Pizza Hut in Lagrange never disappoints. I never have to wait they are fast, efficient and friendly. Have yet to get an order with anything incorrect. The food is always hot and the typical transaction take less than 2 minutes when ordered online.

Loved eating here. All the other Pizza Huts I have been to in Texas are small, mainly just carry outs. I think the food is so much better in the restaurants. Especially like the cheesy bread sticks 😊Really clean location and the waitress was very friendly.

I was serviced by a nakayla? Or at least that's what she told me her name was ( name tag said "Kayla") usually she doesn't have a name tag on but she has a curly pony tail and is a thicker caramel colored girl and she is quiet young. she showed interest in just about everything she did. She is mostly the only waitress so if she comes off as rude (and she will usually be somewhat mean looking) just know this young lady does the damn thing. I saw her cleaning. I saw her smiling. Answering every call that came through. I saw her get yelled at by rude people. She was called out her name and had 8 groups all at once and she still gave grade A+++ service. So the next time you see the young lady give her a smile for me please.

The delivery service is great here and they always have great pizza, delivery is always on time and we enjoy it ... I'm not too sure about in the store cause I've never sat inside and ate before...

This branch in LaGrange, TX is legit the best Pizza Hut we have had in years. We travel all over the US for work, so we've tried quite a few different Pizza Huts. This branch uses a decent amount of toppings, crust is cooked perfectly, wings are well seasoned & crispy, and the staff is friendly and professional. It's the Pizza Hut Pizza I remember having as a kid. Hot, cheesy, and delicious. I don't know what this branch is doing....but they seem to be the only one doing it right!!!

One doesn't usually go to Pizza Hut for great service. You go for the American style pizza that is always exactly the way you remember it. And usually, don't most of us just order delivery? I was driving through La Grange and decided to stop for a pizza - eat a couple of pieces and take the rest home. I was greeted at the door and offered a booth. He got my soda and I thought about what I wanted. It was a Monday evening and I was one of two tables. Other people came and went picking up their orders. My waiter was joyful, polite, made a couple of recommendations, and made sure my glass was always full. The service was excellent and my pizza and boneless wings were exactly as expected. Next time you think about ordering a pizza, go in and sit down.

Good to have done in open, food was good. Thought it was odd that sweet tea is only available in half gallons currently but they gave us cups.

It was nice, very clean. Buffet was good. Only gave 4 stars because there is no changing table for babies. Guess they don't have people with babies around this area...

Picked up a pizza to go. Service was fast and good. Didn't have to wait hardly at all to get my order.

Dinning room wasn't open so had to go through drive thru and had to wait for pizzas to be cooked. Pizza's were on the greasy side but it tasted alright for most part.

It's Pizza Hut pizza. You know exactly what to expect. The service is usually very good.

I ordered a medium specialty pizza and a medium one topping pizza. The specialty pizza was on special and ended up being cheaper than the other one topping pizza. As I was paying i inquired as to whether or not I could get the same price as the specialty pizza for the one topping but they said they could not apply another coupon for that one. SO I ended up paying more for a one topping medium pizza than the medium specialty pizza.

When you order a pizza you think they get it right half this and half tht not mixed yes I know you pick out wht you don't like thts besides the point you pay to get it right

Like any other pizzahut. Good think was we were on the way back fromnSan Antonio to Houston, they were already closed but they made a togo pizza for us. Otherwise we would have starved.

Food was just fair. Took a full hour to receive,. Phone order was told 25 to 30 min. Then drove 22 miles and waited 35 minutes.

There is no longer a salad bar and you only get 3 different kinds of choices for pizzas, 1 pasta and dessert for the buffet. Probably won't be coming back as that is so limited. Unless it is super busy (went at noon on a Tuesday) you're stuck eating the same pizza. The last time I picked up a order from the window it was fast and easy. They don't deliver to my area so I have no review on that part of the business. Staff was friendly. Pizza was pizza.

I DoorDashed and got the wrong order. I paid extra for a meat pizza and ended up getting a cheese pizza. My kids ate some of the pizza already so don’t mind the pic lol.

Idk. Don’t tell people that call at 7:45 that your inside doesn’t close until 9, and then when I show up at 8:05 tell them you’re not serving dine-in. Dominos across the street turned out to be amazing though...

