Adriana was awesome she took my order and was very attentive, her manager on the other hand was not very friendly they messed up my order a few days ago, I called and waited for hours on multiple days and they never answered. The best she could do was free fries 🤦🏾‍♂️, and then got Adriana in trouble for submitting my order as lemon pepper with the original hot on the said, and told me they can't do that, that they can make them lemon pepper or lemon pepper hot (the new flavor) but she couldn't do what I was asking. The cook even said "idk what's the big deal the new flavor is just original hit wings and we put the lemon pepper on top after, its literally just the opposite." Not a good experience 2 times in a row now, first they mess up my order then they get confrontational. Adriana taking orders and the cooks were all awesome, one or them should get promoted to manager!!

I hit rarely give 5 stars but this place's wings are the bomb, they are fat and juicy. I always get the Buffalo wings with ranch that's so good. They're a tad expensive but worth it they have a lot of meat on them. I ordered them fresh in the drive through and waited in the car, in 15 minutes Mgr brought it out to me, just $40.00 and a smile, with two pizzas on the side that is. (;

The man at the register recieving my order didn't care to give me advice with the menu. I was curious to which wings were crunchy and he just said, "Idk, just look at the menu and decide" but he was somewhat nice and patient. The wings had a little too much seasoning and were too salty for anyone's taste. As if they were made in a rush. But I still enjoyed them after wiping the wings down with a wet napkin 😅 P.s. I believe that he was just very stressed, since it is a tough fast paced job. I've had worse experiences. So he was okay👍🏼

I really appreciate that Wingstop offers halal options it’s a big reason I choose them over other spots. But honestly, the service needs work. Half the time no one picks up the phone, and when they do, they tell me it’ll be ready in 30minutes. I show up 35 minutes later, and I’m still waiting around another 20 just to get my order. If I’m paying extra, the experience should feel worth it from answering calls to getting the timing right.

I ordered on line, but when I got there, they found the printer had jammed, and didn't have my order ready. Had to wait at least 15 min. maybe more. Next time I will call in the order. Offered me an extra sauce, but had to ask for it when my wings were ready. However, the wings were very tasty.

I come here often because I think these wings beat BWW but, the order is usually wrong and it takes at least 10 mins longer for your order to be ready then what it says every time. Today was no exception. The side is wrong and it took 15 mins longer then it said it would when I placed the order online. Always double check your bag before you leave.

Okay, let's give a rating at the end shall we? I haven't been to this location in a while since I kept doing the "this is the last time" thing every time I visited. Each visit there seemed to be something wrong-wings slightly over cooked or ultra-salty fries. This location is close to my work, and also the only wing place nearby. I decided today that I needed wings, so I'm giving it ONE last chance. I got in, and there were a few people ahead of me, no big deal. When I got up to the cashier, she was polite, but I didn't feel like she went out of her way to make me feel welcome, but she wasn't rude either. Good wait times feel like they are on the longer side usually, and today was no exception. It took about 8 minutes to get my food-which also reminds me I didn't get a receipt since I was gonna use that for my "food wait time" since the exact time would've been on it. No big deal, receipts just clutter my wallet anyway. Food time!(got my order before the couple in front of me?). I got original hot and hickory smoked bbq. Lets start with the fries-they were cooked right, maybe a touch on the "less cooked" side, but I prefer under cooked to overcooked fries. Salt was definitely on the saltyside, but nothing horrible; definitely not perfect though-the extra salt was noticed. Wings: okay. Nothing to write home about, and the overall bland taste reminds me why I don't eat here often, everything was just "blah". Not good, not bad; blah. Price wise was maybe on the expensive side, for a drink, fries and 8 wings was $11.11. Unless I am REALLY craving wings, I won't be back anytime soon. There's just no reason to go out of your way for this wingstop. Feeling like wings and nearby? Stop on in, but don't expect anything out of the ordinary.

Wing Stop Nice spot for wings and things. Got bar b cue wings fries and a drink. What I will state is that if you add a customer are going to patronize place at least pay attention to your customer and don't dismiss them regardless of age. Anyhow keep up the good work because good quality is hard to find.

