I ordered a home style burger with cheese and and extra pickles this is what I got. The meat was all in pieces no pickles and mayonnaise was only in one corner of the burger. Nothing to do with what I ordered. Very disappointing experience 😞

I ordered on the mobile app for breakfast, was charged for the order and drove to pick up my order. when I get their they tell me my order was not ready because they get the order when you arrive and that they don't sell breakfast no more . Well then why in the mobile app would you still take my order, charge me and make me drive 15 mins away 😡

Over an hour to get order and counting! This is not the first time either! Terrible! What is it? The organization? If you’re told to park and then see other customers leaving and you are still parked? Then you go ask for order and no one know whatbis going on and you call and no one answers the phone anyway!

Very bad I ordered my daughter and sons grinch meals over an hour ago and I get a msg one hour later they canceld my order already Been charged from my credit card right when I was about to pick it up, they were still selling grinch meals. I was right there and they told me that they ran out.

Menu screen said no ice cream and no frappes available but when going to the next window they gave out a frappe for a customer and I asked and they still said it wasn’t available.Everyone was in a really bad attitude.

My coffee was tasteless, I ask for 8 sugar and 5 cream and the coffee did tasted that it did had no sugar.....and they weren't selling no breakfast at 4:38 am......

Terrible service. They messed up my order, then refused to exchange it. Instead, they took the food I PAID for, threw it in the trash, and gave me NOTHING back. No refund, no replacement, just a “credit for another day.” Why would I ever come back after being treated like that? They basically stole my money and wasted my time. If you value your money or your order being correct, don’t even bother ordering here. Absolute joke of a business.

Worst burger I’ve had from this place. Probably people don’t want to work late. Might want to think about rotating your crews. 08/25 again lackluster service, manager won't even take the call. They won't even admit they screwed up. Everything was cold and soggy

Mgr melizza was only focused on drive thru which she kept looking at front end saw people but never helped cashier......my order was cold they never took out .....mgr melizza told the cashier that order has been there long time but she didn't do anything Abt it.....which ended up being my order ...... Why be mgr if dnt even knw how to do ur job.....

DO NOT EAT HERE! Went in expecting a delicious sausage and egg McMuffin only to get a meal I wouldn’t even feed the stray dogs in my neighborhood. My egg had some green slime inside that I consumed and got sick for 4 days with diarrhea, vomiting, and fever. They gave me a replacement McMuffin that I took to go, it was the same if not worse quality. Honestly if your feeling daring and want an excuse to not go to work for a few days then eat here but if not I would highly reccomend taking your business elsewhere I’m surprised this place is still open and operating.

Requested fresh chicken nuggets and fries when I ordered, when I paid for my food I asked fresh? Girl said yes! I checked order in front of employee and the nuggets were cold they were not even warm. She instructed me to drive to stall #2 , and wait for fresh order. We waited 15 minutes they came out with order. I checked the chicken nuggets and again COLD chicken nuggets. This is insane customer service. I went inside and told employee my issue and he said they would make them fresh. We waited another 10 to 15 minutes and finally an employee with black shirt came out to deliver my nuggets. He seemed upset because all he said was here you go and left. No bother to say sorry for your experience. He had the attitude on top of our bad experience! We were the one's that suffered the bad service and THEY EMPLOYEES FEEL THEY WERE WRONGED.

It’s always a hit or miss with their vanilla iced coffee. This time I got served basically milk. Also got stared down real ugly by the person at the window giving me the order. No customer service what so ever.

prioritize quantity over quality. dont care about their customers.. you can tell these nuggets were left over from a past order, and they just put on fryer to heat them up again to give out so they don't come up short on merchandise. whoever thought this was a great idea, hope u get that same treatment