Bad service got bottle drinks and never ask if we would like anything else to drink

Bad service. Orderd online for delivery and a hour later they called me to pick it up. The worker said that they have been trying to reach me but I didn't get any calls from them except the one to come and pick it up. The worker said that they didn't have any driver's.

Waited 1 hour dining in for 2 large pizzas and when they finally brought them out one was missing a slice! I GUESS THEY ATE IT! I feel sorry for the local people who have no where else to get pizza.

Awful service, she rolled her eyes at me when I asked to check on our order, took 45 minutes, they forgot our salads, then brought our pizza out missing a slice. Never again.

One of the women don't know her name but she is a RUDE B**** poor customer service skills and she needs to be fired or take some etiquette classes. The food is disgusting it's always cold and they always take forever with your order.

I was craving pizza and wings I decided to order 2 boxes of fries each box came with about 5 to 7 fries really never again I called and keep getting put on hold I do not recommend fries for a pizza place service sucks !!

Was horrible. Went for lunch buffet. They did away with the salad bar. And had a small table size buffet set out with 4 pizzas, rigatoni and bread styx. With a drink it was $10.95. I can go to CiCi's for less than that and have my salad bar!! And free refills on my drink s!!

It was 8pm and they had their doors closed. The sign said open till 9pm but they created their own sign and said the diner was closed. Luckily we came to Sealand seafood and steak. The food was amazibg! So thank you Pizza hut for being closed.

I spent all day throwing up and all night with no sleep. And no, I wasn't sick with covid or anything. I know what food poisoning is. I will NEVER eat at a pizza hit franchise again. I've been warning people about this location and to stay away from it.

Our little basketball team was to meet here for a celebratory dinner. Our coach called earlier in the day and confirmed the order and that they would be open. Well, the doors were locked. Our coach had to go the drive to talk to someone. Apparently they had gotten “slammed” earlier and decided to close the dining room. So we all left. I imagine our order is still sitting there.

I gave it a 1 star because it is the lowest I could. Ordered two pizzas and a half gallon of tea for in house service. Served in a to go box and paper plates. Tea was sour/old. Pizza had minimal if any marinara sauce. When we ask about it, our "waitress" said it's on there. Not obvious when we lifted the cheese there might have been a splash. As we left the building, our waitress was standing near the drive in window and told us to have a good evening, I replied thank you as I opened the door to exit. My wife had walked out and before I could exit, I heard "don't come back". I immediately turned around and ask for a manager. Our waitress ask why and I told her, she replied, "we would never say that". Well, young lady you did. Out of respect I won't give her name. Management you have lost a customer. We will not come back at your employees request. Unbelievable and unacceptable, young lady learn what customer service is.

They don't give me the option to rate this place zero stars. Let's see. I ordered 5 things. Two orders of bone-in wings, two pizzas and an order of pasta. They gave me two orders of bone out wings, the wrong pizzas and no pasta. Not only did they completely miss the mark on EVERY single item, they stole my pasta! I have dealt with this establishment for over 4 years. It's absolutely terrible every time. I honestly don't know why I go back. I guess I expect them to fire the manager and actually hire staff that's capable of making what I order but alas this is not the case. Wanna throw away $30 and get nothing you paid for?? Go here! Best spot in town. Want to receive the food you order and not be taken advantage of? I suggest just going to Domino's. Hope this helps anyone thinking about dining at this time establishment. I see a foreclosure and cheap rent coming soon!

My son turns 3 today and I stopped in to buy him his favorite food for dinner. I get it home and go to feed him and the pizza is OBVIOUSLY burned and I cannot even believe they boxed it for a customer. It looks TERRIBLE. It's a simple stuffed crust pepperoni pizza but the crust is black and hard and the cheese is hard as well. It looks like it had been sitting ALL day and I ordered it and picked it up within 20 minutes. It takes me 20 minutes to get home so 40 minutes and the pizza is rock hard. Like you cant even pull the slices apart and they couldn't even cut through it either. I wish I could post a picture on here. I am getting a refund but my child didnt have what he wanted for his birthday dinner.

We chose to leave since we didn't want to have a take out meal, and we went to Reba's where we ate in and enjoyed a great pizza.

We ordered a pizza box tonight. the pizza was good, but I was upset that the chicken Alfredo wasn’t cooked. We drove over an hour round trip to get the food, and it pisses me off that something couldn’t be cooked all the way. This is my first bad experience here, most of the time it’s good.
