I was tried and had to make a long drive so I stopped to get a Caramel Frappuccino with an extra shot it did the job. They got my order right. Skim milk, extra caramel, and extra shot 😋. My husband ordered the Java Chip Frappuccino. The place was busy but I did not wait long for my order.
jess is so sweet! i wasn’t feeling too sure about what i wanted and she gave me recommendations and didn’t make me feel rushed! it’s so refreshing to feel welcomed! also this starbucks has a very large interior with plenty of studying space!
Joey is by far the top employee/manager at this store. I like to observe the staff at Starbucks when waiting for my order. Watching Joey fluidly transition from each role as if he was by himself. Master Manager and has great talent in adjusting and problem-solving. All while he naturally makes each customer interaction unique and personably from regulars to new comers like my self. Joey, thank you for being wonderful and taking pride in what you do! Keep that because its noticeable 🤗
I would show up here early in the morning, grab my coffee tie up my bike and enjoy the rest of my day with my best friend. My other half.
So I’m not a coffee or tea drinker but I had gift cards to use and decided to final order something. I got the egg white bites with a dragon drink. The staff member was so patient with me since I had no clue about the drinks so he explained them to me. The wait time was quick and the bites were steaming hot. This location had plenty of seats inside and outside.
A nice Starbucks that offers plenty of space to enjoy your cup of brew in relative isolation. The coffee is the quality you'd expect at any Starbucks. At the time of my visit, the location was very clean. Few patrons inside but a line of cars for their drive-thru service. Plenty of seating both inside and out. I also noticed a few tables umbrellas in case some protection from the sun is needed. Cool and hip background music fills the dining area.

Fast and friendly, just the way I like it. I was happy to stop at this location and get a drink that was nicely put together. I recommend this location to anyone that is looking for great service.
Been here twice. Had a vanilla iced coffee the first time and second time espresso frapp with Java chips. Very satisfied with both drinks.

Great place, great staff!! But my only question is, why is a woman allowed to "work" at Starbucks? She takes up the biggest side table or a good portion of the community table. With all her stuff, she takes up 4-5 chairs for her stuff or her feet she likes to place on them. It's bad enough people take up so many tables with their computers and stay for hours, but the woman is there every day for hours! What's up with that??
The staff was really nice and efficient. I was served quickly without any wait time. They even called out my name twice before moving on to someone else. They don't do that at other places I visit.

No matter how I go, the employees are always late in getting things done, so when a customer comes, the employees have to stop talking among themselves and greet the customer.If possible, I don’t go to this store.

It's rude to see your customer waiting for you to take their order, but you think it's more important to continue your conversation with your coworker. There is nothing wrong with getting through a conversation, but at least acknowledge that we're waiting.

I’m a regular customer and buy at different locations. I’ve never complained, even if the barista had made a mistake (because they had politely fixed and/or replaced my orders). This time, I ordered a venti, cold (no ice) brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso through the app. When I picked it up, I was super confused, I thought they have spilled it. They gave me a warm coffee, a quarter of the size on a venti cup. When I told the barista (I didn’t ask her name) that I thought there’s been a mistake with my order, she was super rude, saying that “we’re not suppose to do that, what do you want?” Saying how they shouldn’t fill it up with milk… All I know, is that I paid for a cold coffee with oat milk, venti size and I was given a warm coffee, tall size (in a venti cup). She added milk halfway and walked away. I felt so embarrassed, I just grabbed the coffee and left. We are all humans and have bad days, but this was no mistake. This lady knew the order and was super rude! First and last time I order there!
I'm sure this is not everyone's experience but I wasn't greeted and while waiting for my online order they gave it to me like I was supposed to know my order was sitting next to a dirty rag on the side of the counter for 8 minutes. Unacceptable service. Everyone should be treated with respect at all times, busy or not. Thanks for reading my rant..
Another rude one that Starbucks hired making them look bad. There was a young girl with dark hair in the front on her phone. I literally watched her finished her text. She knew I was there, but wouldn’t look over at me when I finally got her attention I asked for the order not in a rude way, and she of course gives me attitude that she wants to give people so much Overall just low quality service. I’m surprised you guys hire people like this.
Went in to pick up my drink and asked for a restroom code. worker asked if I ordered a drink. I told her yes, but she asked my name and checked if I really ordered a drink before she gave me a code. Very unpleasant experience
They made my drink wrong and i called and told them, the lady that took my call said i can go back and she will leave a note, i came back after work, and there was no note, the cashier didn't want to believe me, i show that i called and she said, oh that is not our phone number, i called and it rang there. She gave my drink but no apology no nothing.
I went around 9pm tonight for some water cups and was told I need to purchase something because they can’t give them out like that since they don’t charge for them. I told her I’ll be contacting corporate and she said “they are gonna tell you the same thing but okay.”’ Poor customer service all around and I have a video of the whole thing
