonderful it was!
I have to say I’m so impressed with my experience at this jack in box. The overnight crew they had tonight was great! The food was fresh and made to order and the guy who took my order was so kind a personable. The staff looked like they were very happy and productive! These boys on the night crew need a raise! The crew who served families on Christmas Day, you are all amazing! As a family of 7 - we understand how difficult it can be to take orders (especially if 3/7 have worked in service industry), so we try to organize our family as well as we can for the service workers. The crew working the during 1pm(ish) - you’ve excelled!! I’m not sure the age range of the employees during this time, but they did amazing. No pressure even though the line was around the road! (On Christmas Day!!!) You are ALL appreciated. If there is any management or anyone who can produce some sort of recognition, please recognize these individuals. Happy holidays.

Visited Jack in the box at 2 in the morning last night and recieved great service from a girl named Adrianna! I could’ve sworn she was doing ten things at once, taking orders, making and packaging food, and still delivering a great attitude to her customers at the window! I always go to Jack in the box for the tiny tacos but expect another visit from me because of that young girl that works so hard!
I don’t usually eat Jack-in-the-Box, but I came reluctantly because it was convenient because I’m working down the street. Let me tell you my burger was hot delicious, the onion rings were fresh hot and crispy,I think the best I’ve ever had. Staff Was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend eating here. I will definitely be back when I’m in the area.
I think the lobby air conditioner must've been out because it was pretty warm the day we visited recently. Other than that the team is great and facility clean!!

They actually have a very good customer service and while they may get busy from time to time at the drive through; they still are faster than other places I've been to lately. They are still closed for dine-in or in-store ordering but still have had a good experience last couple of times I've been! Good job!
Olga, needs to understand in English and Espanol que when someone says " just the sandwich" and she charges 16.00 she will be corrected in English and Spanish, and learn not to pop an attitude because she simply can't comprehend "just the sandwich" in English and Spanish. Olga I did talk to you in both languages and you shouldn't have popped that attitude ma'am, be glad I was nice this morning 😁
Wow this location is super slow! With no one in drive-thru line, it took us well over 10 minutes to get our order. Food is never bad but heck, some tacos and egg rolls don't take that long to fry up.
Staff and food are usually good however the last time I went in there was no one visible and I waited for approximately a minute and still did not see anyone. I did not call out as I did not feel I should have to. The other reason for the loss of another star is on cold days it is usually too cold to eat inside almost as if the AC is on instead of the heat.
When my husband and I first moved to Kyle, we were so excited to have a Jack in the Box with an A rating so close to home. Unfortunately, we feel that the service has been declining. Today, after a while of not going, we decided to give it another chance and they did not have curly fries.
Food was as expected, the special Coke machine was out of lots of options and the cashier had to refill the ice before we could get our drinks. The worst was the profanity that I listened to as I ate my lunch. I understand finding help is hard right now but I’m so glad no small children were in the restaurant at the time
This place thoroughly has me split as I usually go here on late night shift lunch breaks at 1-3 am. Doing the day I'm sure their staff is fine and outstanding, during the night however depending on who you get the drive thru operator may not speak more than the menu in English and that's not an exaggeration. There are multiple instances where I've driven off and gone to whataburger instead despite their hep C outbreak. During the day when I've gone this all however hasn't been an issue.
Tacos were better than most of the times I've eaten at Jack in the box. My chocolate shake was good but could have been a little more chocolatie! Good for a quick snack. Wait staff fast and friendly.
Ordered tacos traveling from Austin to SA. Didn't have dinner, so I thought this would be quick. Tacos tasted like they were made earlier in the day. Couldn't even finish. Threw out. Oh well, should of known better.
Ordered onion rings and received french fries 🍟. Found out when I got home. The cheese burger was good but the fries were cold. It is very dark and a little scary, especially going through the drive through. More lighting is needed. When I was younger, this was my go to drive through and the food was always hot.
The cashier was very slow. I ordered tacos. She didn't tell me they were out of lettuce. Had to get a refund. Order a Jack Jr. Sub it with secret sauce. I got plain. TheZazay messed up on my boyfriend's too. Bad attitudes. This time around it was a younger kid. He was very professional and friendly and courteous.
Jack in the box food is standard at any location you visit. At this location for some reason when you pull up to the drive thru they just don't greet you and every time I've gone it's the same experience that i have to say "hello!". Even then still delayed response. The staff seems stressed and i can't shake the feel that they are all unhappy and something is just off. So the customer service I'd experience at any other average fast food place is just not there.
Small girl at the drive thru couldn't care less about you or your order. She was too busy texting at the window. Poor customer service and poor experience. At least the food was correct, I guess.. Nice things don't exist anymore.
