Went here on a Friday after work. Decently packed but not bad. Service we fast and quick. Great waitress. The food was hot and very good. Top 3 mozzarella sticks I’ve ever had. And that chicken sandwich is top tier and amazing and for the price it can’t be beat. Very crispy and juicy.

First time visit and it exceeded expectations. From the moment we arrived until we left, we were treated like royalty. The hostess was so friendly and engaging. Marco was entertaining, had great recommendations and was always available. Kevin, the GM introduced himself, and checked on us throughout our meal. The beer, food and dessert were excellent.

Relative new menu with huge Deep Dish Pizza options that you can share. Not a fan of them, but it adds variety to their menu. Always a good place to eat. Their signature dessert is always great

I went to treat the wifey and myself at BJ's for the lucky ducky drink and it was amazing. It was too bad the tub is not for sale anymore because I definitely would have taken it. The onion rings were perfect. The ranch dip was tasty and tangy the chipotle dip was alright. The tomato mozzarella salad was tasty as well for those that like balsamic vinaigrette as dressing, it's definitely not fitting to our normal flavor profiles here but good for what it is. My wife's lunch plate of chicken, parmesan and pasta was excellent, we got the lunch deal for her at 12 bucks and it suited her just fine. I picked up the ribeye steak for myself and ordered medium rare but it arrived a bit more on the well done side, still however, was extremely juicy and I enjoyed every bite. I understand restaurants tend to err on the side of overcooking their steaks, I got to remember to check in with the waiter on how their steaks usually arrive to get it exactly how you want.

Everything was amazing! The food was on point. I ordered the prime rib weekend special (prime rib, soup or salad, 2 sides, and a cookie dessert with ice cream on top). The prime rib was tender and flavorful. The sides were delicious and filling. Fantastic and prompt service too. I also love the atmosphere. The music isn't loud and the lighting is perfect for a romantic night out. The staff is friendly and they make you feel welcome and at home. Thank you Tommy for the wonderful service.

Sat for 20 minutes without a server. Our server was very unhelpful. Eventually we got a different server named Rosie who was very helpful and funny. Food was good. Ask for Rosie!!

We had a very frustrating experience upon arrival. The blonde little hostess was standing and talking with other servers for over 10 minutes before she even acknowledged us. The restaurant was not busy at the time, yet we were left waiting unnecessarily. When she finally noticed us, she sat us and immediately went right back to chatting instead of staying at the hostess stand.

Everything was good except the service we got. Server never came to check on us after dropping off the food(wasn’t even the one to bring it out either) we never got any refills till after we finished our meals. Our server was constantly talking to another girl and checking on other tables besides us. It’s really upsetting to receive such poor service especially since we were celebrating a birthday.

First of all they forgot about me and my gf food. I think the food was preheated the fries were very stale. I couldn't even take a picture of my food it was the California Chicken club It was disgusting not good at all. My gf ordered the appetizers and the wings were very dry they had no flavor. The sliders had no seasoning. The lettuce was ugly and wilted. They did bring me a new order of wings which were more saucy but the wings themselves were bland.

Nine of us decided to have dinner at BJs. While waiting at the bar it was challenging ordering a drink despite the bar was half empty. Once we got their attention the bar tender smarted off telling my wife about how to order a Lite beer given they have multiple choices. He did it in a condescending manner. Complained to management on his rude and inappropriate behavior and he acknowledged he had heard other similar complaints regarding the same bartender. Once at the table I ordered a cheese burger. It was delivered in short order except it was cold. I returned it to have it warmed up except warming it on the microwave did not help. Ending up returning the burger for which management assured me they would replace it with another to take home. That never happened. Went back today (7/1/24) and got to witness waitress dump lemonade on a couple that had just ordered pizza ..despite waitress ruining the couple's dinner, they still charged them. I reported the incident to the manager. Service has not improved and obviously staff along with management need to be replaced. Last review I received a response referencing about missing the mark and not wanting to let customers down. Not much has changed so management simply provided lip service. We had to flag our waitress every time we needed a drink because she never checked if we needed anything. Owner needs to be advised your employees are not helping your business. What a shame that service is not a priority neither is providing quality service given no improvements have been made since my last visit.
