Open 24 hours a day and serve breakfast all day. They have a service where you can order with your mobile phone which I haven't tried yet. This McDonalds has a double drive through service Lane to speed the service when it's busy. I have mostly been to this location at night and it seems very calm and clean. Cashiers were nice.

Places a mobile order and changed it from drive through to counter last minute and they were very accommodating. The food was fresh (even the fries) 🍟

All i gotta say is...☕️ McCoffee! 110% And maybe some Nuggets every once in a blue moon... My last visit was large coffee, prepared my way & Sausage Bisquit...not bad BUT they didn't add the grape jelly...Bummer, I did ask for it! I still enjoyed my breakfast 😋

Best McDonalds in the areas. Staff is friendly down to earth professional. Now, they are a very busy fast food resturant buisness so they don't always get the order correctly that's truth yet Jacob man, he's the man there for certain. He makes sure when he hands you the items that it is the correct order that was placed. Gives you your drinks with just enough ice not overly with the ice, giving a person the ability to have a refreshing drink. Friendly people beings working there most certain. There is another young Hispanic young man that works there that also is efficient with the meal orders placed. That's the to go MickeyD's. Their mocha coffee's close to starbucks you can get on a budget lol oh and the tea! Tastes like refreshing tea not dirty water

Service is fast, food is done correctly and hot when given out. Customer service is better than other McDonald's in other states.

The food in this McDonald's is good just that the place is usually full and you have to wait in line inside. The drive thru is even slower most of the time it takes about 20 minutes for just one thing you ordered and they also get your order wrong most of the time if there is a long drive thru line. Inside the place is nice and clean and has restrooms and a kid's area with some slides. Overall everything is good except for the wait times on busy days.

Please the mobile order and precise coffee instructions my coffee and another coffee that I ordered were both incorrect we came in to ask for a fix and again they weren't able to get it correct again so it for the third time finally we were able to get it to a decent amount of what we asked for in the first place.

It's alright. It's a McDonald's so there really isn't much of a difference from others. However, they do tend to mess up my orders almost everytime. Which is why I gave it a three star review.

The food is as you would expect from any McDonald's. The drive-thru is too slow during rush hours. Make sure to check your bag for ketchup since they have a tendency not to put any in the bag. The mobile up is OK once you figure out where everything is. Ordering on the app and selecting curbside pickup is a hassle. They take forever to deliver the food to your car. They make the food right away, but they don't have a dedicated person to bring out the orders. After waiting quite a while, I went inside to see what was going on. They had the food ready just standing there forgotten. They handed it to me with a sorry for the inconvenience and went back to what they were doing. Don't order curbside pickup.

Waited half an hour at their 10oclock rush. Was nice how cars cut the line. During ordering they made my meal a combo without me asking for fries or asking to combo. Told her it’s not a combo. They do this all the time! Shady theft. If I want fries I will order it. Girl handed me the wrong soda. Is diet Dr Pepper a thing? If it is it was super bitter and very carbonated flavorless water. I asked for a regular coke. Lid squished on wrong and worker looked mad. I think the condiments are squirted proportionately right? Wrong! I paid 6 bucks for a mustard sandwich. Idk how. Gross! Had the quarter pounder deluxe with bacon before.... never noticed mustard. It was overpowering. Didn’t drink the soda. The saving grace of the burger was the bacon... that and after half hour and 8 bucks I was going to force myself to eat it. I needed food and sugar after working a double with no food. What I got was trash.

The Apple pies were burned then they give us the holiday pies to replace the Apple pie, which I dislike. My husband's burger was super greasy which he did not enjoyed. Plus, when I refill my drink the drinking/soda was super dirty...I couldn't help picking at the kitchen and I noticed no adult supervision, it was full of teenagers all laughing not paying attention to their tasks. They need a vet/ experience manager to supervise them! I always have memorable and great experiences,at McDonald's all the time, but this time it was the exception. Very disappointed!☹

The first time they didn't add whip cream to my frappe and failed to mention that they were out.. Common courtesy indicates that they should, at a minimum, notify the customer that one of their signature ingredients for said item is not available. Tried curbside pickup and I waited 20-30 minutes for a frappe.... After the first 10 minutes a vehicle parked next to me and their order came out right away and the employee didn't even bother to greet me or inquire as to why I was still parked there... 2nd time around, I had to get their attention so they can finally acknowledge me.

I appreciate McDonald's being open on an Easter Sunday but, we just had a long day fishing at South Padre Island and decided to pick something up for dinner. We didn't have a good experience because first of all the Young lady on the drive through speaker didn't understand what we were ordering. Second and worst thing of all were the home style burgers they were served very bad. They were drenched in mustard ,salt, and pepper almost as if it was purposely done. Managers!! Please hire mature people that will take their job seriously and not play around with our food. Thank you!!

The place was filthy Friday night. All the tables were dirty with food left on them. The garbage was overflowing and there was blood on the door. We only noticed that when we left. The fish burger was cold. The fries were hot. the young lady who brought it to our table was very polite.

Alr listen the food at McDonald's is amazingly good but my problem is that every god damn time I order here they mess up my damn order. It's like I ask for a plain double or normal cheeseburger and then they give me it with everything I didn't ask for on it. And I know that they make burgers in advance to make the time for us to get our food faster but I'd rather wait and get my food right than get it fast and have it wrong. The condiments on the food added to the burger just honestly makes me want to puke up the food out and I am mostly talking about them onions they make me absolutely sick. some of y'all would tell me to ask them to fix the burger but some of us aren't that talkative or we don't like to speak out so I don't and I know that's my fault but cmonnn I should get the food right the first time. An order for only Hotcakes taking over 10 minutes for curbside on a not busy time. Had to get down and ask for them. Hotcakes were soggy, probably because they were ready 2 minutes after ordering.