This location is hit or miss. We stopped by for an order of egg rolls today. The line is always backed up. There were at least 5 cars in the line. As we got to the speaker, "Juanita" who did not even greet us or say, "Welcome to Jack in the Box" yelled in a rude manner, "give me a few minutes!!!". We both looked at either other say, "gee, she is friendly" sarcastically. We waited for a few minutes until she came back and said, "ok I am ready!!!". We place the order, got to the window. The young kid who was working the window was way nicer than "Juanita". I decided to give them one extra star because he was polite. We did have to ask for sweet and source sauce and request a receipt more than once from the young kid. The egg rolls were good. They were lukewarm when we got them. There were a tad bit greasy, but were flavorful and hit the spot when we ate them. I am not sure management needs to do with this location. The service can not be so "off" almost every time you go there. It has gotten to the point where we will go someplace else because of the rude service. The very rare time where we go in, it is like everything works like clockwork. Those times are very few and far between.
Went thru the drive thru and had to throughly explain my order multiple times before the uncaring lady who took my order FINALLY got it only to get to the window where the lady stared blankly at me when I told her I was missing my drink. After another back and forth about that I finally got my drink. Fast forward to getting home and upon opening my bags half of my order is missing. I tried calling the store multiple times to address this as it is not realistic to load my 2 small kids back into the car to go deal with this idiot who can't even take an order. No answer repeatedly. I also have no idea if I was charged for all or only half like I was given because the lady didn't give me a receipt. Absolutely horrible service. I'm so annoyed.
All I want is for Jack in The Box to give me my sauces for my food. I keep ordering like an idiot thinking one day they will include them but they NEVER (no literally) do. I love chomping on sauce less food.
Walking in to an empty dining room it’s not uncommon these days,waiting almost 5 minutes to be seen in the front to have someone take my order as a long time. The burger is not what all I remember and half the sodas weren’t available to choose from. The floor was sticky and the back security door left open with a cardboard box. Just walk over to five guys food is much better for the same price.
The man that took my order told me that they didn't have ice. I had seen one of the women work there pass cups of ice to other people. The food was good, but the soda machine had no ice and the soda came out hot. When I asked for ice from behind the counter the woman I asked was kind enough to get it, but seemed to get reprimanded by the male coworker that took my order. When I went into the restroom, there was a strong smell of sewage which made it hard to breath without gagging. I definitely do not plan on returning to this location.
BEWARE. I had a hair band with brown hair deep fried stuck in my Monster Taco. I ate half that nasty thing before seeing it and I’LL NEVER GO TO JACK IN THE BOX AGAIN. Seriously, the grossest thing ever. Called the manager and she was like “I’ll talk to the person on the fryer” … ok not good enough. No call back. No apology. Just no.
It's been 7 months since I last reviewed, and the place isnt any better, at only 10:50pm they told my favor driver they were closing after she waited in line for 30 minutes so she had the cancel, how in the world can you possibly even get a munchie meal if you only have 2 hours to get it? Absolutely horrible location and it's been 2 years so unless they rehire their whole crew, managers and GMs to clearly, it wont get better, I wish there was a lower rating then 1 star
Took a long time to get someone to take the drive through order and then they didn’t give the correct change and when I got home I saw that they shorted me an order of the 2 tacos for $1.79.
Please never go here. I had a very bad experience. Waited close to 1hr in drive thru. Only 2 staffs were working. Food wasn't fresh and didn't get what we ordered. I would definitely not recommend this place.
this is absolutely ridiculous, i paid $17 for a meal i did NOT receive. they gave me fries and a drink but "forgot" my burger. when i tried to call up there to see what happened-no answer. absolutely ridiculous, do NOT go here
This location has gone down hill over the years. I don't ever recall it being that exceptional to begin with. The chicken patties have gotten really crappy. I mean compare the size of the patty to a Wendy's one and you'll see what I'm talking about. They ask you for cheese and don't put it on there. They got rid of their large size drink for some inexplicable reason and then never fill it with enough ice to by the time you get home there is no ice in your drink. I really can't say about the quality of the burgers because I've never like the Jack in the box burgers. Oh they frequently forget to put straws in the bag and when they ask you for condiments and then don't put them in there. Nice job guys. Thankfully we're getting a Wendy's so I'll be going there from now on when I want a spicy chicken.
Paid for food for in person pick up. When we got there, there was a sign in the window that said “closed for Birthday”. The whole staff was out for a birthday an hour before close? Sounds like the night shift is ghetto/incompetent and management isn’t doing anything about it despite clear feedback online. Go to Wataburger or any of the other tons of businesses that just opened in Kyle.
