This place is the highlight of my week! I love coming in after work to get a pretzel and some lemonade, and I’ve noticed since the management changed it is so much better quality!!! I really didn’t like the self order kiosk they had before, but now it’s gone and I’ve noticed I get my food so much faster! They’re always so sweet too, I’m glad it’s so close to my home!!

I had a great experience for the first time going there. I am from Arizona, Came to visit my family who live in California. I stopped by and order a pizza bomb which was very delicious. The people there are very friendly and welcoming and it is very clean atmosphere. I was very impressed and would recommend eating there again.

Pretty good, I love all the different options. The Baja elite loaded pretzels were really good! Just wish it was a bigger portion for $9. The orange creamcicle float was fine, the soft serve ice cream was realllly good. The cinnamon bites were good as always. The loaded s’mores were good, I wish there was a marshmallow sauce instead of actual marshmallows or at least toast them. Servers were kind of rude

Was here for the grand opening! Food is good but a bit expensive; got the Baja dog and the pretzel bun was small...tasted good though.

I love this place! Being able to get my favorite pretzels and lemonade without having to go to the mall is amazing! What’s even better is all the new items available! I love the pizza bomb, and the strawberry Coco dream! The workers keep getting better and the food continues to keep my belly full!

You NEED to fix the door. Upon entering I actually got a huge hit on my ankle because the door swung closed SO FAST. It broke skin and left me with lasting pain and a slight limp. You need to replace the damper on the door!! This is critical safety protocol for a door.

You NEED to fix the door. Upon entering I actually got a huge hit on my ankle because the door swung closed SO FAST. It broke skin and left me with lasting pain and a slight limp. You need to replace the damper on the door!! This is critical safety protocol for a door.

I love pretzels so I was excited to try this place since it was close. After reading the menu items, I ordered the almond pretzel bites and coco lemonade. The bites were covered with a glaze that was sweet but as far as almonds, it was mostly at the bottom of the bag. They are also super greasy so make sure you have plenty of napkins. The item that I really enjoyed was the coco lemonade. The drink had coconut mixed in that softened the tartness of the strawberry then with whip cream on top. The packaging of your items is cute but seems like a waste since my order got lost in the large bag and didn’t seem necessary.

This place reminds me of food court style eating. A very clean and neat look. But the hot dogs are not giving me the gourmet taste. I just got the food to go and it was sort of cold when I got home. I had to microwave it to get up to temperature. Cucumber salad might be good on the side, but it doesn't taste good to me in the bun with the hot dogs. Cheese wiz toppings. Guess I am just used to the grilled onions, red peppers and relish/mustard like the street vendors serve.

Went there to use a coupon, service was good, pretzel was good but watching employee make the pretzels made me cringe, she used same gloves to cut , shape, dip, ring customers up, wipe her shirt, I've worked in food for years you don't do that, please train your employees to change their gloves please

Bought a hot dog and pizza twist. Both were not hot. Not even luke warm. Dough was not fully cooked. I was the only person there. Normally I’m very understanding if a place is very busy or understaffed. Overall I perfer the mall Wetzel’s better.

Oh my goodness, when I say it STINKS in there, it stinks so badly!!! Smells very strongly of sewage. Not sure if it's a building issue because the other restaurant in the same complex also smells terrible. I see this has been an issue for months, so why is no one fixing it? Why are restaurants able to operate when it smells like fecal matter in there? On top of the smell, we also got a completely raw pretzel yesterday. We were able to pull it apart and roll it back up. The entire pretzel was raw in the middle.

I think they have a plumbing issue because I’ve gone 4x in the past 2 months and everytime I walk in it smells like human feces. I asked the guy next to me if he smelled it last time and he said yes it’s always smelled like that. Also food isn’t always fresh but the plumbing issue and smell is terrible. Hopefully they get that fixed