I think we came here on an off night, longstory short, after waiting 15 minutes for one person to order, they informed us that the computers were down and they were only taking cash. With not enough cash we start to order online so we can pay with card but we hear them tell the people that were waiting behind us that wings will take about 45 minutes right now, and that they didnt have ice tonight for the drink machine. So..... must have been a bad night for lahabra. We drove to our usual fullerton wingstop and had an quick excellent experience as always. So i guess with this la habra location (its very small) to call in your oder for pick up. And maybe have ice ready at home? Lol

It's okay. Weird location with weird seating, but the staff is very nice and accommodating. I don't get the hype, food is over flavored yet nothing special at the same time.

Well the boneless have shrunk just like most of the fast food out there. Last night’s nuggets were quarter sized at best. Like the rest, I can make it at home for less and it tastes better

DO NOT EAT HERE !!!!! They sold me spoiled chicken .I ordered a 6 piece bbq combo and The chicken smells like fish!!!!! I threw the chicken up. The employees at this location was talking about how stoned they be at work which is ridiculous that the manager is allowing people to work while being high. I brung this issue to the manager and the manager refuse to give me my refund.

Worst service I ever gotten, rude cashiers, place is really dirty, all tables covered in trash no where to even sit had to clean the table myself for me to sit to eat my food. When getting my food the food was already cold the fries were all soggy with too much seasoning when asked them with no seasoning. Don’t recommend to dine in!!!

Horrible customer service. We called about 10-15 times before coming to this location and they kept hanging up on us. We were not able to order online. After we reached the location, they made us wait 40 mins for our order. Worse place to eat. Their location was completely empty and they still do not bother answering the phone.

They need to enforce masks and social distancing. Second time in a row I've been there now and they've constantly let in people without masks and people crowding inside. Clearly unsafe and I wonder how much spread has come from this location alone. Won't be returning when they don't seem to care about the customers', employees' and public's health.

I called in via phone to place my large 50 pieces bone in family pack. I explained to the lady on the phone that I would be running late as I had to pick up my daughter from school. The lady on the phone said ok and we hung up. I arrived at this location, gave my name on the order and was told, "oh, we can make your order now." I was stund! I asked the counter girl, why the lady on the phone didnt inform me of this location's practice? The lady asked me if I still wanted the order, i said no, the whole purpose of calling ahead is to save time. My children need to get on their homework and my wife and i have Orientation at my daughter's school tonight, which is why we order out VS cooking. If you liking calling in your order, this is not the location for you. My order was only $60.00 so be prepared order on location and wait. Bad business practice.

I placed an order via phone for just 10 bone in wings. I was told it would take 15 minutes. I went to pick it up my order, I even had to waited in line to pick up my order and they still did not have the order ready. Nothing had been done!!!! What kind of business are you running there??? Be aware! They replace whatever they want for your order and then hang up on you when you try to call and let them know. You have to go to the restaurant to complain. Cancel your order quickly!

Kept calling and no answer. We only live like 5 minutes away and wen my wife got there there was no one inside and 0 cars outside. But yet said that they were to busy to answer. Obviously they are to lazy to answer a phone to take orders from all the other reviews I've read.

The nuggets are still very small some were burnt as well as the fries. The workers look depressed and have bad attitude, There were nuggets on the floor where I ate and overall I avoid this wingstop like the plague.

If a restaurant's hours of operation are until midnight a person should be able to order food until midnight. I came to the store at 11:30pm and I was told that they don't take anymore orders after 10:30pm....is that okay??

I called 3x, once with my ID blocked and let it ring for 5+ minutes each time, then when I went inside to pick up my food and tell them I called multiple times (WHILE I was calling AGAIN with the phone RINGING on MY end but NOT ringing IN the STORE ), the manager turns ON their phone's ringer WHILE I'M CALLING THEM and STILL DOESN'T ANSWER! They weren't busy at all and seemed like they were just avoiding taking orders..

After a cheer game (im 13 and had uniform on) i went to wingstop with my mother and the bundle we usally had was no longer served so my mother asked if there were any substitutes and the cashier lady at the front (wore soft makeup with a lot of highlighter) told my mom not to get a attitude with her and was very unprofessional over nothing. my mom did not have a rude tone and even apologized. i tried to order again because i left and went to thibk about if i wanted to eat here and she was being very disrespectful and now i tried to call and place a order and after i gave the name the person on the phone said “uh no” and immediately hung up. this is extremely disappointing since wingstop is something i look foward to. if they will treat a kid like this imagine how they treat you.

Ordered a combo, paid, got the receipt and found out the cashier upgraded the soda to large without asking for permission. Check your orders here before you pay for it.