I ordered a home style burger with cheese and and extra pickles this is what I got. The meat was all in pieces no pickles and mayonnaise was only in one corner of the burger. Nothing to do with what I ordered. Very disappointing experience 😞

Bad customer service and super slow, I love McDonald’s Coffee I don’t know what’s wrong with this store in particular but there coffee is horrible. I’ve been there several times thinking probably they just got it wrong the first time, then second time and then the last the third time. Not the same taste as other McDonald’s coffee. Now I prefer to go to the McDonald’s inside Peñitas Walmart because they do have the real thing. Best coffee ever there at the McDonald inside Walmart.

I've been here twice in the last week. They took over 45mins from the moment you order till the moment they till you" can you park at second window" where I have to wait litterally another 20 mins. And the sad part is they never have lunch ready at 11:00am they don't care if you've been waiting they'll make you wait more. And if you tell them they got your order wrong 6 times they'll make you wait longer and give you attitude. Youre better off just paying you money somewhere else because this is unbelievable .

Went thru the drive thru and asked simple questions and got "mhmm" answeres and got an attitude response as well for asking if that was a yes or a no. Also I've heard profanity from workers outloud and they ignore customers standing in line. This restaurant is the WORST McDonald's there is!! Service is horrible and they NEVER get anything right. Restaurant choices are limited in our City, but I'd rather visit ANY other place than this sorry excuse for a restaurant. Management is unprofessional At Best!! I literally almost had a fist fight with an employee through the Drive-Thru by the name of Shayla. She had a mountain of makeup on and at least 6 hickies on her thick neck. Usually I like this place and I enjoy to come here. But there is one employee that has made me hate this place. Her name is Cassandra. She is as rude as a rude can be. For some reason she hates people ordering coffee and ordering in Spanish. Even her coworkers are annoyed with her way she treats customers. I know that if I walk in and see her, I will be taking my money somewhere else.

Went by drive through to get a number three breakfast combo with coffee today. I ended up with extremely burned coffee and an over cooked breakfast sandwich. The biscuit was over baked and rough, the bacon was burned and black in some areas. I called and talked to the manager, Lizbeth, and her response back to me was that she would “drop the coffee” and thank you. Wow!! Not the response I expected. Avoid this place unless you like “well done” food items.

I went to this McDonald’s around 1:30 AM and I ordered a 40 piece chicken McNugget, there was no rush or cars in the drive thru. They told me they just got through a rush before I came and after I had paid, they had me pull up to the very last window. They gave my food to me fairly quick and the nuggets were extremely cold, had no flavor and one nugget had something crunchy in it and it felt like I was chewing on a bone. A few hours later, I became extremely sick and was throwing up. All other times I have went, the food was great but this time was horrible. If they had a rush, the food would be hot and fresh.

This McDonald's is so bad. Make sure your order is correct before you drive off because they always get something wrong. The customer service is so poor. The only reason I didn't stop by Peñitas McDonald's is because this location has drive thru to order the store deals. Also, I ordered fresh and they told me to drive forward and made me wait for my order. When I received my order, it wasn't even fresh. The fries were so old and terrible. Also the sprite has an after taste. Clean your machine.

Didn't get my order right nor got it corrected AFTER I mentioned the error (drive thru) that there was a meal I asked for...after receiving the receipt there was a meal I had NOT requested thus wasting 10$ more. After notifying the error to an employee inside (had to go to the 2nd window to wait for the order) they got the manager/supervisor? But was left thoughtful of what to do with my issue, so someone else steps in to help this supervisor as he was clueless, and asked me if I wanted a meal of equal value because they did not want to lose the sale they've made, that's just sad. This is a terrible way of "fixing" an issue. I work at a fast-food restaurant and WE (wage workers up to the GM) do not hesitate to refund our guests with a mistake WE make!

Terrible service. They messed up my order, then refused to exchange it. Instead, they took the food I PAID for, threw it in the trash, and gave me NOTHING back. No refund, no replacement, just a “credit for another day.” Why would I ever come back after being treated like that? They basically stole my money and wasted my time. DO NOT EAT HERE! Went in expecting a delicious sausage and egg McMuffin only to get a meal I wouldn’t even feed the stray dogs in my neighborhood. My egg had some green slime inside that I consumed and got sick for 4 days with diarrhea, vomiting, and fever. They gave me a replacement McMuffin that I took to go, it was the same if not worse quality. Honestly if your feeling daring and want an excuse to not go to work for a few days then eat here but if not I would highly reccomend taking your business elsewhere I’m surprised this place is still open and operating.

Requested fresh chicken nuggets and fries when I ordered, when I paid for my food I asked fresh? Girl said yes! I checked order in front of employee and the nuggets were cold they were not even warm. She instructed me to drive to stall #2 , and wait for fresh order. We waited 15 minutes they came out with order. I checked the chicken nuggets and again COLD chicken nuggets. This is insane customer service. I went inside and told employee my issue and he said they would make them fresh. We waited another 10 to 15 minutes and finally an employee with black shirt came out to deliver my nuggets. He seemed upset because all he said was here you go and left. No bother to say sorry for your experience. He had the attitude on top of our bad experience! We were the one's that suffered the bad service and THEY EMPLOYEES FEEL THEY WERE WRONGED.

It’s always a hit or miss with their vanilla iced coffee. This time I got served basically milk. Also got stared down real ugly by the person at the window giving me the order. No customer service what so ever.

prioritize quantity over quality. dont care about their customers.. you can tell these nuggets were left over from a past order, and they just put on fryer to heat them up again to give out so they don't come up short on merchandise. whoever thought this was a great idea, hope u get that same treatment
