Ordered my order 15 minutes ahead of arriving and still had to wait 10 minutes when I got there. When it came out I was missing my chips and fork for my nachos. I'm so tired man dont do me like this

We were driving thru La Grange & stopped by for lunch. I placed the order on the kiosk & waited for awhile to pay cash. It took them literally 20mins to just make a Mexican pizza, a bean burrito & get nacho fries. There was no one in front of me either. I had customized both food items. Nothing was customized & I was charged for it. Employees were in their own world..taking their sweet time to prepare the order. Even if I drive thru again, I won’t be stopping at this location any more.

Tried the new online order service. When I showed up, about 5 minutes before my selected pick up time, employees had a difficult time finding my order. I was asked to pull forward and waited an additional 10 minutes. When the order was brought out the food was cold, chalupa shells were undercooked(gooey), and had to go inside because I was missing items in my order. It defeats the purpose of the online order. Willing to try again in hopes that service is better next time.

Stopped on our way to Austin. It took a long time to order even though we were the only car in the drive thru and lot. Got the most disappointing grande nachos. Dont recommend 🥲

When these people come to work in the morning, they make all of the food for the entire day… You can tell because they instantly give you your food when you pull to the window. Don’t go here. It’s disgusting. They should be ashamed of themselves. I’m a local and will never return to the stupid Taco Bell. Three Chalupa two Gorditas and nacho fries is $38… Pathetic

Look Honestly my review may be harsh. Frankly I think its the best fast food your finding in Lagrange. But they have one little red head girl there, Zoey I think that is just plain rude, I ate in once and heard her spoutting slurs like some joke. And honestly I was really uncomfortable but I did't want to be a 'Karen' or whatever. And then that same girl was just as snippy and rude today snatching my money and slamming the window all huffy! I mean don't get me wrong everyone has their days but everyone else there has been so nice and it honestly I'm not even comfortable enough to eat in more. Like their were people around. Overall I'm just disapointted nobody has done anything yet. I doubt I'm the only one to complain.

I paid almost 9 dollars for two Dorito tacos with meat and cheese only And a drink. This is how much meat was in the tacos! Really?

First time we ate here about a month ago it was really good. Whatever happened between then and now is ridiculous. Twice now they have forgotten to put some of our food in the bags, the food doesn't even taste the same, the food is dry, the new nuggets have apparently been sitting out a while, and most of everything is "out of stock". Not to mention Shaquita or whatever her name is working the drive-thru has a nasty attitude towards people. Costs zero dollars to do better

Super dirty and lazy workers. Both the toilet had no soap and when I asked for it, the guy at the till laughed at me because they hadn’t. That’s not the way to deal with costumer, it was very rude.

I've already made 2 complaints on the app about the order not being made correctly. I've been refunded twice with the second time a call from I think from the General Manager. Throughout the phone call she excessively repeated how she hated having bad reviews and took them seriously, but going through drive thru today to use my tier rewards and promo code from the previous messed up orders, nothing has changed. They still act like it's a wrestling match with the tacos, and they have the sanity to not give you any napkins, but about 59 packs of sauce nobody asked for! I told the manager I would keep coming back as her calling me showed responsibility, but gosh, just forget it at this point. I will not be making stops here anymore. Also my teen daughter worked here almost a year ago and I see the same employees who she worked with, so this isn't some newbie issues, it's management issues at this point.

This is the worst place I ever eat at. Most of my meal was nothing but tortilla nothing like the pictures you see on menu. No ingredients and everything was cold, they didn't know what crispy except my crispy supreme taco which I eat in two bites.