Someone contact Guinness because we might have the new world record for most disorganized, slowest fast food establishment. Staff was so busy complaining about customers who were at their own admission right to be mad at the incorrect orders that they could not come together to complete orders as they came in.
My fiance and I spent about $35 through the app a couple months ago and never received our order. We showed up to pick up our order but no one answered the drive through during business hours. There were workers there but no one working. How can I get my 35 dollars back?
Went through drive through at 11:40pm and was told they were only taking orders through the app. I don't have the app. There was a car ahead of me so I was stuck. I had problems with the app downloading and was told to go to the parking lot to download and order because it would still take a minute to order, for them to receive the order and make the order.Then i was informedthere were no cars in front of me. I left. I usually go to Kyle. Is this their practice now?
Would give less stars if I could. I've tried for the last 3 nights to stop and get food after a long shift and each night there are people there but they're refusing to take orders through the drive through. It's really disappointing. Did not have this issue a couple of months ago. I would really love it if someone reached out to me about this.

Drive-thru line 10 cars long and not moving. Waited 10 min. No movement. Tried to go in door locked a customer opened door they were waiting for their order. I waited at counter for another 10 minutes finally gave up and left. They only had 3 employees working and they were very slow
Worst experience at a Jack in the box ever. While waiting on our food I noticed an employee drop some food and then scrap it back into the person's order. When asked about it he said it's fine he had just washed it with a smirk on his face. I don't care if that's true or not it's still unsanitary. Then they forgot my son's food I'll go back in the am to get this taken care of. The employee's name was Jacob but his name tag said pistols grip. When I left it looked as if he handed it to the car behind us.
Just had to reverse out of the drive-thru? Sat there for several minutes and no one ever said anything. Second strike for this place. They must be doing well to turn away business. Not giving a chance for strike 3. There are other choices.
Went this afternoon (8/7) about 15:00. Dude that gave us our food wasn't wearing a mask or a name tag. He had a red shirt and this look on his face like he was just done with life. Didn't even give me a receipt. Food was good though. 1 star for poor health and safety.
RUN! YOU WILL GET SICK! I just watch the young guy working there touching the fries, the tacos, the containers, he even rubbed his bare stomach, all without gloves. Without washing hands. This is absolutely unsafe practices and will definitely get someone sick. I've been to this location a handful of times, & it's always something. Recently, they were only accepting cash, but were upset that I didn't have correct change due to a coin shortage. Most recent though, I actually noticed the price on the outdoor menu isn't what they charge you. When brought up to the guy at the window, he tried to make some excuse but still wanted the extra money. Be it a nickel, dime, or quarter, it's all false advertising. When I mentioned this to the guy, he didn't say anything and just gave me the food. I was totally willing to pay for my very small order, but apparently he just wanted to move along. This isn't a surprise to me that the pricing isn't correct. If anyone actually looks at their menu, there is no correlation on a meal price with the drink & fries add on. What is the actual cost of the fries and drink to make it a meal. On some combos it adds up to one thing, & another will be something entirely different. It's just make up prices at this location. All of this falls back on management.
Waited in drive thru. Long wait before taking orders so switched to walk in. No one acknowledged me at counter to say it would be a while. Two workers looked at me and turned away. No fryers going. 4 people there but 2 talking not working. Waited 5 min to place order for 2 tacos. Another 10 before served and they were cold and stale. Not stopping here again. Too many other options.
Went through the drive thru today about 7:45 8pm lilia was at the window she did good. Saw a young man with a red shirt start putting my order together, he hands me my order I say thank you he doesn’t say anything back. I get home check my order I ordered the mini tacos and a small curly fries, a kids meal the tenders . I get home my curly fries are rock hard my son doesn’t have his tenders just fries.
I’ve been in there twice in a 2 month period at 2:30 and they have NO air conditioning!! It’s miserable for your customers imagine your employees. It’s HOT!!!!
During the hottest summer ever recorded in Texas, this restaurant thinks it's acceptable to charge FULL PRICE for 3 large unfiltered, tap waters. My order was 2 tacos and 3 large waters and my total was $16.48. Not acceptable. Shame on you Jack in the Box.
I ordered two bacon croissant breakfast sandwiches. They only came with bacon. Really? I have to specify that they have egg and cheese like the menu says? They didn't ask if I didn't want egg and cheese. To serve only the crossiant and bacon? Wow. Very disappointed. Never going there again. Guess there was a reason I haven't been to this jack in box in years.
This Kyle location needs to improve the food quality. I got 2 tacos, jalapeno poppers and a shake. The tacos were hard to bite in to and there was so much lettuce in it. Looked like a lettuce taco. She shake she served me was not mixed very well. I was on a time frame so I had to go. Maybe I will go back..Maybe not
I wish I could give less than a one star. I ordered 2 Supreme crossiants with meat and bread only. I received two empty boxes for $8.98. Went back to receive my correct order and was told it was my fault because I didn't order it correctly. Who would pay $8.98 for empty boxes? Bless their hearts! FYI just always check the content of your order before leaving!
