The Habit Burger Grill

Glad to have a Habit Burger in the area. Stopped by a few days after it opened. Super long line in the drive thru probably because it's new. We opted to go inside and order our food to-go. Inside was clean and roomy with lots of tables. Staff was bust but still friendly and provided quick service. Always get the Santa Barbara Char 🍔🥑😋

It's one of my favorites, and best of all about this place is that drive-thru 👌 also has big outdoor space 😀.

We were visiting from out of state and our family wanted to go here. We saw the fried green beans on the menu and had never heard of that so of course we had to try it. They were pretty good! The burgers were great. The place was clean. Staff was friendly.

Food: I ordered a regular hamburger and fries. The hamburger was fresh and cooked to order. I ordered the fries extra crispy and they came out as expected, tasty 😋 Service: went through the drive-thru. The line was long but the service was fast. I waited around 5 minutes before I received my food after ordering. Last word: a nice little addition to La Habra. I need to try other recommendations that the employee told me to try. I will be back.

My go-to order would be the GRILLED CHICKEN sandwich, which is a chargrilled chicken breast topped with melted cheese, caramelized onions, crisp shredded lettuce, fresh tomato, BBQ sauce, and mayo on a toasted wheat bun. I usually order a side of onion rings with that, since the meal would be incomplete without it. The ice cream is also good there!

I ordered a chicken teriyaki sandwich on wheat bread. It was the best sandwich I've had in a while. I paired it with sweet potato fries and a fruit juice drink. Btw, the server was a girl named Izzy. She was very nice and helpful. You should try this combo. It was sooo good!

Dining in today. Food is fabulous as usual. Service and atmosphere are lacking today. The floors are a mess and the ketchup dispenser is empty. I'm most disappointed by counter service at pick up. My tray was there but no one stayed or asked if I needed condiments (Ranch). Shift lead finally came to take my buzzer and get ranch and ketchup.

The food was made fresh and delivered hot to our table. We asked the cashier what she liked best on the menu. She said the club sandwich and it was actually really good.

This habit burger has been consistent. The two times I've dying here. I had takeaway and I dined in. They have kiosks if you like to order that way or there's also a counter service. I enjoy their onion rings and their fried zucchini and their cheeseburger.

This team at Habit on corner Idaho/imperial Lahabra for months they do away job multi tasking an work as team always greet with Smile**** it to day waiting for my order place packed , young male employee went by the Drinks/ open pepper bar , 😲☹️took out several napkins proceeded BLOW HIS NOSE faceing condiments, did this 4 more times throwing nasty use in little container trash by open condiments Not Acceptable* did Not Wash His Hands,, with Covid still hang around, flue This young man needs talking to about working with food Not To Wash His Hands After blowing his nose newmotus Times SICKING.. he dat at a tablet as thou on break I eat there several times week But am rethinking that. To bad 1. BAD Apple Can Ruin the rest of the team there Hope this employee gets retained health laws . Think he was food proper won't be back for while if ever😙

Side orders seem to have shrunk. Makes the value eating here questionable.

Ordered green beans got fries. Told would replace and never came thru. waited ate sandwiches and no greenbeans. Left

I used to go to the Habit in Norwalk and La Mirada and they were really good. It has been over a year since I had last been there so I decided to treat the guys working on my house with a premium burger. I was pretty disappointed. The quality does not match the price. I'm not sure if it's La Habra or the Habit in general but the quality is nowhere near what I remembered. The fries were especially disappointing and flavorless. I was shorted an order of fries and I ordered one buger without cheese and it had cheese on it. I don't think I'll be back.

First time here. I asked specifically for a well done burger. I said I'd wait no matter how long, as long as the burger was extra extra well done. Sure enough, I bite into it and it was a mushy mess. I had to cook the patty in my own oven to get it to well done status. This is why I normally don't order burgers...nobody wants to cook it well done or they just don't know what that means. Epic fail.

The service at this location was great. But the food was horrible. There was no garlic pharm on the one fry I ordered.. both fries were soggy. The double char had no flavor and super dry. The food wasn't made with love. I should have checked Yelp not google before going to this location.

During my first visit, I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the food and service. However, my subsequent visits have been disappointing. On both occasions, the hamburger I ordered was excessively salty, to the point where I could barely finish it. The only reason I managed to complete my meal was due to our hunger. Additionally, the french fries served on these visits were unsatisfactory. They arrived cold, dark, and hard, rendering them inedible. To provide some context, our spending has increased over these visits, with $30 for our first trip and $40 for our third trip, both for two people. Unfortunately, the quality of the food does not justify this price point, especially given the " excessive" saltiness on my last 2 visits I am genuinely puzzled by the inconsistency at this location, especially since I had such a positive experience initially. I hope the management addresses these issues, as I would like to see improvements in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I talked to the clerk if she could correct it. She went back to talk to her supervisor and came back to inform me that they would reverse the charge. I just ordered a plan chicken sandwich and they give it a cheese burger with everything on it lettuce,onions and pickles

Yeah I bought a burger online through the app and they got my order wrong just no cheese no big deal then I come in and wait for my new order with cheese and I see one of the cook drop the spatula and don't clean it or anything and she just started cooking again this was very unsanitary this why people be finding stuff in their food so I'm waiting to see if I can get a refund for it.

Website and at restaurant states that the dinning area closes at 10pm. Not only myself but several other customers showed up between 850 pm and 915pm.and the dinning area was locked. Drive thru was open but had to pull to the window to try to place order and it seemed that they couldn't take the orders properly.

I have been to this place 3 times I always like to give people the benefit of doubt the first time my food was cold and hard the lady at the window tried to give me 5 different bags, I should only got 1 second time I didn't get half of my stuff third time I didn't. Get no forts, I got no dressings from my salad. I got anything you get, napkins. I didn't get a straw from my drink. I had to ask Her for everything. I've worked it customer service for 15 years. I always thought that you know you've make sure they had napkins and all the other stuff. I gave you and all the better for the doubt and I think I will never be back.

Went last week. Bought 3 burgers for family. One wasn’t wasn’t made properly to our order and the other one was totally rare in the middle. Spoke to the girl in front and she was like a deer in headlights. Contacted corporate and still haven’t received a response so I am writing this review. If you live in the area, go to the habit at the Whittwood mall or at La Mirada imperial. Definitely much better.

An extremely rude and aggressive female employee was working at the Drive-Thru on Saturday, June 22, around 4:30 PM.

I went for lunch with a friend. The food was good..however , this location was simply FILTHY. My shoes were sticking to the floor, trash was overflowing. Bathroom was out of toilet paper. Mind you this was a weekend afternoon..not busy at all. I won't re visit this location again.

I get their BBQ bacon burger, and in the past 10 times I’ve went they’ve only put barbecue sauce on 3 times (even when specifically asking them to put the sauce on). The burger is always soggy, the fries are thrown carelessly in the bag, and the bun is a mushy mess. I would venture to say more often than not, my burger ends up resembling a cheap McDonald’s burger. Their downtown Fullerton location always delivers perfect burger, while this location spits out pitiful globs of meat. I would not be typing so aggressive if this was a rare occurrence, but this type of food is the norm at this location. I have been a loyal habit customer for years, and decided to try this location which is closer than downtown Fullerton, but each time I order I immediately regret my decision once I see what a disgusting mess I am presented with.

Sat across from the higher ups promoted the manager while my single burger order took 27 minutes, was over salted and had pickles even though i asked for no pickles. And all this for just under $20, a meal for 2 would be $40. Much better spent elsewhere.