Insanely long drive thru line with only 5 cars! After the attendant mumbles into the microphone that he'll get to me when he can, I can scarcely make out something about the shake machine also not working..... Did the whole staff go on strike all at once? I should have known something was going to be unfavorable about this trip. For real, 5 cars, over 30 minutes! 🤯🤪👎🤦♂️ Then, to nobody's surprise when I got to the window they didn't have the right drink or the right fries, and even though my wife and I both asked for ranch no less than three times we left with exactly zero packets of ranch........🤷♂️🤡 #Terrible
They did not follow instructions and completely filled my tacos to the brim with lettuce when we specifically asked for light lettuce, there was more lettuce jam packed in my taco than there was taco filling! Definitely will not be back to this location. I called to make a complaint and see what can be done to correct the order that they messed up that my child now refuses to eat. Well they inform me that they do not have a manager on duty and that she only works over night and would not be in until Tuesday to potentially rectify the issue. I don’t know about anyone else but having your employees working without a manager is definitely a big no no and definitely makes stuff like this difficult to handle. What if this was my last bit of money I had left for my child to eat and I can’t even get it back because of there not being a manager!!

Went twice around 2-3am after work and the first time the drive thru boy gave us some Old fries that tasted like they were sitting there for about 2-3 hours and gave us an old egg roll and I spent over 25 for old food . The second time Was today and I told him for fresh fries and all he did was throw old fries in the fryer .. it’s not that hard to make new fries …
Absolutely horrible service and food handling. Girl taking orders was picking her nose and letting her boyfriend behind the counter who didn’t work there and putting the headset on him when there was a line of 6 cars behind me. Food that I ordered ahead of time took 20 min to come out. Tacos were a sloppy mess and burger had rock hard pieces of mystery in it.
Was recently at this jack in the box a few minutes ago. My husband was the one driving. We pulled up the window the woman who took our order, short, tan skin and with a ponytail she proceeded to bite her lip at my husband, which made him very uncomfortable. I tried to call the store. No answer. What she did was very unprofessional. Very. Corporate or the manager of the establishment I hope you see this. Because she was there to work not make a pass at my husband and make him A CUSTOMER feel uncomfortable. Have a nice night.
4 cars in the drive through. A guy at the menu waiting to order. 10 mins goes by. He pulls up. I wait another 6 min. Meanwhile multiple cars have pulled in behind me at this point. I then get told they're not taking anymore orders, only.mobile app orders. I explain there's a bunch of cars behind me and I cant back out and there's 4 cars in front of me, ive alrwadybwaited 15.min. Cant I just order and wait? Ive already waited this long. She tells me she'll park the cars in front of me so I can leave. Whatever, I can leave right? WRONG. She didnt park the cars in front of me. The cars behind me wouldn't back up. I wait another 12 min. 24 hours? Nah it shuts down at 230am. Should've just waited in line across the street at the fabulous Whataburger. Better service, better food, cheaper prices. Save yourself the time, just go across the street to Whataburger. Don't be disappointed. No wonder JIB is shuttering locations. Thank me later.

Definitely disappointing. Live in the Apts 3 min from this establishment and the FF were ice cold. Ice ice baby. I swear I'm going to stop even waisting my money st this place. Pay 22 dollars for a meal for 2 people and both our FF were colder then my baby mama's heart. So north pole cold. Update 4-4-25 went there again and my Mott sticks didn't have any dang cheese in them. Total waist of money
This location is horrible. I ordered a number 1. The produce was good and the protein but when I asked for a pack of mustard....it was dark yellow like almost brown. Super old like they don't rotate their items. Plus their taco's are premade. So you can't pay for extra meat. The meat isn't even real meat. It's mystery meat
HATE this restaurant. Got the app. Saw they had 2 for $5 burgers. There is 20% off for the first time order in the app. So I get 4 burgers thinking it'll work out to $2 per burger. They rip me off entirely and give me 3 burgers. Never eating here or any Jack in the Box again. I don't support businesses that deliberately rip off their customers.
So 1st menu has 1.price for ultimate cheeseburger combo, 2nd menu where you order has a different price, and when I ordered yet a different price!! Not the 1st Jack in the Box Ive had issues with unclear pricing. Always more than you thought you were spending. Really JitB has priced themselves out of being convenient or worth it.
I went through the drive thru tonight around 11pm and ordered a jacks munchie meal “spicy nacho chicken” I get home check the bag and this is what they served me!!
